Are you deleting and re-uploading them when they fail? I saw on Twitter that people were having these problems. If they fail after attempting to process you can click the edit button (for the video that failed processing) on the sell item screen.

Once that opens to the "edit a video" screen you'll scroll down and click the "I have read and agreed to the store operator agreement" then save it.

It should process and publish. If not you'll probably need to email them.
nah I've been going down the edit route, it worked this morning for the 4 I've got up but isn't now v.v
I'll probably wait till tomorrow and if it's still not working email them

What is the new thing with the pricing that only allows whole numbers? This is a terrible decision and whoever made it should read up on sales psychology.

I agree, I just went and checked to see if it was a mistake, but it's telling me to price it as a whole number. I don't like that at all.

This sucks. Partly because it will probably reduce sales and partly because I price my videos the same on every clipsite and now I can't :(

Apparently this is a glitch and not a new IWC pricing system. Working with tech support so once I hear what the fix is I will report back.

Luna66, in a way I wish your bf was right because it feels a bit like game playing but whether or not it's a myth, part of the problem is that everyone does it so to do whole-number pricing is going against the grain. I am sure there are many who are immune like he is, though!

Thank you for contacting us about this issue.

We recently pushed logic (code) to enable accounts to post their clips with and without round numbers. This was simply a minor error on the site.

You can now publish clips with values “.99” and so forth. :)

I am still waiting for the response from the support, but maybe someone have a similar situation. I get the monthly payouts, and my payout should be processed in March, but what is weird...on my site says that i i am eligible for a payout but it will be processed in April :/ I really hope this is some kind of glitch...must be :/ Anyone having the same ?

I use wire transfer and I am UK, pretty quick (maybe not the quickest but then again I can't compare to payoneer)
Iwantclips is worth while for femdom stuff, not so much for porn or fetish type stuff.

I'm interested in signing up with iWC and would like to use the daily pay option but I have a few questions.

Is their a few associated with the daily pay option?

I was looking at the FAQ page and read the Daily Payouts (Schedule Breakdown & Buffer Period). It says "Daily Payouts will process as a payout approximately 8 calendar days after they occur". So if I'm understanding correctly daily pay isn't actually daily, it takes a week to clear. Am I understanding that right?

You can sign up now and you don't have to have a clip store. I have a clip store and the sign up process for the phone option creates a new, separate account. If you sign up before the end of this month you get an extra percentage for the first 90 days. I have not completed the process now so I don't know for sure that the feature is live, it looks like it is though. (I didn't finish my sign up yet because it needs another email address than I use for my clips store and I don't want to create a new email account just to use for this service so I'm going to ask support what the deal is.)

I don't understand how to set up my Iwantphone account. In my IWC account it says to click the link and follow the steps. Then I click on the Reserve 80% for 3 months button... and then I end up on a page where it says "Congrats, you've reserved 80% Commission on Phone! When phone launches, you will receive 80% commission on all calls for your first 3 months!"

Is that normal? I thought I would have to fill a profile or something...

It's not active yet. There's nothing to fill out, you're just locking in 80% now for 3 months after it goes live.

I did the same thing and ended up sending support a message asking if I needed to activate the clips store in order to use the phone portion. I said that I wasn't interested in adding 5 clips, but still wanted to appear on IWantPhone when it launches.

This was the reply:

Thank you for contacting us and great question!

Your iWantClips store will not need to be active in order for you to make use of iWantPhone.

Just be sure you have an IWC account and you have reserved your spot for the 80% commission rate, which will be available for the first 3months.

We will be releasing updates as we get closer to the official launch date.

Yes there is a fee associated with daily pay, it costs 5%.

It does take a week to clear, however payouts are created Monday-Friday. Therefore, as long as you have consistent sales you will receive a deposit Mon - Fri every week.

That sounds 100% right! You did it successfully. Since iWantPhone isn't live yet, the signup process just locks in your 80% commission for the first 3 months after we launch :)

I was sent a DM on Twitter by your recruitment account along with a link. I was just confused because after signing up, when I go to "My Account" it says:

"Your store is not active! In order to make your store active, you must complete steps below:
You must upload a Profile Photo and Featured Photo! Click here to upload photo
You must have 5 or more published content items Click here to sell items"

I sent another DM via Twitter asking for clarification and was told, "You won't have to upload content for iWantClips to operate iWantPhone. This is not a requirement. However once phone is live in 4-6 weeks you will have a dedicated platform to operate IWP. Think of iWantClips as a hub for all site's to include IWC, IWCC, and IWP. You will login into IWC to access all other sites."

So, as far as I know, I've just reserved the 80% commission for the first 3 months when the site is launched. I received the "Congrats! You've reserved 80% commission on phone!" message, so I assume all is well and I just need to sit tight until the site is up and running.

I've just signed up to IWantPhone via your IwantPhone Twitter. I got an email saying that I had been accepted for a Clip Store. I've now spoke to David twice on IwantHelp live chat and he has said that I can't just do phone chat without having a live clip store with 5 clips.

I mentioned these threads and he thanked me for bringing it to his attention but he was certain that you can't do just phone chat.

I'm very confused now, please would clear this up.

Interesting as I was told the exact opposite by the recruitment person who replied to me in Twitter DM ! Fuck knows what's going on then. I could possibly scrape together 5 clips, but clips are not my thing and quite frankly the quality of mine are utter shit compared to people who invest a lot of time and energy into clip stores. Maybe I need to make 5 "Mistress Ignoring You" clips, haha!

PhatGirlDynamite also asked them on Twitter about it earlier today & the guy's on Twitter are saying we can do phone without having to make clips. I suppose we'll just have to see. There's an other thread for them that I posted on before I saw this one.

I've worked out how to qualify for 80 percent now - You have do it from your dashboard after you've had your documents accepted. I can't remember exactly what it was I clicked on now to make that happen but according to their Twitter the higher 80% rate for 90 days finishes at the end of this month on the 31st x

Our apologies for missing that question.

Your IWC referral code will not work for new models signing up for IWP. Once the IWP Application launches there will be a new referral system in place for that platform.

The projected date for the iWantPhone application release will be 3-6 weeks from now.

Have you sorted it out Lola? I think I clicked on the phone tab from within my dash board & I then I got banner saying " Congratulation's you've reserved your 80% bonus"

Just click on every tab until you see the banner x

It's been 6 weeks, so maybe any day now? Or has the ETA been adjusted since then? No pressure - best to get things right before launching - but I want to make the most of those first 90 days. I keep forgetting about it, and then worrying that I squandered some of the 80% by not checking on the site launch!

We are getting closer and closer, we are expecting to launch the beta application in the next two weeks! We want to thank everyone for their patience with us as we get everything ironed out!

I recently joined iwantclips in march and have a payout pending for april 2017 but till now it has not yet been processed, i have an international store as i am from India and set for monthly payment, and as mentioned on the payout FAQ every payment is processed no later than 5th of every month so whats wrong? I have messaged on livechat, no response, messaged on skype, no response, emailed to billing at iwantclips too, but no response. So what should i do next?
