Ayurvedic tea, my laptop and life in general...happily there's always something to be grateful for, even if sometimes its less than normal. Sometimes however there is so much to be grateful for and that makes me really happy.

Today I'm grateful for having such amazing friends who are there for you no matter what. Because of that, we now have all our furniture out of storage! Woot! SOOOO happy.

I'm also grateful at being able to say that I'm going to cam and having that opportunity to do so. I'm still going to look for a vanilla job but my ultimate goal to become full time with camming to be able to take care of my family like they deserve.

I am grateful for those custies that I enjoy doing privates with, the ones who I can really have fun with. The ones who appreciate my time, spend big money and make me laugh.

I'm grateful that my car has been holding up so well under my shitty ownership. I'll take care of everything it needs this week, but I held off way longer than I should have, but it's going strong!

Grateful for a safe, and fun trip that I had over the weekend.
Grateful that I have the kind of job that allows me the freedoms that it does.
Grateful that my camming check arrived a few hours after I got home, so now my bank account is full again.8)

Registered for classes tody for year 2016-2017, I got 10 classes I really wanted out of 11. Classes with great teachers are usually full the minute registration opens.

Wasn't able to get a very important class I wanted with the celebrity teacher in family law it was full the second registration opened... :( but I was able to get my second choice and it's a very important course to do before the bar school so I am still really happy! I spent so much time picking classes to make sure I have the perfect schedule and making sure I didn't have 2 exams the same day, I was afraid I'd get less than half of my picks.

I'm so grateful that I didn't marry my first boyfriend when I was in my late teens. He never officially proposed, but he made it clear that he wanted to get married someday, and all I can say is whew! Bullet dodged.

Grateful that life has turned around and is going well.

Life is good. It's one of those moments. :)

I'm grateful that I have the luxury to do things like travel to nice towns, since I have no strings attached at the moment. I think once I'm done with my BA surgery, I'm going to do some travel dancing. I feel so relaxed leaving NJ. Ahhhh <3 I'll probably do well with that state of mind in other states. Heck. I pay cheap rent living with my roomie, so I should take advantage of that before I get my own place!

Eta - Fuck. Just sounds more like I should move out of boring ass NJ. I sound tired of it. Lol.. Hmmmmmm.........

I'm grateful there are no hurricanes heading my way yet because I need more time to get the $$ together to get the damn shutters.
I'm grateful the cam Gods have been looking out for me. If I keep going how I've been doing or better I can do lots of positive things.
I'm grateful to wake up every morning to try again.

I have " enough " to get by this month. That's all I want out of the month. I set my earnings goal to a relaxed amount . I can't do this often but this week has been nice. This last week or two has been the " lightest " I've worked in a while and I really needed it. :)

My excellent friends. I called them super upset last night, and they were like "Ok where do you wanna go? Sushi, lets go get that, where's somewhere in the middle of our houses?" They were just on it and didn't even blink at driving so far to meet halfway. They even drove my drunk ass home after.

I'm grateful for my home. It's very country, and in the summertime we have a blast. We live on a huge property with a walking/biking trail in our backyard (which is in the woods). It leads to a huge pond that my father built which we all go swimming in. I actually just came back from swimming in there! There's a tree with a rope right above it and me and my siblings love swinging on it and sometimes jumping right into the water! Good times :) I'm also grateful for the new 4 wheeler that we just bought which I went riding on today. The summer really brings out the country side in me!

We are staying in an off grid cabin for a bit! It's free ( we just take care of it / the land around / firewood cutting ). I am loving it.

It's so silly but I'm really pleased with myself for scouring the mountain side and getting a cell signal strong enough to " work " in an emergency ( or a quick SW fix haha ) . It's on the west / very top of the slope but it's a SIGNAL and there hasn't even been one up on this land before.

You know, I never post here because I'm naturally grateful for everything I have literally everyday. So I rarely feel extra grateful for certain things since I'm grateful for everything. If that makes sense.

Guess who got a big, fat lesson in empathy today...

I locked myself out of my car at my complex's laundromat. I had my wallet but no phone and no apartment key either. I took the bag of trash I had (I was cleaning the car out while waiting, and yes trash does accumulate in my childless car that much) and walking back to car I asked the first person I saw if I could use their phone. And I really meant for this to be one quick call and I wouldn't bug this guy anymore but my mom wasn't answering so I had to text her then she had to call triple A and get back to me etc... I told the guy thanks and sorry a million times and offered him cash which he refused. I said I'd just go wait for either my mom or triple A to get there but he insisted on waiting with me and we actually had a nice conversation. Seriously was just so nice, by far the best person I could have run into tonight. Honestly I'm not sure how I would have reacted to a total stranger asking to use my phone. And I could tell from his phone and wallet I'm probably better off than him so I really wish he would've at least taken a 20.

^ I think many people will often help others when in need ..... but it would be hard for ME to trust someone with my phone! Not just the device expense but if they ran off ... my life is IN IT . ;/
i'm glad he was able to help you!

I was taking a walk today and saw these 2 chipmunks in the road up ahead, oblivious as they gnawed on something in the street. This guy who was walking the opposite direction noticed them too and also noticed a truck coming at them. He stopped to clap at them and scare them out of the road before the truck got there. It was super heartwarming.

Today i'm grateful for my apartment. I spent months visualizing the perfect apartment before I moved and when I got here it only took me 3 days to find a place and move in. Its huge, super clean, and nicer than any place I've lived since I was a kid. The thing I love most is the lighting. Good lighting is the most important thing in the world for my mood. The whole front room is lined with windows and a huge window in the back makes the whole place just feel dreamy. 9 months later and I'm still obsessed with it. I'm so happy here.

Lighting (recessed lighting, especially) is SUCH a huge deal. You can turn a regular ol' apartment into a palace with the right lighting!

Today is my 3 year escorting anniversary! I have come such a long way since that first appointment that started me on the path to paying off debt, financial stability, a better place to live, better health, and moving forward with my goals and priorities. Even when I'm sick of it and will finally leave it behind, I can't help but be grateful I made the leap in the first place. :)

Today I'm grateful for my cat. Without fail, he's the loudest, meowiest creature that ever walked the earth starting the moment I get home from a shift. He trips me up sometimes walking through the door because he's that needy for attention. When I finally settle in enough to sit, he's right there in my lap, purring and kneading my leg. It's nice to be missed and loved and wanted. <3

I have everything done that I absolutely have to do this weekend, went to the farmer's market for the first time this year and found some great stuff, and stopped by a winery tasting room that I've driven past at least 100 times and finally went into - and it's awesome! I have had a very nice Saturday so far.

I really want to try it out...going to a class soon, hoping its awesome too.

I'm grateful for the week I just had on cam...I may have been disappointed in myself, but I made the month's bills and for that I am so incredibly grateful because now I can rest easy and focus for the rest of the month.

You'll like some classes better than others. I hate bikram (doing the same asanas in the same order every single class) and hatha, but I love vinyasa.
