We support modern trends among financial services and strive to create applications with full functionality. ePayments can be used without going to our website, having just your smartphone to hand. We have enabled verification for users of the Android application. Earlier, this could only be done in the website through a browser, but now you can send all documents right from your phone. Don't forget to update your application!
We are preparing similar functions for iOS, too. ePayments is always beside you - there are no borders, and there are no places where our services are unavailable to our clients. Soon there will be something even more interesting!

You still dont accept americans! This is crazy based on the number of cam girls based in the US! I would say like 90% of the cam business is from americans, you are losing a lot of money by not having business with them! Go figure!

Epayments: can you elaborate what you mean with this? I submitted a bank statement as proof of address, then a utility bill.
But keep getting back this message:
"The document should not be older than 3 months, it should contain the address and your name as well as a signature and seal, a barcode or a QR code."
I have never seen anything like that (i suppose it is the seal and signature) on either a bill or a bank statement here in Norway, is that usual in other countries?
Did anybody manage to sign up at all from other countries? What can I do to give you what you want?

yes, they want that the bill has a code bar showing on the bill along with your name and address.

Thanks, it even has a barcode. But no signature or stamp. If I want that I have to move to a country where they do those things.

One thing I would advise you against, as a payment processor, is being circumspect, coy, or vague. Please lay out exactly what you are saying or tell us where we can read it more clearly.

Cutest, if there is a bar code and your name on the bill, this is all they want. Make sure the bill is not older than 3 months, better if from last month or the current one. It took me 10 uploads to get it right. ugh

So I've uploaded my proof of address but blocked the total in my bank account and epayments doesn't accept my proof of address unless I show them EVERYTHING on my bank statement. Names of companies and people I've received money from, what I've spent at what shop and not even allowed to block the balance in my account.
Do you not understand how extremely invasive and unprofessional that is?
I've never came across a company that doesn't allow personal financial information like that to be hidden on a bankstatement.
You ask for proof of address, not for the amount of money I have in my bank or where or what I spend my money on.

I think the problem is that they want originals not tampered with, at least that was my case.
I had removed a page from the electronic utility bill. When I sent the unmodified original I was verified.

It is just extremely invasive that I have to show those details. No other compamy has ever not approved my documents for that reason.
Also, they don't even allow usd payments now? So how are websites like chaturbate saying they pay through epayments?
Would love some experience as I need a way of receiving my affiliate income.

So my money still isn't in my bank even though I was told it would be in my bank the same day. Then after I sent all that money to my bank the website said it would be in my bank account within 1 working day and it still isn't here. I also specifically asked about conversion fees before joining and you took A LOT more than what you told me through email.
So not only did I just pay you a hefty conversion fee my money is now lost and probably gone and you "will get back to me within 5 days".
That's just great, isn't it? Money gone, your customer support takes ages and you lie about your fees and transfer time.

So I am still trying to transfer my money to myself but I can't because epayments says making a personal transfer to pay bills is not a legit reason for moving money out of my epayments account.
I phoned several times, I emailed several times, I opened multiple support tickets nmd you are completely ghosting me.
So basically you are holding my money hostage just because you feel you get to decide on how I spend my money.

Louise I am so sorry you are having this experience. I've been keeping up with this thread from the start and I am not impressed with this company and their policies. Have they responded to you yet?
GeezLouise
05-12-2018, 04:53 AM
No, they're completely ghosting me. When you email them on their support email address they say they've got staff working 24/7. Absolute nonsense.
I've been waiting for my money for ages now, I don't mind longer transfer times but they keep cancelling my transfer request because they want a valid reason for me to transfer money to my own bank account. Having to pay my bills is apparently not a valid reason.
Their office address is not where they are really located. They're paying to have their business registered there to appear like a legit company.
I figured since it's always the same woman answering the phone and she can't help you. She only direct to the support tickets. A quick google also shows that the address they use is just a filler address that you can "rent".
They're FCA controlled and I am contacting the FCA this Monday to see what steps I can take against them. I've got over $4000 in my epayments account completely locked down just because they want to decide on what I spend my money on, or who I can transfer it to.
If they don't reply Monday I will also contact other companies and websites to inform them and supply them with info and screenshots about this scam company. I will also contact the platforms I got my epayments from to inform them that this payment processor is a scam.

I'm so confused. Where else are you supposed to transfer the money to if not your own banking account? Is it like a virtual ewallet and they want you to put the money on a card instead?
GeezLouise
05-12-2018, 05:23 AM
Not so much on a card I think, they said "you need a valid reason for making a transfer".
I think paying bills and buying food or else I will starve is a pretty good reason, but they keep denying my transfer request.
I'm British and in the UK and have a fully verified account. It's not like I'm from a high risk country.

Was the amount you requested a large amount of money?
Are you a performer or primarily an affiliate?
What is your location? Louise is in the UK.

Just affiliate, and the amount was around 500$. Located in Scandinavia so I was using EFT/local bank transfer (much cheaper than the normal wire transfer, just 0.6$ in fee plus conversion fees).
I read a FAQ on another site (paxum in fact) stating that the text "Own Funds Transfer" is perfectly acceptable for them, so I just tried something similar.

I just don't understand why "transfer to personal account for bills" is not accepted.
I don't even know why I have to explain who to or why I am transfering my own money. Why is it their business if I spend it on bills or on 70 pairs of shoes on ebay or whatever.
Never came across any other e-wallet that asks for a reason for a transfer, a comment or description for the receiving party yes. But asking for a a reason to spend your own money...WTF

I have been contacting you all week and never get a reply. So even on weekdays you don't reply to my tickets and/or emails.
I have found so many stories online about epayments not answering emails and not letting transfers go through when someone tries to transfer a large amount of money.
When I finally manage to get in touch I get asked or my ticket number and after that I get ghosted again. I seem to be stuck in a loop here.

Hello! We have recently changed our fees for bank transfers - the fee is 0.5% (minimum fee of 15 USD) for international SWIFT transfers :)
That's more reasonable but still won't work for me because most sites I'd have to use this payment method for are the lower traffic clip sites where it may take awhile to build up the money. Not going to pay $15 just to get my deposit.

Yeah sorry all. I did get paid in the end. It took around 8 days from requesting the payment to getting it. That being said I had to badger them the whole time.
I want to say though that their transfer and currency conversion fees were way higher than what their support told me it would be.

Hi! I wonder what type of payment processor would block somebody right from the verification process? :)

We have reduced the time and fees for transfers in rubles to Russian bank accounts. It has become even more profitable for valued customers like you to work with ePayments. In the past, the minimum fee was 900₽. Currently, the transfer fee has fallen to 200₽. Funds are also credited faster to the account — it is usually completed within 2 working days.
Save on fees with these new conditions.

Hello! I have a question, how does one use epayments to receive transfers from sites like ManyVids when there are no way to submit to the site of your e-payments wallet number? I understand that Skyprivate has this, but it is difficult in other sites where they only ask for an iban number or swift number only. And no other extra field where the cam model can type in the e-wallet number, to tell the site that it needs to type in the e-wallet number (in transfer details) for you to be able to transfer the amount to the e-wallet?

So I was too late changing my payment details to avoid money going to epayments again and guess what?
After trying to transfer money to my bank epayments have declined my transfer AGAIN. No notification about it, no reason why just refusing to transfer my money again.
"Personal transfer for bills" is apparently not good enough to access my own money.
This is getting absolutely ridiculous. Why do you not allow me to access my own money? Why do you get to decide whether or not I get to pay my bills or what I spend my money on? And why do you not even have the decency to let someone know the transfer was refused or at least let someone know why?
Honestly this company... if you don't have to use them, don't. You will never see your money again.

I have already done that and you don't reply to emails or to my tickets.
Just like last time I had to open several tickets that were all left unanswered and you kept me waiting days and days until I posted complaints on public forums.
Why do your users need to let you know what they spend their money on? And why is "paying bills" not a valid reason to get access to my money?
This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a payment processor.
And maybe you could answer my questions here, in public and explain to everyone why you make your users give a reason to access their own money.

...pretty sure they just wanted to be paid without giving an itemized purchase list for a withdrawal and to have their tickets answered instead of closed, but mobile verification is basically the same thing, right?
