LOL the best way to get along with girls at a new club is to leave them alone and not ask them annoying questions! Just because you take yourself seriously as a future stripper doesn't mean anyone else has to because we're alll self employed. It's no ones job to train you like in other jobs. You train yourself. Try to do it without being really demanding or everyone will hate you.
Yes. Nothing more annoying when some clueless dancer is asking you how to or how is it, when you're busy trying to scan a room, or in the DR. I hate being approached by girls who idk at work to try to get info. I shut off very rudely. Spoon feeding on the clock ain't my job.
Sorry to sound like a broken record but, keep to yourself at work, as a newbie esp. There is plenty of good tips here.

Yes. And be respectful, but don't try to make friends and be too nice.

Stripping has changed. Girls do more for less money. Back in the day there were actually standards and not just any Becky with a TJ Maxx bra and panty set and Payless church shoes could be a stripper. (Thank the gods standards have dropped because I'm still employed) 10 years ago I'd never have been able to strip at anything but shitholes.
The TJ Maxx bra and panty set comments kill me every time! You're hilarious. 😂

im from nyc and wanted to know what do you fellow NYC girls take home a night ?
What nights tend to be generally money making night ? What are the best days to make money ?
How are holidays ? Do men spend more during holidays ? Which holidays?
What kind of clubs did you tend to make more money at? High end, mixed clubs , urban clubs?
Can you choose what days you want to work based on the popular days/nights ?
Also can you make you own lapdance prices or are there set prices ?
DO YOU NEED A LINCESE TO DANCE IN NYC?
A ball park estimate would be cool .

Hey look, a slightly tweaked repeat of your other thread.
We're all gonna say it again: SEARCH FUNCTION.
*grabs popcorn* But this should be entertaining, so carry on.

I'm going to fuse this thread with your other thread and if anyone wants to answer, they can.
But the majority of those questions are going to have the same answer of "it depends." Depends on the club, on you, on your hustle, on the alignment of the stars, etc etc. At some point, you're just going to have to visit a few clubs that look good to you, audition, see how it is, and if you don't like it, try somewhere else. No one else can predict how you are going to do at any given club on any given day at any given time of the year.
It's very possible to paralyze yourself into inaction when you think you need to know exactly what to expect before diving in - but no one is really going to be able to tell you how it will be for you. And what someone else makes on a certain shift in a certain club says absolutely nothing about how that same shift/club will be for you.

^^
The last shift I worked, one dancer did 6 dances. Which after tipout and floor fee left her with $70. On a Friday night at one of the best clubs in my city.
Another was in VIP for the entire shift. Same club, same shift, both stunning ladies. You really have no idea what you'll make any particular night until you just show up and do it.
