How's everyone getting on?

I've been gyming as much as I can, and drinking less alcohol so am pleased from a health perspective!
I am back to my normal light days with a bigger meal at night (I just cant do piddling portions, it makes me miserable!) It seems to be working though haven't weighed myself yet. I've made a load of Liz Hurley's Watercress soup for when I am feeling too empty (I know lol). But it's actually really tastye and low calorie - win. X

I m up for the Challange! (Or idk how to call it, in my case- endless trying? :D )
Just my goal is not to loose weight, but to put on. In muscle. I m 62 kg now and 170 cm, wanna gain up to 65 - well, that s my goal years ago anyway.
Just sucks, coz I dont really feel I wanna eat... most of the time.
Doing gym 3 times a week, it getting better slowly, just have difficulties to eat enough, and like this i dont grow, only stay in shape.

So the plan I have long time ago now: eat more, and do not just gym, but cardio aswell. Would be so much better.

Good luck! :)

Have you tried healthy, though calorie-dense foods such as avocado and sardines? They're really digestible but also are an easy way to get your calories in if you struggle. I have the opposite problem lol, so I tend to stick to half an avocado!
I have quite a lot of muscle which I gained from lifting heavy weights but with goo form, especially for the lower body.
