What is going on with Cosmo again today? I tried taking out my money from the ATM at 2 different banks (in Spain) and it told me there was an error (operation not performed), and did not give me any money, and now that I looked in my account both amounts are GONE??? How come that 2 banks could not give me my money? I assume there was an error with Cosmo today. Where are my money? I cannot see the transactions in my list because it usually updates days after the actual transaction! What is going on again with Cosmo? What is to be done?
This payment method is becoming just as unreliable as the others!!
I sent you an email from the Contact us form, please reply asap! This is the second time happening to me, it is really disheartening!
Hi there, nothing specific going on with Cosmo on a company wide scale, all systems are running smoothly.
Sounds like an error specific to you, your money is not gone, when these types of transactions fail it generally takes a few days for the balance to return into your account, especially during weekends, UNLESS the ATM itself had a serious mechanical issue where it approved the transaction but did not dispense your funds, which does not sound like the case here.
There are a number of things that can cause these types of errors with the processor, I can take a look on Monday morning at the logs and give you a specific reason why the error occurred, I cant locate your email, would you be able to provide me with your SAN, or send it to me privately? thanks in advance.

I got your reply and replied back and explained better the problem, as I now understood it better too. Is not the lack of funds, is the lack of funds BECAUSE 400 euros have disappeared at the first attempt to take them out, even if the ATM said the transaction was not completed, the money somehow disappeared from my Cosmo account, so when I tried to take out more t a different bank (because of the limits, I can only take out a certain amount at once) I could only take out a certain sum and then there was no more! And I kept trying knowing I had money, when in real 400 euros of them have disappeared at the first trial!

*Please note that Cosmo Payment services will be unavailable on Friday, February 15th 2019. Cards will still function as normal."
My question is... will we still be able to get the payments from Streamate? They are usually made on Fridays...

No unfortunately Streamate will not be able to make payments on Friday, but they have been informed of this downtime, I will reach out to my contact again just in case to make sure they are aware and can act accordingly.

I see that we have a new interface! Can anyone tell me where I can read again the atm withdraw limits? I am curious if anything changed in that regards and if now we can take out more than 600 dollars at a time. I cannot figure out where that information is, now...

I seem to be loosing a whole amount of money using this payment method. Is it because the exchange rates are shocking on UK Cash machines? Is it a lot more favourable to have it paid into your bank account? Its a lot different to what I get when I check what I should have earned on google. Its been a lot of money the last few weeks its begining to get not worth using this card anymore... ? Thoughts anyone?

So I’m american and got my card through XVideos and was paid out fine today. My card is valid and active, but when I went to my banks ATM today and tried to withdrawal 2x and it told me my card was restricted and it rejected me. Anyone else have this issue?

I just checked my COSMO Balance cause I need to go out and its at ZERO!! There should be hundreds in there but its all gone!!! Anyone else??? FUCK FUCK FUCK
ETA: They just DM'd me to say that their processor is down but I should still be able to get money out. Im going now to try.
ETA: Went to the ATM and I got my cash out so Phew! Though it was pulling a payoneer but we good! :D

I'm curious if anyone from the US has requested a physical card from your account recently and if so, about how long did it take to arrive? I think it said to expect 10-15 days but I'm wondering if I should anticipate it being much longer than that? Thanks!

Thought I'd update for anyone else who might be wondering about this in the future, I ended up receiving the card about 3 weeks after ordering

Can anyone still pay online with their Cosmo card? I cannot use it anymore on Amazon since a while ago, and the other day I also tried on another site and it did not work. It works just fine at the atm though...

no! the mastercard doesnt work online but they have a visa card now that is working and you can transfer the funds from mastercard to visa, the delivery was free from them and +3$ the cost of transfer

Wow, thank you, I had no idea about that! But in my account I see no link to order a visa card...do I have to email support for that?

yes, I asked them through email:
[email protected] My new card arrived like in 2 weeks. Just that you have to know that with new visa you will have a new SAN. The mastercard will still working. so you'll have 2 different SAN and 2 passwords when you log into their websites. And I had to transfer the funds from master to visa logging from one account to other, you also have to accept the transfer. It took me a while to understand but then the process was easy at cost of 3 $.

I emailed them, they answered and they created a VIsa virtual account for me, but now I cannot access my old account anymore!! I am putting in my email address and the access code, but then it's telling me that There was an error and the passcode could not be sent to my email address, although it does get sent. But the site is not giving me the next page, where I am usually entering the passcode, so I cannot enter my account anymore! Also, I am getting the same error when I am trying to activate my new virtual account! That is such a shame, asking for an improvement led to everything else getting broken. Please, if anyone from Cosmo sees this, look up for my email and please please fix this for me, as I really need to use my account, at least the Master Card one!

good to hear that they solved/fixed! i guess now you have to log in with SAN and pw for each card... its easier than using email address

Is the Cosmopay representative still here? I'm waiting for my account to be opened and haven't heard back, wondering if there is anything I can do to speed up the process. I uploaded my ID, address proof and everything else requested but no response so far.

I've been thinking of signing up to a small background site that only offers Cosmo as a payment option. The payments would be quite small, most likely no more than 20 euros at a time. Your site says 5 payment fee but there is a lady on another thread saying she was in fact charged $30 and another saying $10. Fees of that magnitude would make this potential site a waste of time and might in fact cause me to go in the hole.
I would not want a card but funds in my bank account.
What are the total costs for this?

Understood, 3.00 USD is the fee, but they may absorb it for you, some sites do

No, I did not get any contact or email for over a week. It's understandable as I know you were slammed with applications but really should be honest about how long it will take. I finally received an email today, 8 days later after applying.

Hi, that is abnormal, we have a strict 1 business day reply for all emails, and 1-3 business days for all applications, with 3 business days only being for KYC and Colombia. Could you please PM me your email address so I can investigate?

I'm not the only one, several of us had this happen today. I'm sure it's because you were slammed with hundreds of applications from Boleynmodels. Thanks for responding but I don't need investigation as it's done now.

Thanks but we haven't really been slammed, the volume from Boleyn hasn't affected us at all and our SLA's have been steady, Id like to investigate so I can check if there is a mis-connection somewhere or if we are not receiving inquiries correctly, your information will help us and would be appreciated.
Especially for US users account approvals should take 1 business day.
