I'm so happy to hear that the issue with uploading speed is being looked into as so many of my videos would time out.
Now if something could be done about iwc not opening up Filezilla to use it all that would be wonderful.

I spoke with the team and have the following updates for you.
1. Auto-tweets not going out:
This issue is currently being looked into. Unfortunately, Twitter placed a cap on the amount of auto-tweets per all applications. iWE did apply to have Twitter increase this cap.
2. Sales E-mails
Sales notifications and daily sales reports are now functioning correctly.

I'm sorry I just now saw this.
What happens is when I open up Filezilla to upload videos it doesn't connect to the videos on my computer. It doesn't show that I have any at all.This could be a issue with it not iwc.
Is there any news on the videos timing out while uploading problem? If I could just upload them directly that would be great.

Once you open FileZilla, make sure that you sign in via using the down arrow next to 'Quickconnect'. After that, you should be able to drag and drop files into the field for IWC uploads. By default, there should be a file already in there named .ftpquota.
As far as in-browser uploading, without the use of FTP, it will be much faster by mid-December. :)

I'd love your feedback and input regarding iWantClip's contests. What contests did you enjoy from iWC in the past? What contests would you enjoy now? What contests do you not enjoy?
I know iWC really wants to put out contests that a large, diverse group of artists will enjoy participating in that doesn't only reward highest earnings or something similar.

payout seems ridiculous.
i had money in my bank from other direct deposits that were paid out on the 15th.. a day later.. those payouts showed up Tuesday morning.
Perplexed after reading twitter so I will step off

The issue of late payouts remains as iWC's #1 priority. The good news is that payouts are getting faster and faster. The team won't stop until payouts are 100% timely for artists.

I will post a positive outlook on the matter so it doesn't seem like all bad stuff happens here. I recently accrued a $400+ payout (4 times larger than ever for me) on iWC. I expected an uber late payout. Typically when I was making $100 payouts I would see the money in my bank account in 7 days or less. This payout was there in 10 days, but it was also the day BEFORE Xmas and nearing the end of the year so I completely understand a delay. I am pleasantly surprised that I did get it in t his short timeframe though and optimistic that iWC is improving for the better.
I would also like to interject an idea in case it hasn't been brought up before. iWC only appears to have 4 Top seller lists (daily clips, weekly clips, monthly clips, and top stores overall). Is there any thought of branching out and adding a Top seller list for each category like other sites have. I believe this will increase exposure for many models as currently we can only hope to be on the front page for a short time and thus need to keep adding fresh new content as often as possible.

I've got an extremely important key question, which is currently the major reason why i've stopped using IWantClips completely (and instead only use Clips4Sale now),
and is an issue which if IWantClips fails to solve very soon (due to lack of available skills or money) I would be extremely shocked by anyone would keep trusting IWC,
when a site which cannot afford to even fix basic essential issues is quite simply only 1-notch away from declaring bankruptcy (and therefore freezing/stealing everyone's money)...!! :bored:
But I will give you a chance, as the spokesperson for IWantClips, to provide an answer to this major technical error with your site-
Why, when someone goes onto your website and searches for a keyword, does your website not show all of the clips which have that word in their title?
For example I have approx 10 clips uploaded onto 2 different stores on your site, ALL of those clips have the keyword 'NAPPY' in their title,
but yet when a customer searches for clips containing the keyword 'NAPPY', only 2 of my 10+ clips actually show-up...!! >:(>:(
(https://iwantclips.com/search/more/videos?search=nappy&page=5 ~ And they only even showup as the last 2 results on the final page of results)
I have tried this with various other keywords too, and discovered the exact same thing!
But so for most of the studio owners who list on your site, THEY believe that when a customer searches for a word which is listed in a title of one of their clips, that that clip would show in the search results;
but yet for some strange, bizzare, and unexplained reason, IWantClips only actually displays a very small percentage of the clips which have a searched word in their title.... :|
If we went onto other basic functions, that you would expect even the most simple basic website to have, such as teh ability to ''ORDER RESULTS BY DATE ADDED'',
again this basic, simple, but extremely important function is missiing from IWantClips.
But so when customers go onto your site, and search for a keyword of the type of clip they want, rather than being able to see the most recently uploaded clips (which if they check weekly/monthly is what they want), they instead have to wade through each page of old clips, page by page individually (as theres not even a skip to last page function), just to see if any new clips matching those keywords have been uploaded recently.
(And even then its highly unlikely that a clip uploaded by a studio will even show in the results, as IWC doesn't display clips based on searched words)
I did previously email IWC support asking them about these 2 massive errors with the site, and asking by when they will be fixed (or by when studio owners will be notifed of these errors),
however the reply I got back basically said that ''IWantClips is aware of these issues, but doesn't have the financial budget spare to fix them''.
(Which is clearly shown by the fact that these issues are not being addressed & fixed as a matter of urgency)
But so as the official spokesperson & studio-owners liason support person from IWC,
please you explain publicly to all of us studio owners why most of our clips do not show up in the search-results when a potential customer searches a keword matching a word in the tite of one/many of our clips??

How long does it take iWC to notify Bolyen Models that funds have been received? I'm on daily pay through BM but I've had almost $100 on iWC for over a week.

Thank you for reaching out and providing us an opportunity to respond. This kind of direct communication is welcome, appreciated and taken very seriously. Since I received your inquiry, I spoke with the team and have more information to share with you.
Their first response was also to thank you for bringing this to their attention. Having an excellent keyword search function is extremely important not just for artists but for iWantClips as a platform.
Improving the keyword search functions of iWantClips is a current task development is working on as we speak! Please, rest assured, that this is an important priority to the team.
I understand there is some concern about the financial health of iWantEmpire, and I want to assure you that iWantClips is on a growth trajectory, there are no budgeting issues. iWantClips has a very strong development team and if they were ever in need of a skill set they didn’t already have in house, they would outsource or hire the appropriate consultant. I reached out to you directly requesting more information about who you spoke with that either said these things and/or led you to have this conclusion. I will investigate this communication issue more in-depth with the team when I hear back from you with this information.
Until the keyword search function is optimized, customers can click on individual fetishes on the site and view and scroll through content that way, as well as see the newly uploaded clips on the home page.
The development team is working simultaneously on an exciting improvement project, which will include a large overhaul to include many more improvements. Once we have release dates for the new features we will make announcements throughout the network and forums.

Moreover though I just want to publicly state for this forum that following my post on here last week, alerting IWC to an issue with their search function,
I can confirm that the IWC team have resolved & fixed that issue fully now, plus notified me of that via email.
So I do have to give full credit to IWC for attending to & resolving this matter so quickly. :)
Plus the issue is now fully fixed.

If you do ever also add a feature of ''sort by date added'' for videos I genuinely think that'd be massively valued by everyone too though,
as ultimately when customers visit IWC and search for the keywords of the fetish which they want to view videos of, if they are visiting IWC every 2-3weeks for example but typically would always search for the same few keywords of their fetish, they would have to wade through every single page of the old videos containing that keyword before finally being able to see the newest added ones.
But so I'm sure if they could simply see the newest added first (or jump to them with just 1 click) I'm sure they would much prefer that.
But ultimately it's just a polite friendly suggestion. :)

Can you actually make money here as a newbie? Im changing up my clip offerings to be in line with my new persona and am putting a ton of effort into them. I plan to upload to iwc, c4s and mv. From comments above it seems only some videos are being found on iwc while the large majority are invisible without extensive outside marketing.

Can you actually make money here as a newbie? Im changing up my clip offerings to be in line with my new persona and am putting a ton of effort into them. I plan to upload to iwc, c4s and mv. From comments above it seems only some videos are being found on iwc while the large majority are invisible without extensive outside marketing.
Yes, you can make money on iWC as a newbie. New artists that join iWE have the opportunity to be promoted as a featured store on the home page. This increases your exposure so customers can find you on the platform.
Regarding customers finding your clips, each time you upload a clip, it will be on the home page for some time. As well, customers can type in key-words or click on individual fetish categories to find your content that way.
Outside marketing is surely likely to increase sales over all (and doing some outside marketing is fairly easy with iWC's Twitter integration that will tweet periodically for you as well as the option to tweet whenever you make a clip sale and post a new clip) but, even without outside marketing, your content is not invisible on iWC. Uploading content consistency is one key to increased income on iWC, as well.

Thank you, both! Upon taking a closer look myself, I actually think this is a bug isolated to the search bar for both keywords and videos. The clips should surely display from most recent to oldest. I will let the team know and I anticipate they will work on a fix for this very soon.
Fortunately, when a customer clicks on an artist's store or on a category from the categories list, the list is displayed in the correct order: From most recent to oldest.

For now, indeed, you have to copy and paste mark-up codes automatically in clip descriptions. As well, customers can sort through an artist's store by category but there is no direct link an artist can use for this feature.

We were recently contacted by the legal departments at both Skype and Snapchat regarding the sales of personal social media handles. This transaction violates the social network’s privacy terms.
In order to protect the iWant platforms and artists from legal action, we have agreed to cease the sale of such personal information and have two weeks to comply with this directive.
Please be informed that after January 21, 2019, iWantEmpire will no longer be able to offer the sale of artist’s social media IDs to its customers.
Social ID access will remain to any customers who have purchased social ID's but no additional Social ID's may be sold or purchased after January 21st, 2019.

I'd also like to be able to directly link to a category on my page.
Ex. https://iwantclips.com/store/####/ModelName/femdom
and it would link to all of my videos in the femdom category only
I might tweet out a task saying "Go buy 5 JOI videos right now!" but I have no way of directly linking to JOI only videos.

I'd love to be able to have my available coupon codes automatically show in my descriptions or store. Currently I copy and past an html code for my coupons, ex -
"Use a mark up code:
100% - CODE
500% - CODE
1000% - CODE"
But I have to put that in my description every time I upload. It would be great if there was an automatically generated text that appears below the description or an area that shows the coupon codes available.

(I have also removed my initial post too, as it's no longer relevant now, and so I've deleted it to prevent/ensure it doesn't cause any un-due negative publicity towards IWC).
If you do ever also add a feature of ''sort by date added'' for videos I genuinely think that'd be massively valued by everyone too though,
as ultimately when customers visit IWC and search for the keywords of the fetish which they want to view videos of, if they are visiting IWC every 2-3weeks for example but typically would always search for the same few keywords of their fetish, they would have to wade through every single page of the old videos containing that keyword before finally being able to see the newest added ones.
But so I'm sure if they could simply see the newest added first (or jump to them with just 1 click) I'm sure they would much prefer that.
But ultimately it's just a polite friendly suggestion. :)

Are you sure you are not clicking YES on "save as draft" at the bottom?
You should only be ticking the bottom box for "I have read and agree to the Store Operator Agreement" and save when you get to the bottom of the page unless you aren't ready to publish the video.

Yes i have clicked the "I have read and agree to the Store Operator Agreement" also i'm not clicking on "Yes " on " save as draft".
When i go to preview generator the message "We are processing your preview" is stuck there for hours .

For example, ManyVids has an 'Indian' category where South Asian and brown-skinned creators can submit their videos.
I know that India / Pakistan are a part of Asia, and can be considered 'Asian', but I think having the distinction between East Asian and South Asian is important as our skin tones and cultural differences are pretty vast, and a lot of my videos are about South Asian experiences specifically.
Out of the global top 10 most populated cities, 4 of them are based in South Asia :)

I've been locked out of my account. When I tried to log in, the next page said "Your sign-in credentials cannot be verified. Please Contact Support to regain access to your account." So I have contacted them, now just waiting.
My store's still there and active.
Anyone know for what reason(s) this could have happened?

Same here! Guess I won't be uploading there today after all.
