One very discouraging thing about this whole debacle is that people are saying that it's stupid to sit behind our keyboards and tweet about this. Many good things have come from protesting. You have to start somewhere, right? What are you supposed to do when your job is an online one? You take to twitter, forums, blogs, whatever, but you get a dialogue going. It's important to bring attention to it, for the models and customers. Someone said instead of bitching on twitter you should spend that time filming new videos to make up for it, but that's a short term answer to the problem. Fighting it, arguing about it, hoping for a change is a more long term solution. Even if nothing comes from it right now doesn't it set a baseline for future websites and future changes?

I don't think it's a good idea to delete your account if you are making money there. I think it hurts you more than anything, but you also can't let people use you as a doormat or they will just keep taking.

It's really sad how dismissive so many people are about the concerns we have, especially when it the big studios/earners telling the small ones it's no big deal.

I would be more pissed about this if I made more money on there. What I've made there so far this year is just 10% of what I made so far on C4S this year. This is gonna hurt them more than it's gonna hurt us. Now people have no reason to try to get their customers to buy on IWC when their payout is the same as everyone else. Since C4S gets way more traffic it's better to get your customers to buy there so your clips and studio rise in the ranks so you get more visibility. I think within 6 months they'l be back to paying out at 65 to 70% or will just fold up shop.

As a Canadian since IWC lost payoneer, I now get paid in print at home cheques. My bank isn't thrilled about them. Some tellers are okay with it but they act doubtful, some won't deposit them at all even though I've done so before. I don't like it. Can't IWC look into other payment methods, like actual cheques to be mailed? In this political climate we don't need attention drawn to our line of work, and sketchy cheques draw attention and questions. The teller took the cheque and said the manager of the bank would be looking into it. Please take better care of your studios. I can't afford to lose my banking.

And the thing is, you better believe the top girls who are telling smaller producers not to worry about the reduction aren't getting a reduction in % themselves. They're out at those conventions, drinking champagne. CAN'T RELATE.

How long exactly is it meant to take on IWC before your clips are actually searchable by customers??

As I uploaded all of mine last night, so 24hours ago now, but yet when i search for ''Nappy'' only 1 of my clips shows up in the video results (and is the last result on page 5, as IWC for some bizzare abusrd reason don't have a sort by date option)!!

So they took a bigger cut and promised better service but ever since they started taking a bigger cut I now rarely get emails when I make a sale and when I post a new clip it now doesn't post that clip to my Twitter anymore.

I just signed up but looks like I will not be uploading anything until they fix their payment issues. I had to deal with that with Chatfunn and it was hell, so nope.

Not only have my payments been consistently 2+ weeks behind, but my sales are very low. They've been bad since the payment issues were happening. I don't know if it's customers bailing out or what. I'm doing well on my other sites. I'm sure it's not all the extra 10% being taken off, there's far too much of a difference for it to be that. Maybe too many dommes, most of my normally high selling videos are flopping. It's extremely discouraging and to not be paid in a timely fashion makes it worse.

I get a paper check from C4S and I get direct deposit from IWantClips. I get my check from C4S in the mail at least a week earlier than I get a direct deposit from IWantClips. You'd think it would be the other way around. My sales on IWC has been ok. Not even close to C4S but ok.

Sales were lower than other months, but i am not bothered about it now, as i did not yet receive my November payout, i get paid monthly once since i reside out of USA, in 3rd world country. Earlier i used to get paid by IWC at least by 17th, but after the 10 percentage being cut off, i am not receiving payment until i literally "beg" billing department. Despite of many many mails, they dont communicate. I had to mail others like Princess Mika, or even Bratty Nikki for last time's payout. This month i did not yet mail to Bratty Nikki, and guess what billing has not got back to me since Tuesday last week. October payout i received 30th November. I really love(/d) working with IWC but with the recent negligence that i am facing from billing dept with no payments being made, i have made my other stores inactive, and not uploading any new content on my primary store. I dont know when i will receive the payout. Also i really dont think i should have to beg to be paid , because i have worked so hard to earn it anyway. Very saddening! Dont know why this company is unable to help all the artists out.

I get direct deposit, I got my 12/12 payment today, but this is ridiculous. Lots of people having to ask to be paid. I just wait it out now, but I'm sick of two week long waiting periods, especially after losing the extra 10%. I was thinking of not uploading new content there at all, but I'll wait a bit longer to see how it pans out at the start of the year.

I was told that the speed to upload would be improved by mid December but it still hasn't and thus all but the shortest clips time out and freeze so I'm unable to upload them.

iWC recently improved its uploading speed drastically in mid-December and it's worked well for me personally, since then, when I upload my clips and content. If anyone is still having issues, I can have this looked into by the team asap.

As a data point, I only use FTP and have not had any issues. I wish I had more insights into traffic, even if I could insert a google analytics code into my store page. I've fallen completely off in IWC recently, where my other stores seem to be doing better. Granted, my content may not be 100% on target with the IWC audience as it looks like Mesmerize and FinDom seem to dominate (heh).

I still have not got paid since November, the billing department gives one or two excuse every time. They say they sent wire but my bank is withholding it while they cant even send to me the proof of wire so that i can contact the bank, everytime they just say my bank is withholding the payment, but when i ask for the wire transfer copy they say they have never heard something like that, and in USA that types of thing dont exist. Banking terminologies would be same globally, this kind of excuse is really upsetting, which is totally baseless. Same bank account, i still receive money from Clips4sale without any issue. So, one can guess, whats going on!

Then they tell me to get someother bank account, which would take time and money for initial deposit, and of course since i have not got paid since November i cant invest any more money to get paid, its like like round and round i go in circle, in the vicious cycle of fire only to burn myself.

They said they would be sending me the combined payout for November and December by end of this week through some personal payment way, and since billing is closed on weekends, that hope is gone down the high drain too! Its too sad, that i worked so hard only to get worried about not being paid since November. I hope someday they give me my dues. I dont know who can at all help me, as i have reached out to almost everyone personally including Bratty Nikki from IWE and most of them did not respond to me.

Its so sad to see how iwc is treating the artists who has been loyally working for them instead of bitching, as i had for a very long time since the beginning promoting my store links of my IWC over my c4s stores on my twitter as well as on my personal site, which i have removed now as the least one can expect is to get paid hassle free, when the platform claims to be 'for artists, by artists'? And see how i dont get paid even after so much of effort being put in! If a platform cares about its artists, i should not have to beg for my payout for several months, hard work does not pay in IWC at least! I dont know what would it take for them to clear my due payout for 2 months.

I can only imagine how frustrating, worrisome and stressful this situation is for you. The team is aware of your payout issue, they have tried sending multiple wires to you and, though none of the wires have gone through, I know that they have been continually working and in communication with you to find a solution on how to get you your payment. The country you're in contributes to the challenge of getting your payment to you. Rest assured, the team will not stop working until you are paid.

I will reach out to the team for an update on your situation and will continue to follow up until a resolution is found to get you your payment.

This is to confirm that i have received my due payouts from IWC, on last saturday.

But i would be happy if more payment options can be provided by the company for international studios, especially for small stores from developing countries, as payout can be an issue at times. I know the country contributes to the way through which we can receive the payments from USA and other countries, and its not just something IWC can change therefore, but may be something can be worked on in the future. So that we can receive payouts hassle free, and dont have pester the company every day. Hoping to work soon!

We're starting to push campaigns in other languages and would love to be able to link say, Korean speakers to a Korean language site interface or checkout form.

Yes! All artists on iWantClips can e-mail "[email protected]" with any links that need to be removed. This is a free service :)

You didn't understand my question. My question was about prevention of stolen videos. Once it get stolen it spreads like a wild fire. Also, some websites do not honor dmca requests.

I apologize for my misunderstanding. However, I think I understand what you're saying now.

iWantClips uses proprietary software to aid in the prevention of stolen content. This includes a strong anti-fraud system. I apologize that I cannot publicly speak about the specifics of these types of software and policies, but please be assured that they are there and working for all of the artists that use iWantEmpire platforms.

Of course, there is no true prevention against piracy. So, for these situations, iWantClips does offer free DMCA service to all artists. This is what I referenced above. All content on iWC is monitored by a DMCA service. Artists are welcome to also send links to be removed by this service.

Hi Mika, can I please mention the br codes are not working for me when I upload a clip. They read on the finished description as they are typed so <br> etc, it looks terrible and I have had to do without them.

I find it really useful to use them to make my descriptions 'broken up' and a lot clearer to read, otherwise it's one very long paragraph. Do you know when this might be fixed please or even if they are aware? Thanks!

And when I've gone to use some keywords I've used tons before, they have gone, quite a few of them! What's going on please Mika?

The team is also discussing how to make it easier for Artists to see when a word has been banned without first saving the content.

My observations regarding messaging:

(at least on android) if you enter an emoji in a message your message will be cut off/deleted starting from that emoji, e.g., you enter emoji after 1st sentence in a 3 paragraph message, the guy will see just 1 sentence

apparently guys are unable to access attachments, I did see them as links like pic1.jpg pic2.jpg but the guy was whining how he can't see them and if I can send them different way... This was sending the message from PC

Guys are unable to send attachments by default? At least that's what he told me.

As a European producer there are almost no paid texting platforms available for me, so I got really excited when I saw that IWC finally sends email notifs of messages (previously the msging function was completely unusable because I simply never knew when someone had messaged me)

And coincidentally I had an ultra horny guy so I thought perfect to "wet my toes" putting a price to read my nasty replies, didn't quite go as planned though, with messages cut off, etc.

Thank you for letting me know :)

I have reported the emoji bug for the team to look into.

In regards to attachments, currently PTV messages and attachments are Artist-only (Customers cannot attach files to Artists).

Additionally, files attached to messages can only be images. The system is not meant to support video or audio files, at this time. However, in the future, the team is working on the capability for Artists to be able to upload videos and audios through PTV messages, so please look forward to this feature. If your customer wasn't able to view photos that were attached to your message, that would be a bug that would need to be reported in a ticket for further investigation.

I sincerely appreciate your feedback and will keep you all updated with the progress of the messaging features and capabilities.

All my clip's statuses are listed as being in draft. Anyone else having this problem?
