For reference I'm located in Mexico and get my payments to a Mexican bank (From Payoneer into my bank acct).
Today I talked to customer service via chat and requested them to change the account where the money is sent. They asked for my bank acct number, interbanking CLABE (It's like the IBAN #) and the swift code and that was it. They told me it'd take one or two business days to be done but that'll be it. I didn't mention anything about the Pacnet issue, neither did they say it'd be impossible to do global bank transfer. In fact they assured me I'd get my payee's money straight into my bank acct (Streamate, ImLive and CMD).
Chaturbate, AdultWork and SkyPrivate send me the money into my card, so that's a different beast.
So yeah, we'll see what it actually happens. Anything comes up I'll make an update post.

do you have a card account and a bank transfer account separated? I'm really considering getting a transfer to bank one since the withdraw from ATM with card is soooo expensive

So what I did was to open an account with Payoneer and they sent me the card. At the same time I linked my bank account with Payoneer to have bank transfer enabled. When I signed up for Streamate and ImLive I followed the steps to link my payoneer account to those sites and enable direct bank transfer.
That's what I did.

just thought id update in case anyone reads this in the future if there are ever probs again: I finally got my money. it took 3 weeks, an email, 5 calls, threats of leaving their services and threats of calling every day until I receive my funds. it was a huge headache basically. I'm on the fence about switching from their services but ill try one more time with them and see how it works out. it didn't seem as bad for everyone else though, so idk what happened with mine.

Today I got a deposit from AdultWork into my payoneer card, business as usual.
I'm waiting for ImLive and Streamate to make deposits in the upcoming days so we'll see what happens and where that money lands.
If it goes as the Customer Service rep said it would, it should land into my Santander account.
Will keep you posted.

I'm about to speak with a payoneer rep to see what's going on. Will keep you posted.
EDIT:
So apparently the Payoneer's rep told me the money will land into my payoneer's card and there's no other choice for now. That nothing can be sent to any of my bank accounts.
This is stupidly inconvenient! WTF?

I contacted Payoneer and they admitted they charge 7% to non US members.
You have to pay up to 3.5% conversion fee + 3.5% cross border fee.
So 7% fee for an online purchase, shop purchase or ATM withdrawel. + the Payoneer ATM fee + loading card/account fee + monthly fee + whatever your local ATM charges you.
So wow.
Guess I might as well start wiping my butt with my money.
S'funny, I contacted (spoke) to Payoneer too a few years back re same query and I was told about the ATM fee and the Cross Border Fee, however I was given the impression you only incurred the cross border fee if you used the card as a Debit/Credit Card payment kind of thing.
The other thing is I just logged into my Payoneer a/c and viewed my transaction history (I think its called), it showed my 2 UK ATM withdrawals, when I clicked on that (or put the mouse over it, can't remember which) it opened up with a pop up box with all the details of the ATM transaction. Both transactions showed the Payoneer fee/charge as being 2.75% (each).
However what I want to know is, how much does the UK bank charge, I used RBS/Tesco ATM machine 1st time and it stated (what looked like) up to 5%, i.e., the receipt showed:
"Today’s Exchange Rate & Conversion Service is provided by Tesco Bank and includes a margin of 5%"
2nd ATM withdrawal I took from a Nat West ATM and (according to my online Payoneer account) was charged the same, 2.75%. However it didn't show me on the ATM receipt what the charge was from the UK bank - the ATM just states something like: "the Bank Issuer may charge also for this transaction, do you want to proceed?" - it only tells you that you might get charged, but it doesnt show on the receipt, the Nat West one, tho the Tesco one was, I thought, rather vague.
I have never used Payoneer as a debit/credit card, I usually just get my cash and take it all out in one lump sum.

Yup sexysusie thats what it looks like/what I meant...I was referring to the cost of using the ATM machine.. and where that cost is listed... where it has $0.00 on yours (the Withdrawal Fee) it shows $2.75 on mine (ATM fee) but not sure how much UK side of things charge is what I meant.

I have had the following reply from Paxum after writing to enquire if EFT had been restored (as I had noticed some changes on their FEES page from what they had previously).
Paxum today wrote:
"The EFT feature is still not functional. We will notify all our users as soon as it is restored."
Re: a (UK) Debit Card I added:
They also wrote:
The card can be used to withdraw your funds.
(Fees board state cost is $6 + 3%).

Just to be clear, Paxum is also having the same issues of not supporting Global Bank Transfers, right?

So Streamate has my funds on hold because they say my payoneer account is inactive. However I got in touch with Payoneer and they say I must make a new account.
WHAT THE HELL???

Any chance you can look up what's the status for Mexico? Because I'm being forced to make a new account for no good reason.

Our models in Mexico generally have either the Payoneer card or have cross-border travel ability and use a US bank account.

Just letting you ladies know, global transfer is working for Australia. Although it did take a week to get through after the email saying I'd been paid.
