Hello I'm coming out with a new website and I'd like to know what the ideal candidate site would be for you women to feel comfortable and happy working with .... I know payout is a issue ... But cam sites and adult websites in general are considered high risk and are charged 15% on credit card processing so before the website see a penny of the split the credit card company get theirs lol so aside from high payout rates can you tell me se things you would like to have on a cam site? ....

Why is that, though, really? If you're dealing directly with a payment processor, like Cybersource, and you have low chargebacks, why would you pay 15%?

Charge backs... we hate them with a passion. I refuse to work on sites that have charge backs, purely because I like to know that whatever I've worked hard for and earned is rightfully mine at the end of the day. There is nothing worse than waking up in the morning and seeing that the hour long private you did last week that should've given you $200 is now being held against your next paycheck or is being taken out of your current one.
Also, no stupid "we own your cam name" rules. I like being able to use the same cam name on multiple sites because it gives me more traffic and makes it easier for the model to advertise.
payout every week (or more frequently) is also a plus.

Unfortunately, there's only a handful of processors that take adult in the first place so we don't have the luxury that mainstream companies have in choice (it's a little better than when I started working in adult). So processors can easily demand the high percentages because who else is there to go to? We can't directly use Paypal, Amazon, Apple, Google, or any of the other cool little payment methods that have popped up since they clearly say "no adult or no porn" in their TOS.
