It's not about me or about a private matter.

Why does Epayments ask all of their users for a details reason of transfer?

Also, your colleagues are not happy to discuss or answer anything as they have closed my ticket without answering my question.

Today we’ve made ePayments available on Android tablets. Install the latest application from Google Play and take advantage of our responsive screen size and user friendly interface, as well as being able to harness the full power of ePayments on the go.

Im not too pleased with the way you keep dancing around this woman's questions. I thank you for making an appearance but not if you're going to ignore issues. You don't have to disclose personal information but can you at least explain why some payment request are being rejected? Is it the wording? This could help the next person who comes along.

ePayments is delighted to announce that it has integrated with the TARGET2 payment system, meaning customers can receive fast and secure IBAN Euro payments from over 168 different countries.

The TARGET2 system is faster than the traditional SEPA payment methods and is supported by more countries outside of the Eurozone.

Customers don't need to do anything different other than giving their existing personal IBAN number to the payer. So long as the payment is made from a TARGET2 participating bank, it will be processed quickly and efficiently. Get your payer to check with their bank to see if TARGET2 is supported.

Can't the account just be banned and/or the thread locked? All they do is come here for free advertising.

Its headed in that direction for sure. Not wanting to cut people off from a resource is the one reason I haven't acted yet. Honestly I feel bad for anyone who has to use them and I encourage them to explore other options.

I'm sorry for anyone who has to use this to get paid.

Really thankful it's not available to USA camgirls or I would have been tempted to try it and been stuck without my money too.

If you use only the card, yes it works great, i havent had any issues with them. From what i heard, the problem is to send the money to your bank acct only.

URGENT!!!!!!!! i GOT THIS EMAIL now:

We write to inform you that in accordance with paragraph 12.1 (j) of our standard terms and conditions, we have unfortunately taken the hard decision to suspend activity on customer accounts, effective from today. During the course of this suspension customers will be unable to transfer, deal, withdraw or deposit funds and will be unable to use their ePayments cards.

Following a review by the Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') of ePayments Systems Limited's ('ePayments') anti-money laundering systems and controls, a number of weaknesses have been identified which require urgent remediation to ensure that our customers can enjoy a safe and secure platform.

Following discussions with the FCA, ePayments has agreed to suspend activity on customer accounts until remedial action has been undertaken to the satisfaction of the FCA.

We know this will be a very frustrating time for our customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working tirelessly with the FCA to ensure improvements are made and accounts can be reactivated as soon as possible.

During this improvement process, we want to assure customers that their funds are being safeguarded as normal.
