Missed yesterday so I hopped on at midnight. Something just woke me right up and I got ready. So glad I did...I'm just $20 from high goal in 1.5 hrs.

Just took a break to do some EFT tapping for abundance. Shit...since tapping and doing the Ho'oponopono my night shifts are all profitable and thank goodness for that as it's been slow during the days.

Gonna drink 40 oz of water and allow myself to attract money.

My self care for the night- is taking tonight off. I feel stupidly mentally exhausted from last night and today.

I originally planned on working tonight, but my body and my mind are like "look you need to rest."

What's on my mind is what boundaries to set in regards with communication with customers and potential customers. Along with improving my hustle- I need my mind to be refreshed and sharp for that.

Taking today off. Going to self care all day: eat clean, drink 80 oz water, meditate, EFT tapping, & watch healing documentaries.

So far: drank 40 oz water, ate 7 small spears asparagus, 2 eggs, & kimchi (such a good probiotic), & currently listening to the Ho'oponopono.

I feel like a major part of self-care is setting myself up for success - however general that statement may be, I think it applies well to "self-care" as a whole. But in this instance I decided to go back to sleeping during the day so that I can actually work a full shift at night.

I got on really early this morning, made some really easy money, and pretty much made my decision from there. I've been asleep since my kids left for school because I'm definitely working tonight and every night that follows.

I'm not tired so I've woken up probably twice already so I'm just gonna drop this comment and go right back to sleep. Right now self care = putting myself in line with where the money is.

A huge part of me wants to switch to nights as well but man I have such a hard time with that. It messes me all up and I've finally gotten myself back to a normal sleep schedule. Seems like any little thing tends to screw it all to hell. I hope it works out for you Nita!

I've also taken the day off to regroup. I'm thinking the time change has something to do with it but I am totally wiped. Its also raining here today....which makes me want to sleep and be lazy. I'm just going to allow myself the time to do nothing. Sometimes we just need it.

Took some time out to meditate deeply. This 40 min session included breathing awareness, LOA visualizations, and self healing visualizations. I feel calm and serene.

I laid my eyes on the Polar Vantage V, I wanna get it next year. Was curious if what you use, has Fitbit functionalities as well?

^^Good question. It's the Polar A370 which isn't expensive at all & tracks everything I need it to. My Fitbit couldn't track high intensity so I got the Polar.

I mainly use it for sleep, heart rate, meditation, & training sessions. Works splendidly.

Wasn't able to stream yesterday, so I'm doing a camathon today. I'm going to try to do 10 hrs today. Starting the day off right with 9 hrs rest, coffee, and EFT tapping for energy.

Will meditate later and do some EFT tapping for abundance. Intent is to eat clean, hydrate optimally, and keep vibe up.

2.7 hrs down. 7.3 hrs left. It was very slow on SM so I took 35 min to balance my chakras. This meditation session was a bit difficult to sit through. Not sure why.

5+ hrs streamed. Still in a good mood. Meditated on the Ho'oponopono for almost 30 min. I feel calm and sure.

Have done several rounds of EFT tapping for money magnetism and it seems to be working.

Have eaten vegetable spaghetti with power greens and sauerkraut plus drank about 70 oz water.

Intent is to stay positive the rest of these 5 hrs. I am grateful I have made anything at all as it's been so dead in my room, but somehow I'm making money. Will keep vibe up.

Hopped on early as I have a drivers road test today so I wanted to stream a few hrs before my afternoon/evening shift. Made $10 from low goal in 2.5 hrs. Not bad.

Did a few rounds of EFT tapping for money magnetism and stayed positive.

Just finished up the 37 min of Ho'oponopono to clear negative energy. I also visualized a new goal for tonight. In this visualization I saw a certain amount in my earnings page and conjured up feelings of gratitude. I hope this works.

^^Me too! Thanks. Sunday and Wed were really tough, but I am making it through with the good vibes I receive. That's really good advice. I took a quick walk yesterday to get some fresh air. I haven't been doing that enough. I'll be sure to do it more often. I hope the rest of your week goes well and you are happy and healthy.

LOL soooo I was gonna make my return to cam tonight, I really just needed that full 7 days off for my mental health, but car payments, pull-ups and daycare are needed come next week. So I'm taking a page out of Nita's book of self-care. I've been trying to get online at night, but depression just had me falling asleep when I put my son to bed and because I'll be camming at night I have to move all of my stuff across the street to my aunts house who is so kind to let me "do the nasty" over there lol. However, the good Florida weather decided to pour down today so I can't move my stuff tonight. This is me staying up until 3:30am on redbull, icecream, video games, and Gossip Girl (Blair is an inspiration for the hard working woman who loves luxury haha) to knock my schedule back on night shifts. Thank GOD my son is going to visit my mom this weekend. I can use that to my advantage! I noticed you ladies took a break from posting for a few days, I hope you all had a great time away from the chaos and are doing great!

^^Even tho night shift is fast and I exceed high goal I'm streaming days. I woke up two nights in a row at midnight and told myself to go right back to sleep.

I paid bad Mon and I DO NOT want to do that again. Man, it's HAAAAAARD to stay away from nights but the shit fucks me up bad.

Streaming 8 hr shift today. I was supposed to visit a childhood pal, but plans fell through so I'm going to try to start this week of well.

Starting today off good with 10 hrs rest, coffee, 20 oz of water, and a few rounds of EFT tapping for money magnetism. I'm still sticking with the abundance tapping for a month.

Intentions are to eat clean, drink 80 oz water, meditate, more EFT tapping for abundance, and keep my vibe up.

3 hrs in and it's not happening in my room, but I am not giving up. Took some time out to improve my vibe by meditating on the Ho'oponopono for 20 min. I really needed that as I was starting to get frustrated. I feel grounded and better.

I'm at 7 hrs and was at the end of my rope. Sunday is usually very busy and I'm in back to back shows. Not today. I've had ONE good show and a 3 min exclusive with a reg who usually drops 100+ GOLD. He left without one single tip.

So I just did an EFT tapping session surrounding anger and frustration with how bad sales are today. I'm surrendering. This is my last hour. I've tried today. I mean really tried to maintain a high vibe, but it's just a really bad day.

I needed today to be good too as last Sunday was a total flop. I can be grateful I've met low goal. That is a win. I'm going to do this last hour with positive thoughts then get some good sleep to try tomorrow.

Eaten clean all day and had 90 oz water.

Couldn't sleep. Such a poor day of sales had me awake. I did a LOA visualization with lots of good feelings. I have a granddaughter and one of my happiest memories is with her so I called upon it to conjure up the emotions I want. I can manifest good things. I already have.

Meditation is a good idea when stress starts to build and this 32 min session was focused on gratitude. I literally thanked the Universe for every part of my body that helps me live day to day. As a result there's this calm washing over me.

After that meditation session I feel almost silly that I allowed a poor day of sales to upset me so much. In reality, looking at the bigger picture, I'm living an abundant life. There's so much for me to be happy about. It's unnecessary to hold onto anger. I'm letting it go.

While my hourly was $3 higher last week, I only streamed 19 hrs per my new plan & that check was a lot smaller than I had hoped for. In an attempt to improve my performance & rid myself of anger & frustration I'm having a Reiki Chakra healing session done in an hr. I wasn't planning on seeing her til Sat, but I think my abundance shield is down & heart chakra blocked as I was so severely angry yesterday.

This is the best I can do. I can't really afford a session, but I can't afford a mental breakdown streaming damn near 40 hrs a week to make what I think I deserve.

Universe, hear my call.

Man, no big surprise with that healing session: all chakras blocked and really bad energy attached to myself. It's interesting...I felt terrible these last 7 days. Derealized 3 times and struggling to let go of existential thoughts accompanied by feelings of hopelessness.

She asked if I was feeling down just before she said I had negative energy attached to myself. I said yes & she said the energy had a strong hold on me. Fuck...I been feeling that shit so deep.

I feel so relieved. Like a weight lifted off my chest. When she filled me up with good energy I could feel my chest expanding and my tailbone tingling. She filled me up with self-love, and sent my mind peace. Thank goodness she was available. I feel like I can tackle this week with confidence now.

I've been doing my own tarot readings and smoking herb outside and it's been super healing. I have a natural wooden porch and I just smoke and meditate out there while I do tarot, and it's SO GOOD. Smoking under the sun and moon has been amazing, even though its cold where I am lol.

This is a really powerful guided meditation. I would wait to do it before warpaint or after a shift

There were a lot of tears from me during this one.

This is definitely a go to if you find yourself struggling, negative thoughts, doubts, etc.

Self care today got a good night's sleep 7-8 hours, and it was good quality sleep. A good share of the time I feel like I have been competing in the mental olympics in my sleep. :)

This morning I journaled and wrote out my gratitude list. Even in the midst of hard times there is always something to be grateful for- relationships with friends and family. The encouragement and support I receive from them.

Customers that show their appreciation with gifts, tips and the nice long shows that I love to perform :) The regular customers that give me ideas to test and try out that are right in alignment with my hustle style. (Authenticity is strengthening.)

This morning I decided to take it easy like Sunday morning, although it is Tuesday :D

Did the guided meditation. Cooked myself a delicious breakfast- an omelette, toast, banana and oj.

My daughter came by to visit- this lifts my spirits. I am so damn proud of her, listening to her tangents reminds me so much of my younger self.

Just finished doing ho'oponopono while I am meal prepping. Have fajitas going in the crockpot. Finishing my meal prep and working later tonight.

I feel good today. I needed this shift in my energy.

Managing stress. In a meditative state I imagine, I get my hands on the guy or on the guys who decided not leting me and others work on J as we move up in % . So I get my hands on him or on them. Than I push their head into a toilet , hold it there for a good 20 second ,and repeat till I get tired. Im kidding ofc! Maybe not entirely. :-*

(Than, I d stuff up their mouth with a few 5$ and kick them out to the street while they are breathless. - I feel peace surrounds me, my migraine almost gone! )

Man, this week is so tough. I've streamed 15.5 hrs and sales are sooooo low. This is getting discouraging. And with a smaller check last week I'm falling behind.

The best I can do is take good care of myself. I'm having veggie spaghetti with power greens plus avocado and finishing off 40 oz water. I've completed the first half of today's shift and I am totally exhausted from those 4 hours.

Gonna meditate, take a nap, then do some EFT tapping for abundance to be mentally prepared for shift later.
