I found a pizza place near by that makes low-carb cauliflower crust pizza that I can still eat even with gestational diabetes. Yay! I know this doesn't mean that I can pig out but still, this at least shouldn't shoot up blood sugar to high levels.

Cauliflower pizza is the shit! I’m grateful for my health, my mom, and my best friend. I’m grateful for my soul tribe.

Thankful my backup partner came through
I shouldn’t think of him as a backup
But I’m just thankful to know I don’t have to spend my weekends alone IF I don’t want to and I can move past dealing with that other guy

yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.
I found a replacement for that work at home (customer service) job that I had and I actually need to thank ravenskyy for it.
I sent an email to sm support and, the next day, went to check my email to see if they responded. Appen (my all-time favorite company to work for) sent literally 4 emails full of different job openings that they have and I just felt like a kid in the middle of Toys R US.These jobs get eaten up so fucking fast, I'm surprised I caught it in time. I already have camming and the search engine job going on so I chose "facebook post evaluator" and got the job. I am so grateful right now.
I want to make it so that I only cam on Saturdays and Sundays. Do school monday - friday. And work my independent contractor jobs whenever I have free time - knowing that when I log on I'm getting paid no matter what. You couldn't give me better news right now.

My two part-time jobs are on different pay-schedules, so I'll get a paycheck of some sort every single week. That'll be so nice and less stressful than waiting 2 weeks between paychecks.

Yes, ditto on Dollar Tree. I bought wrapping paper and candy for my daughter's stocking from there. I'm also grateful that I finally found my ugly Christmas shirt. I've been looking for it all month. It somehow ended up in my daughter's closet with her clothes. Now I can be the obnoxious looking and massively pregnant lady in the sparkly Christmas shirt.

It’s still Taco Tuesday. I should’ve had my parents come over for lunch… they’ve never had those before. I didn’t know that until they called asking if they should bring me lunch and I told them we were having tacos. Seriously? How does one go through life without doing that?
I can’t let them go back to Wisconsin like that.

Thats awesome when people are kind enough to let you skip in line.
Have you ever tried their service where you order items online/mobile device - then pick it up at the customer service area?

My paycheck today was almost twice as much as I expected it to be. And my life insurance check finally came in the mail. I should have a great check in another two weeks from working more this week, including holiday pay for Christmas.
I was able to catch up on at least one credit card, and if things keep going this way throughout January, I should be able to go into 2020 catching up on payments while avoiding using credit cards finally.

I finally got OBS virtual cam to work with my OBS download :boobies:
I gave up on it 3 or 4 months ago and just opted to pay for an Xsplit subscription but now that my 3 months have run out I wanted something similar (or better) for free. And that's when I started thinking about OBS again. Not sure what the problem was the first time but thank goddddd it's resolved.

I've had a horrible dry cough for almost 3 weeks now and my aunt called me today to make sure that I went to the dr. (she heard it when I called her Xmas day). I wasn't going to, because I have to use walk-in clinics and I was sure they wouldn't do anything but tell me to drink water. Anyway it was so nice of her to call and check on me, so I went. And The dr did give me a prescription med to to stop spasmic/gag-inducing coughing fits and told me to pick up Mucinex. Idk if it's a coincidence but my cough is more productive and not dry already. Ahh mucous cough...what a relief finally.

I chose to spend all of my extra money on gifts instead of bills so I'm grateful that I am $50 dollars away from having rent, whereas I didn't have so much as a dollar towards it until yesterday. I hate camming but it always saves my financially irresponsible ass.
also grateful that it is past my kids bedtime. I'm gonna throw some pillows at them and then play sims on the couch until i feel gross from exhaustion.

I finally got around to cleaning my room! Working on laundry right now. I'm very grateful that I started dancing this year, working on my emergency fund, and grateful to be starting school again so I can get this BA.
Also grateful for my work husband who has been an absolute sweetheart and got me a necklace for Christmas :)

Grateful that my parents are warming up to my 'refugee'. Her parents beat her then threw her out of their home when she came out. And my parents aren't heartless. It's just that in the Anabaptist faiths - Amish, Mennonite, Hutterite, SBB, et. al. - it's such a taboo subject that it doesn't even get acknowledged, so it's particularly difficult to know what to do or what to think when they do encounter anyone from the LGBT community. I had the same problem, and it made me very hesitant about the idea of bringing her into my home. I'm glad I did, though. Just have to ensure she stays calm, because you can't understand a single word she says when she gets excited and her inner redneck comes out to manifest itself. Or when she's talking to relatives or people from where she's from. One of her friends was passing through on their way to Virginia, so they stopped by to see her. Listening to them talk to each other.... it was enough to make your head spin.

I have a new phone already! I use a wholesale network provider, Ting, and I had an extra SIM card from when I switched. And then I got a phone from Target and someone from Ting's service desk manually transferred my old SIM card number to the new one, and it is all set up and working already! I am feeling much better overall today, even with the dog. It's nice out again, thanks global warming, and I am going to take him to a quiet park and we'll just enjoy a long walk there even if he has to stay leashed.

I became a Top Advisor on my Tarot reading site! I have been working my ass off during the holidays, and it is finally paying off!
Grateful to have achieved that, and I'm also grateful that it's something I'm good at. My Bachelor's degree is in Psychology, I guess my younger self was on to something. :)

I'm grateful that I wasn't induced today. My BP was high at my stupid Ob/gyn's office so I had to go to the ER. I had more blood work and pee test which I passed. I also had a fetal non-stress test and ultrasound. The baby looked healthy and no contractions or anything. My BP went down to normal on it's own after 2 and a half hours. I was so terrified that they were going to send me for an emergency C-section when I got there. I'm glad that she's staying put. They think she can stay in there for at least 3 more weeks.

I rented a backyard today on SniffSpot and my dog LOVED it. He was so happy, I love seeing him running around and going bonkers. I'd do anything to get him his own backyard.
And I was expecting to get a ton of shit for claiming whiplash months after an accident but I confirmed with my insurance they will still cover treatment and the Dr. at the new urgent care I went to was very understanding and agreed with me. He said my neck looks terrible and he could tell it was my left side when he walked in, the muscles are so weird and contracted right now. And I still have a horrible cough and he gave me anitbiotics for that too, when the other place I went to twice kept refusing.

I don't think I made *anything* Dec. 20-30 . I'm actually scared to go look.

Well, the bad news is that I got something in my eye (probably chemicals at work) that irritated my right eye all last night. But I guess the good news is that it seems like it was only getting some shit in my eye, and not the start of pink eye. And I was able to have hubby bring me my glasses to work so I could get my contacts out quickly. If I'd had to have them in for the next few hours, I'm sure it would have turned into a gnarly infection.

My accountant is LGBT and when I talked to her about the work I do she wasn’t judgmental at all. It was nice to not worry about that or feel uncomfortable. Also, I didn’t have to parallel park because I found some good parking spots downtown. Yay!

I'm actually feeling a little overwhelmed right now. The word got out that I was looking for a drummer, and I've been bombarded with responses provided guitar tracks, bass tracks, etc. And how far and wide some of those came from really astounds me. The nice thing is that there are a number who are perfectly suitable for what I'm trying to do and who are either local or reasonably close enough that we could rehearse regularly, put on live shows, etc.
This is great. I might even spring for a full length album, rather than just an EP. This won't be something where I'm on board as just a live musician or a session musician - this will be something I can actually call my own.
