I don't get how it works?
I also have a completely backless bodysuit, I have those stick on bras, but haven't tried 'em yet or worn the bodysuit, I also have a cute dress w)a back cutout that needs something like this
Tomorrow I want to go to the tattoo convention, I have low back tank top, but I can hide a strapless bra

Weird. My skin was dry af and this completely turned it around. My eyelids haven't looked this good in a long time.
H20 plus and ole henriksen both have amazing eye gels. I know you can go on ebay and buy samples of OH, and probably H2O plus too.

Retinols can be drying, so then you'd need to put a moisturizing cream/lotion on top:)
So back to hair, I absolutely love: Phytokeratine Extreme leave in cream for damaged, brittle, & dry hair.
I got the travel size on beautyhabit.com
Sephora has the big size only
It's pricey but works great, years ago I used their #9 leave in but they changed the formula, this product is way better

Also, w/any moisturizer, you really need to reapply throughout the day, especially here where it's cold & inside heat, which sucks the moisture right out of ur skin

Well fuck those stick-on bras, I experimented with duct tape last night and it worked perfectly. Felt better than a bra and I don't have to avoid buying backless tops anymore. The next time I do it though I'm gonna put pieces of paper or something on the parts that stick to the nipples because that was the painful part of the removal process, but I may never wear a bra outside of work again.
How did you apply the duct tape? I so wanna try this!

They have boob glue, & body tape, never used, duct tape sounds a bit scary to me..
I believe I have contact dermatitis from this dumb bitch hairdresser that dyed it last.. Its now been 3 month & I'm still afraid to fuck w/it, been using a temp touch up prod
& I apply coconut oil, my scalp/hair's super dry.

So i got the Bellami Cleopatra bangs recently, and i was having a huge amount of buyer's remorse because they looked terrible on me. They just look weird, are cut oddly, don't sit right on my head, aren't flattering, blah blah blah. BUT then i devised an alternate use for them. I tried putting them on my crown, but towards the back. I pull my natural hair over them from the front and basically use them like a Bump It to add extra fullness when i wear my hair in a ponytail. I have naturally fine hair, so this will add a lot of dimension to my ponytails - my ponytails tend to look very flat. Excited that this $60 purchase won't go to waste! Super random, i know..

I've been drinking warm lemon water every morning and often before bed (1-2 lemons/ day). And I've been eating earlier in the evenings instead of slamming a big dinner right before bed. The lemon water seems to have a significant effect on my appetite.. I've been eating less despite increasing my workout routine. Not why I started doing it, but I'll take it! I was mostly just curious if it'd affect my skin.

Anyone try solar nails on their actual nails? I have good enough nails that I don't need fake ones.my sister really likes the solar nails, but always gets fakes. Just a normal manicure already lasts me two weeks with little chipping, so I'm debating if it's worth trying solar nails.

Me personally, w/ balayage, it came out ok for the first time, however, after that it did not give me enough lift.
I had highlights done 3 mo ago, originally I was just getting a root base color touch up which was done way too dark.
She then added foils, too many/ too light for the top of my head
Now that it's grown out, I like the ligher blond(level 9+) & it looks solid, not highlighted & I like it
So I went to Sally's, got the level 9, & level 8NN, which's a deeper neutral
The lady there(a beautician) said to mix them which I'm going to try @home
If I get it right, should be slightly ombre but still very light, which I like/want

Just received my first Forever 21 order in the mail, and I'm super impressed. The fit and materials are all better than I was even hoping for, especially considering the low price points. I thought my order would be very hit and miss with sizing and whatnot... buying online is always such a gamble! But everything is soft and fitted. Perfect for my longer torso and low - maintenance style preferences. 10/10 would buy from there again. I used the description they provide of the models' heights in the pictures to guide what sizes to order, and that was super helpful. Love!!!!

Just started using the Sally's Queen Helene mint scrub & mask again & omg it is wonderful! The scub is srsly the best exfoliant out there aside from Bath & Body Works true blue scrub stuff. The mask not only tightened my face & helped my undereye circles it also cleared up my few acne spots I had. Cheap & amazing :)

Any time anyone claims to love an entire skincare line or line of anything beauty related, you just know they're getting paid to endorse it. Like, everyone knows that products must be cherrypicked from different brands. Some brands are generally higher - quality and work better than others, but... there's no such thing as a holy grail brand that is perfect in all categories. Ya know? Clothing, makeup, skincare... everything works better when it's mixed and matched. Which means you usually have to waste a good amount of money before finding what works for you.
I'm 28 and I'm just starting to love how i do my hair and makeup... there's so much trial and error involved.
/beauty rant
I have to say, watching YouTube has been a life and money saver. I watch makeup tutorials - they're great for helping you weed through all of the crap that's on the market and find products that are worth purchasing. I watch tutorials and reviews from kathleen lights and carli bybel, mostly. It's really helped me find some great products, plus the videos have massively improved my technique when it comes to hair and makeup..

^ I waste no money ever on good products or on their sales pitch LoL. What I will to that works like a charm is go get samples of everything I hear that is supposedly "amazing" & that usually lasts awhile. I can't believe how many ppl spend crazy amounts of money on things that you can easily get for free at Sephora or high end counters.

Am I the only person in the world who hates Pond's cold cream? It didn't break me out (I've tried an entire jar to give it a fair go)... but my face felt so dirty using it. I was using it to remove makeup. So I'd apply it to my face, massage it in, and then 'remove ' it with a warm washcloth. But this method made me feel like I still had makeup and oily cream on my face afterwards, so I'd follow that up with face wash (the one from Purity). I couldn't go to bed with the feeling that i had just smeared my makeup around on my face with mineral oil..
Now I use Simple micellar makeup wipes before my shower and Purity + Foreo face brush in the shower. Feels so much better to me, takes less time, and I feel like my post - shower face is ready to absorb my serums/ creams/ whatever I put on my face that night before bed.

It broke me out , I was still on bc so I know it clogged my pores.
I have been using the kale face wash from Pacifica brand it takes off all makeup. Then I use Avene Clearance stuff is great for oily acne prone skin. Wet n Wild setting spray is great. Better than Urban decay for me.

Youre supposed to wash off ponds with a cleanser afterwards. It's called double cleansing. First get your makeup off with an oil based product then wash your face with a soap.

People do it both ways. I hate high - maintenance beauty routines, so I'm sticking by my review! I know this is a holy - grail product for many people. I hope I didn't offend anyone!
ETA: I checked again, and the product's instructions say you just need to wipe it off with a warm washcloth. Definitely doesn't mention double cleansing or anything like that!

On kathleenlights' recommendation, i purchased the Kiehl's midnight recovery eye cream. She raves about it. Should be arriving soon - I'll keep you updated!
Update time! I've been using this every night, religiously, for about two months. I really like it - it doesn't sting my eyes, the consistency is nice, it has a mild herbal smell that isn't noticeable, and I think it's a good cream with good ingredients. Have I noticed a difference in dark circles or anything like that? No. I hardly have dark circles anyway, and I don't have fine lines - I mostly got this as a preventive measure. I eat extremely healthily and am always hydrated, so I don't tend to notice major differences with anything I improve in my beauty routine. I'll definitely continue using the cream until it's gone, since I do like the moisturizing effect (undereye moisturizing is great for your lashes, too!), but I wouldn't order it again. Again, it's really hard for me to tell if products are effective when I'm using them as preventative!
The one thing that has made a significant difference in my skin has been the morning lemon water. Over time, I'm sensing that this is a significantly healthy habit to keep around for both my body and my skin. I seemed to skip my last pre - period breakout due to this. Again, it took a couple of months of consistency to notice a difference. A whole lemon juiced into warm water every morning.
Oh! And supplementing with zinc. I stopped getting acne on my chest when I started zinc, and I'd guess it has contributed to my face being less red / acne - prone, too.

I've been cutting my own hair for over two years now. I always watch Carli Bybel's most recent tutorial before I do it, as a guide. I've gotten better at it over time, absolutely, but I've never been able to tell a difference between haircuts I've purchased and haircuts I've given myself. I've saved so much money! And my hair is so much healthier as a result, since I can trim it every couple of months to get rid of split ends. If i had short hair, I would get it done professionally. But it's so long that I can just do it myself. And I never wear it completely straight, so any minor mistakes I make in the cut are completely imperceptible.
