Always, always drink Organic tea, anything else is like drinking a chemical stew
Yuck. Good point though

This is the matcha type and brand that Dr. Weil buys. I'm forcing myself to wait to buy some! I've only ever had culinary - grade matcha (I drink it strained with cool water).

I'm all about this White Lion tea brand. I usually drink the "White Calypso" which is a white tea with a tropical vibe. I add honey. I first sampled it at a spa in Vegas and from that point on I was hooked. It's not cheap though - $18.50 for 25 sachets. I buy the sachets cause I'm a lazy POS. But it's sold on Amazon so I guess you can just add it to your wishlist.

I went to the health food store yesterday and bought Flora brand clear skin tea. It has dandelion root and chamomile in it, and a few other herbs. I had it before bed and slept so well last night. I just wish it was organic

I was on a bus the other day and went past a stand-alone Twinings shop I never knew existed. I think there might have been a tearoom inside there too. Def going back one day to have a look and sample new teas.
Just checked the site...it is the oldest tea-shop in London (300 years), they have a loose tea bar and do masterclasses and tastings.

^ I would deffo check that place out, Twinning UK tea is better and has more flavors than the US version.

This is probably weird but I really like plain old Lipton black tea with hazelnut coffee creamer. It feels like a 'fall' drink to me!

You don't know how excited I am to go there, LOL. They also have a Pick n Mix bar where you take a tray and can fill it with any combination of their teabags so you end up with a customised box of 40, 80 or 120 full of different flavours.

I want to try Bulletproof matcha. Its meant to give you loads of energy and focus which I need right now. I have just started putting coconut oil in my regular green tea and it makes me feel great.

My mom got me this for my birthday..

It's so, so good. Mild with a vegetal sweetness. I don't know about the GABA claim on this particular product, but i do now know the difference between culinary - and ceremonial - grade matcha! I make it with a bamboo whisk, bamboo measuring stick, and a matcha bowl. Such a delicious, healthy ritual! Expensive, too... heh. heh..
