1) If I sell video on clips4sale (or other similar sites) I have to insert some info dirctly on the video or is enough a link to the page where the video is listed?

2) If models are masked, how can I prove that model that sign the release form is really the person involved in the video?

Thanks in advance

I shooted some video with a model with mask, I have a copy of her documents, and I have a pics of her without mask with document in the hand.

Simply I've not repeated this for any change of outfit.

By the way in femdom niche is pretty usual to use latex mask.

Well then it certainly sounds as though you can relax a bit more than has been implied.

Kevin, in the past I have been able to call the owner of C4S and discuss questions about our studio there, and another model who was thinking of opening her own studio or possibly joining ours. It's been a couple years, but if he is still as readily accessible as he was, you should be able to get what information you need. I found him to be very friendly and great to talk to.

Most sites don’t require you to post 2257 docs, just require you to keep them on hand. You legally just have to keep hard copies somewhere or hire someone to store them for you. If you’re on a site which requires 2257 docs, you most-likely just have to provide a contact name & the address where they’re stored.

I do not advocate for masked scenes but there are types of porn where this is normal (BDSM, camming, amateur porn). I suggest you keep doing what you’re doing (photos of 2 forms of ID, photo of model holding ID and video of model signing docs or photo of her holding docs. But I also suggest that in the future you start the camera rolling with mask off, have her put it on, then keep rolling the whole scene. Then just cut out the part with her face showing when you put out the content. But keep the full footage for legal purposes.

Excellent advice!

This is what I'm doing.
I know this is acceptable in my country.

I wasn't sure this is reasonnable for the 2257 formality, since I'm reading that a wrong comma can be read as a violation.

So, I was stupid or paranoid. sorry

No need to apologize.

Since 2257 is for the protection of minors, any language defining "sexually explicit content" is listed in reference to minors. So whatever the definition of "sexually explicit" is here is what you would need a 2257 for: http://codes.findlaw.com/us/title-18-crimes-and-criminal-procedure/18-usc-sect-2256.html

The text of the law basically states that any photographs or video which contains partial or full nudity and/or shows simulated or real sex, or masturbation require 2257 records be kept for each person appearing in that content, whether the person is the subject or is just assisting in the sexual acts. If the person is nude but the media is "sexually suggestive" you must have 2257 records. "Sadistic or masochistic abuse" is also subject to record keeping.

And here's the text of sect 2257:http://codes.findlaw.com/us/title-18-crimes-and-criminal-procedure/18-usc-sect-2257.html

Another question:

since law says:

Any person to whom subsection (a) applies shall cause to be affixed to every copy of any matter described in paragraph (1) of subsection (a) of this section

is it right that legal notice with custodian of records' adress must be included at the beginning or at the end of each video?

Beginning of the video
on every page that explicit content is shown
on every container of the video (DVD cover)

2257 is a very serious
unfortunately many amateur producers are lax
