Today, I am randomly sad that charm bracelets fell out of popularity. I started one when I was younger, but then they shifted to not being real charms (they were just those stupid rectangles with pictures on them), to really not being in stores anywhere anymore. I'm sure I could still find stuff online, but that kinda defeats the point of collecting charms from special places like you used to be able to. I wish I could start it up again.
I thought charm bracelets were still in style.:-\ I always see them on the jewelry TV stations, as well as in fashion mags.
I have several, and wear them all, esp my Chanel bracelet.
I love charm bracelets so much. Been wearing them since I was a kid.

I mean, when I first started mine, there were charms everywhere. Like I could walk into any cheap jewelry store or even truck stops on the road and they had charms you could add from specific places and stuff. Nowadays, I see charm bracelets for sale - that already have charms on them and stuff like that. But I can't think of the last time I walked into any store and just saw straight-up charms for sale that you could add to an existing bracelet. They were a "big thing" like that for awhile, but I haven't seen it in a long time.

I need a hair cut so bad...I think I have close to 2 inches of nothing but dead straw on the end of my hair. My husband's like "Just grow it out and stop straightening it so much" Yeah well I have fine, curly, white girl hair that frizzes at the slightest change in humidity...You have thick, perfect, naturally straight and silky Asian hair. Must be fuckin nice!!!!

I have a first date tomorrow and the guy seems nice but boring. But I'm pretty sure it's because I keep comparing him to the loud, obnoxious guys I usually date. I also haven't talked to him yet, and I keep wondering if he has a weird voice or if he will be super awkward... does anyone actually enjoy dating?! lol

I know right! I'd rather detox from heroin than go through break up from someone I loved. I've never did heroin but after I ended relationship with dude I thought I was in love with, I looked and felt like a lifelong heroin addict forced into detox.
It's rough but luckily it's temporary.

A good friend of mine told me today that I inspired her to get health insurance and start a diet/workout plan because I'm the only one of her friends who is actually "adulting" and made her want to get her shit together.
I was like "You know my breakfast was a week-old half bag of Jimmy Johns chips, right?"
Since when am I anyone's role model for being an adult? I'm not prepared for that responsibility!

I've had people say that sort of thing to me as well. In my head I'm like "Wtf... Really?!" It's a big compliment, though... Let them believe we've got our shit together! :D

Nope. I certainly don't.
Sidebar: That new guy I just started seeing... Never even offered me so much as a glass of water when I was at his place.
And after being out for a couple of hours ( he was helping me house hunt), he never bought me dinner even though I mentioned that I was hungry.:-[ *hint hint
He's older too , (50), and has been married a couple of times.

I hate dating. I know some people love the thrill of meeting someone new and the chase but I hate not knowing what to expect and starting all over again with another person.

Exactly. And so can falling in love with the wrong person. I just compared it to heroin because research hAs shown the feeling of being in love activates the same pleasure centers in the brain as when getting "high" on drugs/pharmaceuticals. And taking the drugs away and detoxing is similar in feeling to the guy taking his love away and being forced to detox.
The worst break up I had left me with insomnia, upset stomach, out of body experience like impending doom - I guess anxiety, suicidal, etc. I was not myself and I'm sure if I was on a reality show being filmed I would have looked like a recovering detoxing addict.
Love is one hell of a drug. Feels amazing when it's right but feels horrible if it's snatched away from you and or with the wrong person.
At least if you're at a detox center they can give you drugs like suboxone to ease the discomfort. Having to detox from love is just as painful and have to 'detox' cold turkey (or maybe some wine but getting drunk may make things worse)

Same here. I wished my family practiced Indian wedding traditions because I'm totally for arranged marriages (cut out all the time wasted on subpar dates, getting to know people who majority of them will never see beyond date #3). I'd let my family and friends be matchmakers for me but I'm absolutely certain they'd pick someone I would not be attracted to.

I'm on cam with a package of cream cheese next to me. It's not as kinky as it sounds. I'm making fried cream cheese/crab wontons once I log off and the cream cheese needs to soften up and become room temperature and I figure my cam lights will speed up the process.
I have so many cookbooks and more on the way, I'm trying to try 1 new recipe a day.

I'm glad you posted this.....It relates to my Random thought tonight.... I'm fearing my fwb is falling for me not because he's really truly into me, but he has an addictive personality & I happened to be offering affection/intimacy at the exact right time when he really needed it. I was going to ask for advice about this situation elsewhere on here but it'll have to wait as I am dead tired right now and need to sleep.

We have not seen or had any communication with each other for 8 months now.
I don't think I'll add him back. Not because I don't want to, but because I know I shouldn't.

Camming today was pretty mediocre (could have been better if I stayed on SM longer, but that place is so boring despite being the quickest income so I went to CB after an hour), but a favorite regular of mine super-surprised me by buying a doll I had on my wishlist! I'm trying not to spend money on dolls the next month BC taxes (not to mention I've spent a LOT this month on dolls already) and it made me squeal with joy when he told me! I get expensive shit from clients all the time but whenever they buy me a doll, it's so personal and special because dolls are so important to me.
And she's really pretty!

So now there's 2 large dogs and 2 cats in a 960 sq ft apartment. Plus a snake, which is explicitly stated as not allowed in the lease. If maintenance ever tattles, we are in trouble.
Apparently if you tell someone "Don't worry I won't let anything happen to your cat if you can't find a home for her", you will end up with said cat.

I really wish I could be one of those healthy moms who wake up before their kids and meditate or exercise and make green smoothies and shit....but I'm the mom who's grumbling in my pajama pants and half asleep until 11am. I put cartoons on Netflix so I can sneak outside for a cigarette and finish my coffee in peace before I can even think about doing something productive. I don't know those other people do it...I really don't.

He can only deliver one line, fast paced dialogue, that always comes across as I'm better/smarter than you likely because he does believe that.
Annoying voice, and look. He is just someone that looks like you just want to back hand.
Always sounds nervous or if he drank 50 red bulls or espressos.
He is famous because he is being thrust into fame. He probably knows someone inside Hollywood. He is too full of himself to play anything else. He is the proof that Hollywood is becoming a cabal of select few.
He has ZERO talent. Totally not funny either.
Worst male voice I've heard, and seriously impairs his his effectiveness as an actor.
I stop watching any movie he's in. Can't stand his butt-face.
He is a pathetic untalented ugly face. if he made it to Hollywood then anyone can.
All the characters he plays are the same, there's no difference between them. He only act himself
I don't know why he is famous, when his acting ain't even acting his monotone, his lack of facial expressions and his fast talk gives him the right to be the worst actor ever
He thinks he is such a good actor but he is probably the most unconvincing of anyone I have ever seen
Worst voice in Hollywood. Horrible actor. Worse, Hollywood chose him as Lex Luthor?! He's the polar opposite of Lex Luthor! I'm boycotting that movie!
He's just weird and has no personality. He acts the same in every movie!
He was very good in the Social Network, but he has been bad in everything else since. He showed a total misunderstanding of the Lex Luthor character. He basically should stick to playing neurotic little nerds.
Watching Now You See Me. This guy is boring and unbelievable
Jesse Eisenberg is a TERRIBLE actor... How do so many people over look this.? This guy is stiff as a backboard and has no emotion whatsoever besides playing a awkwardly clumsy lame. When did excepting talentless sterile actors become the norm. Let's readjust our minds and adopt a new standard. Booo the new Batman v. Superman blows!
Fugly and bland. If he wasn't Jewish, he wouldn't have even gotten his foot in the door in Hollywood.
I cannot watch a movie with him in it but then again I don't get woody allen either.
Useless actor and can't watch any movie he is in
I can't tell them apart do you?
Geeky characters it's the only they can do - gvats
Watching him causes me physical pain
He is one dimensional, has a whisper voice and overall just sucks as an actor
Yeah the guy sucks so bad.. I can't get through any of his movies.
Please blind me so I won't have to look at him
Worst actor ever seen! Please Hollywood, stop it!

I'm such a dolt; I had to have my car towed while I was at the post office today because it was overheating and I was too scared to drive it back home first so I'm trying to get the address to the post office off my phone to give to the AAA dispatcher and the GPS is being difficult. Then I'm like........ 'Omg, this is my post office where I have all my mail sent, I know the fucking address by heart.' I wasn't even frazzled so I don't know where my brain cells went to in that moment. Then at some point we are trying to get the address to my mechanic and I thought she was getting it so I'm sitting there completely quiet patiently waiting for her to do what she needs to do for like 5 minutes only to find out that she was sitting there waiting on me for the info LOL. We were cracking up. Then I asked her if the tow truck driver could give me a ride back to my house and she said it would depend on him but that he probably would so I was like 'What do I gotta do, show some cleavage? Cry? What.' and made her laugh. Now I just hope I can get my car back quick so I won't miss my foam rolling class tomorrow but it's pretty early and I decided to have some other things fixed while the car is at the mechanic so I'm not counting on it.

In a random moment of facebook stalking, I discovered my hot neighbor is single again. Dammit... I really shouldn't do anything with that information but he's good in bed and I haven't had "personal life" sex in literally a year... However, there's really no good way to start hitting on a guy who, last time you talked to him, he had a gf, without making it obvious you were facebook-stalking his relationship status.

Well he put it out there that he was single so therefore he must be ready to mingle! In my opinion anyone who notifies their "friends" on social media is just begging for some attention.
Whenever I put single on my profile - dudes came out the woodworks hitting me up. And whenever I changed the status to in a relationship tons of people liked it. So I'm guessing guys may get a similar reaction.
Now I just omit my relationship status. I like to leave a little air of mystery.
