Self-tanning lotion.

Shampoo *okay you guys might think I am weird; but I use shampoo and regular dishwashing soap for my laundry... screw paying $5-$15 on that, when I can have clean clothes for $1-$2... I been doing this since I left home... clothes come out exactly the same... soap is soap, put it on cold cycle if you are worried about losing the color*. Baking soda is also good for washing clothes too.

Melatonin (I need this!!! lol)

Also I use baking soda to clean my toilet, and I use vinegar to clean my tabletops/counters. I use salt as exfoliator (haven't done this in a blue moon). Aspirin is also good for exfoliation and acne.

Mineral-oil base moisturizer... always. That's Marilyn Monroe secret and Vaseline.

Ok, hear me out on this one.
Poise maximum strength bladder leak pads are the ultimate!
I drink tons of water, and lots of coffee, so I'm usually on the hunt for a restroom when I'm out.
I've come across some of the filthiest ladies rooms EVER! Long lines, also.
I have been turned away from using the restrooms in certain fast food restaurants because I'm just there to pee.
OR, I'm stuck in traffic .
Never again!
I use these pads, and they've become a lifesaver.
Now, when I'm turned away because either there IS no restroom, or they only let customers use it...... I just stand there, and pee. I'm not getting a bladder condition for holding my pee in.

Yup, let the pad do the work for me.
No smell, and you don't even feel the wetness . I wear granny panties that hold them in.
All my friends wear them too.

Some, even to bed, as they don't want to get up to pee in the middle of the night.
Love these!
They also have the kind with built in panties. 47093

Ok..
As long as your not an astronaut driving to see your ex's new girlfriend, wearing these & carrying rope, mace, etc..Joking, remember that story tho?

Sounds like a good idea to me..where I live, in the city (rarely go there) they barely let people use restrooms. So yea, good idea. I had lots of experience buying this type of product for my mom.

^^ My mom used to wear Revlon lipsticks back in the day,and they are still the best pigmented lipsticks IMO. I just woke up from a dream where I was trying to flirt with a hot guy, but my lips were all jaggered, and cracked.

Oh, yeah , Whirl, I remember that story.
Well, I got stuck in traffic due to a bad accident up ahead years ago... I'll never forget it, because I had to pee so bad. I asked the lady next to me if one of her kids could drive for me. But when he got in, he told me he didn't have a license . Omg! Since that day, I carry a portable potty, specially made for women under my seat.
I used to get bladder infections a lot when I was in my 20's, and they were pure hell!
Never again!

Cheap product rave- Dollar Tree makes a version of Neutrogena T Gel Coal Tar soap- it's for dandruff & other skin conditions. (The bottle looks the same btw.) I've been using the coal tar shampoo for months now & my scalp issues are going away. I'm thrilled because I have dark hair so dandruff is humiliating.

(BTW Head & Shoulders has never worked for me & dries my hair out really bad.)

Im gonna have to check this out because my dog has issues with his skin and the dog shampoo with tar in it that I used once I can't find anymore. I had no idea that there was tar shampoo for people? Sometimes I use Seslsun Blue the milky green color for him and it works. Just not quite the same.

Yes^. There's also black soap, which's supposed to be good. Biore, & Shea Moisture brands make it, it's made w/charcoal

Snuff, also check out the African Pride brand, Olive Miracle Braid Spray @ Sally's, a big spray bottle for like $3.00, & it helps scalp issues..I have a very dry, itchy scalp recently a dumb stylist overdyed my hair, & it really helps. You can use it throughout the day, it's very light non oily.
It has aloe, rosemary, mint, & tea tree oil (not a huge amount of tea tree, just enough) http://www.sallybeauty.com//braid-sheen-spray/SBS-294812,default,pd.html

I really like Suave products. I use the any number of the Suave shampoos and body washes. In particular I've been using the Suave Clarifying shampoo stripping my oily scalp. They are inexpensive and smell really good.

Phat, getting back to your dog, if you can't find anything for him,I know of a great individually owned pet store. They have lots of stuff you may not find in regular pet stores.

Chanz, try Schwartzkopf brand Essence Ultime Oil Shampoo, it's carried @ Wal Mart only. Big big bottle for $7.00, love it.

You know ... I am so telling my gf about this, because the minute she drinks, she cannot hold her pee ... and it's a struggle to get on the subway home for her. So this sounds like the perfect solution.

Awesome! I GUARANTEE that she will be thanking You for the rest of her life!
As I mentioned in my post, lots of places don't even HAVE restrooms! Or if they do, they won't let you use them unless you're a customer.
I was going to my storage almost everyday when I was homeless( to change clothes).
The gate to the restroom was always locked, which it shouldn't have been.
I noticed the young bitches who worked there, would snicker at me when I asked for them to unlock it. And they seemed to purposely lock it when they saw me pull in. I figured it out because when the office was closed, the restroom was open.
I also use the men's bathroom whenever possible, because it's usually cleaner.

I use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash. My teeth are so white!! Even customers noticed!

Does that really work? Or do you naturally have fairly white teeth that get extra white with a bit of extra effort?

I ask because my teeth are one of my projects right now.. i drink green tea throughout the day, have coffee once a week, and it feels like no matter what i do, my teeth are just "meh"-level white. I brush 2-3x daily with Colgate whitening pastes, use whitening mouthwash 2x/day, don't drink red wine...argh!! I know some people who drink 4-5 cups of coffee a day, put very little effort into dental hygiene, and somehow have nice, white teeth.

The whitening rinse I use has hydrogen peroxide in it. In fact I think that's the main active ingredient in many whitening products. I looked up using it on it's own and found this discussion (https://www.reddit.com/r/askscience/comments/itd84/is_it_bad_to_use_pure_hydrogen_peroxide_as/) on reddit. It isn't something I would do full strength every day but seems like it's safe. Just not for too long or too often.

My favorite drugstore product right now in Monistat anti-chafing gel as a primer. It's cheap and makes my foundation go on smoother and faster. It also makes it easier to wear a sheer layer of foundation or powder when I don't want full coverage.

Vichy Dercos anti-dandruff! Doesn't dry out your hair like other products. Between exercise and the club and the cold weather here my hair takes a beating and I use this once a week as prevention. It's colour safe and doesn't smell gross like the others.

Wet N Wild liquid lipsticks. They stay on as long as the more expensive brands, and sometimes they're less drying, too! I wish they'd come out with more shades, though.

And Essence gel eyeliner pencils. You need a primer to make them stay on without smudging, but the product glides on so smoothly and is really pigmented.

Definitely get the crest brand!!! I've tried others from the drug store but I didn't care as much for them. The only other brands I would trust is maybe something from Sephora or something that comes like a light but I would think they are even more expensive. If you experience tooth sensitivity whiten every other day. If you want them to be glow in the dark white also use the crest whitening mouth wash along with the whitening tooth paste.

I actually just went to a 24 hour drug store.... I forgot how much fun to go late at night and really delve into the products. lol I got the crest 3d brilliance cleaning kit, some supplements like collagen, and Tylenol pms.

Sometimes I will get broken out on my ass but the Derm said it was probably because I was shaving and then putting self tanner on. She said to use panoxyl acne 4 % creamy wash for it. Yes it is over an over the counter product. You can get it any drug store or wal mart. % ranges will vary so try to stick to he 4%. I found 10% at wal Mary but that might really dry the skin out.

A lot of Pacifica brand products. The makeup removing wipes, cleansers, body butters, and lip colors. I like the "blood orange" lip tint, it adds a little color for when you want a subtle look and it has a yummy sugary citrus smell.

Shea Moisture bath soaps are great if you have delicate or dry skin. It's been hard for me to find a soap that didn't dry me out or irritate my skin. I swear by Shea Moisture soaps now.
