I work with a girl who flies to Paris and dances at a club there. I so want to do this, before I retire and before I get much older. How glamorous does it sound to be a stripper for a night in Paris??? I'd spend a week there and maybe dance 2 of those nights. For some reason this sounds way more fun than dancing in southern California lol.
And another part of me would rather just wait until I'm a famous actress/screenwriter. Then I can afford to travel there like a baller and NOT dance lol.

Still waiting on my little niece to make her grand entrance. Like all the women in my family, she can't be constrained by someone else's time-frame and is going to do things her own way. In the mean time, my sister is the labor/delivery room and the doctors are giving her pitocin to induce her. My sister is just tired and just wants her out. I'm so excited to become an aunt. I'm going to be her favorite aunt and spoil that kid rotten.

Things are beginning to unfold really well with one of my friends and her love interest and I'm so fucking excited about it that you'd think it was happening to me. She has a history of going for guys who don't actually make the best partners--like many of us do--and this guy is actually perfect relationship material and she genuinely likes him so much through-and-through. I just keep visualizing it all working out perfectly, she really deserves it. She's so funny and clever and is a genuinely good person and she deserves a really amazing guy.

Will it make me look shallow if I don't accept this friend request on Facebook? It's from an ex childhood friend who talked shit about me and my family to somebody she didn't even know. It's been over 10 years since we've spoke. I know people CAN change and it's only Facebook but I don't want her going through my photos and knowing about my travels. I have an extremely low tolerance for people who have been disloyal to me.
Girl, hell no! I ignore the fuck out of FB and Insta requests. Fuck them.
Does anyone else leave a spot of condensation when you get up after sitting? You know like when the AC is turned really low and the chair or table is plastic and your body heat between your legs or between your butt cheeks and you leave a wet spot. It's so embarrassing. Please tell this happens to someone else.
I am SOOOO glad someone else posted this. I have been wanting to for awhile, mine is like a diamond shape from my pussy. I know I am pH balanced and I never noticed it until I got an all plastic chair. It's that I am very temp. hot down there. It happened at a business meeting a week ago when I was wearing a pencil skirt. If I figure out a solution I will let you know.

My suitcase for moving to Europe is going to be packed with the most random stuff. I'm bringing my laptop and desktop iMac, ukulele, a large USB microphone, two pretty big back massage tools, art supplies/paper, and camera tripod. I'm pretty good at packing all the clothes/toiletries I need in a small carry-on... having a second, large checked bag is kind of a luxury! :)

2016 has been such a weird year! Like just... bizarre. I feel like people are all acting extra crazy in every area of life lol. I feel like I've accomplished nothing but I've accomplished a lot schoolwise/career wise. But it just feels so stagnant and almost backwards.
I'm a firm believer that the collective energy & thoughts of the world are reflected in fashions, tv, and politics and that's definitely the case this year. I feel like we are a group of toddlers and our caregivers abandoned us. Such a mess lol

If I put as much effort into writing essays as I do into writing non offensive replies on this site, I would have a 4.0 GPA. Honestly sometimes I feel like you gotta be Switzerland on here. It's so sad. That's why I try and keep to ladies only.
l also wonder how many keyboard warriors argue like that in real life cuz lemme tell you, if someone ever spoke to me like that it would be on sight. If you have to google what that means, then you probably shouldn't talk like that in the real world lol
Arguing back and forth on an online forum doesn't do much for your life in the real world. You're not gonna interact with that person out and about in your day. Dont be a keyboard warrior or let one suck you in. It happens to the best of us!

I'm not a parent, but I sense a pattern with good parenting and I don't understand how it's that hard, at least this aspect. The people in life who seem to be the most creative, interesting, and put together all seemed to have parents/caretakers/older figures who noticed their interests and talents at a young age, and encouraged them to pursue those things. Their caretakers didn't push anything on them or try to keep them from pursuing things they were talented at and interested in. So why is it so hard for parents to follow that style of parenting?

Watching My So Called Life on Hulu ... too cute.
Also realizing the guy I have been seeing is super into me and he is amazing. A total badass, but with all the manners of a guy who knows how to take care of a girl :)
Also gotta lose some weight. LORD. Clenbuterol here we go.

My body loves weights and lifting. I'm just shocked at how happy it is lol. I've never been into exercise because I realized I can't stand cardio, but it seems like everyone I know much prefers cardio over weight training.

I always thought people were lying when they said exercise gave them an endorphin rush. Then I started weightlifting. It makes me feel amazing, unlike cardio which doesn't give me that post workout rush or any energy, just drains me.

^^^lol I'm the opposite. Definitely love the runner's high but if I run too much my ass goes away so gotta add some weights in there
I'm thinking of taking the weight training class in school one of these semesters. There's a football player in my math class who takes it every semester and everytime he gets up I get insanely jealous because his ass is nicer than mine -_-

My mom said not to do too much at the vet for my cat because he was too old, we should put him down peacefully and she was right. I let them do whatever they recommended he had a bad reaction, had a seizure, cried and died in front of me in the car.

Animals deal with death way better than humans, he had probably already decided he was ready to go and that's why he wanted to be left alone. You know how they always say that they prefer to go away to be by themselves to pass on.

That's so sad... I'm glad that she is in peace now. My old roommate put her cat through surgery at a vet's recommendation, but the cat had late stage cancer and wound up dying slowly in the vet's office afterward while they tried to call my roommate for permission to euthanize her. I'm sure vets mean well, but there is only so much you can put a dying animal through... especially since they don't understand what's happening to them.
