For years now I have been searching for fulfillment. For financial independence; an escape from the person who has been financially abusing me. For confidence. Sex work makes me happy. Camming makes me happy. I am addicted to camming because it has filled a void. I always think about it. Despite the trolls and tech issues I truly love this job. I had a 1hr 45 minute show this week that made me feel ALIVE. I've been thanking God immensely. GRATITUDE. GRATITUDE. GRATITUDE. No more financial abuse! :'(:'(

Thought this was as good a place as any to post about webcam shopping as it is on my mind so much right now.
I am finalllllly setting up my camming 'office' in my mobile home despite the lack of space. I've bought a comfy office chair (thank god no more sofas with cushions as support), keyboard/mouse set instead of my uncomfortable laptop all the time, wrist rests (oh halleluiah I've dreamt of having a desk for so long to save my poor wrists every shift), an expensive ring light since the cheapie one I bought made me look flawlessss darlin', oh and professional lighting obviously and so I've come to the webcam...
I already have a nice powerful gaming laptop and 2 C920's but it's time to upgrade them as they are starting to feel the effects of my long shifts. I'm looking at either the C922 or the Razer Stargazer (both not cheap) and I've researched online until my eyes bleed, watched loads of reviews on both on YT and even flipped a coin but still can't make a damn decision!
Advice or recommendations ladies? What is the best one for a HD flawless stream?

I wish fall weather would come to the PNW. It's going to be 90+ for the next near 2 weeks. Oh my god. Ugh. The only time that I can cam comfortably is when its 10pm-5am.

The assholes in Texas who left their pets behind during the flood. Why would you keep your dog tied to a pole? Why would you leave your animals behind to fend for themselves? But I give credit to the people who risked their lives to save these animals. And why loot each other when in dire need? I just don't understand why people can't be kinder to each other during times like this. Makes me lose hope for humanity.

I reviewed the C922 and its a reat cam but some applications are not 100% compatible with it. https://boleynmodels.com/logitech-c922-cammodel-review/
The main draw for these cams are the ability to use chroma key visuals via software. And at this time its not 100% effective. The razor does a better job for chroma key effects but again its not that great. A real greenscreen combined with chroma key optics is the best way to go. If you really want an upgrade take a look at these articles how to easily turn any camera into a webcam https://boleynmodels.com/camlink_plus_greenscreen/
And a few points about why a dslr is great for streaming. https://boleynmodels.com/professional-photographs-with-a-dslr-vs-a-smartphone/
Its not necessary to have all of this to make the big bucks but it will set you apart from the competition. Your fans will be able to see your effort and know you're trying to take it to the next level.

It is sad isn't? Iv seen it happen Florida quite often and it pisses me off. I fosterwd dogs for years and had to take a break because the condition some of these poor babies were in when I got them took a toll on me. Not everyone deserves to have a pet. The ladt one I fostered was surrendered to me from a neighbor who had tortured his dog. I will spare you the horrific details. Just know he's happy silly dog living in a new home :)

I'm really sorry to hear about your brother. I'm gonna be straight up with you, sex work while grieving the loss of a loved one will slow down the healing process. Its difficult af. Do you have a support system that you can turn to? Maybe a part time job doing something completely different?

It's delish! Its low country cooking. I'm going to be up for most of the night preparing them for tomorrow. Pork neckbones simmered low in several pots with sweet onions, lima beans, creamed corn. Served over white rice and a side of collard greens. It's a southern food staple. Actually different versions are prepared in some Slavic nations in Europe as well. Africa too! All over. Google neckbones and lima beans.

Yup! Its the same cooking technique but oxtail cost more money. I've thought about doing those but the cost of getting them even in bulk is crazy expensive. I'll wait until I move back south officially to get a better deal.
It's like eating little mouthfuls of a roast. Give it a try. :)

I finally bought my Logitech BRIO webcam and all I will say is, wow it's absolutely worth the $200 investment. I thought my C920 stream was pretty good with my new lighting etc. but this is out of this world!
I plugged it in. It's so clear, so crisp and like nothing I've seen before. I could even see every individual strand of my hair and my C920 looked grainy/blurry/washed out in comparison. Putting them side by side wow, wow, wow.
My dyed red hair looked the correct colour for once and it really was super-duper HD but my professional lighting meant it also hid any flaws I might have been worried about. I can't wait to get on cam in a few hours and test it out on the generous Sunday crowd.
Logitech all the way bb's.

Had some fucked up dreams last night. First one I was running around a weird bizarro looking version of my house trying find buckets to catch the rain water leaking from the ceilings. They were filling up so fast and I had to keep running to dump them out. The second dream, I was at some kind of conference and the old hotel started to sink into the soft wet ground and all of a sudden it was like the scene from titanic where the boat cracked and was sliding into the water only it in my dream it was the entire building. I managed to get out by jumping out a window safely to the ground that was right there because the building had sunk right to my floor. I think I was about midway up. These were very vivid dreams.

Ugh! Flashbacks of that nosy teller I talked about who did that shit.
It got so bad I complained about her.
Thankfully I found a teller I absolutely LOVE!
* I just posted about her in the grateful thread.
Not only did she make copies of my last 6 months bank statements for no charge (there's normally a $6 per page fee).
She also gave me 2 Starbucks gift cards worth $35!

Getting a new doggy tonight!
She's a sweet rescue dog that my friend can't take care of any longer.
I've already cammed with her being in the same room at my friend's house, so I know that she just sleeps in her bed in the corner.
It will be great to go to the park, and shopping with her, now that it's cooler outside.
She's good in the car, and around other dogs and cats.
Plus, I have a huge fenced in yard that she can run around in.
So excited!:bouncey:

It was Wells Fargo. I'm not a member, but since the place I usually go to closes at 12 on Saturdays, I had to walk to a Wells Fargo Bank...which is also who our Dream Lover checks are associated with. So they cashed it for me with no fees. That's good because I needed that cash asap.

I know a lot of people who do passion parties, or at least they use to. I remember going to a few that had men there, but they were all gay and bought more stuff than the women did. It was a trip. I even hosted one where all the boyfriends hung out in the back yard getting drunk, and us girls got drunk on sangrias and bought toys inside the house. The passion party rep said it was one of the most successful parties she'd ever done. It was payday and everyone knew they were gonna get lucky :)

WHy not just log on for a min and then log off? I thought it was if your account lies dormant for 90 days or more? When I've taken breaks from SM i would just log in for a few mins ever so often to avoid that issue.

Not going to work out after all.
Just had my friend pick up the dog.
It's bad enough that she barks at everything she hears when she's out in my yard disturbing the neighbors, (who before last night had no idea I even lived here). Now THEY ARE screaming to be quiet.
But, final straw was when she woke me up at 4 a.m. barking, whimpering.
Got up, let her out to pee.
Nope, not it. Still wimpering, barking.
Hungry? Fed her. Pooped outside.
STILL barking and running around my house like a mad man.
The LAST straw was finding her ready to walk on my computer, which is high up on my desk! She climbed on the chair to get up there. WTF!!
Nope nope nope.

Sorry to hear that it didn't work out with the new dog. I have cats for this very reason. Dogs have never worked out for me. I've gone through 3 potential new pets in 2 years. They are waaaaay tooo loud and destructive and I have learned that I don't have the time or patience for it. My cats are bad enough but they don't meow all night or cry when left alone. I love having pets that love sleep as much as I do lol My current neighbors have the most annoying dog. Every time it barks or cries, I want to go over there and kick it's ass. Other peoples dogs have really made me dislike dogs altogether, which sucks because I think dogs are awesome. Maybe you could adopt an adult cat from the shelter instead.

^^ Haha, I can't stand cats because I find them disgusting when they poop in their litter box and then jump up on your kitchen table. The thought of toxoplasmosis bacteria all over the place just creeps me out too. They can be such assholes pretending to like your affection and then biting/scratching you. Cats are loud fuckers too in the morning when they demand to be fed. They knock random things off shelves, they scratch up and destroy furniture--just as destructive as the most neurotic dogs yet, cats are neurotic all the time, LOL. They are way more finicky about food, and have more health issues than dogs because they are more sensitive. And omg the shedding. I have a rescue cat, and after he passes, never again.
I also read that cats have no issues eating you if you were to die and they had no other source of food. Apparently dogs will not do the same indicating they actually do have the same neurological and emotional physiology as humans do when it comes to attachment love.
Glam, the dog you were thinking of rescuing was obviously stressed because of the change of environment so it's understandable he was freaking out, he thought he was supposed to be at his former owners house. I think you may have giving up too soon. With a few more days and building up a new routine for him, he would have come around since you have seen him when he was calm and sure about his surroundings. It's normal for a bit of anxiety when your entire environment changes.

I totally agree with you on the change ogmf environment. I saw this earlier and refrained from responding. I agree it takes time to re-home a new pet because they're creatures of habit and genuinely love their families and being displaced causes trauma. Imagine a two year old human going through this and its very similar to a pet. It takes patience and understanding.
BUT on positive note GM was right to give the dog back. If its not in you.. then it's not in you. Cant tell you how many dogs Ive fostered that were passed around like furniture by people who should have never make the attempt in the first place because they didnt think things through and consider how difficult things may be. Better she give it back now while its still an option vs months fron now when the original owner is long gone. Then the poor baby winds up in a shelter. Some people shouldnt own pets period and there's nothing wrong with that. You just have to be real about the situation.

Whats it like owning a food truck?
Amazing to be honest. It took three years to get it converted and ready but its been worth it. Originally it was going to just be an ice cream truck because I make homemade ice cream but it grew from there.
I start early mornings making breakfast sandwiches and other breakfast stuff: coffee, lattes, teas. Then break for a few hours and start serving lunch items. I break some more and do it all over again.
Having specialty items that I can sell at events is even better. Tacos, neckbones, lava cakes, ice cream dishes, flavored popcorn...etc. Its been great and better than I imagined. In time the plan is to get a second truck to cover more ground. I wanna branch out to non food items too. I can talk about this all day. Thanks for asking! :)
Also I can take phonesex calls during slow times and live stream but not sexual stuff. That would be kinda crazy and too risky.
