Haha, I am planning to get pre- record some clips too, to have some content released for the days when I am not feeling like recording anything. I'm usually doing my "warm up" before camming with recording a clip and releasing it :))))
That's exactly what I do or when I log off for a break if my room is dying down I take 10 mins and record a quick 1 to somewhat save my camscore

How in the world do you guys do videos that fast? Once I figure in editing time it's not unusual for my videos to take like 4 hours to do if not more

5-10 minute clips shot in one sessions, are super easy to do. Those simple ones, with no effects or other stuff. Just click record, blablabla about whatever topic you want (or play with yourself/ stirp, etc if you are vanilla too) and that's it. Add watermark and you're good to go :)).

How in the world do you guys do videos that fast?
I write brief scripts whenever I have free time and add to them spontaneously as I record/think of something to say. So all of my ideas for what to record is planned before hand. I only record on days when I cam because I'm "already ready" in my outfit/makeup etc. If I took 4 hours I wouldn't be able to have daily content and quantity works better than quality for me. I record with as little editing as possible. I have a timer set on my camera to start after 3 seconds so I don't need to edit out pushing the record button at the start. The only editing I do is to add my intro and outro. If I fuck up my wording I leave it in unless I stutter really bad or blank on what to say for too long. All of my videos are 1 camera angle usually full body straight on and I leave the area setup ready to film with my tripod in the same place so no setup time. If I have enough ideas lined up I will record 5-7 videos at once sometimes in the same outfit in the exact same way. The guys really do not give a fuck

Hey Ladies! Glad to hear you all are getting there. I've released 2 clips a day for the last 2 weeks and it's utterly on a roll. I've made 225% of my goal for this week! One of my clips (a really easy and stupid concept) is ranked #4 in Findom on C4S at the moment.
For those that are concerned about content, length, editing, etc... don't be! Start with what you know and what you have. Learn in your free time. There's a TON of YouTube videos out there that will help. Find someone that speaks to you and teaches in a style that works for you. Lighting is where you want to start investing any $$ into at first when you want to start upgrading. Then camera and then software (in my opinion).
I started with my laptop camera and sunlight. And only began investing funds when I was making money.
Consider this a business, too, and treat it as such. The best method for income/profit model I've found was 30% back to the business, 30% to savings, and 30% to marketing... the last 10% is your profit.
I would caution against outsourcing most things. There is lots of guys out there that would offer free services to help you edit/upload/etc. Honestly, you want to learn how to do it yourself. 1) you're giving them free content (raw and unedited, too, that should be considered premium content) and 2) if they flake or find another girl to fawn over then you are out.
As for content, don't try too hard and just let it flow. I know most of my stuff is fetish oriented, but just work in the bounds of your own fetishes. Ask yourself: What turns me on? What do I like to do? What do I find sexy? And just do that.
I'm considering doing a few short videos on how to get started clip making, etc from the ground up with technical and hands-on explanations. Is anyone interested in seeing something like that?

I only script my games, but even then it's only bullet points of the game itself. Every other clip is just off the top of my head. Even if they request a custom, I do not allow them to give me a script, because I do not have time to memorize that shit. I allow them to give a few keywords or phrases that I sprinkle throughout.
I wanted to ask about scripts as well. I find extremely hard to come up with stuff to say unless it's pretty much been written out ahead of time. I don't memorize it so much as I just remember the key points...but I rarely digress from that. When I do PSO work and I'm dealing with a new client or new fetish, I have a tab open to literotica and can quickly find a story to get a roleplay and information on that fetish from. Basically, I suck ass at ad libbing, and I would love to know how you all do it. I'm creative, and even write erotica for another side job, but there's no pressure there, and many of my stories are from my own personal fantasies and desires. I'm not sure how to do this stuff on the fly about things I'm not personally into (like armpit fetishes :o )
Anyone else have this problem or a solution to it that doesn't involve taking improv acting classes?

I had found a tip a long time ago for https://www.cueprompter.com/. It's a free online teleprompter. It has multiple settings and speeds. And you can use F11 for fullscreen so you aren't distracted. I don't film in front of the computer any more but I used to use it a lot. If you need a longer pause between some areas, then you just put a couple blank lines.
And with that post, you have just become my personal hero!! Holy fucksocks! That is EXACTLY what I need! This way I can write out a script or detailed outline of the content and read it. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

I use empathy...I get into how they feel about the fetish and imagine what they would like about e.g. armpits, and say back to them those things. You could ask them what sort of armpits they like and then talk about all the aspects of that type of armpit as if you enjoyed them too.

You Ladies are doing great. Keep at it. I've had 2 clips release everyday for the past 2 weeks. And at least 1 a day for the month. I have everything batched and good to go well in advance, which makes me feel good, but I've noticed is also making me slack. The results are good though. I'm at 100% of my clip income goal for the month ($1250) and still on track to quit my vanilla job by the end of 2019. :D
I've considered doing blogs, but I tend to take a LOT of screenshots when I explain things. Videos are quicker for me and I would also be able to physically show how I setup my 'studio' (bedroom) and how it's possible to circumvent "issues" that many people have and think it's impossible to do clips. I am a HUGE advocate that clips (and other content) will raise any SWer business venture, because passive income will lessen the stress of what you HAVE to do day in and day out. If you have a solid passive income every month and can rely on 60% on your income from that, then your cam or phone goals would be less and more achievable.

I was just reading up on my original post here and I thought it'd be interesting to share an update.
So when this thread was started (Jan 18 ), I was at less than 100 customers altogether. I don't remember the exact # but I think it was around 75-85. As of right now, my customer list is now 321. Plus I have a personal newsletter with 16 subscribers.
I'm also tracking my income goal in another thread, but I'll share here too... my goal back in Jan was $170 a week and I only made that 1 week the whole month. This month my goal was $280ish a week and well that was crushed 2 weeks in... I literally made 424% of my goal in week 2! I fully attribute this to my consistent uploading, the advice I've gathered from my mentors, and some of the stupid ideas I've come up with that sold ten times more than I expected them to.
I've also done my first 'price increase' for the year. I watched Astro Domina's recent webinar with C4S and she pointed out the Color Balancing and tricks in Adobe Premiere (that I use). Honestly, I'd known about them and neglected them. They're super simple controls/options to use, however the rendering time has doubled. So due to an increase in editing time for increased quality, I've added $1 to every clip cost. So I was at the industry standard of $1/min +.99. It's now $1/min +1.99 :)

That is so amazing!!! I managed to make $1k in February, but this month has been really slow, even if I kept uploading clips. I guess I'll just have to keep pushing and it eventually booms. I admit I am out of ideas now, my brain doesn't want to cooperate anymore to come with something original and I also feel a little worn out, wich is also a factor that pisses me off, besides the sudden drop in sales. I'll just keep releasing 1-2 clips per day, basic shit to have what to post, untill I'll start learning more about editing and fetishes, to come up with new stuff.
Anyway, the month is not over so... who knows?:))

Posting 2 pieces of content everyday this week (1 clip and 1 mp3) which a little different from my norm... but they're selling just fine. $200+ since Monday of this week alone. And this will make the 3rd week in a row this month/year that I've surpassed my goal! I just invested in (bought with Amazon money from a human ATM) a new pop filter and ring light. :)

Ya I've been there. I deleted clips because there was a hair on the lens, or my legs looked too hairy. There are clips of women who never shave at all and do well so fuck it. I deleted clips for having a hair out of place and lipstick on teeth, panties crooked, didn't like the way I was talking, blinking too much, wrinkles on my bed blankets, stuff being crooked in the backgorund, camera being crooked, hating my voice etc. So many STUPID reasons and wasted time over stuff the guys literally wont even notice or care about !! And the guys who do end up liking it because it's "real" go figure. Nobody is perfect and there is no such thing as perfection. If you try your best to get it perfect for you, and still see something you dont like in the footage just really objectively analyse it like I would ask myself would X top studio delete a clip for the reason I'm about to ? The answer that comes to mind is usually no. Then I upload and it sells

Oh please don't delete anything... even footage that's out of focus. If there's something extremely noticeably wrong, use it to your advantage.
It's easier, I believe, for me because my content ranges in the fetish and femdom. Once filmed my first upclose tit video in a lace lingerie which was the first 'nude' content I ever did. The ENTIRE clip was out of focus and I didn't realize until I went to edit it. I kept it and released it as 'your wanking has caused you to lose your eyesight'. The guys ate it up and it was my top selling clip for years! There's been other clips where either the audio was really bad or for some reason there was no audio... I just release it with some quirk about ignoring them or they don't deserve my voice. Again, it's easier with fetish and femdom... but just try to work an angle if something you created has gone awry.

So guys I make audio content and I sell them on Niteflirt, Clips4sale and IWC.
I find my NF buyers are hella cheap, which I don't mind at all, I would actually like to price myself
somewhat cheaper as my content is quick and easy to digest femdom, and I think erring on the cheaper
side is a benefit not a loss.
My only issue is that I would like my prices to be the same across all platforms. As you all know,
C4S sets a cap on the minimum you can charge, so for an 11 mins clip, I might sell it for $6.99 on NF,
but I have to sell it for much higher on c4s.
I know that I over think things, but does it matter if the same clips are priced differently on different websites.

Interesting that you find buyers on NF cheap. I've had the opposite experience. Clips that sell for $2 a minute on NF don't sell for me on c4s. Maybe try pricing them the same, but run a sale for a limited time if you want to promote. I feel nobody should drop below $1 a minute really. They will pay if you teach them to value your products.

I like the cap C4S has as it prevents the market from being undercut. I don't typically price my things differently over my sites. The only difference is if I price something a whole dollar amount, like my applications, and then C4S has to be a .99 price. I actually always up the C4S price. So my blackmail application is $5 on iWC, but $5.99 on C4S. They sell just fine. I've also just done an increase to my prices due to an increase in my content quality. I train my customers to want better for more $. I still do quantity vs quality, but with little tricks I can still put out daily content that looks better.

I do not know if he answered this before, but what kind of equipment do you use to record? edit and lights

This has been something I've been meaning to talk more about. I've upgraded a lot over the years with my profits. I started with my cell phone. I upgraded to a Macbook pro, using the webcam that's built in and editing with iMovie. I upgraded my webcam to a Logitech C270 and then eventually to a Logitech C920. I stayed with my Macbook for a few years and updated my software to Final Cut Pro.
Currently, I am using a DSLR camera, the Canon Rebel T3i, and I edit on a PC with Adobe Premiere Pro.
I also have a Yeti Blackout microphone for audio. I used to double record the audio for clips, but that was WAY too much work to sync and everything, so I've stopped for now. I do use it still for my MP3's and I just bought a pop filter for it.
As for lighting, I started with none using just a brightly lit room during the day. I upgraded to a set of two white umbrella LED lights. Last year I upgraded to add a LED Softbox light that I use with only one white umbrella light (I lack the space to use more stand lights). And this week I just added a ring light with white and warm lights plus it's dimmable. Also when I added the softbox, I added a backdrop kit with white, green, and black screens. Most of the time I use the black screen, but I also have varying tapestries, like a galaxy scene, I can use too.
Another important part of the behind the scenes is the hard drives. I have 2 1TB hard drives that I save all my work onto. I don't keep the RAW files after it's edited, although I should. But I have them organized by folders for my character (creating 2 new ones this year), MP3s, pics, videos, etc. Once a file is edited, I always give it a number and title so that it's easily identifiable. For instance, I do a lot of ignore clips... I try to do one in every outfit. So I can't label them all ignore. Instead I used a numbering sequence...
01_Ignore
02_AssShake
03_Ignore
04_AssWiggle
The titles are a bit more creative than that for most of them, but I hope you get my meaning. This helps when I need to find the original file or send to a particular customer that paid me directly or make an edit to the file.

Started uploading last week, just a couple of audios and just on one site so far, but I've sold every day :) definitely gives me the inspiration to make more. Audios are so much easier for me but I know my guys want videos. I have my sound down now with my yeti and adobe audio, just got a new Brio 4k cam so trying to make the sound as awesome on clips as it is on my audios then I'm ready to go!

Audios are super easy compared to clips. I suggest the Blue microphones (yeti or snowball). They are low cost and don't require special connections/cords. They're USB mics that you can just plug in and use. Also Audacity is the go-to software for recording. It's free and can easily export as an MP3.

Do you ever post to the same category more than once a day? For example, audio on C4S? I’m working on updating/uploading multiple times a day (2-4) including audio and clips. Thought I would get someone else’s take on it.

I try not to, and depending on the category I try to spread it out. This really only matters on C4S as iWC sorts by recent. Watch the category lists and try to keep yourself in the top 10 most recent of your primary category(s). Some are much slower moving and only need updates 1-2 a month or less (for me, Money Fetish). While others will need 1-2 updates a week (for me, Financial Domination). Find all the categories you can fit into... you'd be surprised where you can fit something. I have around 100.
I don't think I'm explaining this very well, so allow me to get wordy and show you what I mean. For this week, this is my plan:
Mon - Tits clip + Findom mp3
Tue - Ass clip + Ignore mp3
Wed - Homewrecker clip + Findom mp3
Thur - Blackmail clip + Humiliation mp3
Fri - Findom clip + Homewrecker mp3
So you can see that I update Findom 3 times this week. I have to stay relevant there as it's a very fast moving category (10-20+ a day) plus it's my primary category. I broke the top 20 or 30 last month there.
I have other categories sprinkled in, but multiple Homewrecker's as that's my second category. Usually I have multiple blackmail items as well, but this week I was lacking BM content ready. But I always buffer it over a day or two. Give myself more exposure by spacing them out. The categories move fast, but not that fast to update it more than once a day. That's robbing yourself of valuable front page time.
Instead, schedule the next item a day or two out. OR put it in a slow moving category. For instance, I have the 3 FinDom clips right. But if I look at it, the one scheduled for Wed is an edging (joi) style clip. So if I can actually use the JOI Games category for the Wed clip to give me more exposure. That means on Wed I will be visible at the top of the Findom list (although maybe quite a bit down) and then freshly at the top of JOI Games. And looking at JOI Games it's very slow, so I can be there for a month or more.
The key is to always look at the pages of each category and see where you are at. Don't rob yourself of screen time, but make sure you are getting some. And spread yourself among as many categories even if you have to think outside the box.

Thank you dear! You explained it perfectly. I knew that there was some difference in IWC and C4S where exposure was concerned and I didn’t want to be spammy.

I'm trying to make gifs of myself for niteflirt and want to use my logitech because I look better on it than just using my phone camera. Is it not compatible on a mac? Specifically for imovie? Ugh. How do I go about this..

Cut your clip into tiny segments you want to use for the gif (I use 8 to 15 seconds total, deleting the rest), save it as a tiny movie, then go to ezgif.com/video-to-gif and make it into a gif.

Thank you but my problem isn’t finding a gif site but using my Logitech webcam to record video. Apparently iMovie won’t recognize it and I just bought premiere pro but it seems you can only import things on it to be edited, not record video.I feel so dumb and I’m frustrated right now

Oh, I see. I actually use OBS studio to record my Logitech (it's a free download). I think it works on nearly all platforms and lots of tutorials if you search the board here.

Premiere can actually save as gif and then if you export via adobe encoder and make the file really small it's perfect :) i used the logitech software to record my videos then import them into premiere. I wish you could record directly in it too, but the workflow becomes easy enough after a bit of practice x

Do you have a smartphone? The microphones in newer phones are quite good you can use that until you're able to upgrade! I need to jump on the audio only bandwagon too as I only have videos currently
I like the cap C4S has as it prevents the market from being undercut.
Me too!!! What do you do with your clips that don't sell? I've moved a few around on various sites with no luck. I'm debating on editing them into a compilation and trying that out.

I honestly do nothing with clips that don't sell. I keep them up there. I only watch what is selling vs what's not selling. Then I just focus on making more like my best sellers. Lately I've noticed what is selling will sell multiple times vs just once. Once you've made something and put it out there.. keep it out there. Even my old stuff may sell years later, so why take money from my pocket.
