I stopped working on CamContacts when they lost the ability to make direct transfers to UK bank accounts, just restarted camming there and set up a FirstChoice account to make direct transfers: got the email to confirm my bank details, all good. Made bank on CamContacts and waited for my funds to arrive....and waitied...and waited. :( Today I started investigating, couldn't login to First Choice, the 'send a password' function told me it had sent details to an email (not mine!!!) tried the general non logged in support option and got a reply saying they will check it out in FOUR WORKING DAYS. Urgh, hate these kinds of messes. HALP please!!

TOTALLY DEPRESSED, still working on tracking this payment. :-\ Had a confirmation from camcontacts that they paid me on the 3/10..... Firstchoicepay finance wrote to me telling me to take it up with my bank!! < who of course bounce me straight back to Firstchoicepay. *sigh* anyone else dealt with similar BS? If so how did you track your money down in the end.... PLEASE tell me you DID find it.

Ok, I've mailed you the latest. firstchoicepay didn't respond to my last mail, my bank say they don't know where the payment is...firstchoicepay say the same. Not good.

I'm sorry to hear that. In any case scenario, the payment cannot go lost. It might bounce, and we are encountering an inconvenience, but I am sure we can resolve this.

Hi Dan, thanks for the rteassurance - it helps to have a human 'face' to put to things and also some one how isn't acting as if somehow this is MY problem to fix. I emailed you around 10pm UK time last night, please let me know if I need to send it again.

Hi, I am sorry for the late response.
I'm currently outside the office (it's a work related travel and not a vacation), and I will push for an update as soon as I'm back in. Your messages are not ignored, I will do my best to assist.
Given the fact that it's a bank transfer, which involves a few entities, the time frame for reprocessing a bounced, or delayed payment can be distressing and even unnerving, yours truly knows it.
The transfer confirmation is an extra layer, however I wish to assure that this is not taken lightly, and that my colleagues are obligated to provide assistance until the funds are in your reach, possession and availability to use.

Hi Dane, last month spent ages tracking FCP ...finally got paid and they said they made 'an administrative error'. This time...oh god...no payment and a mail saying my bank details are incorrect!! < They didn't change from last time! I've sent a transaction record and a screen shot to them, and will forward to you. Coming up to the weekend and again chasing missing payments. :( Would appreciate your help.

Cheapest way to get cash from my card into my bank please? the stupid atm fee is ridiculous and i need to withdraw about $300. Someone a while back mentioned cashback is a way around this? But I'm in uk and i think it goes through as a credit rather than debit here which means cashback isn't available. Any ideas? Thanks

Also once we set up transfers will streamates business name or your business name be on our bank statements?

Hi Coco789, the name on the bank statements should be the bank transfer intermediary provider, and I know that there are users who receive funds in the US and not undergo a scrutiny by their bank. I'm not Michael Fattorosi (aka Pornlaw), however as a rule of thumb it should not pose an issue.
As for switching from a prepaid card, it takes a short e-mail correspondence to set it up.

Hi, there was a branch out in February 2017. That means that there are two separate brands and networks. Some of our long standing business client web sites are still using the term Payoneer in order to ease the transition. I hope this explanation helps :)

if danep can help..i format my computer and all my passwords like my registered gmail account and first choice pay password is forgotten and i need to recover my first choice password to new one and change my email dresses if danep cn help me either way...dont want to lock my account I try 2 times and 3rd u can lock the account..thanks

Hi everyone, I know that this December the 16th (Myfreecams payment period) turns out on a Saturday, so here is a small reminder.

-Those who have a prepaid card should not encounter any change or effect on the loading time (shout out to my Canadian colleagues)
-Those who are receiving a bank transfer, the weekend may slightly effect the count of business and bank working days.

In my account it's showing the following:

" Payment ID: [xxxx]
Status: Transfer rejected by processor"

Which processor would this be - you, the bank, somebody else? Is this one of the transfers affected by the holidays, or is it some other thing?

Unless your account has been successfully updated to another payout method by December 28th, 2017, your payout status will be disabled. This is only temporary to ensure future payouts aren't processed incorrectly. Once you select a new payout method – your payouts will be re-enabled. To update your payout information, please complete the payroll update form here https://www.talktome.com/news/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/payoutchangeform1213.pdf and return the completed form to [email protected]



Non- US members, you have the option to update your payout option to Check or Paxum.

We will still processes all payouts weekly, on Wednesday mornings, regardless of the payout method.

Example: email on Dec 4, funds were in the account bt Dec 6th.

Anyone else with delayed payments in the UK? Or do I need to yet again start the boring process of emailing Firstchoice pay...AGAIN.
