Well noted. Wires by definition are faster, because they are a fast chain of entities that send funds before they actually receive it, that's why they are considered riskier and usually cost more. Been wondering why suddenly i cannot use my firstchoicepay card on the grocery where i always use it to purchase food etc.. Because the withdrawal fee in my country is too much so instead i just use my card in grocery and online shopping. but last week it was denied on that grocery store even tough it have funds in it.. and today i tried withdrawing my money instead i change my pin then i try to withdraw it but i cannot it said error data .. in the other bank where i tried it says nothing i just cant access the card please please i need your help with this thank you

So the card I have says payoneer expires in 2020 . when I log into firstchoice it is showing my old card number. the card number only appears in the payoneer website when I log in.
Should I be getting a new card that says firstchoice on it. or do I keep using this card and will get paid on this card until it expires.

Even the email I got about my card being on the way is confusing. the email even says to log-in on both websites for payoneer and firstchoice. Says my card will be coming from payoneer but we are now called firstchoice.
Card arrives is says payoneer all over it. I log in I see all my funding sources on the firstchoice website but the card number is my old card number. I log into payoneer it matches the card number but all the funding sources list are only showing one that is not adult content provider.
So I don't think call customer service is going to be really worth my time.
For a card that is suppose to be holding my money I no longer feel safe with them.
If the company is still around after my card expires I will evaluate my options if the card is still worth using at this time I do not feel that it is.
I feel more secure with my own banks at the moment, and check cashing places.

Dan can i PM you about setting up bank transfer ? i had an account at one point that had bank transfer on it but i didnt use it for a few years so i made a new one and when i called to set it up on my new account i was told by the phone customer service rep it wasnt offered anymore then someone told me in another thread that it still was and the phone rep was misinformed so id rather have someone who i know is competent handle this for me. Im in the US and would like the bank transfer thats $1.50 so whatever feature ur calling it Id like it plz ty.

Hi, you can change from a prepaid card to a global bank transfer and vice versa, it's not always a click away but it's possible. The main factor is if the specific web site is using both options with us. Let me know if that helps please.

Hi, this may not apply to everyone, however the upcoming Saturday July the 1st is a cluster date in Canada. It's the Canada Day holiday, and a payment period with some of the websites like MyFreeCams. It should not effect our Canadian members, because prepaid card loads are not affected by the count of business days.

I've called twice about the bank transfer or whatever the term is and have asked for the $1.50 transfer option. Today I called and was told it was activated again and the fee was $1.50 . I checked again and it's $15 still. I called back and spoke to someone else who acted as if I was crazy and theres no way this could be true. She sent me an email and asked for a screenshot and I sent it . She said it"s only showing the $1.50 on her end but I'm not understanding why I'm seeing different

Hi everyone, as a part of my non evasive approach, I would like to ask for your help.
I have heard reports from a few users about the logging in page generating a technical error message. If anyone receives this error, please let me know. I am collecting as many examples as possible in order for our technical teams to find a speedy resolution.
By the way, this does not affect everyone, and as far as I can tell, logging in from mobile devices on a browser is an option regardless of the temporary hiccup.

I haven't used my Payoneer account in AGES (actually never used it, but I have a card etc which I also haven't used) and now can't get into my account on FirstPay, says my details are wrong - is there something else I should be doing?
EDIT - oh, am I supposed to still use the Payoneer site?
EDIT AGAIN - no, I can't get in there either, just keeps saying "wrong details"

Hello Dan,
I have had some problems with my account and have resolved part of it a few days ago in your live chat. To make it short, my problem was solved on live chat, the guy on chat ordered a new card for me, which he said was sent to me. Also got the card sent e-mail from you guys. He told me now with the new card I could link my Streamate account with the Firstchoice pay account, which was previously refused from you guys, because I only had my old Pyoneer card on the account. Now with the new card, the guy told me I could already link the accounts, which I did over my Streamate account. Now logging in today in my Streamate account I saw that you guys refused again? It says the following: "Your Firstchoice Pay status: Rejected (Contact Firstchoice Pay for more information) Your Firstchoice Pay payee ID: SMxxxxxxxx " ????? Logged then into my Firstchoice account and see that now I have 3 cards listed, one is the old Pyoneer card, the second one is the one I got issued a few days ago and now results cancelled. It says "Your card has been cancelled!" and a third one which looks like it has been sent to me????!!!!
I would like to know if effectively a card has been sent to me now or not and mainly why you guys keep refusing to link my account with Streamate and how I can do so?
Would be great if you could get back to me and help me out with this.

Why is it that every few weeks the firstchoicepay login page doesn't work? Its telling me my log in details are wrong and I shall be locked out! this is not the first time this has done this. Ever since the issues where it was showing other people's email addresses on the log in page... its never been the same. A few weeks ago it wouldn't let me log in, wrong details, it fixed itself the next day, and now its happening again today! You guys should really fix that. Whats the point if I can't see my money?

I'd like some clarification on ATM fees. I feel like I've been overcharged. In my transaction history I see an extra $8.58 added onto my withdrawal. With a memo that there was a $3.15 ATM fee. So the remainder should be the fee charged by my bank, right? Except my bank's fee is not $5.48. Also this total fee amount varies. I've seen it between 7.08- 7.58 before.
It is weird that it is being rounded off to .08 cents. Where is that coming from? And this is not an isolated instance. It's happened every time in the last month that I've been using the card at ATMs.
I am withdrawing in USD and located in the US. So there shouldn't be some cross currency fee either.
I don't have any ATM receipts with me, but I've never seen a notice from the bank about an additional fee (I think their standard fee is $3.75 but might not even be that much). So I believe the extra is being added by FC. Please explain why I'm being charged more than my bank's fee + FC's fee combined.

The card itself is not issued in the US, which can entail a fee charge of up to 3.5 % fee. It is standard and competitive in comparison with global prepaid card solutions.

I've just signed up to get Global Bank Transfers through Boleyn Models - any idea how long they typically take to arrive in a UK bank? Would this depend on days of the week, time zones, the weather, or whatever else - or is it a fairly reliable estimate?

I stopped working on CamContacts when they lost the ability to make direct transfers to UK bank accounts, just restarted camming there and set up a FirstChoice account to make direct transfers: got the email to confirm my bank details, all good. Made bank on CamContacts and waited for my funds to arrive....and waitied...and waited. :( Today I started investigating, couldn't login to First Choice, the 'send a password' function told me it had sent details to an email (not mine!!!) tried the general non logged in support option and got a reply saying they will check it out in FOUR WORKING DAYS. Urgh, hate these kinds of messes. HALP please!!

Hi, all the factors you mentioned can have an influence on a bank transfer. I don't think the weather will be an issue though :) The estimated time frame is 4 business days. Should you require any assistance you know where to find me, not to mention that Katy and her Support people in Boleyn Models have a direct channel of communication with me.
