So, I've read the entire thread and wanted to know if IB is a recommended service by the majority for processing sex work related payments?

I personally like unblur as they are a lot easier to get in contact with if I have issues.

I don't think it's a gentleman's move to post on Gerald's thread. I am his competitor too, but I created my own thread you know. I hope it's an honest mistake and not a strategy.

We were all very busy (except me I was crying a river). I just suggest that the gentleman with the marketing post will create his own thread.

His own thread= Legit business. If else, the post just gets lost and buried in here.

So is anyone else having a problem with Indiebill? The last 3 customers that I have sent to my payment page, have all had problems with their transactions. The last guy told me that his bank told him that this site is a "high fraud risk". I've never had any problems until this month, what is going on???

I'm losing money because of this!!!

same here, i am losing a lot of clients due to their anti fraud system declining purchases. Its really annoying.

I tried to get verified with indiebill for 4 weeks, and received 0 communication from them. Unblur, however, worked just fine.

Hey indiebill,
Your picture upload function for skype show pages currently isn't working (keeps timing out and I've tried two separate browsers and multiple pics).

Also, could you guys please do a full site wide sweep of people using tribute pages "just because". I got flagged for it months ago when the policy changed, but it's still all over the site and you're even retweeting models who do so on your twitter. Selective enforcement of rules isn't cool.

If i were you i would go directly to their site and pm them as gerald isnt the owner anymore nor on indiebill at all, the new owners dont read the forum.

Marc is the onwer now, same marc who owns cmd.

Mark sold CMD over a year ago. He doesn't own IndieBill either. Both companies are now owned by the person behind xmodels.

For those of you using this platform for billing, what else would you recommend if you keep having issues with the fraudulent refunding thing? I haven't signed up yet but was planning on it until I read this thread.

I'm closing my account. Fuck Indiebill. I have lost customers and money over the past month, due to the fraudulent b.s.! I have a customer that has basically cursed me out, because the site wouldn't work. Apparently it's my fault. This site doesn't deserve my business or a cut of my earnings.

Hello, you should still try our platform. We only block users which finally will cost you money because they chargeback... Ofcourse I will not pretend that our judgement never fails... but there we go in interaction with you, who knows your customer. And if we are convinced we will allow the customer

Hi there, usually when representatives show up they start with an introduction. Maybe tell us who you are and what your role is? Also does IndieBill have any new features? If you go back through this thread you'll be able to get some feedback and see what models were looking forward to.

I've pretty much given up on IndieBill. Almost anything I add in my store gets removed or there are issues with the transaction. I've never had a payment problem but to be honest with all the hassle I'm thinking of switching to Unblur as IB support will not help anymore.

Personally, I have been using this site for around 2 years, smoothly. I'm very picky signing up for new sites. Payout on time and none of these recent blocked transactions from custies either that I'm aware of (I'm not using the site much at all currently so maybe that's why, and most of them are based in EU). Only had a couple clients telling me IB didn't accept their card a while ago.

Does anyone have a website that has IndieBill processing (for items for sale etc) that they'd be willing to show me? The examples given in the OP no longer work or link to IndieBill, and I really just want to see what the customer sees when choosing to buy something.

And was it easy for you to set up the payment gateways on your individual items?

Thanks :)

At this point, IP only offers to sell electronic products or services that are delivered through our systems and already uploaded at the time the sales happen.

I'm a bit confused. IB says you can upload contents of any size, but then has a maximum of 15GB per file. Does anyone really have any ("good", lol) clips that are 15GB or less? They must be really small or really compressed - I'm using about 3GB per 30 secs of low quality video, more if it's higher res/quality.

I don't really want to compress any of my clips as it compromises the quality (unless I'm doing it wrong - it goes a bit pixelated and grainy and STILL is high GBs).

Is IB out of the question for larger files then?

And...IB states you cannot sell physical items, yet I see LOADS of ladies doing this - they have actual item listings for the things (shoes, stockings etc). How are these getting past the mods? I thought each listing was checked before it went live?

Indiebill, will California models still be able to use your platform, after AB5 goes into effect on January 1st?

Maybe an adult content marketplace has to provide the whole e-commerce experience, and not just the price or percentage as a value proposition. Just my two cents though.

Hmm. Something is going on with your camera or your editing software. That isn't right at all. Even my 25 minute videos are only around 2GB, and they are high quality 1080p videos. I make them with a high quality, expensive (~£1200) camcorder, and they look very good, very high quality and professional, not compressed at all. If you check out the top stores on C4S, you'll see that even their 1 hour long videos are less than 5GB. And they are EXTREMELY high quality.

Are you maybe confusing MB and GB? I know that might sound patronising and I apologise, but I don't understand how you could possibly be making videos that are 6GB per minute?

I haven't even started drinking yet!! Perhaps I should!!

Thank you so much for pointing it out, I really was confusing the two :O ;D

They check them eventually. I've had listings deleted years after I've posted and used them.

Are there any recent examples of websites? The ones in the original tweet all appear to have been redirected, redone, or no longer online.

Do you still get payouts from indiebill I registered like 2 months ago it says verifying takes maximum 72 hours after 1 month I contacted them they told me I didnt fill in the survey after i fill the survey it toke few weeks I’m now verified though I’m not sure how long payout takes if communucation takes so long

WendiStarr

^ I'm not sure what survey you are referring to. How long payout takes depends on what payment method. If you are signed up with Boleyn Models as your payment method, it can take from a few days up to a week. If it's directly through IndieBill they won't payout until you have a minimum of $125 which can suck if your sales are sporadic. You should probably sign up for Boleyn Models if you want your payment faster.

I had a minimum of $100 for bank transfers in EU, but then they added Paxum and now my new minimum is $25.
I get them right after 16 and 31 of the month.

Well, there goes my last form of payment for American customers. Gutted! Might have to sign back up to CMD or use IWC tips. I loved Indiebill and had some really good regulars paying here.

I hope everyone finds another revenue stream to compensate.
There's a tendency I've seen since I joined the community a few years ago, of new players who try to disrupt the industry (or at least claim to be), and then simply cash out and leave.

Missing Indiebill so much! Just had my final payout and I've really got to find an alternative.. So far IWC has been ok but I've naturally had to raise my rates. Not something I'm in any way opposed to but you know, I'd only just put them up - ha!
