Unfortunately we can no longer make local bank transfers to your bank account for payments from ICF Technology. To continue getting paid via Payoneer, please reply to this email and tell us how you want to receive your funds.
You can either get paid to your existing card, or you can receive funds via SWIFT (wire) transfer in USD. Please note that each wire transfer is subject to a fee of $15, plus any correspondent bank fees.
If you would like to get paid to your bank account via Wire in USD, please reply to this email with a copy of a voided check or recent bank statement, showing your name, your account number and SWIFT/BIC.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and thank you for choosing Payoneer.

i got that reply mail from them and when i ask to make it said via swift transfer cause i don't have a card they reply me that they no longer make a bank transfer and ask me to order a card from icf technology and i live chat them telling that i cannot ask a card at icf cause my account was close there.. and live chat agent told she will transfer my concern at relevant department and need to wait email from them...

Update: payoneer finally called me, apologised profusely and said my case has been escalated to a supervisor. All sounds like more bs to me but i wait in hope. They said they have not stopped global bank transfer for UK or for any other country.

The status of my transfer changed to "in process" but not sure if that means it's coming GBT or if the order for my card went through & it's coming on that :s They told me I could order 1 with the same email but it didn't work & I can't do it through any of my back offices either FUCK why aren't their responses more clear. If you are gunna send out a mass email at least put some useful info on it
UPDATE! Ladies I think I finally got some answers from somebody in LIVE CHAT?! WHAT?! LOL Who are these fuckheads on the phone I've been communicating with? They know nothing.
ICF Technology, at the end of January, decided to unfortunately stop supporting local currency bank transfers through us. This means that to receive this payment and any future payments from them, you have 2 options:
1. Receive funds from them to this (or another, if you have it) bank account but in USD currency.
2. Receive funds from them to a Payoneer card that will be sent to you.
I strongly suggest the card, since with USD bank transfers, each transfer is $15 USD, and in addition you may have corresponding banks in the process, taking additional fees which we cannot control and cannot predict. The fees for a card are usually lower than this option overall.
This change has to be done by email. In order to proceed with your request, please reply to an e-mail I will send you shortly after this chat is over with the required information. Once you provide us with this information, we will be able to update the currency associated with your account. The process to change this does not end in Customer Support, or else I would have seen this through with you. Once you provide the information it goes to the relevant department (Global bank transfer) to process and change the bank details on your account here, and then the payment from ICF is processed again. I can assure you that we have done this many times with many customers from around the globe, and security here is very tight, no issues. If you still feel uncertain, I can give you a fax number to send copies of documents by fax, if you will feel more comfortable this way.
It may take up to 2 weeks to receive a new card for you, as opposed to about a week (all in all) from the moment we get the documents from you, to the moment the funds are in your bank. We send the card by regular mail by default (this is our free shipping method) and this can of course take less than 2 weeks, but we have no control over that once it leaves our hands.

WHY didn't they just ask for said information in the mass email? Clearly that would have saved a lot of people at least a good 7 days. Or make it something we can personally change ourselves under My Account. So it sounds like to me if you have not given them said info for GBT I would say expect another 7+ days to get funds

I replied the email they sent us that had 'globalsupport' in the email and they replied back from a customer service message. I noticed this because I thought it was amusing that they asked that I use the same email that I was registered with when I responding back to THEIR email.

Okay, I took the day off yesterday because I was out of tolerance for Payoneer's bullshit.
Now that I am well-rested I am going to deal with them like a would a fucking 5 year old child.
I am starting over at the complete beginning again and emailed
[email protected] to tell them to change my payment method over to my pre-existing credit card with them.
I made sure to email them with a single sentence in bold to change my payment method over to my card so there was no ambiguity to what the hell I could be tell them. I also made sure that I was emailing them from the account that I registered with them so their would be no bitching on their side about that again.
After that is done.....then I will deal with the fucking money they owe me.
Edited to add: I should clarify that unlike everyone else I actually already have one of their cards....it is even a new one that they sent me earlier this year since the old one expired. It has also be activated and yet I am still getting the run around too.

Wow! I thought my situation was bad when they stopped doing bank deposit and were 4 days late with my pay. That's nothing compared to what some of you ladies are going through with them. I really hope it gets resolved soon. This is completely unacceptable.

It sucks too because I thought everyone except 1 CSR genuinely wanted to help me and gave a fuck that I had an issue, but I'm seeing that is clearly not true or it would have been sorted out by now. Any reputable company would have sorted out our issues by now. Once you see that over 48 hours has gone by with a case, you should be putting more people onto that shit. Babes, i am sorry for the situations u guys have with Payoneer, i just wish to let u know that their cards are valid only for 3 years, i had 2 cards till now, from 2011 to 2013 and from 2013 to 2016, in july i need another card.
Also, if not used at all the card expires after 6 months of no 'card activity' so they either reactivate the card if it's not expired completely or ask u guys to order another card. Just so u know xx

So happy for you JAC i didn't recieve any mail my account was don't have card only Global bank transfer account... and when i open my account or my pending payments gone and get Cancelled not sure what happen next.. do u check ur account is it get cancelled too before get re-process again??

Mine does say cancelled now.
I loaded it on my card when I got the email from them yesterday so I will update you all when the load comes in. (I figured I'd go with the slow load because after having to wait this insane amount of time....what really is a couple more days. ;) )

Well sadly mine was get cancelled and no way to get it so much pissed off at payoneer and they just sorry for it after i told that i cannot get card cause im no longer and my account at ICF was close they cancelled it back at icf eve i told that i will open $US account here in philippines so they can transfer it soon but so sucks they don't reply and just made it cancelled

Happy to hear that u got bless.. mine was nothing now it was cancelled and transfer back at SM and i mail them about it but until now no answer.. my account at streamate was already close before this happen and they keep told us that i cannot longer open my account so i don't see a way to make or change my payment option... I think it only involves those outside the USA because I've gotten Payoneer bank transfers from several places with no issue to my USA bank since they stopped paying to Canada.

They finally approved it and are shipping it now I should get it by the 16th of March. And then I have to wait for the money to be loaded to the card. So I will finally be getting my pays 8 weeks later. At least I am getting it at all. Only getting cheques from now on with every site that I can, might try paxum on 1 of them to see how it is. You would not think that you live in 2016 when snail mail is more dependable than electronic transfers

I wonder how long it's going to take the receive new cards for those of us who had expired ones. I was told mine would be here between Feb 16 and Feb 22. Yep, you guessed it, not freaking here today. Time to sit here and chew my nails off while I wait for it to show up. I ended up telling Payo to have all my payments sent to the card. Too worried they might screw something up with split payments between card and bank if it's taking them THIS long to get simple things done. Too bad Nissim disappeared in 2013. Having a rep around was nice.

If they REALLY cared about our experiences (how they like to pretend they do by sending me surveys about the service) they would ship our cards overnight air mail. Or at least something with a tracking #.

I just want to ask if payoneer is having problems later? My friend's account was blocked for unknown reason. She sent them an email but it's already been a week and there's still no reply. She email their other account and they said that her account was blocked for undisclosed reason and that she should just ask her payment provider for another way to receive her payments.
It makes me worry after of what happened with epassporte so... do you guys not have any problem with payoneer lately?
