I'm grateful that I had a coupon for a free large 24 ounce bottle of pasta sauce at Bristol Farms.
Grateful that while in Walmart buying my hair dye, that there was a huge sale on make-up.
I had just run out of foundation and mascara. I love how the universe always gives me what I need.:curlers::heartbeat:thanx:
I bought all these products for less than $15.51012

I don't know how ELF does it but they are consistently high quality for being a very bargain brand. I wish they had been big when I was a baby stripper, could have saved so much money...

& Today I am grateful for...coffee and human kindness.

I'm grateful for hot water. Every morning when I take a shower I like to just stand with my back to the stream and let the hot water massage my back. It puts me in a good mood. I couldn't imagine having to shower with cold or even warm water. Or to have to heat a lot of water up to take a bath. It's so convenient.

Amen to this!
Right before I got into my current place, the guy I was staying with didn't have hot water in his house.. All of his copper pipes had been stolen by a tenant, and he didn't want to get them replaced.
Then I moved in here, and didn't have hot water for the first year! The landlord thought he could fix it himself, but couldn't. He refused to call a plumber.
I hired someone, but even he couldn't fix it.
Finally the new landlady sent someone to fix it. It took 3 times for him to come over and try, but eventually it got fixed.
Hallelujah!

Wow! You must love your current situation so much! & I'm sure your level of gratitude for it is so high. I'm glad they fixed it.

Damn that is the most hardcore ghetto thing I've read in a while. Someone stole copper pipes out of an inhabited dwelling? Yeow.

I'm grateful I'm going out to eat tonight.

I'm grateful to be in a relationship with an emotionally available man. My last relationship was with someone so horribly avoidant. I vowed to not make that mistake again. SO texts me every morning; calls me every night; listens actively & empathizes.

He's securely attached. Exactly what I need as I tend to lean towards an anxious attachment style when stressed. I'm so very thankful.

I'm grateful for a wonderful past 2 days. Mr. Dilf booked us a room with a hot tub. It was Asian theme and pretty neat and relaxing. Then we went out to Red Lobster and got yummy food. We went to the movies right after that. I ended up staying the night at his place and meeting his cute doggie. We had great sex all night and morning. He cooked breakfast in the morning, massaged each other, showered together, went shopping and out to lunch, cuddled and took a nap, had sex again. It was awesome and I'm happy as a clam even if my poor kitty is sore, totally worth it!!

Grateful I stumbled across a church rummage/bake sale today. The class and grace of older people is never highlighted in our culture because it's "boring" or hard to relate to. All those seniors brightened my day.

I'm grateful for online shopping. I can use the online cart as a shopping list and remove unnecessary items after a little time reflecting back upon and shop. And grocery shop.

The shipping/delivery fee just counts as a travel cost I would use gas with.

I'm grateful for adult work. I made the decision today to turn the advertising off for the small business I own ( my google ads " push " customers to us .... for a price ).

This gig has been burning me out and driving me nuts for months. With the reduced hours ( hopefully ) from the ads off I'll hit the road stripping again mid - March. If the ads being off don't slow things down I'm going to raise prices ( which is always nice ).

I thought about this the last week and officially made the decision this morning. Who knows , in late March I may change my mind back, but I feel good about it for now. I feel like my ( non sex work ) customers and vendors are tearing the life energy out of me. I just need a break from the constant questions / answer and high maintenence cycle.

Also ..... the manicurist I got yesterday was so awesome. The last time I was at this fancy place the girl was a little snotty. I definitely want to request the girl from yesterday again. She got my " vibe " ..... was cool with not much chit - chat and just let me chill and close my eyes.

I've written this before, but I'm so appreciative of my boss at work. It sometimes confuses me honestly, how much she looks out for her employees after getting treated like shit and dumped on constantly for my entire adult working life before this.

I'm grateful for a working vehicle. I have two friends without vehicles who take the bus to get around. I spoke with a friend yesterday on the phone who went to the mall just 9 miles away and had to spend an hour and a half on the bus. Having a reliable vehicle is so convenient.

Volunteering is the best!! I loved volunteering at a pet shelter, I got to meet such nice people, who were as cat and dog crazy as I am. ;D

I'm so grateful for my life right now. It's Friday night, I'm making decent money on cam, I'm getting my shit sorted out like a responsible adult. It feels good.

I'm grateful for a stove. I can fry, boil, bake, & broil with a stove. It's not even necessary to have a microwave. A stove meets all my daily food needs. & it's so convenient. I couldn't imagine having to create a fire or fire pit ti cook my food. I am truly blessed.

I mentioned having a craving for brownies with walnuts instead of cupcakes for my birthday so one of my friends baked some and brought them over. That's the first time in 18 years that I didn't have to bake my own birthday dessert.

I'm grateful for my first two roommates. They helped me with the transition from Mennonite to 'English' life, but they never coddled me... I had to find my own way. They helped me develop a rough edge. As I observe the Amish girl and some of her difficulties transitioning, I just hope I can impart on her at least some of the things they did on me. I love them and miss them both. He ended up moving to Colorado, she ended up marrying and moving to Ontario.

On top of that, I'm grateful I was able to not lose my way entirely.

Grateful the day job hasn't dissapointed me in March. I hit the $ goal today for March 1-15. I'll be over if I can pull a sale out of someone in the next 4 days. This is a very welcome change of people being out of money after the holidays. I was in a mixture of " it'll be ok .... just PULL the sales out of them .... keep going " and " I give up ".

Thanks stripping for keeping me sane in Feb.
Thank day job for keeping me sane in March ( so far ).

I'm so grateful for this thread. When I started back up as a cam girl in Nov 18 I felt out of place. I didn't know where I belonged or to what board I'd frequent most. But I utilized the shit out of the search function for the site and threads and found this gold mine.

Today is both bitter sweet. First argument with my ginger SO and top selling day on cam. I can count on this corner of SW to brighten my day every single time. I read through each of your contributions and I can just feel the oxytocin release.

I am so truly grateful.

I'm grateful for healthy lungs. I can breathe with ease. When I was renting a room I shared the house with a dying man he was on oxygen. He had trouble breathing. I breathe without even thinking about it. It's really such a relief I can perform this action without thinking about it.

I'm grateful my skin has recovered from using a product that made me break out so horribly my face physically hurt. It's still not perfect but thank god it's a million times better than it was a while back and pain free.

Was there alcohol or benzol peroxide in it? I ask b/c when I was a teen with bad acne I tried an acne product and didn't realize it was too strong. I'm glad I didn't keep using it, it didn't work either.
