I'm not a huge clip producer, but IWC did represent a good part of my income. I'm concerned that not one of my clips has moved from "In Review" status and my store is still listed as "inactive" because only four of my clips are out of review status.

If they are reviewing clips why am I seeing no progress at all?

Does anyone else who has an inactive store due to everything being "inreview" see any progress this week? I expected to see at least a few approved. Not one clip reviewed in over a week? What is going on?

Ahh, well that makes sense now, but I'm STILL not happy about it.

I don't do tons of content, so I have NOTHING NEW to upload & I'm furious they are removing my content.

Some have sold, & the rest didn't b/c I'm sure no one even saw my store.

Anyway, I mentioned this above & how they FAILED to tell me (not sure about you guys) that to promote the store you need to create a banner & give it to them SMH.

I'm so exhausted with this company. I updated my clips about two weeks ago when my store became inactive. Then uploaded a new id with the current agreement to make the account active again. I'm not annoyed by that part because the approval took less than two hours, but now it's inactive AGAIN because I have two clips in review???

I have high speed internet and it doesn't take that long to upload but jeesh! I'm not sure if I want to spend 5-10 mins (large files) uploading only to have it placed in review later on? If y'all need to take another 5% for hosting, then please just say that.

This is a joke ....... all my clips are in review since more than a week now, my store is not even active. I normally make good money on there ... but this is really a fucking bad joke.
Every other clipsite is going through the same process, NOT ONE had so many problems and NOT ONE paused all your clips for days and days. Jesu, get a grip and get your shit sorted out!!!!

I've been watching this for a hot minute and it's very...concerning. Back when IWC first held the 'curation' event I didn't do anything bc my content rotates pretty well even though it's all old so if I *did* have any clips that hadn't sold I'd not miss them- I have around 400 on IWC in my studios. But as some others have mentioned, the amount of clips that have gone from 'In Review' to 'Published' again has not budged for at least a week.

Furthermore, what's making me wary now is the fact that on the 15th I updated my ID as prompted in each of my stores and then everything was fine, I signed the W9 and all...but today I'm getting the same message that my ID has 'expired' but just in ONE of my stores. How on earth could that be? There's no way this is going right at all. God only knows how much and how long this is going to disrupt our sales. What's the point of updating my info if it's just going to randomly expire again, and how much is this random 'expiration' throwing me back in the review queue? This seems very, very messy.

Meanwhile, again, none of these clips are moving. It's not even like they're all problematic. Like Growlerpussy said it's really weird that every other site is dealing with this as well but none of them are doing *this*.

I wonder how they are reviewing the old clips system wise. As a reference for you ladies I got 8 clips approved in the past week. My store was never inactive as far as I know' if it was - only for a short period of time.

It's not an alphabetical order thing. And it doesn't seem like they are going by category either. I hope they post another update tomorrow it'll be 2 weeks of this

To address your concern with one of your Sub-Stores showing as having expired ID, this is most likely due to one of the Sub-Stores within your account being an Artist account that was transferred into our Sub-Store (as opposed to being a Sub-Store created within the Studio account). At your earliest convenience, please send us a direct PM message and include your IWC account email address/account username so we can look further into your specific Sub-Store account and assist you with this identification issue.

I can't go on with WEEKS without selling! At least make stores that aren't active because of this nonsense priority and get them up and running again with at least 5 clips.

We do sincerely apologize for the delays in ticket responses as we have received an extremely high influx in tickets due to the Mastercard compliance changes. As such, we are trying to get to all of them as quickly as possible.

Additionally, we have asked all Artists to kindly refrain from sending a ticket simply asking when their content will be reviewed as Artist tickets that genuinely need account assistance are experiencing delayed responses due to such a high ticket count.

We should be caught up on tickets soon but if there is an issue you'd like looked into sooner, please send us a PM through StripperWeb and we will gladly assist you!

After reading this I checked and I too have the same message for one of my stores, I had to search for it though, I've had no communication to tell me there was an issue. I also uploaded my ID 2 or 3 weeks ago and had it approved. The message says...

It is your responsibility to keep your ID current! Without a valid ID on file, you will not be able to upload content.
ID Expiration Date: XXXXX-XX-2026

Er does anyone else see the issue here? Since when was my passport, expiring in FIVE YEARS TIME, invalid?! Something's wrong though because I click to upload content and it stays on the same page. What the hell is going on here? I've just uploaded my passport again but was I even supposed to? I just do not understand what's going on.

Looking at all these replies...

IWC, the best thing you can do here is damage control and that's going to be by giving us a STRAIGHT answer. 'Weeks'?....It's going to take 'weeks' for the videos to start trickling back?

Okay, can you tell us why? These changes irt Mastercard are industry-wide. What is happening on IWC's end to make your situation unique? Yours is the only site that has withdrawn and halted our clip selling. For established sellers with backlogs of clips (that were selling, too, none of them 'curated' i.e. deleted) having our entire library suddenly offline is devastating and hugely destabilizing for our sense of trust in you as a platform.

Is there something you can say that you are doing differently that could make this make sense? All we know is that there's AI on the job and you're having 'difficulties'. Being clear and honest about the problems of this transition would do wonders but as it is we are frustrated by the injurious handling of this process and would just really love to have some sense of what's going on. By your estimate it will take over a month for our content to come back- and given the rate of improvement I'd have to guess that it will be longer than that for our libraries to be back in full.

Furthermore, can you tell us if the ID expiration issue is setting us back in queue? Another one of my stores re-showed up as having an expired ID. Again, your system does not email just like the poster above said and we have to go looking for it. Do we get set back in the release queue every time this happens? I still have the same 2 clips out of my entire library published, pretty much everything else is gridlocked in review.

Honestly baffling.

Also this. Some of us have been on IWC for years constantly selling our old content and making you money, but suddenly we have NO clips and won't have any because we are not currently producing and you've taken us offline. It would be helpful if you did us a solid instead of leaving us out in the rain. There are other sellers making new content that is getting pushed through, and their store can still show as active. But for people who have been selling consistently off older content we're just supposed to wait like a month until our store is back?

Hello everyone and thank you so much for your feedback.

First, we would just like to say thank you as we greatly appreciate everyone's patience as we work towards ensuring iWantClips is fully compliant with the new Mastercard compliance standards.

In regards to submitting verified photo IDs, please know there will be a slight delay from when the new Artist Agreement is submitted with a photo ID to when it is updated within the appropriate iWantClips store. This delay is due to all photo IDs needing to be manually verified in accordance with Mastercard guidelines. We can confirm that all stores that have successfully submitted their photo IDs up until this point have now been verified. If your store is still showing that your ID needs to be submitted, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] so we can look further into your specific situation.

Regarding content currently in the "In Review" status, we absolutely understand the frustrations caused by this and would like to confirm that our Teams are working diligently to ensure content is restored as swiftly as possible once it has been found to meet the Mastercard compliance standards. Any content that is found to contain a Terms of Service violation will be sent back to the Artist for revision. If the content is still in violation after the revision or cannot be revised to remove the TOS violation, then it will be removed.

Since the first site sweep of violating content is on such a large scale, the process has taken a bit longer than anticipated. However, please know that new content uploaded to the site is being reviewed in parallel to the existing content to minimize the wait time for this new content to post. We anticipate this review time for new content to keep getting faster into the future once we have completed the review of existing content.

Again, we greatly appreciate the patience and understanding of the community as we work towards ensuring iWantClips is fully compliant with the new Mastercard compliance standards.

All the people breaking the rules made it shit for everyone else. This is why I was mad that I reported content and nothing was done about it. I stopped bothering, normally I didn't care but it was frustrating to see the same people repeatedly break the rules with their content and nothing be done about it. It's this kind of behavior that gets us where we are.

I wonder if IWC hasn't been under greater scrutiny by the credit card companies than some of the other sites. As someone who used to run a pay site, sometimes you will be put under review and if you've had that happen a few times, they get tougher. They could have been threatened with full removal of credit card processing and so put everything in review so as to not take any chances. I know IWC has been problematic in many ways in the past, but let's keep it real here. Some sites are just not reviewing as hard because they haven't been forced to yet.

Same here. Same 2 clips still published, *everything* else still "In Review". IWC Support twitter totally mum on the issue. Garbage fire. I've moved my attention to other sites completely. Idk wtf they're doing but can't let them f up my bag like this. it's been a month of 'we're working on it' and last they said anything it would be fixed 'in the coming weeks' so... Unless they ~suddenly~ and miraculously fix the issue this is gonna take at LEAST 3 months to fix.

Out of 485 legacy clips I've had 36 approved. I've been getting a little more than 1 a day approved.

Send a ticket in because my second store doesn't allow me do upload clips "Your ID has expired" ...... even if both stores we're approved with the ID in the last 3 weeks. they never got back to me. 7 tickets ..... no answer. Damn it, hire more poeple!
They can't handle the tickets, mails etc anymore. I don't bother anymore with them. Plenty of other great sites out there.

A month in and still over 80% of my clips are in review. I know others still have their stores closed. No communication for weeks. Wtf?
Juuust out of curiosity I looked at the top performers pages - they have hundreds, even thousands of clips online. Is that 20% of their content? Somehow I doubt it.

I've only had a few extra clips approved since this began but that is still only 5% of my store available. I assumed that when they approved legacy content it would be by DATE added to the site. Instead it seems since top studios have a majority of their content back, they are doing it for their best selling studios first. Favoritism AGAIN by this company shouldn't be shocking but really? It proves that they just care about their top earners and the % they earn from those sales. This has severely impacted my income on this site since I have a huge back catalogue and have been on this site within a year of them opening. I used to get bulk orders, now it's not possible with only a few dozen clips.

I would LOVE for IWC to answer HOW they are approving legacy content. Studio by studio? The amount you've earned them? Your ranking? Date added? Doubt they will admit the truth though. Why do some studios have most if not all content available and others have had no new approvals? They have botched this whole process. I'm happy for those that have their content available, but for those that don't it's really unfair.

Not only is it unfair, it's also stupid. Producers don't start at the top - nor is everyone meant to or able to. This way they lose both newcomers and long term contributors that add variety to the site. Lose - lose.

It's tough ! In my mind that is IWC responsibility to get it approved by the time it's due just like we have to

That confirms my suspicions then- because it's basically been a month now and not a single additional clip has been approved in my stores. This has seriously impacted my livelihood. They may think it makes more sense to focus just on the top few but as someone who has been a beginner, a top earner and now a passive earner....this ain't it. Especially bc most top earners in the long run establish their base then go passive- continuing to make money for themselves and the site without making new content. Passive income is like...the end goal and largely the main point for being a clip producer. IWC....abysmal. All the models who are now without assistance or most of their income bc of this are not so quickly going to forget it.

I contacted them here, i send plenty tickets in. N A D A .
I have 2 stores and one store is telling me that the ID has to be uploaded ... did that a few weeks back when it was mandatory and it was accepted.
The other one where i really sell good, had 3 clips published, i uploaded 2 new ones and they published 1 and the other one is in review since 3 days ....... so the whole store IS NOT VISIBLE AT ALL.
On C4S it takes between 30 and 60 minutes to get a clip approved.
This is a fucking joke.

So you uploaded the finished customs and they didn't approve them yet?

I've been getting new clips I upload approved pretty fast but my old ones are maybe approved at one a week, if that.

Seems like they would prioritize customs approval though since the client pays a lot for just one personalized clip.

is anyone having issues with newly uploaded clips being approved now? since last week this issue started where new clips for me are not really gettin published, previously IWC used to upload them like really really fast, and thats how it should be anyway as they dont check manually but with AI but i dont know whats wrong now. Mailed them as well as on twitter too, but no one got back :( this sucks as none of my content is getting published

All of my clips that were scheduled for immediate release as well as legacy content has finally been approved though I lost easily over a 100 if not more during the "curation" event.

No offense, but you must be one of the Super Topgirls.
Because shit happens for most of others. I'm sittinf since a month with 2 Stores and 4 publishes in each, the store not even visible. I uploaded new stuff, still in review since ages. At least 10 tickets in ...no replys. Nothing gets done. I'm not bothered anymore. Plenty of other sites out there with published clips in 15 minutes.

I'm absolutely no where near a top girl, I make decent money but not more than someone working a normal full time job. All of my content was approved about two weeks ago.

I went through and deleted ANYTHING that is or could be against the rules. 1,000+ videos not a single one should even come close to violating any rule. I'm sure this helped. Even during the review process all videos were posted and not one rejected. I didn't have any videos be archived either, dunno if that helped.

I don't know about her, but I'm sure stuff like that helped my store along.

At least 10 tickets in ...no replys. Nothing gets done. I'm not bothered anymore. Plenty of other sites out there with published clips in 15 minutes.

Haha far from it. I've made like $250 tops on there all year and most likely less

To answer your inquiries and questions, we will address them individually below:


1. Custom Clip orders are now able to be uploaded to fulfill the Custom Clip Order requests. To provide some clarification on this process, when a customer submits their order request, the order is reviewed first before it reaches the Artist to ensure the customer is not requesting content that goes against our Terms of Service. Once the order is reviewed and approved, the Artist will then receive the Custom request and have the ability to upload the content as soon as they are done filming. Once the Custom file is filmed and uploaded, the file will finally be reviewed then delivered to the customer before the order's expiration date as long as the file does not violate any Terms of Service.



Please know that all Custom Clip uploads are prioritized for review so they are completed before the Custom Clip timer expires. 



2. All content currently in the “In Review” status is being reviewed as quickly as possible in the order of the publish date. Please note that all content site-wide is within this review queue and that if an Artist continues to re-publish content to try to get their content reviewed quicker, they will lose their place in the queue line. 



Additionally, so that content site-wide can be reviewed quicker, we kindly recommend that all Artists review their content within their Stores and delete any items that violate our Terms of Service. This will remove items from the review queue and allow content to be visible on our site once again at a quicker pace.


3. We do sincerely apologize for the delays in ticket responses as we have received an extremely high influx in tickets recently that has caused extended wait times to all. As such, we have asked that all Artists kindly refrain from sending a ticket simply asking when their content will be reviewed as Artists that genuinely need account assistance are experiencing delayed responses due to such a high ticket count.

We completely understand the frustrations caused by this content review process but are constantly evolving to improve so the needs of content compliance are met. Thank you again to all for your patience while we work towards ensuring the future stability of iWantClips for all Artists.

I'm sorry but this is a blatant lie. You can look through many top studios and see they have most if not all content back dating to 2015. There are also many creators on this board and twitter who have confirmed ALL of their content is now available. If that is so, why are so many sitting with clips still in review if it's "in the order of the publish date"? Personally I have only had a handful of 2020 clips approved and the rest still in review, with almost a thousand clips all the way back to 2015. I have also removed any questionable content, deleting 10-20 clips. It is not the content of the clips as they are all within the new rules. This makes no sense. If it was by publish date I should have more than a handle of items approved.


Not only is it unfair, it's also stupid. Producers don't start at the top - nor is everyone meant to or able to. This way they lose both newcomers and long term contributors that add variety to the site. Lose - lose.


It's stupid in the sense it pisses producers off, but smart in that it earns IWC more$$ which I'm sure they are eager to get back to earning everyone's 40%. If a top studio earns thousands a day versus a few hundred for a smaller studio IWC earns more by getting their backlog approved earlier. Not to mention they may take their business elsewhere and they don't want to lose their best earners. Unfair favoritism but it will make the site more money. Smaller studios also need to work as many sites as possible to make their goals, they will stay on IWC because they need the exposure and income. It's clear this is what they chose to do since you can see the published date on clips. Higher earning studios have their content while everyone else is left to wait.

I joined this site because I was not getting any response from submitting support tickets so seems it's more likely to get a response through messaging them here. I have 2 clips which I uploaded last month and still waiting on them being published. One is actually a 3D animation and was approved over on C4S within an hour as are most other new clips. It's really getting to me now because IWC seems to be where I sell most content. Xmas is around the corner and meanwhile it must look to my fans as if I just haven't bothered to add new content when I have. I don't understand what the problem is when C4S are using the same software.:(

Same here. None of my old content has been approved in a week and now my new upload is just sitting there. It's especially frustrating because when I click on some of the hosts on the front page of IWC in "top selling content" they have literally hundreds of clips available for sale. How is this happening when none of mine are being approved this week?

Clips4sale is a much larger and older platform so they probably have way more resources.

My guess is that IWC does not have the staff to handle the mountain of work to reapprove all our clips. They really need to hire some short term help.

I have a customer that normally does 2 day delivery, he said it didnt give him the option to choose and defaulted him to 30 days, after that it wouldnt let me upload his video for over a week, and then once I uploaded it, it said would take up to 4 days to approve it, its been 4 days and its still in review, honestly this is kinda ridiculous

This makes sense in my opinion because nothing has changed in my studio, and my clips date back to 2017 and not a single one has been approved (or rejected! They're not watching them!) since the first two a month ago. I haven't reuploaded anything or sent repeated tickets- nothing. But my store is offline and ultimately stagnant. Meanwhile on C4S getting approved takes no time at all. TF is that 40% for if there's no staff and they can't handle this industry-wide change...

So you uploaded the finished customs and they didn't approve them yet?

I've been getting new clips I upload approved pretty fast but my old ones are maybe approved at one a week, if that.

Seems like they would prioritize customs approval though since the client pays a lot for just one personalized clip.

What I meant to say was I have two new customs sitting there. I haven't started them yet because I wouldn't be able to upload them.

So I actually just went to check and it seems I can upload. There was that note stating it would take about three weeks to begin customs again. That's good at least.

Just tried to paste link from IWC in here but wont do it. I got an email today which includes the current list of banned words, some of which make no sense like ' cash point ' or 'cash point meet ' which are used frequently in findom.:-\

Has anyone had any luck getting them to respond to support tickets? They're ignoring me and sending 'weird' emails to buyers who put in custom orders. IWC are literally the ones putting up walls so I cannot send the content - they're literally just a middle man! WTF!? - then telling buyers that *I* am the problem. Glad this buyer is bright enough to know better, but really...

I'm ready to leave. Just emailed them again to tell them to sort it out and let me know about how to close my account. They're SO MUCH WORK and literally every other month there is a huge problem with them.

The only response I have had is through here several days after I messaged. It's just not good enough. They had plenty advance notice of the impending changes so if they do not have the staff then it really is their own fault. I now have several clips and a bunch of audio clips waiting in review. I am now looking in to joining other sites besides C4S. I am sure many artists are now losing patience.
