Please allow me to confirm that the word "Strapon" and variances of this word (strap on, strap-on, etc) are not banned. I have tested this myself on the "Add a Video" in both the title and the description and have not experienced the system disallowing me to use this word. If I may ask, will you please let me know where you are experiencing the strapon word ban? With this information, I can get this reported to the tech team to fix it right away.

Heads up - IWC is putting SOME previously uploaded clips into Draft mode, for some reason. There's been no announcement or emails, and Twitterverse don't seem to know why.

Is this a glitch? Or a rule change that's not been announced?

About 50 of my clips are in the draft mode now, just great. Very innocent clips, for example with high heels dangling, so there is no reason to put them in draft, since there is definitely no banned words or banned content :/

I would like to extend my apologies to all who were affected by the site error from earlier today which caused a large amount of content to be drafted. I can confirm that this issue has now been resolved and all of these items have been changed back to published status on the site. Please know that the site is currently in the process of re-indexing all of these items, so if some of these listings are not currently showing in your store, they will be soon.

Hi DonaDiabla,

I would be happy to provide you with more information about this.

The reason Artists are requested to use the alternate term is due to the guidelines IWC must follow from payment processors with Visa/Mastercard. They do not like the word “alien” in certain scenarios, as it may unfortunately be associated with fantasy bestiality. Because of this, they have requested that the term “supernatural being” be used instead, as it implies a more humanoid type of creature.

IWC does their best to give Artists as much creative freedom as possible within the guidelines they are given, and they appreciate you working with them. :)

Anyone else having the draft mode issue still today? I tried to upload a video earlier but instead of publishing it it went straight to draft, so then I went back to manually activate it - now it says its been published and has auto-tweeted the new video notification, but doesn't show up on my page.

I just checked my store as a clip I put up on the 11th went up into draft mode and I didn't see that it had till the next day. I then took it out of draft mode and republished it on the 12th. Never checked my store to see if it got posted on it. Just checked and it's not there. Let me know when the site is actually working as I don't have time to keep posting the same clips over and over again hoping they actually show up in my store.

I have looked into this and have not been able to replicate this issue on my account. The draft mode issue was resolved on Friday so what you are experiencing should not be related to that. I just checked my store as a clip I put up on the 11th went up into draft mode and I didn't see that it had till the next day. I then took it out of draft mode and republished it on the 12th. Never checked my store to see if it got posted on it. Just checked and it's not there. Is there any progress on allowing mp3 or wav files in the messaging? My customers love it when I answer their messages in a PTV audio but it will only allow me to upload video. It's time consuming to have to attach my message to a video each time.

If I could save time on this I could just attach an audio quickly and would be able to make more way money for myself and IWC with ptv.

The entire messaging center is getting an improvement, so changes such as allowing for additional filetypes is expected to be included with this big change.

As a fellow audio creator myself, I really feel your pain. The best work-around for now is to convert your MP3 into one of the accepted formats, such as AVI and then send that.

The listings that appear on the home page of IWC are random Artists that have their phone lines on.

From my experience on IWP, the best way to maximize likelihood for calls is to ensure that you have as many phonelines on as possible for the categories that you enjoy doing over the phone.

Hi naughtybustyteen,

You can definitely use the same strategy of sending out PTVs on iWantClips as you would on NiteFlirt. I have personally found it’s quite effective to send a weekly free message followed by a paid message to promote my content and provide my customers with exclusive photos in the PTVs.

Unfortunately, the message center on IWC does not allow for PDFs to be attached to messages so you will have to write your text within the message itself.

Some of my fans have been requesting custom mp3s. I do hope in the future that mp3 customs are also added to the improvements.

As a workaround I am going to see if it works out to put them up as an item for sale I guess so they can click to purchase and then when I complete their custom mp3 upload it as a hidden item and give them the link. I guess I'd have to make a coupon for that item for 100% off with 1 use?

Would be awesome to have it be available on Iwantcustoms though where they prepay then the money is credited to me when I deliver the mp3, automatically the way it is with custom videos.

Yes! It feels like audio MP3s are becoming more and more popular. This is especially exciting for me, as I primarily create audios. :)

Your work-around of having your audio be a custom item could work. However, MP3s do work on iWantCustomClips, if you upload them with FTP. As well, you can select the category "Audio Only" to indicate that your custom will be an audio through that system. This is how I accept custom audios through iWantCustomClips and it works well for me.

Additionally, it is on the team's list to develop a system that improves the custom process for non-clip content.

When are we going to be able to send larger PTVs - such as full videos? I know you mentioned this a while back but nothing has changed.

The ability to send larger files in PTV messages is a feature that is planned for a future site improvement project. Unfortunately, I do not have an exact time frame to share on when that will be implemented but it will be happening in the future.

Very very unhappy with the selective Harsh treatment meted out to my store, where i am being made to delete 90% of my not-so-graphical content whereas in same category other artists are selling 100x graphical content freely. Where are the company TOS and Mastercard/Visa rules then? Where is your content compliance team then? I smell a dead rat here! Someone from IWC should come up with a valid and logical answer for this. If i am to delete my content which apparently you say VIOLATES your rules, then why not the other clip artists too are made to do the same thing? One look at the category and all clips published, and it will be very clear, that i am definitely not lying!

We’d like to first reassure you that all Artists with content that violate content compliance rules are sent a message. This message explains the specific content rules that the Artist’s content is in violation of, and in most cases, we give the Artist a set amount of time to either remove or modify the content in question.

I've recently started working *hard* on clips and bar the odd sale on ManyVids, this is pretty much the *only* place I sell. I'm fine with that in some ways, but I do worry about having all my eggs in one basket. Not by choice, but it just seems to be a lot easier to get off the ground here. To the point that I sometime don't bother to upload to C4S now as I have sold a grand total of ONE clip there lol. Also, has anyone found the scheduled videos sometimes don't upload to Twitter? I like mine to come out late US time (when I'm asleep) and yesterday, while the clip uploaded to IWC, it didn't come up on my Twitter. Annoying as I ended up redoing it this morning! My Twitter is connected fine as it's worked in the past and it worked when I clicked the "publish now" option. Am I alone in this happening and is it just one of those glitches which happen? Thank you. x

In regard to your question, I am not aware of any issues pertaining specifically to scheduled videos not posting correctly to Twitter. However, it is not uncommon for the occasional auto Tweet to not send out due to the way Twitter has their API setup. The IWC tech team is aware of this and they will be updating the API integration in a future site update to try and fix this occasional issue as best they can.

Has anyone ever received the message "(your name) attempted to deposit check (number) but funds weren't guaranteed" when trying to deposit an echeck from gatsby enterprises?? I'm Canadian and I just set up a US bank account and tried to direct deposit one of my cheques in there, it worked perfectly, but yesterday i tried to deposit two more and the money's not in my bank account, and that's the message that it says.

Hi guys! I'm wondering if anyone here has any tricks for selling picture sets on IWC? Because as of now you can only sell one photo at a time and it won't let you attach zip files. I'm thinking of attaching the pictures to a PDF or maybe making a slideshow video. Thoughts?

There are 2 ways you can currently sell photo sets on IWC. The first is the one you mentioned. You can create a PDF file from your photos and sell the PDF as a store listing. This will definitely give your photo sets the most visibility on your store.


The second option involves using the Pay-to-View (PTV) option in the Message Center. You are able to attach multiple photos to a message, as long as, collectively, they are under 25 MB. Doing this, you can sell photo sets by sending out a mass PTV message to all your customers advertising your photos. Are direct deposit payouts with IWC reliable/on time these days? I've skimmed around this thread to get answers to other questions I had and noticed a fair bit of pay-related complaints over the years, but (thankfully) haven't seen any recent posts alluding to any payout issues.

Also could someone please post or DM me what company name shows up on the customer's credit card bill, as well as on our paychecks and tax forms (assuming they issue 1099s)?

I do have one more question - is there a daily spending limit or a daily transaction limit for customers? For tips/tributes, in this case. And any limits for sending payment as a guest, without an account?

This has been my biggest hurdle on other sites lately. I have customers who can easily spend $350+ on a Skype show, and occasionally over $1500 in a day. Since this site seems catered towards femdom it seems like it would be a good choice for taking tips/payments in a higher price range.

I'm happy to answer this question, as well.

The limit on tributes and within a single transaction is $10,000. However, for brand new accounts as well as guests, to prevent fraud, there is a limit placed on the account. If it's a member account, they have the option to verify with a quick, automated system within their dashboard or they can reach out to support to increase the limit. If all else fails, their limit automatically updates in 30 days. Again, this is for brand new accounts only and is done to prevent fraud.

I’m not able to provide an exact dollar amount limit for guest checkouts as those are determined on a case-by-case basis by our payment processor. They take into account the past spending history of the guest user on the site, among other things, to determine if large transactions are possible fraud. In my experience, this has rarely been an issue for new guest customers looking to spend between $200 - $1,000 in a day. If you do ever have a guest customer who is having issues with payments on the site they can also reach out to support for assistance.

Add an overlay and save it as an MP4. Just be sure to label it audio only :)

Ok this is a very specific situation but I figured I would update in case anyone ends up in the same situation as me - basically gatsby customer service implied to me that the cheques had bounced, while also telling me I should print them out and take them to the bank (???). I ended up emailing IWC asking if the money could just be put back in my account on IWC since I have a different payment method now (direct deposit from IWC to my US bank account). All I had to do was print the Gatsby echecks out and write "void" on them and the money was back in my account within a day.

Canadian girls, I strongly recommend setting up a US bank account, it has made my life so much simpler!

Is anybody else having issues with Paxum payments this time around? It's quite untypical for them to be processed but not hit your account near instantaneously (in a manner of hours).

Just got my page setup, was pleasantly surprised how quickly all my paperwork was accepted. Unfortunately when I signed up I hastily put my username in all lowercase, and now that I see it next to other profiles/clips I wish I had capitalized my name. Is there a way to edit this? I didn't see the option to anywhere. If not, oh well, just curious.

I just tried to do an audio PTV and when I tried to attach the mp3 file, an alert came up that said "file type not allowed". Any insight on why not?


Edit: mp3 is not an allowed type. Sigh...................

As an audio creator myself, I feel your frustration. For audios to go through in the message center, you'll have to convert them first into MP4s with a photo of your choice or a blank screen.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your Paxum payout in the time expected.

I just checked and we haven't had any reports of any issues with Paxum. Therefore, I would recommend emailing [email protected] and they can look directly into this further for you. They are quick to respond and work diligently to solve any payout issues as soon as possible.

You most certainly can get your Artist username updated. To do this, you'll need to send an email to [email protected] and they can update your username. If I remember correctly, they'll ask for 3 alternate names, and try for the #1 name and go down the list if needed (only if the names are taken).

I have a question for the international people who use request payout, how long is it till you get the money in your bank usually? I wasn't sure if the three day hold meant you can only cash out money that you've earned more than three days ago or if they hold it for three days once you cash out, and I also wasn't sure what the processing time would be once it's released versus when it comes in to my bank.

Once you request a payout, assuming it's a weekday, it will first be held for 3 days to clear our merchant accounts. Once a payout has processed, it can then take up to 6-business days for it to reach you. As another option, many Artists looking for daily payouts consider joining Boleyn Models: https://boleynmodels.com/blog/sitepayouts/ to see if it may be right for them over Request Pay. It depends on your situation and circumstances.

The only other delay I can think of are that sometimes there are issues with banks accepting the funds from the US, so if you do experience any delayed payments, I would recommend emailing [email protected] so they can look at your payout specifically. They work hard to resolve payout issues that may arise as quickly as possible.

Is it possible to get a direct link/URL to the tribute page, so that when someone clicks it (like from Twitter), it goes directly to my tribute option/checkout page instead of my whole store?
