Basically there are some greedy and unscrupulous dealers/suppliers who will sell 'cocaine' but it could be mixed with some other shit or they will sell 'weed' but it could be mixed with fake weed or sprayed with unknown chemicals, even pesticides during growing process could linger if not manufactured correctly.

Anybody who has done enough pure cocaine or pure weed could probably tell the difference by taste or smell or look but newbies can fuck themselves up not knowing the difference.

Synthetic marijuana used to be sold as Spice or K2, now as Black Mamba or Bombay Blue. It's chemical compounds that are sprayed onto plant material that can be smoked to mimic the effect of marijuana. Since it's not real THC a normal drug test will not detect it's use, but they are starting to come up with tests for this stuff.

Ok I can fess up to this. I bought some before it got outlawed in a state I would travel to dance to.....in my state of residence it was illegal. Even in states where the LE hadn't figured out how to outlaw it, some shops were reluctant to carry it due to liability issues (some kid shot himself after a "bad trip" from synthetic weed.)

Fake weed is basically herbs sprayed with chemicals that mimic MJ. I tried it just out of curiosity- I felt all the dumb side affects of MJ with none of the high. It worked for some people I know but not others. (BTW the whole reason I got it was ...someone I knew had severe PTSD from being a war veteran & we figured fake weed was a better fix for him than him being drunk all the time to cope with his issues.)

The moral- MJ is a gift from God. Keep in mind the weed of the 1960s was much milder than the hydroponic of today...meaning we weren't meant to get knocked on our butts by the THC level in modern pot. Moderation is key in everything.

And this "synthetic weed" is bullshit. No such thing. Weed is a natural plant (and in my opinion therapeutic, as supported by countless scholarly studies) whereas synthetic 'weed' is just that: synthetic. I remember years ago when K2 was hitting the markets at synthetic 'weed.' It was legal and you could just go to a smoke shop and buy it as long as you were 18+. I remember smoking it once, didn't pay for it or seek it out but one of the people I usually smoked with had some. It felt like such a mechanical, robotic high. Weed substitute? HAHA nope. And then people found out about its possible adverse side effects (which I think turned out to possibly be fatal wtf) and I'm almost positive it ended up outlawed. Whereas now here in Michigan we've got state wide medical marijuana, and now even numerous larger cities here have decriminalized it for recreational use. :)

Personally I would stay away from it. I went thru a bit of a coke head phase. I rented an apartment down the street from an afterhours club. Started frequenting it and doing coke. It was fun at first till I got down to 90 pounds (I'm 5ft) and lost my boobs and butt.

I had used for recreational purpose its medical forms (eg. Aderall, Concerta, etc.) so, I haven't experienced a "high" from it...but tons of focus and excessive productivity. My ex used them to get high from them...only to have some bad lows.

Aderall is actually amphetamine salt and closer to meth or speed than coke is. It may give a similar feeling I suppose but its a different class of drug. I used to do quite a bit of coke but was never addicted to it. To me it made me feel a bit euphoric and like everything was moving fast and allowed me to drink more than usual while not feeling too drink. This probably is not a good thing; and for all I know I probably looked/ seemed really fucked up to other people!! I am just trying to be honest.

Nothing really bad ever happened to me. My nose is kind of fucked up. I have another friend whose nose is really fucked up and one of her nostrils is clearly bigger than the other...I also have a friend who was terribly addicted and at one point in her twenties had no car and was homeless with about two boxes of belongings after about 6 years dancing and escorting as a top earner.

So, to summarize MY experience was never bad. I actually enjoyed it and had fun, y do a tad bit from time to time now. I don't agree with the warnings that you are going to become some terrible trainwreck of an addict after one use (I assume your sister is not); but I have seen other people really screw up their lives while simultaneously using coke- although I can't blame the coke itself.

To clarify...I didn't mean that every single person is at risk for becoming a hardcore addict after one try. There are SO many factors that go into the 'making of an addict.' Family history, current emotional load, current living situation, repressed memories / emotions / traumas, degree of self-awareness, whether they're dealing with any kind of mental illness, amount of disposable income, how available the drug is, how much free time they have, how bored they are on a daily basis, whether or not they have close friends and family, how naturally inclined the person is to becoming addicted to things (relationships, food, shopping, drinking, etc.)...the list goes on.

I'd recommend that anyone looking to try one of the more serious drugs out there be very aware of their own risk factors and decide accordingly. Most people are simply not very self-aware (especially younger folks), which automatically puts them at a higher risk for addiction.

Comically in my life..... I found out late in life that I have a heart murmur and (had) bad sinuses....so trying powder drugs would have been a bad idea for me in the extreme.

I can't say what is the "magic formula" to make an addict. I've known people who party on the weekend and never become addicted. & I've known people who died from their addictions. The risk seemed too great to me.

I will say all the addicts I have known suffered from both mental problems and emotional trauma early in life. We all blame the drugs but we never point the finger at the "hole in the soul" causing the hunger for drugs.

Tried coke when I was 17 and it was awesome... Until it wasn't. The comedown was so bad I have never felt more depressed in my life. For two days after I was so sad and life seemed so pointless and I decided this shit is not for me.

Molly though, I lovvee Molly. I don't do it that often though, which is what keeps it special. MJ is like manna from heaven to me, gotta say that's my all time fave 'drug' (though it technically isn't) goddamn I love MJ.

I've got a very addictive personality though and a history of mental health issues so I've always got to tread lightly.

I experimented with it back in my 20's. It was a nice upbeat high for me, without being too speedy. I never had any issues with crashing, or feeling bad in any way once it wore off- but I only did small amounts once a week. If you do decide to try it, I would start with a small amount, then give it a while to see how you feel.

everybody does it down here. i mean everybody. miami never got out of the 80's. For me, it goes together with drinking. If I don't have any, I get way too drunk. It's the lifestyle down here, shoot me.

But that people lose all their money over it, I don't understand. It's not THAT expensive. Somebody that does about $200-$300 worth a day I would say is a very heavy user and I don't see people becoming bankrupt over that.. I know it happens, it just boggles my mind.

Please don't. I have never done it before, nor other kind of drug, but I know from watching family members struggle from addiction and lives falling apart because of it, not even worth considering at least a little bit. Just run away from the idea and the curiosity. Not worth it.

Someone asked me for cocaine tonight at work - some dude at my tip rail. He used a term for it that I'd never heard before, so I had to ask him to repeat his question a few times before he actually said "cocaine." I smiled, cocked my head, and asked him if he really thought I looked like the kind of person who might know where to get cocaine. Like, really? You're gonna ask the sweet, calm girl-next-door stripper for cocaine? That's really happening right now?

It's cheaper down there....Up where I live the cost is double or triple. I know people who quit just because they refused to pay that much to party.
