I'm grateful for finding self-hypnosis sleep albums. I use a couple hypnotherapists to fall asleep, and if I wake early AM I just make a cup of herbal tea with honey, drink it slowly, then lay back down with an album on and fall right back to sleep.

I'm thankful for my own little place to call home. I rented a room when I first arrived here in TX three years ago as I wanted company & a bit of friendship; the second home I recently moved from had a homeowner who was very selective about allowing visitors over even just for a couple hours. I became a bit unhappy with that arrangement.

It's truly pleasant having my own space and my own rules. Even better I can cam whenever and have overnight guests.

I really like this apartment. I'm grateful to have this small home.

^^Sigh...that's ideal. I'm happy for you.

I'm grateful I'm on the third floor. It's so terribly quiet which is something I absolutely love. The last house I rented the whole second floor from was extremely quiet. I was used to the peace. I'm an introvert and love my alone time. Well, it's been three weeks here at the new place and I haven't heard a peep. No music, no talking, no water running, nothing...and it's totally awesome.

I'm so very thankful for quiet neighbors and thick walls. I have zero anxiety as a result and it's really rather therapeutic.

^^I love quiet homes too. Thankful that I have one also. Finally! Lol
I've been listening to money/prosperity meditations lately, just to see where it takes me.
Right away I saw results.
I went to have my fluids in my car checked. They charge $5 to put in coolant. I handed the mechanic a $10, he walked away to get change. He then came back and said he wasn't going to charge me. Gave me back my $10.
I went to Starbucks drive though yesterday, and went to hand the barista a $5. He said no, it's on the house.
Last week I ordered a grande, paid for it, but he mistakenly made a venti. Gave it to me at no extra charge.
I've been getting coupons for free food at Bristol Farms. I got free shrimp, and a pound of bacon free.
Cam customers have been extremely generous too.
Yesterday when I did my taxes, my State refund is exactly what I needed to pay the accountant.
One important thing I did, was cut negative and toxic people from my life.
Life is Good.

^^This is so awesome to read! The LOA in full effect there. Isn't hard to deny that it works when the Universe is so giving? And I'm happy to hear your home is quiet too. It's truly a blessing for me. I suffer from anxiety and a quiet home just calms my nerves.

I am so very grateful for a good night's rest. I slept 9 hrs and 40 minutes very well with about 2 hrs in REM. I woke this AM in a good mood which is so very welcome as yesterday I started my morning sad. I'm so thankful I slept great. Thank you Universe.

Thank You. Yes, LOA. I've been practicing it for over 25 years. I still have the original cassette recordings that Jerry and Esther Hicks gave me when I met them back in 1998.
I'm so grateful. The neighbor I share a common wall with, whose been stalking me for a year, moved out yesterday!
She had a 2 year lease that she broke.
It got so bad, that I had to do a ' Banishing' spell on her. Within a week she gave her notice to move.
I'm over the moon with gratitude.
Oh, and a dear friend of mine gave me some testosterone. I ran out and don't have a doctor or insurance.
She's getting more and will be my new supplier.
I've been feeling so tired and grouchy, and non sexual without it.
Hallelujah!

^^I've watched Youtube videos of hers and it really motivates me to practice religiously. You've been faithful. It sounds like you're really drawing positive energy to yourself. Can you send me a link the the banishing method. I do a negative energy clearing method that might be similar. I'd love to learn more.

It's interesting: yesterday I got really bad news when I woke up, but due to a lot of abundance meditation I've been engaging in as well as abundance affirmations, yesterday was one of the highest earning income days since I've been camming full time (about 4 months). I willed myself to go through with my morning routine and think positively then as a result the Universe sent so much good energy my way. I was in utter disbelief.

I think, like you, I will continue to practice. It certainly can't hurt.

The group seems like really nice people I can learn from.

My coworkers are the best :)

The lead on our side saw that I was looking a bit distraught, so we talked for a bit and I told him my concerns about my friend with the husband in hospice, and how she’s going to end up coming here with no job skills and how the only job she’s ever had was working in a bicycle shop for a few years before she baptized into the church.

So he asked me if she’d go back into that line of work again, which, of course she would, then he said he’d talk to me later. About an hour later, he comes back with one of the mechanics from the other side, the mechanic hands me a phone and says, “talk to him”. Turns out, he has a friend who owns a bicycle shop and said he’d take her on, and faxed a list of tools she’d need. So the leads and supervisors had a meeting with everyone, gave the “we look out for our own” speech, explained my friend’s plight, showed the tool list, and asked if anyone had spares of anything they could donate. At the end of the meeting, we had everything we needed which wasn’t a specific tool for bicycles, AND a cart to store it in.

So I called my friend to tell her, and we were both beside ourselves, and apparently there’s decent money in it. So maybe things will be alright, after all.

A patient Mom.

I had another " I don't know what I'm doing " call with her today which I have no doubt she is tired of hearing.
She was kind and helped me go through some living options ( keeping the apartment or not ) , fears of activating the real license and being more settled, and obsessive thoughts about the ex.

Plus I know that even if I refuse to grow up and end up hitting the road she will still love me. ;)

Aaaannd another neighbor that I did a banishment spell on is moving out too!
Woohoo!
She was such an intrusive bitch. Always knocking at my door, and windows even when I wouldn't answer.
Cornering me in the laundry room to try and gossip.
She's a smoker. Even though there's no smoking allowed on the property. Her smoke would permiate my house.
Smoking is the bane of my existence.
I have another neighbor that smokes outside 25/7. I did a banishment spell on him too.
Will report back.

A friend, who is also a neighbor, wanted to show me an apartment complex that she said is the best in town, but never has any availabilities because it's a very desirable place to live, along with low rent.
Our landlady is in hospice, so we don't know what will happen to our complex when she dies.
Good idea to start looking.
My friend told me that she's had her name on the list for over a year, yet nobody has called.
I walked through the complex, without resistance (using LOA), and saw myself living there.
Two hours later, my friend said that the owner ( who doesn't even live there. He lives in LA), said that there's a unit opening up in 60 days.
She asked if I wanted to take it, because she's not ready to move yet.
Bam!!!
That's how it's done!
Thank You universe!:-*

^^Wow! That just made me smile and my chest warm. Rad!

I'm grateful for my meditation practice. Since engaging daily I no longer have issues with asthma. Last night I started to feel slightly tight in the chest & instead of reaching for my inhaler I engaged in about 5 minutes of deep breathing and stopped an attack from happening.

So strange how breath work and focus can practically cure an ailment like asthma. Legit I've had bad asthma since 18 yrs old (needing to use a corticosteroid inhaler and rescue inhaler daily) and I'm 41 now. Nothing in my routine has changed but daily meditation. Wild! I'm so grateful.

Just had a very tasty meal from one of the top 5 Mexican restaurants in my city. It's a little mom and pop that has some friendly staff with decent prices. I was in no mood to cook and they are conveniently located not even a block from my place. Who knew I had this hidden gem sitting right there in my backyard? So cool!

You use crunchyroll?! So do i what do you normally watch on there and what country programs do you tend to watch? For me i really love my korean movies, tv shows and dramas.

I use it mainly for Japanese shows. Some trashy romance anime that I can't find on other services, and I love cheesy J-dramas.

Caught up on bills until next payday. I only have a few hundred left to live off of for the next 2 weeks, which is sad considering I got my nice tax refund and now it's gone... but it's better than not having it and still being behind. I know I can live off cheap groceries and some extra Uber money until the next round of late-month bills hit after the next pay period.

Grateful that the gas company rep came to shut my pilot light off, AND adjusted my water heater so that I get hotter water throughout. He was so sweet and thorough.
Grateful for my home.
I went to look at the apartment for rent 2 doors down that I talked about.
It was so horrific that I needed to sage myself when I got home.
It's a 70 year old building, and looked it.. Dark, small, dank smelling. Only 1 bedroom, and more money than I pay now. It had crank windows, old carpet, and no dishwasher.
But, the worst part was the old coot who lives there.
Cranky old sod.
When my friend and I walked in, he turns to me and snaps, "There's no pets allowed here. So put that outside."
It was my furry cell phone holder in my hand. :rotfl::grumpy:
I asked him how delivery drivers get in, because it's like fort Knox without a buzzer.
He snaps, "I don't know. I never get anything delivered."
If he's buried bodies underneath the apartment, I wouldn't be surprised.
I came home and got down on my knees in gratitude for my home. And my big yard.

I'm grateful the subreddit personalfinance on Reddit is so kind and helpful for teenagers who are trying to escape domestic abuse situations. Right now the Moderators are making sticky posts for the top of the pages giving info on how to leave home on one's own and survive without parents.

A long time ago teenaged runaways had to wing it all the way, and it was so hard. I have heard stories over the years that would make old cops cry.

^ Yeah, removing sexuality from life ( due to emotional issues / hormonal things ect. ) can make people SO unhappy. They may not even realize it at the time.

I know in my life my sex drive has " died " in times of high stress / being sick ect.

So glad it's back as well.

So grateful to have someone to talk to about sex work, who doesn't judge.
One of my ex boyfriend's and I are still close friends.
We dated 30 years ago, and it just didn't work out.
But, as a friend, he's the best.
His wife loves me, so that's a plus.
He and I caught up yesterday and had a nice, long chat.
I told him about my latest online adventure ( selling pix and videos), and he was very encouraging and supportive.
He sees how men are always buzzing around me, and even said, "Tell them, Fuck You, Pay Me!"
Lol! My thoughts exactly.
