So I stopped the picture post..because I was posting everyday and eachicture was getting less and less like and retweets because I posted too much.. So I will have to come up with a new challenge... I'm thinking going on 30 mins earlier..

I know all about the 21-day-habit concept, but I can never seem to make it past 2 weeks for some excuse or another. The main reason I joined this forum is for accountability and support, so it would be wrong of me not to partake in this challenge. :)

I've actually been doing pretty awesome on the camming front, so most of my goals are non-cam related, but I really need to get these other things in motion for my mental and physical health:

- Minimum 20 minute outdoor power walk every day; I desperately need more fresh air and sunshine, not to mention exercise in general.
- Minimum 30 minutes of yoga/stretching every day, even if it's broke up into smaller increments. [I found a Groupon for 2 months of unlimited classes at a yoga studio within walking distance of my house, so that should help, plus I can knock out the outdoor walking goal at the same time!]
- Read and/or watch TED Talks and/or otherwise intellectually stimulate my brain for at least 30 minutes per day.
- Film and post at least 1 new C4S clip on Monday through Friday.

0/21. This starts tomorrow.

Im on (12/21) for selfies and twitting everyday. I almost lost it yesterday but snapped a quick pic before bed and posted it.

I have also noticed less attention to the pics I post but that was really never he point. I dont care if people like or dislike my pics I just want to be appearing on their threads everyday so I stay in the front of their minds. I love the 30 mins earlier challenge though I might pick that one up again once Im done with the twitter one.

In other news I havent walked my poor doggies in like 4 days. Keep failing with that challenge :( I need to find something that works with schedule so I can find time to do it everyday!

5 extra minutes finished today and adding 10 extra tomorrow. Increasing 5 more minutes daily will snowball and will add up to a nice extra goal this month!

- 20 min outdoor power walk [to a restaurant... hopefully the fact that I walked to food didn't totally negate the physical activity, lol] (1/21)
- 30 min yoga/stretching [also did a bonus 30 mins of cardio/dancing/hooping just for fun] (1/21)
- 30 min intellectual stimulation [watched two TED talks, one about laughter and one about the neuroscience of sleeping. learned a few new things.] (1/21)

the only thing i failed today is not making a damn C4S clip even though it would have been really simple. i haven't made a new clip in two weeks, I don't know why it's been so hard to get back into it, especially considering last month was my best month on C4S. >_< tomorrow i will film two clips to make up for it.

bonus: the yoga session I just did left me feeling pretty perky, so I'm going to get on cam a little bit early tonight.

Both 10 and 15 minute extra goals finished. It is funny because each time I end up staying longer, when normally I would not.

No shots at work for an entire shift 2/21: I only work 2 days a week so I am proud of this. This week will be harder though because my mom died and I've been kind of an alcoholic at home. I am going to try my hardest to not fall back on the shots and ruin my night.

Stick to daily schedule with kids 8/21: I let my kids have less structured weekends. But my kids are sleeping better now!

Yoga at least once a day 0/21: Ya, exercise is a fail on my part

Wow girl your doing amazing! If my mom had passed I would be giving myself a free pass to fall apart. Im really sorry for your loss. Dont be to hard on yourself about the exercise, it looks like your taking care of the more important issues. Big Hugs.

I've been adding 30 mins early to my log in times as well as 15 mins after my log out time so I can't really do this 21 days in a row since I only work m- f so 2/21 so basically I will follow it m-f for 21 days of that :D

You could if everyday you added just the 30 min to begin and 15 mins end and nothing more. That is to say if you working one hour your now 30 mins earlier, then work your hour, and finish with an extra 15 mins each day! You don't actually add an additional 30 mins + 15 mins. each day. You added it each 21 days until your happy with your time on line.

Is this clear??? I'm not sure ��

I can only work during school hours when no one is home but I lag on getting ready so I've been just getting home rushing to get ready and getting on 30 min earlier and afterwards I get off 15 mins later and just rush to clean up everything. I don't work Friday's so this would be m-th(Friday's I occasionally take Skype shows only) so basically I have 20 hours a week total by Thursday ..

Small update: my cleaning goals (bed, dishes, and general house keeping) have been going really, really well, as has my goal of cooking at least one meal per day for myself. My goal to walk the dogs every day is happening about 5-6 days per week (up from 3-4, so excellent!), but is on temporary hiatus at the puppies are visiting my parents to give mom a vacation for a few days. Income goals are also going well.

I'd love to give the exact number of days I've done but, uh, let's just say I lost the sticky note, haha! I was about two weeks into all of my cleaning and cooking goals and a week into the others (straight). Keep going!

^^^Isabelle that is amazing. I am sucking so bad with the dog walking. Basically I'm one day on then one day off! Tweeting and daily selfies are 19/21 and 18/21. I haven't taken my daily selfie yet cause I'm hoping I can convince someone to give me a facial but I have to wait until the stoopid football game is finished.

I really feel like it is just natural to do the selfies now and before they were such a hassle for me. I'm really glad I took this challenge i have 2 days left until my 21 days are up so then I want to pick some new challenges. going to read through this thread again to see if there are any that would fit me cause I'm not sure what to do. Maybe pimp out my cammodels link everyday.....not sure.

Instead of adding 5 more minutes each day, I have made a point to start 30 minutes earlier and then staying 10-30 minutes longer when it is time to quit.

im 21/21 the other day. Time flies! Now I just need to keep up with it all and set some new goals but Im really not sure what my next goals should be......waiting to be inspired.

Wash at least 1 sink full of dishes 1/21: I have issues with doing basic things sometimes. I know it sounds horrible, but it is hard to handle my kids, cleaning in my house, and taking care or the outside. But I've realized that when I keep my kitchen clean, it helps ease my mind. I spend a lot of time in there each day, so I may as well keep "My" space clean.

Alright, I'm in! need to get my butt into gear and keep myself accountable. Also this thread seems to have died a little xD hope to revive it.

1.) Drink 4 cups of water every day (1/21)
2.) Work every day on at least one site for at least one hour (min total 5 days out of the week) (1/21)
3.) Have a 30min walk around my neighborhood everyday (0/21)
4.) Take time with myself and put in the work to look clean and nice everyday (1/21)
(when doing pso work especially i struggle with the need to feel good about myself and care about personal care sometimes... so I need to urge myself to do my shower, shave, fix hair, look pretty, feel pretty.

I take this challenge as a workout one.
I recently started Insanity workout. I actually restarted.
Last time I made 3 weeks! And a had huge change to my body.
This time I will take again the 3 weeks challenge. That is 21 days.
The workout program has 60 days but I better establish small goals. I will come back with the next 21 days challenge after and IF I complete this one.

Ugh, so much crap happened these past few days. And I hurt my knee, so I'm going to have to discontinue the walking thing until it doesn't hurt every step >.< Really no excuse about the water though. lol

I hope this will help me build good habits.

I'm going to separate this into two categories because two different job focuses.

Day 1

Art-Related

I will create at least one item for my main shop daily for 21 days. [1/21]
I will create at least one item for my seconday shop daily for 21 days. [0/21]
I will update either shops daily with a new listing for 21 days. [0/21]


Cam-Related

I will make a conscious effort to lose weight daily for 21 days. [1/21]



Will be editing these posts throughout the day if I complete them.

Ok well I was going to start this on the 1st of September since it coincides with the fitness challenge that I signed up for, but I figured that I would do a camming one and then add the fitness one later on.

Work at least 10 hrs a day on cam (0/21) Hopefully later today I will be able to update this

Im really big on the "crowd funding" "Kickstart" stuff and this recently came to my attention and made me think of this thread! Basically its a daily planner that claims to help you stick to your goals for 30 days and it actually looks pretty cool so I thought I would share.

Now the planner itself is going to be released in 2016 but you can print off versions of it for 2015 for FREE just by sharing the link to their page on your social media. I have actually received the PDF files for this and I love the way it all works. I havent printed it or used it yet cause I really dont have any goals at the moment (Im super busy!) I am starting a new exercise program in November so I will try it out for that.

For those of you who are very visual this might be a great tool to help you stick to achieving those small goals or just to help you build good habits. If anyone tries it I would love to hear how it worked out for you.

Ressurecting this because we are heading into what are arguably two of the most lucrative camming months of the year, so now would be a good time to work like crazy.

Here are my 21 Day challenges
I will work 21 days in a row 8hrs (2shifts a day)
I will hit the gym every day (could stand to lose a pound or two)
I will still communicate with the outside world.
And last but not least the hardest one
No fast food

Day 19 without smoking cigarettes.I kept telling myself everytime I wanted to light one,just make it till 21 and it will get easier.I`m not sure about that but I know I did my best and day 21 is almost here.

Day 3 of eating cleaner and hypocaloric and exercising at least 30 mins/day.Even harder to stick to this one.I love food.I love fast food.I love a cake when I`m feeling down.I guess I`ll have to find my happiness in something else. now.I`m on my way to a healthier me.

18 days of eating cleaner and exercising,day 21 is sooo close.
I now know that I can do almost everything I have in my mind.Mind over matter.
