Kat, this is good therapy. She is trusting you. You just need to trust yourself. You have the capacity to solve most of your problems. You know the solutions better than she & through empathy & support you'll make a lot of progress.

My last therapist was a solutions based therapist using, what sounds like, Rogerian techniques.

It will be her role to empathize & validate plus voice support in regard to actions you want to take. DO NOT turn this down! My friend Scott basically does this for me & it's INVALUABLE!

The amount of progress depends on how honest you are with her & yourself. Study the emotions wheel & get comfortable using feeling language as emotions are top indicators of work that needs to be done. Feel those feels & label them then express to her what your intuition is telling you to do.

Kat, your intuition (gut feelings) is usually right. Get used to following your gut & she'll be there to support you. Therapists don't know all the answers. This will be epic for you. Totally fucking EPIC!

Thank you Soo much for your words of wisdom and encouragement Sha, I really needed this answer cause I didn't really know if I'm going the right path as I expected something else from the therapy but it sounds like it's a good method for me cause if I think better I won't like a pushy therapist giving me directions.
I am totally honest to myself and to her cause it's in my best interest to have results, that's why I went for therapy, I just did not know what method she uses, my son did the research and said she will be a good choice for me cause she is young, she has warm eyes, good person face and is a bit thick as body shape so she won't judge me for being thick and for being a cam model, that's the most important, to be able to talk about my work cause that's the reason for my issues, they work and health related.
Of course there are other issues too, childhood and relationships related that needs to be sorted out.

Dr says I'm healthy, but my bad cholesterol is very high. It's strange as my good cholesterol is high too. Even tho my bad cholesterol is high my risk for heart attack is very low. But I'm concerned about the bad cholesterol (LDL). I eat super clean.

I take braggs apple cider vineger in water every morning and a green super food powder. I also take black seed oil in the morning and night 1 table spoon each time. You can look up the reviews on Amazon black seed oil it has cured so many things. I also notice while I take it I have more energy when I run out I notice a difference. Yes both taste bad but the benefits are worth it.

Thank you. I'm going to look into both and I don't mind the taste. I drink pure kava root tea which is horrible, but it calms me down. I really need to get this bad cholesterol under control. I went grocery shopping today and just shook my head. I don't even eat bad shit. I think the worst is my coffee creamer. I might need to just get raw organic honey like I used to.

Thanks sis for the suggestions. I'm going to purchase both...cause frankly, I'm worried about my LDL being so bad.

This is the one I recently got and you can read reviews on it. I have also tried 2 other brands for some reason I feel this working faster could be because I ran out before and just started back taking it. I will make sure to stock up so I don't go weeks again without taking it.

Are you still eating keto? I saw in the IF group that many women doing keto are having high cholesterol. And others who only IF and no keto, lowered it with success.

Not sure if you remember the south beach diet from years back but I brought my high cholesterol down with it. It was easy to follow. Later I modified it after I went vegan but followed the basic plan and lowered it even more.

speaking of which - I need to get back on it, been chowing down on too many empty calories omg, have been way too unhealthy in my habits lately.

I use a lot of sugar and creamer myself in my coffee and the other day my aunt told me she doesnt use sugar, she uses maple syrup instead. It actually is pretty tasty! She is from Vermont so I guess its normal up there hahahaha but yah, I'm starting to add that to my routine instead.

Slept 8 hrs
Drank 35 oz filtered water
Ate sardines, asparagus, sauerkraut, and avocado plus 3 cuties

Going to do some EFT tapping, meditate on the Ho'oponopono, and drink a total of 80 oz water

After a shitty October where I only made $2500 that month, I got into EFT tapping, because my vibration was low, no matter how many motivational clips I was watching and no matter how much I was trying to meditate and manifest. My guts and subconscious didn't want to cooperate.

I started doing this video, because I wanted a challenge. Basically, doubling my income from the past month

I just followed her along, repeating what she was saying, but in my own language and spelling "dollars" instead of pounds. And really believing in what I was doing there. I decided to just trust the process.

Little add: I have been doing such a thing, earlier in the year and at the end of the last year, when I was writing my intention and goal of the month on a piece of paper and I was reading it, out loud, every day. And I was making it. But EFT tapping is different and more exciting.

Soon after the first days, I started to get flooded with new ideas about my camming hustle. I decided to try them on.
Fast forward, today, November 25, I reached the $5k mark.

If this isn't manifestation, Idk what it is.
I highly reccomend that clip.


Kept working with this clip for December. I tapped for $7k. I worked little hours and had lots of days off. Why $7k? Because I never reached this far in 2019. I was thinking that this is gonna prove that is real manifestation. $2000 more than what I am aiming for in average. Clearly a huge jump.
I reached $7k.
Highest earning month of the year for me.
Again... if this isn't manifestation, then idk what it is.
The secret was to apply what I learned during the tapping: to let go the How, to let go of the doubt, the worry and the wonder and just trust the unknown. Be like "well, I've seen what happens when I doubt and wonder. How about believing this time? Let's see what happens" :))).

I am still shocked. Again. In shock.

For January I will tap for $7k again. Trust the process again. Because I have a little devil on my shoulder that tells me I was lucky cuz it's december and it's usually a good month. Self care recently:

Morning journaling with gratitude.
Meditation- been using different ones.
EFT at least once if not multiple times a day.

Finally getting back into gym- for strength training. My intention is to various strength training along with cardio 4 times a week minimum.

Meal prep once a week.

I decided since the year is now coming to end to get rid of my old journals. I had a good size stack of them and looking at them it reminded of the bad memories of the last 6 years-(not all had been bad.) It was time to let that go. They went to the shredder.

A couple of weeks ago I did an end of the year reflection in both business and personal life- what the lessons that I learned and habits to improve on, and the base of an action for the upcoming year.

Looked Into it & I'm getting the groceries tomorrow. Dropping ranch & cheesy pasta sauce. Already got almonds. No more coffee creamer. South Beach Diet is similar to my current diet. I think I can do this.

Right at 6 hrs and have exceeded high goal plus exceeded weekly goal. Fuck, don't have to cam at all the rest of the week if I don't want to.

Took a break to make a super clean high protein mini meal: 2 cups power greens lightly fried in extra virgin olive oil, 4 oz salmon, seasoned with pink himalayan salt, plus kimchi. Drank 60 oz water so far.

GOt 2 more hrs and I'm feelin powerful. STFO til it's cut off time on SM.

Tough crowd on SM today. Plenty of members popping in but hardly any conversation. I have streamed 2 hrs and I'm tired. Going to meditate on the LOA in 8 min then I'll be refreshed.

Have had a super clean high protein mini meal, drank 40 oz filtered water, and meditated once already.

Thank god I've met weekly goal. Today just might be a bad day.

Update:

After meditating on that new LOA MP3 I got back on and fuck me...got two findom guys back to back. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. Exceeded low goal in 3 hrs. Turned around right away. THANK YOU UNIVERSE!!!

I personally, have 2 cam methods and they vary depending on the site I use. Token sites are minimal attention since they expect everything for free. And with streamate/private cams I tune out distractions to be completely available for shows. I give myself daily positive affirmations and minimize negative influence... it's hard sometimes especially when you NEED to make money but cams are dead or slow. Balancing personal life with cam life can be a strain also when you are focused on camming and your personal life is literally interjecting. I am learning to turn off social media, and my cell phone is on silent (no texts or calls) while camming. I have a 2nd phone I use for EMERGENCIES only... so my close friends & family use THAT number only if what they need is extremely important enough to distract me from camming.

Sounds like you're managing stress well & your self care is helping. I too keep my phone on silent when camming. & often do an aura cleanse to remove negative energy.

I have to agree with your SM work ethic. Eliminating distractions & being present in your room for shows helps me perform well.

Bought all groceries for South Beach Diet. Eliminating coffee & Creamer. Now drinking green tea with raw local honey. Eating almonds. No more cheesy pasta sauce for veggie spaghetti will instead do extra virgin olive oil & herbs. Going to eat more power greens & salmon. Dropped ranch dressing.

I think I can do this.

I got back to intermittent fasting, after a looong time, because the first time I tried, I failed, even tho, I've seen results. Considering I am working the nights, it's gonna be useful for 3 main reasons:
1. I won't disturb the neighbors, if I am trying to cook something (I live in an apartament).
2. It's healthy to not eat during the nights
3. I am really sedentary, I am a short person with a very slow metabolism and I don't really need much food to function, actually. So, this will accelerate my metabolism a little bit.

So, my time frame for eating is 2PM- 10 PM.

Today is the second day. I admit, it's hard. I ate last meal at 9 PM. Right now is 1 AM and I am hungry. I might eat an apple or an orange, or make a shit ton of tea, idk. It's not easy and going to sleep on an empty stomach is not fun. If I am up for eating a fruit, it means I am actually hungry lolololol :))))))

Fasting is healthy. I need to get used to it.

Thank you for the support. I'm giving it a good go for 3 months then retesting cholesterol levels.

Good for you. Best advice is to drink more water. Most people eat because they're dehydrated which is a false hunger trigger. Drink half your body weight in ounces water a day. & well done for making it thru the tough transition. You got this Sis!

Thanks a lot for this advice!! I am mostly afraid to drink water because I piss... a lot. Like, if I am drinking a glass of water now, I can't resist more than 30 minutes and not go to bathroom. Ugh, it's super frustrating. I guess I'll have to deal with it, drink more water and just log off cam and go to bathroom everytime I need :)))

Doing an update to celebrate and document :D

Managed to hit my workout goals this week- 4 times a week strength training and cardio at the gym.
Morning journaling with gratitude list
Meditation at least once a day
EFT multiple times a day

I am beginning to feel like myself again. Structure and routine is my super power lol.

I haven't finished the math just yet for my earnings for this week thus far but I believe I have made about $850 between camming, clips and PSO. That is a HUGE improvement in my earnings.

So very very thankful!

Fasting is so good for you once you get the hang of it!
The first week is going to feel like awful torture but I found myself quickly moving from 16:8 IF to 18:6 IF to 20:4 IF (then not wanting to eat a second time before my fasting window was over) to switch to OMAD and I love it, but I do notice when I cheat and go off IF that I have those hunger pains and I remind myself that hunger is just a mental state of mind and I am stronger than that. Also with doing OMAD I make sure I'm eating enough lean proteins and being full of good healthy stuff vs eating my calories in crap, it makes all the difference in the world to sustain till the next day at dinner time.

IF you are hungry then like Sha said, water, water, water! It'll help fill you up and curb those hunger pains, as well as unsweet tea or black coffee, they help curb hunger pains also. Once you get used to the 'mental game' of fasting, it'll be a breeze, for sure, and its good for ya. I love it! Drinking a lot of water when you are first starting out will make you pee a lot, but thats because your body is flushing out your kidneys, which is a good thing, but after 3-5 days of that you'll get used to drinking a lot more water also and the urge to pee every 30mins will be gone also. ;)

Doing an update to celebrate and document :D

Managed to hit my workout goals this week- 4 times a week strength training and cardio at the gym.
Morning journaling with gratitude list
Meditation at least once a day
EFT multiple times a day

I am beginning to feel like myself again. Structure and routine is my super power lol.

I haven't finished the math just yet for my earnings for this week thus far but I believe I have made about $850 between camming, clips and PSO. That is a HUGE improvement in my earnings.

So very very thankful!

Thanks a lot for this advice!! I am mostly afraid to drink water because I piss... a lot. Like, if I am drinking a glass of water now, I can't resist more than 30 minutes and not go to bathroom. Ugh, it's super frustrating. I guess I'll have to deal with it, drink more water and just log off cam and go to bathroom everytime I need :)))

Same here. All I do is drink and piss lmao. But definitely drink more water with IF. Warm tea stops hunger. I have past one year of IF, it's only hard for a month. Oh, and expect some headaches in the begining.

Today is starting off well. 9 hrs rest, had green tea, have had blueberries and 40 oz filtered water so far.

In 2 hrs I've made $127. It's slow, but I think in 6 hrs I'll hit $300+. Hoping for the best.

I've been meditating on the LOA meditation daily since Dec 31st and amazingly I did well last week, got a client for my new business, and my anxiety is so low. I haven't hit derealization in 9 days now. That's huge as I usually hit derealization every 8 days.

Fasting is so good for you once you get the hang of it!
The first week is going to feel like awful torture but I found myself quickly moving from 16:8 IF to 18:6 IF to 20:4 IF (then not wanting to eat a second time before my fasting window was over) to switch to OMAD and I love it, but I do notice when I cheat and go off IF that I have those hunger pains and I remind myself that hunger is just a mental state of mind and I am stronger than that. Also with doing OMAD I make sure I'm eating enough lean proteins and being full of good healthy stuff vs eating my calories in crap, it makes all the difference in the world to sustain till the next day at dinner time.

IF you are hungry then like Sha said, water, water, water! It'll help fill you up and curb those hunger pains, as well as unsweet tea or black coffee, they help curb hunger pains also. I am an emotional eater, I love food, but I hate that feeling I have. I believe fasting will make me stronger in many ways. I don't wanna feel that addiction to food anymore. I hate meal planning, I hate eating at certain hours. I wanna release myself from this stress. So, fasting is the option for me.
I wanna get used to 16:8 and then increase like you.
What are the time frames of increasing this? Like... after how much time since you get used to a pattern, you level up to the next one?

Its no problem;) I have the same issues thats why I prefer to do OMAD because if I try to switch back to doing 16:8 fasting then I break my fast I find myself snacking between my 2 meals, and not snacking on good stuff either, so I keep in my mental state I CANNOT take in anything but water, tea or coffee (unsweet) until I break my fast, then I have my dinner, and a treat (chocolate or something yummy) and then thats it till the next day (I give myself about 1hr after I break my fast to eat all of my food and drink my coffee with creamer if I want it, etc, before I start fasting again, that and you really need to learn to adjust to eating one BIG meal a day vs so many small meals, etc, its a huge adjustment and I still somewhat struggle with it sometimes! lol) It really helps me focus and stay on track even though Im doing fasting with the 16:8 method I would always over eat or indulge in stuff I didnt need to be taking in, so to keep myself on a strict and better schedule OMAD is what works best for me. I also REALLY look forward to cooking dinner, sitting down to watch a movie with the fam and relax and have some chill time between my shifts on cam and it makes it more special and makes me appreciate food that much more (vs abusing it, you know?)

When I first started fasting I did 16:8 for 5 days then switched to 18:6 for 2 weeks, then 20:4 for about 5 days then decided OMAD was the best route. You'll get the hang of it ;) A lot of food/eating is not because we NEED it but its because we WANT it and when you learn to discipline yourself with fasting and get on a routine that works best for you and your lifestyle you will then in turn appreciate food a lot more and be healthier also! Good luck!! It'll get easier, I promise;)

I take braggs apple cider vineger in water every morning and a green super food powder. I also take black seed oil in the morning and night 1 table spoon each time. You can look up the reviews on Amazon black seed oil it has cured so many things. I also notice while I take it I have more energy when I run out I notice a difference. Yes both taste bad but the benefits are worth it.

Just started Apple cider, turmeric, & ginger supplement plus the black seed oil supplement. The reviews were great & I'll report back in 2 weeks.

3 days on detox apple cider, turmeric, and ginger plus the black seed oil. Man, joint pains while sleeping, feeling exhausted, and just blah. I'll stick with it. Maybe it's working it's detox magic.

Also had a reading and aura cleanse with total increase of vibration this AM. That reading was so right on! I have faith this new business is going to work and seriously felt the vibe increase. She said I might feel vibrations. Well, I didn't exactly feel that. Instead it was a feeling of goosebumps without the bumps for several minutes. Now I'm just totally drained.

Was gonna STFO for my shift, but I'm at like level zero. So I'm listening to my body and taking the rest of the day off. At 50 oz water so far. Will try for 100 oz. Have eaten clean. Meditated once today and have been listening to healing music at 432hz.

Since doing that new LOA meditation my hrly has shot way up. I was at $35 last week for 24.5 hrs and $45 this week for 14 hrs. But the best part is...ladies, ZERO derealization in 14 days. Dear Universe...thank you for having mercy on my soul.

My vibration is a little low. Time to do some massive EFT tapping.
My earnings have gone south lately, it always happens like that, after I am coming out with my success. I don't know why. Maybe is bad vibrations, low key coming to me from other people. From $300+/ day in december, to under $100. It's bad vibes, I know it. I feel it, everytime I log in and my guts are telling me that I won't be as succesful because I talked about it.
I have been testing this for years. Everytime I am coming out with and talking about a succesful day/ month, things are immediately starting to go downhill.
Or if I am talking a plan, ahead, I never get to bring it to an end. Always something happens.

Now, Idk if this happens because I am usually a private and solitary person, I am secretive by nature and coming out is not part of it :)) Maybe I am being punished by kharma for acting against :)))))

It kind of sounds like a subconscious belief block. I deal with a similar issue- I feel like at times I shouldn't be celebrating, and/or that I am not really doing that well- I get myself caught in the comparison trap.
