Cool! I've only seen self tanner at the Dollar Store like once. That is a good deal.
Today I am grateful for my neighbors, they bring much joy to my life.

Had bloodwork this morning and the results came back better than I could have imagined. The last time I had bloodwork in 2017 my cholesterol was 200 which is borderline high. Today it was 164! Everything else was in a healthy range too.

J has been watching my dog all day while I go hustle.
He will continue to babysit AND drop me / pick me up from the massage place ( I have a session there and can't wait ! ) .
Sometimes I have really good moments like this. :)
I really like working as a team with my partner. I'm just the more spoiled team member today.

Validation. From my parents. I know my mother especially took a particular shine to the Amish girl, and sometimes I felt like maybe my mother would’ve rather had the Amish girl to claim as her own, rather than me, the one who became everything except what she hoped I would be. I never really brought this up with her, mostly because I expected affirmation, but we were talking last night and I wasn’t trying to probe, but at one point I basically said, “Yes, I’m sure you’d rather I was more like (the Amish girl)”, and kinda expected it would left at that. So her response to that… well, it was heavy, but felt like a huge weight being lifted off of my shoulders, as well. Though she did say at one point… what it translates to is something like, “…and I know there are things you haven’t told us about, but I trust you did them for the right reasons”, so it makes me wonder if she actually does know more than she’s letting on, if she just believes that, or if she was trying to probe to see if I’d reveal anything.

She is probably just reading your body language. & I mean most people have a sort of "don't ask, don't tell" buffer zone with their loved ones regarding things that they might not like, BUT are willing to tolerate.

It was over the phone, so there really wasn’t any body language to be read. I learned early on in life that she sees everything, but I’m sure seeing from Wisconsin to North Carolina is a stretch, even for her. So now I’m wondering if someone may have told her something, but I wouldn’t expect her to have so little to say if she did know anything I’ve kept her in the dark about. And I’ve kept my sister in the dark about most of it, as well.

In my experience people blab more than they realize. Your sister might have let something slip. OR it's just a case of "educated guesses" and shots in the dark that are right-on.
I am grateful for cool weather today. W000000

Well, my sister doesn’t know everything, and what she does know, I can live with it if my parents find out.

I’m 5 pounds from my goal weight! I feel so good when I look in the mirror now. I even feel good about how my belly folds look when I sit down with bare abs.

BD went out and bought me period products and chocolate because I'm cramping and don't feel like moving. This is the first and only time that any man has done that for me. Men usually freak out and flat out refuse to be seen in public with period-related products.

It was a fun day. I played tour guide for J and his daughter and took them to the back country ( even out of cell phone range which makes J cringy lol as he loves his tech ).
We all survived.
Then he took us for Pizza. Yum.

Grateful I survived another day. I keep thinking everyday we’re closer to a vaccine and better treatment options.
Im grateful years of learning to cope with dysfunctional people has given me the tools to deal with everything.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

^I concur (I'm thankful for the clients who do business with me that I allow me to help them). However, no vacay for me just yet. I'm envisioning one at the end of the year. I'll be speaking it into existence!

I’m grateful to be alive. As much as coronavirus has fucked up my plans. There’s people in third world countries that are suffering a lot more. I have food, water, and shelter and some income. I’ll just make the best of it and do what I can do to stay healthy.

Vanilla-world job stuff is not terrible right now.
Real estate: The house for my buyers appraised properly - thank GOD. We were super worried. Also, some friends of mine said they're serious about becoming homeowners and asked me to help them, so I have at least another couple clients in the near future.
Amazon: Despite the hell-ish-ness of that place, I got an email today that I'll be getting a week's-worth of pay bonus on the next paycheck for working all of June. And I also work 4th of July, so I'll get time and a half. So those next couple of paychecks will be very nice.

Grateful for fresh Botox and cheek fillers. Such an amazing investment.
Also grateful for all the providers I see for personal/career maintenance. Not so they can serve me, that’s bullshit, but because these are resilient female small businesses owners. They have survived better then many during the pandemic because they are smart natural hustlers. Their talent and drive has allowed them to cultivate their clientele. I learn from them how to do so with my customer base and how to enjoy my career to the fullest.

Im thankful to be in pretty good health.
It tugs are my heart strings to hear people talk about their health condition that cause them pain or discomfort.
I know that as we age, our bodies start falling apart so I’ll enjoy this good health while I can.

Consumer Energy sent me a refund check on a bill that they overcharged me on and also, I got a gig walking a dog 5 days a week. It's easy money to me because I like to walk with the baby every day in the morning anyways. It just means extra (furry) company to walk with.
