I just got my last Payoneer bank transfer from SM that was issued last friday, no delay or anything unusual. It was sent after I got the message from Payoneer, but still arrived in time.

Any news as to what's the current status? What about transfers to Mexico?
I got the email, but I haven't made any change. Then again I don't know if money will keep flowing as usual.
I stopped camming for month and half so no deposits for me, but that's because I've been a lazy fuck lol

Spent ages now on this rubbish. Payoneer are saying there are no issues and its just my payment gone missing. Well I know of at least one other how convenient just from here. They are going to investigate. My bank haven't seen a thing. Payoneer will take four days to investigate by which point they will have hundreds more dollars of mine. Not sure what to do now really. Can't find anything on google about problems but its bloody scary I need that cash.

We have a Payoneer rep again in the official Payoneer thread https://www.stripperweb.com/forum/showthread.php?156029-Payoneer-Official-Support-Thread&p=2925416#post2925416

every gbt uk girl ive asked hasnt been paid yet (ok so thats only 3 in total lol) but i think as we are all different areas and banks that its just taking longer, maybe because payoneer has an increased work load switching everyone to cards?

do you have your bank account in your local currency ? aka in pounds if uk ? livejasmin told me that they received an email from payoneer sayin that payments will go smoothly if the bank accounts are setted in the local currency (and not in $ for ex). Oh well ,no matter the currency, things should freakin work !!! I don't know yet if i will have any problems cause i had a break and will receive my money in a week and a half. I hope they fucking sort it out cause i got lots of things i have to pay from that money !

Yes the payments are all in local currency. Really confusing. The money is sitting there in my payoneer account and it says "processed and loaded'. :( I will try contact them and see if they get back to me.

Which exchange rate do you want to base it on? Xe.com?
basically i got 97.5% of what xe.com told me i would get. compared to the hassle of using the card im happy to lose 2.5%

I've been absolutely fucked over by Payoneer this week.
Made an online purchase and have withdrawn money from an ATM. They said the conversion rate would be up to 3.5%
But they took 9.8%.
Thanks Payoneer, that's just fucking great. I now lost almost 10% of my own money trying to access my own money.

Annnd I just tried calling them and was on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up. I left a message to be called back but lol let's be honest we all know they don't call back. Emailing them is pointless as it's like talking through a paper cup. They get back to you weeks later. Sorry guys, I'm just so angry right now. If this forum didn't exist they wouldn't have said jack shit about this issue and that's some fucked up business. I have to pay a lot of money to make calls across the pond and sit on hold for fucking ever and since I'm in Ireland payoneer is one of my only viable options for getting payed. It worries me because I don't want to work this week, have it go into payoneer and have all that money "lost" what do I do????

I'm not expecting any global transfers this week but although it always used to be Tuesdays, it's been Wednesday/Thursday for me for a while now, which isn't technically late based on how many days in tells you in the email. Xx
They have Livechat. Still takes a while to get through normally but it's free.

Ok so I figured I'd post this here in case it helps anyone...I finally got in contact with payoneer by phone and the operator said it just looks like there's a delay with this particular processor (I'm not sure who they use for Ireland and the U.K.) and that it should be in my account by Friday, Monday at the very latest. She said to give another call back if it isn't. I asked if this was going to be an ongoing problem or if the day of deposit was just going to be different. She said no that the date wasn't going to change and that it should be back to normal the following week. So I'll update if this in fact is true for me.
Thank you guys so much for having this forum and threads like this where we can unite and discuss issues that would likely be a lot scarier and more confusing if it wasn't available. X

Re Payoneer, I withdrew funds from an ATM last night, it was outside Tesco with the 'Mastercard' logo on it. I read on these forums that Nat West ATM's are one of the cheaper ones (fee wise) to withdraw from and as Tesco/RBS ATMs are linked to Nat West, I figured instead of driving into town to the Nat West I might as well try and withdraw from the one outside Tesco.
To cut a long (i.e., boring!) story short, although I had thought I had evaluated how much I could take out before I left home (doing currency conversion, checking my Payoneer balance online, allow for fees etc)…. I then had to modify it a few times once I was at the ATM.
This is what it showed me in advance:
Cash withdrawal
Exchange rate
Transaction amount
However each time I choose an amount I could see it would be declined (as the figures didn't tally with what I'd deduced beforehand). In the end I had to take out £10 less that I thought I would be able to (as the ATM I went to doesn’t give out £5 notes, some Tesco ATM’s DO).
I opted to select ‘cash with receipt’ (at the beginning it also states something like: ‘the ATM provider may charge a fee, do you still want to proceed’) and on my receipt it further stated:
Today’s Exchange Rate & Conversion Service is provided by Tesco Bank and includes a margin of 5%.
It doesn’t actually show you how much the ATM fee is only the above. I assume it must be 5%, which correlates somewhat to the 9.8% percentage you quoted above.
I don’t think I will use Tesco machines again, although it may be the case that all Banks charge that amount (from a USD a/c). Talk about confusing! Its as clear as mud!

just updating that I still have not gotten paid like she said I might. she said at the VERY latest it would be Monday (an entire week late)...I swear to god if that money isn't in my account Monday I am going to fuck some shit up. I don't know what id do other than cancel my payoneer account and get money wired to my u.s. account once a month so I don't have to pay 40 $ a week....I reallllly don't want to have to do that though, but I also don't want everything I just made this week also getting lost....ugh fml of course this happens right when I really need that cash. anyway I think I'm gonna call again in a minute ill report back what they say. x

Ok now i heard some models are not able to acces their money trough the card either. On paxum and payoneer.
if it helps this is a quote from Ruth (a Paxum rep) about what's going on:
"At the moment, ATM withdrawals and POS purchases are not working via the Paxum Card.
This is a Mastercard issue, and this issue affects other payment program cards, not just Paxum.
We are in communication with Choice Bank/Mastercard regarding the situation, and we hope they will resolve the issue and return to normal service promptly."
I'm not 100% sure about this but I've been told that both Paxum and Payoneer use the same bank, if that's the case then it would make sense that both are affected
like peeps need any more upheaval right now, fuck me
for paxum users, Ruth (at) Paxum (dot) com is a good contact email to have, she's usually pretty prompt and thorough in reply to questions
EDIT: apparently the Paxum issue with Choice Bank and Mastercard have been fixed so cards are working again, if payoneer was dealing with the same issue re: cards hopefully that's solved as well?

OK ANOTHER UPDATE: I just called again saying I still did not receive a payment, different operator this time. he said that it was loaded from their end so what he was going to do is send me an email confirmation of that loading to my bank and that if it still wasn't lodged into my account when I receive that email I can bring it into my bank and ask my bank why it isn't in my account. he also said this might have had to do with an American bank holiday that was last week and so payments to the e.u. might have been behind for that reason (idk why it would be 3 days behind but whatever) so then I meantioned the pacnet thing and if this has anything to do with it and he said no it wouldn't have affected me because they don't use that processor for us. so.....I will update AGAIN when I get to the bottom of this.

That is bullshit. Everything is blocked right now. Another person on another forum from an east european country had the same problem as you and have been told the same thing copy paste minus the US thing. No payment processor is working at the moment, bank transfers or cards. Payments are loaded but we can't take them out. They are basically blocked there in between. Let's hop e they fix it. I actually just came back on to say this sounds like bullshit too because I went to look what holiday he was talking about and the only one I see is Columbus day (pffffft!) and that was on Monday. payoneer received my payment from streamate the Friday before Columbus day so it has nothing to do with the delay. duh. I wish I would have noticed that on the phone. god this has me really worried!
also....some uk/eu ladies have received their bank transfer as usual haven't they? this is why its weird that some of us are getting them and some aren't...or is it everyone??

From what i have heard untill now, some people received their payment some did not (like in your case). Right now tough in this moment it's blocked bascially most people can't access their money from payoneer, paxum, epay (this ones i know and have announced there are problems & they are working for them to be solved). Let's hope they solve them. The solution should be for all the cam sites to have direct wire transfer (so we can receive our mmoney when shit like this happens). Maybe some people can access their money - i am not sure.

I know a girl who can't use her card, neither make payments or transfer, Eastern Europe here. For me everything looks good, I cashed some money 12 h ago and even a few hours ago, when I heard about the crush. But their application sucks, I couldn't log in a couple of times today and then I was scared my account would freeze if I tried again.
Hope everything will be fixed. But that's a signal we should all take out our money right away, and leave no funds on it! You know what they say about cash.

I contacted Payoneer and they admitted they charge 7% to non US members.
You have to pay up to 3.5% conversion fee + 3.5% cross border fee.
So 7% fee for an online purchase, shop purchase or ATM withdrawel. + the Payoneer ATM fee + loading card/account fee + monthly fee + whatever your local ATM charges you.
So wow.
Guess I might as well start wiping my butt with my money.

Sounds like a total rip off & it just goes to show that all those UK providers on Twitter that kept banging on & on about how great and cheap it was & then had the audacity to go on the AW forum to abuse DP Colin didn't have the slightest clue what they was chatting s*it about!
You'd be better off sending your money via Paxum if the sites you work on are set up with them. Its $50 for a wire transfer right not but when/if they get EFT up and running again its about $7.

I'm in the UK and the card although inconvenient, isn't that expensive to use. $2 load fee (as seen when I log in), and $3.15 withdrawal fee.
Example, if I were to receive a payment for $100 and my Payoneer account was totally empty, I would think:
$100-2-3.15 = $94.50
Then I check xe.com - currently £77.50
Then because bank exchange rates are worse than xe.com I would withdraw £70 to be on the safe side as I dint want to get charged for trying to take out too much.
I know that my Tesco ATM gives out £5 notes so sometimes I take advantage of that when applicable. What I don't withdraw because of being prudent, remains in my Payoneer account for next time.
GeezLouise
10-16-2016, 04:53 AM
Vlodina, they charged me 7% for boyh online and atm withdrawal.
3.5 for exchange rate + 3.5 cross border fee. And that is without the loading fee and atm fee they charge.
Asked them waht the hell that was all about and they said if youre not paying or withdrawing in Usd youre always charged both fees.
My ikea purchase costed me $26 in fees... 26 freaking dollars in fees for an online order.

I can't comment on using it online or in shops. I only take money out the wall. I've never been charged all that. :-S

10-16-2016, 09:54 AM
They didn't charge me those silly fees before. I noticed it this week. The money out of the machine was the amount I choose, money withdrawn in online shop was correct.
But then when I check my Payoneer account the amount of money I should have left went waaay down. All on those extra fees.
Absolutely ridiculous.

You really need to take a careful look at your statements when using the card, either for making purchases or withdrawing cash. I consider myself a very careful person with money and they had me fooled for months until I started putting the numbers together myself and realized percentages were disappearing in every transaction - they were just separated so its hard to add up. This isn't a Payoneer problem, its an issue with nearly every payroll card provider you can work with. Every payment method is a trade-off between convenience and cost, and Payoneer is still the king of convenience in world-wide transactions for adult payroll.

Ok another update: remember how the operator said Monday at the latest I should receive my funds? Yea I still have not received my funds. Nor did I receive the email that I was told would be send with the receipt number that supposedly shows they did in fact send it to my account. I am LIVID. I will be making a 3rd call complaining and if this is not fixed this week I will have no choice but to pull out of payoneer. I will update on that call.
Call update: I just called and was basically told....nothing. I'm so annoyed right now. The operator put me on hold as he said he saw that my issue has been transferred to the payment department for investigation. He then said all he could do was expedite my particular problem so that it gets solved faster. He said I will receive an email TODAY that addresses this problem and what I should do next.
I mentioned that I have been speaking with others regarding this particular problem and it seems there are quite a few who had delayed or late payments. All he could say was that it wasn't a usual occurrence and there is no reason that he can see from his side why it hasn't gone through and that it depends on many factors when it comes to a late bank transfer including their side, their processor and my bank. So they need to investigate and figure out what party is causing the problem and that I would find out via email. I also asked what particular processor they are using for Ireland/U.K. to which he said he cannot disclose that. I then said I was aware of the pacnet issue and if that had anything to do with it. He kind of stuttered and said what was the name of that processor? I said pacnet.
He then said no, we use other processors that one has nothing to do with this. So he assured me when I asked that my money would not be lost, and not to worry. I asked if I would have another problem with my following payment and he said he can't say for sure because he doesn't know what the problem is and that they would be investigating. He said this is not a "special" problem and that it should get figured out soon.
Ughhhhhhhhh I just want my mothereffing moneyyyyyyyy
Edited to include-I did in fact receive that email confirmation of payoneer loading to my account that I can bring to my bank. They will send me another email supposedly on what to do next.

So I've had my payoneer card since the start, and since the withdraw from ATM fees are ridiculous, I was trying the "withdraw to bank account" thing and they said it isnt available for my account because of my payees (he listed mfc, chaturbate and cam4). Like what the hell? Why do my payees have anything to do with it?
So now they say my only option would be change from card to bank transfer which I have some questions about and if anyone here could answer would be great.
If I change to bank transfer, will I still be able to use my card (withdraw from ATM, physical shops and virtual ones)? Does it work for most camsites like chaturbate etc? On cam4 they do have 2 payment methods, payoneer and payoneer bank transfer, and since the other cam sites dont mention it, would it work?
Vlodina
10-17-2016, 03:22 PM
For each site you can only have one or the other. I have a card and most of my sites are global transfer but one or two are card payments. If all your payment sources were global transfer, then no, everything is deposited directly into your bank and the card serves no purpose. x

Please forgive me if I should have posted this in the payoneer pacnet issues thread and I'll delete this if it needs to be moved but I just needed some quick advice. My pay is a week late from payoneer and I've spoken with them multiple times to which they've not been fully honest about the issues they are having. Would you put your payments on hold in streamate? I just am afraid of losing more payments but on the one hand I'll never find out if everything's ok should the next payment go through successfully. And how many of you do direct wire rather than payoneer and do you like it? I've never been so stressed as I was counting on that payment and I'm so worried payoneer is never going to retrieve that money I worked hard for. I just don't know that the cheapness and convenience of it out ways this really shitty experience with them. Please tell me: what would you do?! And ladies who have direct wire deposit: love it or hate it?
