I adopted a second dog, who is a super sweet male puppy. My female dog is obsessed with him. They were instant best friends, always playing, cuddling, or licking each other. It is the sweetest thing!

Sooo grateful that one of my gay husband's who's a master colorist, is back from his vacation.
He did my roots yesterday. My hair went from the first photo, to the second one.
Glam happy! :thanx::dance:

I'm grateful for a new work opportunity that I'm confident I'll be hired for. One of my opportunities didn't quite pan out, but fortunately, I'll be able to slide into this new thing.
I'm also grateful in advance for the wonderful grilled chicken salad I'm going to eat for lunch. I'm pairing it with some chilled white wine. Yum!

I hope you feel better soon, hun! Sending you some Reiki and good vibes! oxox
PS: according to LOA...never say "it feels incredible". It has to be VERY credible for you to be treated nicely because you sure DO deserve that and way more! ;-)
Thank you & noted.
Grateful for the woman whose voice in a positive affirmations album is super soothing: she puts me right to sleep. I felt very anxious last night before bed; I put her on & I was able to relax then drift right off.

Grateful that I was able to do my laundry at bf's house instead of sitting in a hot, loud, smelly public laundromat and having to pay $5 in quarters just to wash and dry one load of laundry.

Epic star viewing in the forest last night. Now is the time to see the Perseids meteor shower.
I saw about 9-10 shooting stars in an hour. The moon will mess with the peak days ( in about 9-13 days ) so look up now if you are near dark skies.
Oh ...... and nice attention / cuddles / sex in the forest from my gentleman friend. Lots of naughty talk. There is something about being outside. Rawwwrrrr.
#2 : Day job client today bought something. ;)
That'll shave a day off ( it goes well ) the Tues . - Thurs. dancer trip I had planned or I can just stay and get a boost to use later .

Even though I wasn’t totally feeling my roommate I am at least glad I could share expenses with someone.
I’m envisioning myself much richer and not needing a roommate next time.
Glad I got over my fears and travelled to an event that helped my mindset

Grateful for Aldi.
I was starving Friday while out running errands.
Stopped at Albertsons. They didn't have any forks to eat the deli food! The server was extremely rude too. ( Would never happen at Aldi).
I did some food shopping while there. The prices are sky high!! No wonder the store is always empty.
I've had several experiences with rude workers, and even a manager there in the past.( Before Aldi opened, it was kinda the only market around).
Never again!!!
Aldi once again for the win!
Oh, and grateful that my favorite Barista at Starbucks, (who always gives me free drinks), just got a promotion!
Renewing my belief that giving great customer service pays off in the end.

Super grateful for my charcuterie (deli plate and crackers) lunch. Eating while watching Book Club. It features two of mature lady spirit animals - Jane Fonda, and Diane Keaton. Love me a Diane Keaton rom-com!
Washing my meal down with some raspberry lemonade, and my last macaron cookie. It all makes me feel grown up and slightly pampered, lol.

I don’t keep a very large circle of people I consider friends, but I’m grateful for the ones I have. My two rather bulky friends from the gym (including the one who had to wear the ankle monitor) showed up unexpectedly along with two of their friends to put the intimidation factor on someone who I met up with today so we could clear the air over something which had happened. It wasn’t necessary- this wasn’t someone I felt in any way threatened by and she never tried to threaten me in any way - and I didn’t ask them to. But it was thoughtful of them. I’m sure they had other things they could’ve been doing today.

Friends like that are good to have. My friend is a lifter and a neighbor left a creepy note on her door one night. One of her big lifter guy friends came around to make sure the neighbor knew she was being protected.

There was a massage school that I attended back in the 80's, that was right next door to Jane's workout studio.
Have you seen the movie " 5 Flights Up?"

I have to have a two-way FM radio at work. Instead of buying radios and issuing them out, you get a stipend for it and maintaining it and replacing it is your responsibility. So instead of one of the expensive Motorola radios, I found this:
BaoFeng BF-F8HP (UV-5R 3rd Gen) 8-Watt Dual Band Two-Way Radio (136-174MHz VHF & 400-520MHz UHF) Includes Full Kit with Large Battery https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MAULSOK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_EYjsDb8Y6024X
So I was able to get that and accessories, and there’s quite a bit of that stipend left, as they typically anticipate that you’ll buy a Motorola. So, I’ll treat my sister, my ‘refugee’, and the Amish girl.

I'm grateful for good morning text messages from BF. The last relationship I was in, I had to bug him to pay attention to me. He just wasn't available emotionally. My mistake. My current BF is super available and let's me know every morning that I'm on his mind.
Thank you Universe.

I’m going through a lot of grief-my life. Anyways, I made enough money to pay my bills for the rest of the month. A lot of people can’t even lay their bills period. Let alone in one night. I have a right to my feelings, but I have to milk as much gratitude as I can. I truly am blessed.

I'm grateful for not only being ready to change my life, but in some ways, I'm going for broke (so to speak). I'm implementing a couple of ideas that are taking me so far out of my comfort zone, it's not even funny. But I'm that serious about closing this current chapter in my life.
ETA: And I need to do the same re: exercise and my body. I did full frontal on cam yesterday, and I won't do that again for a long while. Not even being dramatic. I'm legit plus sized, but not in Ashley Graham sense.

I'm grateful to be happily married because all I see around me is trash lol :couple: So grateful to have met and married my husband before the burn out began. And I'm grateful that he supports me working in this industry. He never makes me feel bad for it. He never acts jealous, and he let's me talk freely about everything that I go through during my shifts. :cloud9:

I impulse purchased a massage yesterday and my therapist was Thai - I knew it would be amazing and it was.

Sometimes I think that we are the same person.
Are we?
We seem to go through the exact same things at the same time.
While out cashing my check yesterday, I stopped at the post office to pick up my mail.
All bills, and no packages from Wish.Com was a let down. Lol!
Also, the post office doesn't have Air conditioning. At 110 degrees out, it was like:O
Stopping to pump my own gas in the heat of the afternoon. Then, waiting in line at a very crowded and extremely loud Starbucks for 20 minutes. Only for them to make my drink wrong.
Made me realize how grateful I am to be able to work from home.
To be able to shop, and do basically everything from home is truly a blessing.
Technology is responsible.
And I'm here for it.
All of it.

Grateful for flexible work. I had to take the last couple of days off due to household stuff + Fibro flair + overcoming a bout of insomnia (when my body finally crashes).
I'm a bit worried because I was getting a good schedule going, and now I have to start over, so to speak. But at least it's an option. I missed this morning's shift, but I'll just hop back on later on, and after another nap. Flexible jobs rock!
