Gotta tighten up my self care game. Since being sick I've been sleeping 12-14 hrs a night, no motivation, and eating junk. I'm still meditating daily but I certainly don't look forward to it.

This has got to stop!

Today I've had blueberries, power greens and salmon plus avocado and kimchi, drank 60 oz water so far. About to meditate soon then STFO for this shift.

I've been slacking on my hrs and it's just making things worse. Time for change.

That's a good question. In the beginning it was bad with the headaches then that cleared up and I was good even having lots of lucid dreams. Fast forward to a week ago and I've been horrible.

Can you link that vid? I'd really appreciate it.

Thank youuu ! I already took 2000mg of vit c plus zinc 20 mg. I made some research and says that 10 mg of zinc every 1-4 hours is indicated in the first 24 h of the installing of the cold (it can shorten the length of it with 50%). I had a nasty faryngytis in the begining of january with fever from which i only got better with antibiotics (fro mthe doctor). That time happened before my period, now this one is also before my period ! IT looks like our bodies are super vulnerable before our periods, it is not enogh that we have to deal with the whole thing every month, it also weakens our immune systems.
I just don't want it to be as bad as the first time. This whole stupid weather makes us more prone to colds. Well the weather isn ot stupid, us humans causing global warming are to blame actually.
Rant over, I will keep you posted. I will take manuka honey too trougout the day and see.

Being trough same shit so I took your advice. Hopefully it's gonna work, hehe!!

Great advice on grounding. I have been craving heavier foods & been naturally turned off by meditation. Seems my body is responding in the appropriate way. I thought I was just slacking.

I'm going to increase portions of veggie spaghetti as it seems to calm me down. I used to only have veggie spaghetti twice a week. Now it's been daily.

I've gotta walk too. Will add this in.

^^^Same here with the food craving. Last night I felt in a funk for some unknown reason and craved comfort food.

I felt like I was about two steps away from going off on regular PSO customer last night- so I took the night off to cool my jets and went to bed early.

I indulged today by taking time to enjoy cooking that comfort food for myself- my meal spaghetti with garlic toast :) I feel better now that I have taken the time out to do it.

^^I think it's important to listen to our bodies. And that's exactly what you did. I love garlic toast or garlic bread. It's been a while since I've had it. Today was really tough and since I streamed a decent amount I'm having buffalo style chicken wings. I think feeding a craving is good a lot of the times.

Haven't posted much on here this week. My self care game has not been on point for me this week- but for the most part- my energy has been good.

I have been focusing on getting organized and then brainstorming other ways to generate income aside from streaming.

I'm really just blown away by the power of that meditation I've been engaging in daily now for 47 days. It has literally programmed my subconscious for happiness, peace, and relief.

Today is now day 50 of zero derealization episodes when, for almost 4 years, I was having an episode about 1-3 times a week. This is stupendous. And my anxiety has been so low, despite the slump I'm in, that I do not need anxiety meds.

I can't even. And I'm dealing with stress incredibly well. The last two weeks sales have plummeted and at most I've felt irritated not in a panic. I can manage a bad day and slow times with EFT tapping or a meditation session.

I have a couple of tubs of Teami Greens Superfood Blend that I bought a while back, may as well put them to use. Anybody here have any experience with green drinks? I hear they can give you energy throughout the day and I figure cutting out some of the caffeine (although there is a little in the powder due to the inclusion of matcha) would help me sleep better at night. When im well rested and full of energy Im so much more positive and productive. Like yesterday I was so rested and full of positive energy and i made high goal, which hasnt happened in a hot minute. Today? Im tired as shit, slept like shit, and camming has been shit.

I joined a gym again last week - managed 3 times a week since then, I love it! it's small and really basic but theres hardly anyone there ever and its nice lifting again - I'm excited to get myself strong again.

I've also been consistently hitting my calorie goal & even tho it's period week (which means I bloat & have excess weight) I'm weighing close to my goal weight :D

eating well & exercising is really helping me not give in to the downward spiral when stress :D

I have had used green drinks a long time ago pre camming days. They do give you a great deal of energy.

Edit: Just looked up that brand- It has some really good key ingredients- wheatgrass, spiriluna,chlorella, and other greens.

Also some greens drinks taste like eh... like grass but will give you powerful energy.

Chicory root powder, girl!! It's same taste/ looks like coffee, but it's much more beneficial and has no caffeine!!

I haven't consumed them, but it sounds like a good idea. I try to eat as clean as possible with lots of protein during the day for energy as sales are usually poor when i'm tired and in a poor mood.

I don't use superblends or substitutes but I do make lots of green smoothies. Wait til you see the change in your poops. You're gonna feel like you're walking on a cloud.

Ha! Well, i dont drive so getting to the store is a chore a lot of times, so getting the fresh greens is more difficult. Plus, im lazy and its easy to mix the green superfood powder lol. I feel great so far. Tomorrow im gonna try to drop down to 1/2 cup of coffee then my drink, bc i dont want to be stupidly hyper all day lol. I started taking supplements for my liver and gall bladder issues and they already have made a big difference in my lady-poops.....if i get any more regular i'll start shitting out organs lmao

I prefer arugula to spinach but I'll buy whichever is priced better at the time.

Arugula
Cilantro
Celery
Lime juice
Pineapple

Energy Plus Meal Replacement
Arugula
Spinach
Lime Juice
Half Banana
Half an avacado

Sometimes I add agave and/or sea salt to balance the flavor. Apples are another great ingredient for both fiber and sweetening the drink. But I'm allergic to raw apples (cherries too) so I only add those for everyone else.

I like kale too but it's too fibrous and bitter. Depending on where you are, now is about the time to start planting your greens if you want them for the Summer.

Feeling a lot better today. Slept 11 hrs and woke in a great mood. Actually felt motivated to cam.

Have eaten well with 2 cuties and a dish of 2 cage free eggs, 2 cups power greens lightly fried in extra virgin olive oil, kimchi, and half an avocado.

Have drank 62 oz water so far and meditated twice. Once on my reg LOA daily meditation and the other on gratitude.

Sales have been dreadful and keeping my vibe up is hard, but I'm still listening to positive affirmations, falling asleep listing off everything I'm grateful for, and visualizing my new life.

Just a couple more weeks and I can start into my business and acquire enough customers to make my exit. Just gotta be patient.

Intent is to stay positive for the next four hours, take breaks when necessary, and be a bad bitch :D

Haven't posted here regularly for a minute.

Been focusing on getting my ducks in a row. For some reason when Mercury in retrograde hits- my inner virgo comes out and wants to turn chaos into order.

To keep my mind right been morning journaling and reading books to keep my mindset right. Finished "Positive Energy" by Judith Orloff recently and now rereading "How to Own Your Own Mind" by Napoleon Hill.
Did meal prep today so I can put really in time this weekend.

Having said that, I don't miss the anxiety and stress that it gives me. But, a bitch is broke. So back on cam I go lol

I really feel this. When I was experiencing derealization (a form of dissociation due to overwhelming amounts of stress and anxiety) life was so tough. I had to hope and pray an episode didn't happen on days where I had appointments or needed to work.

For about 4 years the were like clockwork: at least once a week. Sending good vibes on your journey to peace.

I hear that! I had to take down my dating profile after breaking up with my ex. We are just friends now and it's nice as we still hang and play ping pong. It took a while to get over him. I made the decision to start dating again as I felt I was in a good place to do so. I totally went out of my comfort zone. Kooje is NOT the typical guy I date and it's super pleasant to find we have good chemistry.

I think taking time away to grieve is the best that you can do. It takes strength to do that. I agree that it's also nice he's so vastly different from most men I interact with on cam. It's like a breath of fresh air. I'm certain you can find this too. We just gotta stop following old cycles of the past and start connecting with different people.

Mmmhmm...2020 a good year to show and prove. Walk that walk...catwalk sis!!!

I had a bit of a slip with booze the other day so was feeling like crap today, didn't want to get out of bed, really anxious and down - I dragged myself to the gym and just a 40 min session of short cardio & lifting lifted my mood SO much. Got tonnes of house work done, food shopping, camming, my vanilla business :D

Today will be a long day for me as well as the rest of the week. Plan is to stream 35 hrs. I've only been streaming about 21 hrs a week...so this might be a challenge.

Intentions are to eat right (lots of protein for energy), drink 80 oz water (so far at 55 oz), meditate, EFT tapping, and stay positive.

I think I got this. 3 of 8 hrs down. Let's gooooooo!

Also: this Cider Detox Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules with Ginger, Turmeric & Cayenne, Max Strength Thermogenic Formula for Improved Digestion, Detox, Heart Health is awesome! I had a dark spot forming on my forehead that started to look like a birthmark. Well I guess the tumeric has totally dissolved it and my skin is now all the same shade. WILD!!!


Update: 4.5 hrs in and had a proper meal of asparagus, eggs, and kimchi. I've had 65 oz water and meditated already. Gonna have to do some EFT soon as there's a lot of traffic, but no one buying. Starting to get frustrated.

Update 2: Well fuck me! Not long after posting that update a foot fetish reg dropped a 50 GOLD tip in free for feet. Now it's time to break and do some EFT tapping for focus and continued motivation.

Update 3: Seriously SMH. I'm at 6 hrs with at least 1.5 hrs of breaks and I'm starting to fade. Man, I got used to only doing 4 hr shifts with an hr break. Yikes. I'm on another break and I've had a cutie as I think my blood sugar was low. Feels a bit discouraging to be at 89% of high goal which I've lowered recently due to the decline in sales I've experienced on Sundays. But I can only entertain a moment of that as I need to get back on. I really need to highlight the positives however: 182 GOLD in free? That's crazy awesome. I mean damn!

Update 4: 7 hrs 45 min spread over 11.5 hrs and I'm gone LOL. I think the only thing that got me through was eating right, drinking enough water, meditation, and EFT tapping. I feel like this is my first ever almost 8 hr shift streaming. Man 20 hr weeks straight turned me into a wimp LOL. Did my hrs, was super close to high goal, and feel proud I stuck to the hrs. Now time for veggie spaghetti, more water, and a detox bath. Phew!

I have a lot of work I've been doing around childhood trauma, and of course it shows up when I freeze re my work life. I loved her gentle and compassionate approach, as I'm working on giving myself more of this unconditionally.

Amen! The reason I had derealization (dissociation due to extreme stress and anxiety) was due to emotional trauma as a child. I feel this so much.

I found doing my meditation in the morning after tea and water extremely helpful. I'm almost at 60 days consecutively and derealization is gone.

You're aware and ready. Two really good signs. Get it!!!

I finally broke down and did it, I invested in my own colloidal silver generator. It shipped today and in a few days I'll be saving so much money by making my own. My dog has a nasty nasal drip and my chicken an eye infection so that really gave me the push to invest in it. I'll be taking it daily to and just overall excited about it. I kept putting it off due to bills coming first and I may still be behind with some of my bills but I'd be even more behind in medical bills so here we go!

Yesterday was bad. Today was worse. Last guy in my room on SM today finally broke the camels back and I cried like a stupid bitch. Color my hair. Do my nails. Maybe a hearty ugly cry in the shower while I rinse my hair. I really need to focus more on actual self care bc this is not a healthy way to be. I gotta get my shit together, love myself, and really take time and focus on where I need to improve and heal. Nobody wants to jack off to a trainwreck.

Yesterday was bad. Today was worse. Last guy in my room on SM today finally broke the camels back and I cried like a stupid bitch. This was my mood from 2-6:30am on cam. I got the fuck off, meditated, ate super clean, and did my motherfuckin toes. Mmmhmm self care certainly helped me feel better. Doll, you got this. And it's healthy to have a good cry. It releases oxytocin which is good for you.

I am in a shitty mood as well, so I'll take a 3 hour break soon, walk in the park, do a 30 min workout and do my nails while watching some series. Then back on cam! Yeehee!!

PS: I always feel great after I cry haha!

^^OooOoohh, yes get on that exercise. I haven't been to the gym in like 4 months and I'm supposed to be walking everyday. Great reminder.

I can relate to the ugly cry being therapeutic. I had a hard time sleeping well Saturday night and my mood was shit. I intended to put the hours in yesterday, but I was struggling to snap out of my mood.

I logged off, had my ugly cry-I had a combination of things going on- little sleep, boy problems, and slow ass day. Had my cry then hung out with my daughter for a bit and went to her place for some pet therapy- to play with her cats.

Tonight I had my weekly coffee and writing session with my friend. I needed the connection time. My mood is much better.

I think sometimes just being in your feelings for a minute is good for the soul to release them.
