Hi, for the phone option is there any point to making multiple listings? Do they show up in different categories like on NiteFlirt or would a customer have to click on my profile directly to see them?

Yes, I would recommend making a phone line for each category you are comfortable performing. That way, it increases the chances your profile is found for those users using iWantPhone to find someone to call :)

Hello,
I have a question about the messaging feature on IWC. I'm choosing PAY TO VIEW before I reply to messages, but guys are able to read my messages without paying (the display says "Read/Unpaid). This really makes me not want to use the system for PTV as much as I would like. Should I be sending my text reply as an attachment to avoid this? It seems like they shouldn't be able to view the message without paying. :/
ETA: So, apparently they aren't able to view the message, but just the subject line. I still don't understand why we can't send videos as attachments this way (PTV).

You are correct. Customers are not able to view the pay-to-view message, but they are able to view the subject line of the pay-to-view message. If they purchased it, they will then be able to read the contents of the message and view any attachments.

There are improvements coming to the pay-to-view messaging system. I believe it includes an increased size limit but, just in case, I will be sure to submit this request to the team.

Hello, I've chosen the save as draft option for uploading custom clips but when I edit them and get them ready for release they remain in draft even though that isn't what is checked. Does this mean I'm going to have to reupload them completely if I want to sell them in my store?

Arg! I'm so sorry to hear of your experience.
I spoke to the team about this issue, and they said that this is a known glitch that occasionally happens. I was told one thing that sometimes works is to set the clip to publish at a later date, that is at least 15 minutes into the future. So, I would suggest to see if this works, before you re-upload your content.

I joined IWC in 2018, and my IWC store contains all the videos I've made since 2018. But I've been making videos since 2015. So I want to post all the videos I've made since 2015 on my IWC store as well (I have like 750 videos that aren't on my IWC store, and it seems so wasteful to not be offering them to the IWC audience!)
But I want my store to be in chronological order (of the date I made them, not the date I posted them). So I want to post all the videos I made between 2015-2018, but I want them to be at the back of my store, not the front.

Sorry to bring negativity, I hate doing that, but I have a little pet peeve. I don't like that it says "A good tip for your model can often motivate a quick delivery!" next to the tipping option on IWC's custom video order system. Someone just ordered a custom video with a 3 figure tip and asked me to deliver as quickly as possible. I don't want that kind of pressure, especially not during the holiday season. I like taking my time. Now I have to decide whether to rush myself and make the video ASAP, cancel the order and ask him to order again without the tip, or just deliver in my usual timeframe and greedily take the tip.
If I wanted to offer quicker delivery for extra money, I would select that option in my custom video settings. You have the option to charge extra money to deliver in 2 weeks, 1 week or 3 days. I would set that up if I wanted to. I don't. And now I feel obligated to do something I'm not comfortable with.

Please allow me to reassure you that you are in no way obligated to complete the custom clip order sooner. Upon reviewing the verbiage, it says "can often motivate" not "will motivate". However, I certainly understand how this verbiage could lead a customer to believe there is a chance the Artist will complete the order sooner, whether or not they purchase an earlier delivery time.
If I had to guess, I believe the team wrote this to encourage tributes on the custom ordering system, and there are likely many Artists in which a tip would motivate them to complete the custom sooner. This being said, I will pass along your feedback to see if there is perhaps something more generic they could put there.

And, yes, you can link directly to your tribute page with the following link below:

*Just replace the "#####" with your store number. You can obtain your store number in the URL of your IWC Store.
If you have a website, you can also use the Tribute Widget, in which the code for this is located in your Artist dashboard under the "Widgets" tab.

I just read the statement. Are you kidding me?
“in this isolated incident, there was a minor inadvertent data release”
Minor? Sensitive info was leaked. This is serious. 438 models affected.
IWC took a fucking month to notify models. In the worst way possible: USPS snail mail.
When they could have emailed or put it as a notice in the model dashboard as soon as it happened. The date of the letter sent out was Dec 17th, supposed the earliest date they found out. The only thing posted since then on the news/updates tab in our dashboard? Customer promotions and a post telling us to update our info for our 1099s. lmaooo. Totally inexcusable.
And only 438 models from 2017 are affected? So the rest of the 30,000 models on the site in 2017 never got 1099s? Why were only these 438 models 2017 1099 info being emailed, unencrypted to anyone in the first place, it’s 2020? Then IWC used the slowest method possible to let models know what happened. It all seems intentional.
To my knowledge I’m not affected (no letter, though I've been with them since 2015), but this makes me boiling mad for everyone affected.
No apology is the cherry on top, too.
I’m closing my account, I never made much there anyways but I’m not working with a company who thinks something like this is such a low-priority issue. Don’t want to be around for another “oopsie” because this company has fumble fingers and just shoots off sensitive emails to random people.

I guarantee you that if they named the model I still wouldn't trust them. If anything I'd probably be even more irritated that they were the one to get it. I don't trust anyone, no matter how long they have been around or how popular. I see how they are with people they considered friends.
I also find it hard to believe that only that many were affected. I was on their site then and definitely got a1099 but I haven't gotten any news about my info getting out. I'm sure I was one of them.
I can't afford to close my account and I think they know that about a lot of people. I used to make pretty good money and then it sort of dried up, now i make about half as much but I need it.
And of course they cannot say sorry, that admits guilt!

If they want to allow WOC to do interracial humiliation and for it to be forbidden for others then fine, that's up to them but if they aren't going to police it then why make it a rule??

In regards to the Interracial Content, I have sent you a private message so that I can obtain more information. Certainly, the team wishes to enforce the rules that restrict racial humiliation.

Certainly, bypassing the banned word filters isn't allowed. Artists who choose to do this put their accounts at risk. I will forward this inquiry to the team to make them aware that this seems to be a prominent issue.

We’d like to sincerely apologize for any confusion or concern this error may have caused you. Please allow us to reassure you that this was a display error that in no way affected or compromised any transactions or activity in your Store. HypnoticNatalie’s content items were not actually for sale through your store during this time. The listings simply were appearing on a page they were not supposed to, due to a manual input error from one of our engineers.
We’d like to further clarify that this display error was live on your Store for approximately 45 minutes, as this was caught quickly by the community and our engineers, and was resolved right away once the issue was identified.

I checked the payouts tab, thinking perhaps the earnings cut off had been dropped and I'd been paid, but no! Nothing! I'm pretty sure it was there the other day (it wasn't a lot, but it's MINE) and now it's not.... (yes I have sent a support ticket)
Anyone else??

In the meantime, there's a chance that it will work by logging out and logging in (ideally with 20 minutes in between) to reset the connection. There's no gaurantee this will work but some Artists have had success with connecting to FTP in this way.

Dear Artists,
We were alerted that blocked zip codes were purportedly not being properly masked by the software utilized for the recent upgrade of our search system.
The discoverable information were zip codes that were created as a blocking rule by Artists.
We take complete responsibility and sincerely apologize for this occurrence.
After acknowledging the issue and performing a thorough investigation, our developers were able to quickly rectify the issue in the code that caused this occurrence.
We’d like to thank our community for bringing awareness to this issue.

Tips/tributes do affect your ranking. There is a site ranking for the top 100 Artists, items and categories, which can be found here: https://iwantclips.com/top_lists
I can confirm that Amex is not a payment option for customers. From what I understand, Amex is very anti-adult so that is why it isn't offered.
However, there are many payment options available for customers, including:
Visa
MasterCard
Discover
Gift Card Exchanges (customers can trade in gift cards from popular places such as Walmart, Starbucks, and more)
There are also International payment options that include:

GiroPay
iDEAL
DirectPayEU
SEPA
