I'm following suit here and tried the EFT tapping this am. I got a pvt within a half hour of logging in but I bombed when he wanted dirty talk....lol. I can do this but in a weird setting or placed on the spot I tend to clam up. And bless his heart, he was nice about it and even left me 5 stars when I didn't really deserve it.

I took a break, had some eggs and made tea. Did another EFT session and about to try again. <3

I never did EFT tapping ever. I feel oddly calm lol. Normally the first hour or so online I'm anxious and have my guard up because I'm just waiting for the avalanche of bs. Then after my first pvt I start to relax. But this helped a lot. It's safe to say Ill be practicing this daily now lol.

3 months ago I fractured my ankle.
2 month after that my left leg went numb to touch. one week i could only crawl for 3 days
I assumed it was from the fracture. It felt like someone took a baseball bat to my femur and just kept pounding
Ive been to ER twice, urgent care and my doctor. All Xrays coming back normal.
I dont take pain meds. i have graphic dreams.
I was given steroids, didnt work
muscle relaxers/ didnt work
I was on my way to the orthopedic surgeon when my body broke out in a rash. my entire left leg and the upper part of my booty within 24hours- diagnosed w shingles

As the rashes are going away I can get feeling back in my leg
I can deal w pain but ive never been paralyzed from it. That part was scary so I refused to rest.

luckily this is suppose to be a one time deal, next year i can get the shingles vaccin. i have to wait a year.

im blessed it didnt happen to my face, ppl lose all function
I didnt work the days I had the rash bc I was staring it lol okayyy go away now.. it did as exactly the google pics showed lol nasty

thigh highs and angles
My legs and ass are my top sellers
the guys dont care - mainly bc i can hide it.

Ive only heard of shingles being a rash, i had zero idea it was nerves

I had shingles in my 20's because I was overworking myself. The pain was brutal and the rash awful.

If you have aloe vera plant- cut off a leaf and open it up and place it on the rash to heal the skin. It's best if you can do overnight.

I was diagnosed with shingles & only had a slight rash on my neck. No other symptoms. Man, I was spared. It's bad. I'm glad you're recovering. Crazy!

I got it at 41 & used hydrocortisone cream. It was just a nuisance.

I usually take Tuesdays off during the week so my body has a break...BUT I worked yesterday and boyyyy am I paying for it. After getting my son to school I nearly passed out in the car on the little 15 minute drive home and we actually slept 7/8 hours. I told myself I was gonna nap for 30 minutes to recharge and here I am...3 hours later. I'm sad because I wanted to cam longer hours today, but it looks like it'll just be a 3 hour shift and maybe Ubering tonight. I honestly don't even know what happened it was just like nothing could force me out of bed. My body literally just feels so exhausted at the moment. BUT I'm gonna go grab some coffee, shower and rush to get cute so I can at least pull in some money...or do I cam tonight instead? Lol ya'll see how all over the place my thoughts are? Ridiculous.

Anyway, I hope y'all are killing it today!

So I didn't work today, motherly duties trumped all. I had to go to the WIC office because my grandpa told me if I didn't go today he wouldn't watch my son for me while I went to work tonight, so I kinda had to because I need off tomorrow for trick or treating. Then I had to go and fight with Walmart because his costume was missing the mask and they tried to insinuate that I left it at home because it was opened after I explained I had to open it to find out the mask was missing. Also, I don't think it was my body that was tired more-so a bout of depression. My grandma was in the hospital all day yesterday because her hip has been eaten up by arthritis. So while I thought my grandparents were having a date night...she was in the hospital being told they can't do anything except replace her hip. My uncle told me he woke up feeling the exact same, like we both just wanted to do nothing but sulk and make sure she's okay.....on a lighter note, I'm eating baked potato soup, getting ready to play Assassins Creed and I'll be making candy apples with the kids tonight before I work. Think I'm gonna Uber to be on the safe side of the typical end of the month cam blues.

I just love this section and the law of attraction section. So nice how everyone is trying to help each other reach their goals and sharing tips. Also talking about the importance of self care. There is no need to have a lack mentality there is so much money out there for everyone. With that being said I hope everyone reaches there financial goals. I'm excited to see what the new month has in store. :)

Yes! I'm so glad you brought up EFT tapping a couple months back. I had listened to a lecture on it in Nightingale Conant, but hadn't tried it. Seriously, it has me vibrating so high every time I do it.

Just did the one you posted & I love that guy. He helps me with my anxiety. Thanks again!

Thank you for sharing this one. The affirmations really resonate with me. Just did this. Finishing my coffee and hopping back online shortly.

I am feeling more focused this week. I am resuming meditation back into my self care routine and have been doing the EFT tapping as well.

My focus is being more consistent online- as in putting in more time; as I know the money will follow.

Your welcome. EFT really helps with shifting your mood. Meditation is important too for raising your vibe. I've been trying to stay consistent with doing a lot more hours than normal too because I have big goals I'm trying to reach. Eft, Meditation along with gratitude and Ho'oponopono has been really helping a lot. Oh also when my energy gets low I take a 10 minute break here and there just to stretch. It all helps especially when doing a lot of hours.

About to do the EFT abundance tapping session.

I woke super early and streamed 5 hrs from midnight to 5am and exceeded high goal. FUCK, Ho'oponopono and EFT tapping REALLY making me a money magnet.

Going to stream 5 more hrs then quitting I think. I've already streamed 21 hrs and just hit weekly goal!!! I said I wanted to earn 1K a week in less hrs streamed and I did!!! With the additional $ I made last week, independent cam shows, offline tributes, and revenue from SM this week I have made $2004 in two weeks.

Jesus!!! This self care shit is working!!!

My nightly ritual has been lights out at 7pm, falling asleep to positive affirmations to reprogram my subconscious, and just before falling asleep reviewing everything I'm grateful for.

I legit fall asleep in like 5 min while thinking of all the things I'm thankful for. With the EFT tapping for abundance one of the requirements is a gratitude list. I don't write it down I just review everything right before falling asleep. This seems to really help add money magnetism punch.

I have streamed almost 26 hrs and met goal. I am not camming today nor tomorrow. These two days are going to be hard core self care days. I'll be eating clean with calories under 1500, drinking 100 oz water, meditating on the Ho'oponopono, EFT tapping for abundance, and watching healing documentaries.

I am currently listening to the Ho'oponopono. I need this rest as like Cutie said pushing ourselves isn't a good idea.

I am trying to reschedule my next Reiki session for today as tomorrow I've planned some social time. I need to socialize as I usually get depressed in the winter due to SAD (seasonal affective disorder) so it's really important I connect with humans despite being so damn introverted.

My Reiki practitioner may be able to do it today and for fucks sake: I NEED IT! The last time she unblocked 5 chakras and reinforced my abundance shield which has made earning $2004 in two weeks possible. I need her today so badly.

Man, I feel incredible. That Reiki session was a huge eye opener. Today I'm really proud to say NO BLOCKAGES!!! When she said that I just nodded as I have felt so much better these last two weeks. She just had to cleanse 3 chakras: Sacral, Heart, and Crown. She revealed they were really tinged with darkness. But legit: Root was perfectly fine which isn't that big of a surprise as I've made good money the last two weeks and have felt really secure not only financially but in regard to my safety.

She did however have to pull 3 negative cords. This was a surprise as I've been clearing negative energy a lot with the Ho'oponopono sometimes 3 times a day. Well, fuck...legit some of this negative energy on cam is just getting attached to me and I'm sure it'd be worse if I wasn't clearing negative energy daily.

Dude, I'm so juiced! She filled me up with happiness, success, and confidence. She also reinforced my abundance shield. As a result of this session I'm vibrating so fucking high.

I just feel so warm in my chest and it really feels like super charged happiness. I feel so full my chest is about to explode.

Man, if anyone has thought about getting a Reiki Chakra Healing session done and can't quite commit to it yet: just get it done. You'll feel fabulous!!!

Took off the rest of the week because of Trick or Treating on top of the fact that my mind needed some downtime. I kinda had a lil manic episode last week and I'm almost positive this is me paying for it. I also have been out of weed and to be honest I can't wait to get my med card for it because my doctor can approve of it's benefits, but isn't qualified to get me a card. I did however have a blast with my son yesterday and hearing him say Trick or Treat in his Viking costume was magical. I went to bed last night in a strange euphoria. Even while he was high on candy bouncing saying "hey Halloween" and giggling nonstop like a Cheshire cat instead of falling asleep...I was so thankful for this job, the ability to (even during "slow" times) provide a better life for my son while working on the dream life I'm manifesting, is a blessing. To go from night shift to day and still make the same, if not more now that I've realized it does work so much better. To be able to take off 3 days because my mental health demands it, but still know that I can start the week off on Monday ready to make bank (because nobody can fire me and my regs are asking when I'll be back). Most importantly, to be with my son when he wakes, and when he goes to bed, aside from when I have to Uber...like today/tomorrow ahhhhh. I honestly just love this job, I feel blessed to even have the mindset that allows me to think bigger than a regular "9-5", to be strong enough to handle the shit people (family included) throw at me for it while still advancing how I want to is pure gold. This turned into a Captain America before battle speech...my bad lol. I just love life today.

Today has been a very good day. Plenty of rest and relaxation. I've eaten clean, drank 80 oz of water so far, did 6 min of EFT tapping for abundance, meditated, and watched a couple healing documentaries.

Super excited about tomorrow as I'm going to a carnival with my friend and his two kids. Those little people make me happy. Plus carnivals are pure fun. It'll be nice to spend quality time with good folks.

Meal prep was done on Sunday.

This week I started off my mornings with coffee and journaling. Journaling in the morning consists of mental and emotional dumping my thoughts on paper, along with gratitude.

Listening to affirmations while putting on the warpaint

Work in the afternoon (with the exception of Sunday)

I managed to put 33 hours in on Streamate- which is a big accomplishment for me, because that's the most I have ever worked in a week on there.

The upcoming week my intent is to create more structure while putting in as many hours as I can comfortably handle. I am expecting shark week to approach in a day or two. I also want to add in some exercise as I know that will keep my energy up.

I know you mentioned in STFO that self care really helped you STFO: how did you feel this week streaming tho? And what aspect, do you think, helped add more energy?

I really like your journaling idea. I have a journal, but I rarely work in it. I think I'll pick it back up.

In the past I have struggled with recurrent major depressive disorder with generalized anxiety. When I let go of self care- my life goes to absolute shit.

My last relationship - I allowed myself to fall apart in that aspect. I let go of the habits that kept me healthy. The good thing about that experience is that now I really know what I want and I am building a better life now.

I think that the self care is creating a good space to develop persistence and consistencey.

Sleep meditation- Breathing is calming, and the visualization of what I want to manifest to puts me in a good state before falling asleep. I experienced vibrations throughout my body which was pretty wild.

In the past I have struggled with recurrent major depressive disorder with generalized anxiety. When I let go of self care- my life goes to absolute shit.

My last relationship - I allowed myself to fall apart in that aspect. I let go of the habits that kept me healthy. The good thing about that experience is that now I really know what I want and I am building a better life now.

I think that the self care is creating a good space to develop persistence and consistencey.

Your earnings are good despite A) the contest and B) that it was pretty slow (at least for me). So yes, well done AND this does only mean it will get better.

You are so right about that EFT tapping. It really does provide a boost and/or a calming effect. I almost always feel major vibrations followed by some calm after about 5 to 10 min. But there is no denying it gives me a boost.

I'm so glad you just mentioned scripting. I haven't scripted in a little bit now. I was able to manifest a few REALLY awesome things due to it. It's decided: I'm going back to journaling and scripting.

Man, I'm just so happy to hear things are working. I hear you on depression and anxiety. I suffer from both and it's the only reason I hulk self care so much. I do NOT think I'd be where I am today without all the self care I do. Certainly could not stream the hrs I stream without it.

do you work out a lot ? my resting heart rate is 90 bmp hahahahahaha ! I did always have tachycardia because of thyroid SO.

You're normal :) normal avg is 60-100 bpm. Yes, I was a full time Spinning instructor for almost 6 years and have been training regularly on an indoor bike for almost 7 years. It took many years to develop a heart this strong LOL. Yeah...I am NOT normal haha.

Starting the day off right with 10 hrs decent sleep, yummy coffee, and 16 oz water. I did the Ho'oponopono for almost 10 min and during that meditation session I visualized a new intention for today. Hopefully thought vibrations are strong and today will be profitable.

EFT tapping has helped me find new ideas for work, and I can't be more grateful about it!
I left Ho'oponopono aside, for a while as, it doesn't help me too much right now, because I managed to raise my vibration back. Also, classic meditation doesn't help an overthinker like me :)))). My mind must ruuuuuuun :)))). Ok, it has helped me in the past but I guess for different times and moods, different techniques will work.
I am glad there are so many techniques, that work for everyone. In my case, visualisation and EFT tapping are what I needed.
Especially EFT Tapping.
I wil be forever grateful to @Miss_ Sasha about it. I've heard about it from you! THANK YOU!

I was experiencing a flood of self doubt and anxiety last night about my financial situation. I ran across this EFT tapping video (it just happened to show up on my feed.) I thought I would share, it got me back to the calm state of mind.

I'm so happy EFT is helping everyone I heard about it years ago but just started really practicing regularly this year well on and off. So I thought I would mention it here to help everyone clear that worry feeling that shows up in the body at times. Now it's part of my everyday practice along with meditation. Its really helpful in between camming hours when frustration pops up to calm the nerves. I heard miss_shasha mention Reiki healing I want to try that next I listen to it but I want to actually go to someone to do it.

Whoa! This one really calmed me down. I'm supposed to be streaming but I got very anxious. This helped me slow down.
