"Respectable- The Mary Millington Story."
She paved the way for porn stars, and strippers in the UK.
Interesting story.

I watched it this morning. She has such a bubbly personality and I can't believe those porn girls were making 35 dollars a day .

$35 a day? Shit, I missed that part.
Her voice reminded me of Joan Collins.
I really wish she was still around today.
The adult entertainment business needs a classy woman like her, to show em how it's done.

Just started watching the series "Gypsy" .
I'm so digging it.
Naomi Watts plays a therapist. A naughty one.
I really like the way it's shot also.

the cable girls.

I just finished watching the first 8 episodes of Cable Girls(first half of Season 1). The second half of Season 1 should be released later this year according to what I've read.

My only issue with Cable Girls were the voice overs. Best to not focus on their mouths and use the English closed captioning. After awhile, you forget about the bad voice overs.

For anyone who liked Cable Girls, should try out Bomb Girls as well. Different country and time period, but same general feel.

I also really enjoyed Shetland.

I am watching El Chapo now.

I like El Chapo. I wonder if it's done by the same people who worked on Narcos.

Currently watching:

Orange is the New Black (just finished episode 5 of Season 5)
13 Reasons Why (just finished episode 5)
Shameless (on episode 3 of Season 1)

I want to watch Wentworth and Bob's Burgers when I'm all done with the 3 shows I'm watching now. I also watched a Gabriel Iglesias show comedy routine on there that was pretty funny.

shameless is my favor. 13 reasons why is kind of disappointing. Wentworth is better than Orange is the new black (season 5 doesn't make any sense).

^^^I've heard good things about Wentworth! Shameless is great-gotta love the drunk dad lol

Ok I cannot get through a season of OITNB. Seasons 1&2, devoured. Seasons 3 on, get about halfway into it and then just lose interest, until the next year when the next season comes out & then I want to watch again. Same thing happened with Weeds, maybe it's just Jenji Kohan's shows?

It's like "fucking awesome & intense" at the beginning & end of each season, but starts to drag somewhere in the middle & I have little patience for more than 1 slow/boring episode. Like I've stopped now because this prison riot thing is totally unrealistic and that shit would have been shut down somewhere around the 2nd episode. AND it feels like there's too many characters & things going on, so they take forever to move on chronologically.

Anyway... we are re-watching Star Trek:TNG. It's actually pretty deep with the ethics/morals/lessons/blah blah... and there's a surprising amount of funny moments.

If you like science, the White Rabbit Project is actually pretty cool. It's a few of the Mythbusters people. Doesn't hurt that the Asian guy is cute :D

"Take me".

I like Taylor Schilling. She has that weirdo Boston blonde vibe going on in all her plays. She's interesting.

It had some subtitles but some stuff I was just like,"Huh?" My Spanish language skills aren't good. I've not spoke or read it since sophomore year of high school. I think I'll check out Grace and Franky

No Escape with Owen Wilson is so good. Lots of action. Honestly I think I loved it so much because he looks like just some regular guy running around. It was more authentic because usually it's some guy who's drop dead gorgeous AND has mma fighting skills. Its really good.

No thanks, sounds like something I could get from reading the news
Well, I'm on a site called presidentmommy.com, there's a great list of movies that were based on true events, none of which NF will probably have, since they never have anything I want to watch

Perfect Stranger was odd. I wasn't expecting that twist. I can't handle a horror movie this week. I'm looking for a comedy or romcon.

I watched Lion a few days ago. It's the true story of a young boy getting lost on a train in India. It's a pretty film and a nice retelling of a real event.

Real Husbands of Hollywood, anyone? I hate reality tv but this ish gets me every time. Its so stoopid and perfectly lite. A bunch of male divas.

Has anyone watched Ozark with Jason Bateman yet? Its featured right now. I love his poker face.

I love watching thrillers right after I've had a long, or crappy day on cam. Don't really know why. It's just my thing, I guess.
This movie was awesome. Kate Beckinsale is so disturbingly beautiful.
Then I watched a feel good movie with Amy Adams that was so fun.
Then a little DL Hughley to put me to bed in a great mood.:)

+Edit to add: When I googled Kate's name to get the spelling correct, a news piece came up from tmz.
A guy tried to kill her with a knife at a comic Con she was attending yesterday.
Wow! Just wow! So glad she's ok.

Netflix is more than $20 BILLION in the red and 'bleeding cash' thanks to hits such as Stranger Things.

So the monthly fee might increase.

Also, NF premiered the series "13 Reasons" which is gruesomely shows a high schooler commiting suicide.
Mental health advocates criticized the show for depicting depression & suicide in such a way as to possibly trigger those to take their lives &want it taken down. See Mic.com.
This's my issue w/NF, very dark shit on there..I used to watch it w/a guy a couple years ago, he gave me access & I never used it after that.
So, ok cool Who's ever into NF. I just wanted to mention that
Thanks
