I have kept up daily with my LOA meditation: this is now 92 days of zero Derealization and two weeks, surprisingly, of great income on cam. New plan is to engage in the meditation challenge Sister Esixxx has recommended. May the force be with you ladies. Stay strong!!!

Ive noticed since I stopped being able to go to the gym my moods dropped & having more ocd symptoms of intrusive thoughts etc - so I started doing a home workout today - Ive got some dumbbells to use and as much as I hate working out at home Im going to need to

Today it was my spa day.
I did do my gel nails, I did soak myself in the bathtub, with a good mask on my hair, exfoliated my face, put a mask on it, exfoliated my body, shaved, applied a nice Morrocanoil treatment on my hair. Used body lotion. Sprinkled perfume.
I feel pretty. I look pretty. I feel good. I smell good.

That’s wonderful! I wish I had the strength to do those things. I’m so depressed.

This is so smart girl! I have noticed not my mood off but my weight off. There are a lot of online classes that are free right now. I plan to try some. I think training at home will help. I've been blessed with a decent mood so far, but this weight is crazy bad.

Last week was tough for me energy wise. It was strange.

Had distance reiki session done yesterday- heart was walled off and I picked up someone's else's energy. Did detox bath yesterday more water than I keep even keep track of :).

Talked to my healer- shielding is a must for me before I start my day.

Doing the 21 day meditation challenge - did day 3 this morning. Practiced shielding.

I am doing my morning journaling as usual :D with gratitude. Finished my meal prep for the week. Did the LOA meditation just a bit a go. Now setting the warpaint :D

Just wanted to thank you all for sharing all your meditations, rituals here. I'm so glad this forum is here. I just found out someone I knew through camming years ago (he worked in the industry) has been gone for almost a year. I spent the last couple of days mourning him. I actually didn't know him super well, we just briefly 'dated' if you can call if that. We still follow eachother on social media but had last contact. Anyway I've been journaling, listening to music he introduced me to or that I listened to around that time. I took a walk near where he lived last and would take photos of and posted on his social media etc. It's crazy because he had ended up living down the street practically, right in my neighborhood. Anyway the mourning/remembering/writing has REALLY helped. I'm about to dig into a cammathon this weekend and will prob be meditating alot during/between. It's surreal because he was maybe the only person I've ever met in person in the camming world. Annnnyway I'm just posting/reaching out as part of self care. I hope you all are well, I appreciate you.

Journaling/writing really helps me to process emotions and become aware of my thoughts.

Also it this may sound out there- but there are times that I receive guidance when I write stream of conciousness.

I second this, I also suffer from ocd symptoms and I've been diagnosed with adhd and generalized anxiety. Girl, it's a *battle*. There are SO many studies now showing that heavy exercise helps treat adhd's intrusive thoughts and that's how I'm *finally* getting to hack this and work every day. Also, life simplification. I have a tendency to push myself, and take on way too much- then having a disorganized, stressful life helps create the need for all those intrusive thoughts and worries because well..there is legitimate need to try to keep up with multiple details, problems and concerns you've created, and life is busy and distracting for everyone today even neurotypicals.

With the pandemic, I am so, SO grateful my life turned out the way I did and I made the move out here already. I get to keep cycling around, walking around my lake and city without running into crowds of people fucking *everywhere*. I'm a cardio/endorphin junkie hehe. It's good for my hypermobile joints and scoliosis, the pressure and tensions in my body get released causing higher circulation and oxygenation which is so good for connective tissues as well as neurology. Even if the pools are closed rn :'(

Try running in place in your sneakers? I do this as well as yoga and stretching- there are LOADS of youtube videos on at home exercises you can do comfortably without hurting your joints. And buy a yoga mat to protect your joints. Or if you can afford it and have space, buy one of those spin machines for times like these? Really any space you hae where you can move around and do cardio/lifting/open kinetic(good for EDS hypermobile) is good if you do it properly.

Also make sure your Vitamin D levels are up. It can affect your energy levels. Doesnt hurt to boost your immunity naturally in a pandemic

Aw, thank you so much for that! I just now saw it cause I've been holed up haha. YES to the stream of consciousness writing! I haven't done it in awhile but am going to. I've done a LOT of journaling and processing the past weeks, and it's really helped me move through things.

Ive only just seen this but omg I relate SO much, especially taking on too much - I run two businesses - do clips cam twitter forums, then I also do some volunteering on fb with some groups, was trying to get a part time vanilla job to - way too much and it builds up till Im trapped under how much I need to do!

Im working on that for sure

my work outs are going well tho - enjoying it more than I remember enjoying home work outs lol

Felt guilty ASAF- but I ended up taking a couple days off to regroup. Streaming on Sunday drained the crap out of me. Early afternoon an indie Skype regular got a show with me that took me halfway to my high goal (grateful for that). A mystery person got a sweet ass pair of heels off of my wishlist.

Finished Day 19 of the meditation today. Recently I've been meditating at least twice a day.

I've had to be diligent with limiting social media and news, as I notice my energy tanks if I spend too much time on there. Been meeting up with my daughter to go walking on the trails when the weather is nice.

I picked up knitting as something to do. Now that I have the hang of it- it's a relaxing activity.

I am grateful for tonight- my room is quiet not much energy draining going on. So far a 20 minute private. I feel calm and this is a good thing

Detox flush of 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt in a litre of water at 10am. Pissed my guts out for about 2 hrs. Feelin great. And intestines clean.

Food: 2 cups power greens, 1 can chunk light tuna, tsp organic sweet Thai chili sauce, half large avocado, 3 tlbspn kimchi.

Water: 90 oz.

Honestly I have no idea if it's been helping with my placement- but it has really helped me manage my energy.

A couple of weeks ago I had a kick ass week on SM ( I had been a real slacker with camming due to studying and becoming fascinated with reiki.) That particular week- I literally cammed about 2-3 hours a day and made close to $800.

My healer attuned me to a level 2 after a distance session in Late April (I believe) she told me her guides said I was ready. That was most intense attunement I had experienced so far- I literally had to lay down the next day because the energy was so intense. I could feel this ball of energy spinning around in my solar plexus through my heart and out of my throat ( the energy felt like I was a fire breathing dragon lol.) I am not any drugs btw :D

The attunement for the course that I bought on Udemy was level 1, 2, and Masters- that I felt a wave of happiness wash over me. That attunement I felt the energy and the sensation was growing through my legs and out of my feet (like roots of a tree.) My healer saw this vision before I experienced the energy.

This last attunement was different it's the Master and ART (advanced reiki teaching) which the Tibetan Master symbols. I am learning aura clearing, psychic surgery and learning how to teach level 1,2 and Master reiki levels. The sensations I felt with this were different and it took a couple of days for me to experience the sensations. I get this feeling of heat and sometimes pulsing in my hands when something or someone needs healing.

I currently have one in person practice session and one distance session to perform to get my final certificate for the first course and I am near finished with the Master Teacher and ART course.

The experience has been wild- I feel like I have really grown and things don't get to me like they used to.

When you get your attunement make sure to drink lots of water and have something to write down and capture any ideas you get.

Edit: Btw congrats on you kicking ass! I am still going with my placement conspiracy theory that it really doesn't matter lol. You have been straight up banking! Keep getting it!

The process has been really interesting- I am down to one practice session to complete for my final certificate.
After I received my first attunement I started getting ideas of how to run a business, marketing etc. It was like the ideas came from out of nowhere.
At this point I am thinking of doing it as a side gig to build up clientele along with studying other types of reiki and healing modalities.

It feels so good to perform. My first practice session I did for a friend was distance and I felt this incredible wave of energy flow through me. The last session I performed this weekend was on my healing practitioner and some massive clearing was done. Afterwards I felt like I could have run a marathon- I had that much energy.

It's been wild as in after the attunement process the body and life itself goes through a "spiritual detox" releasing and letting go of things that don't serve. I've been seeing life differently, and then there have been some funky experiences (feelings of not wanting anything- detachment.) Then ideas of how to do things differently. Life is going through a reorganizational process.

I love reiki and providing healing for others. It feels good to assist others in their healing process along with providing them tools to keep chakras balanced. I've really been nerding out on energy and chakra system.

PS I just took a peek at your stream, it looks damn good :)

^^Holy shit!!! I know of the energy you speak and I can only imagine how intense it is now that you're educated and attuned. I'm so jealous. And just think of how long you waited before you finally got your first session. Haha, I'm just so glad things are working out for you energy-wise. I think you're gonna make an incredible energy healer!!!

Have you seen the Ho'oponopono Cert course yet? I bet that'd help a bunch since you already have so much experience with it.

And thanks!!! I'm just so juiced with how well this laptop functions. It's lightening fast and I can have sooooo many tabs open, video playing, and other stuff going on with stats staying super level. I do close everything down as soon as a show starts so it's no bogged down...but this bitch can handle and army of tasks LOL.

^^^I know right?! I am very thankful for you and discussing it on the forums. Mentally and emotionally where I was at the end of the year up until now is completely different.

I am glad I made the investment in my self for self care. Thank you for that encouragement.

I have seen the Joe Vitale's course advertised on FB. I think a girlfriend started taking it. I may consider it in the near and upcoming future because it is a very useful for healing. I am finishing up the coursework on Master/Teacher and ART (wanted to get my final certificate for the Master Level before I finish that course which is near complete. I also have the NLP course to finish as well. The next course I was looking at was Karuna Ki Reiki Master.

That's awesome about your system! I am glad I upgraded mine years ago-(it's about time to make some mods on mine :) )

It does help to multitask. Especially when one site is slow the ability to log on and work other sites or just keeping ourselves entertained :)

Gassho Meditation in the morning along with journaling. Some mornings I get some self reiki, if I don't do in the morning I am doing at night.

Started listening to paraliminals daily beginning last week to work on subconcious beliefs, etc. Yesterday's session was about eliminating a self defeating belief and today's was about replacing it with a new one.

Have a reiki session booked with a new practitioner as mine is out for 2 weeks for studies.I am looking forward to this session as she works with sound healing as well.

Been focused on eating cleaner the last two weeks or so. Doing a healthy breakfast, salads and more fish and chicken

I had a full Chakra cleanse done 8 days ago by my practitioner & she unblocked ALL Chakras! Yeah, I was fucked up lol.

Then meditating on the 5 Reiki Principles ( I usually chant them out loud)

Just for today:
Do not be angry
Do not worry
Be grateful
Work with Diligence
Be kind to every living thing.

Now I just set a timer to meditate.

Sometimes I add agave and/or sea salt to balance the flavor. Apples are another great ingredient for both fiber and sweetening the drink. But I'm allergic to raw apples (cherries too) so I only add those for everyone else.

I like kale too but it's too fibrous and bitter. Depending on where you are, now is about the time to start planting your greens if you want them for the Summer.

I've been quiet for a while, but I ran across this awesome meditation last week and it spoke about how your subconscious thoughts are only based on the first 7 years of your life and what you were taught and if you continue on that path vs what path you feel more compelled to take such as dead end jobs or a degree you don't want; you'll just keep hitting road blocks and never really find success. I've been at a cross-roads of finding a vanilla full-time job because I'm a bit in debt and well...(southern families can't help but talk about the single mom who left her abusive baby-daddy and is trying to get on her feet all while battling mental health issues lol)...and last week I had my absolute BEST "day cam" ever. Followed by making basically $100 this week in 20 hours LOL. I skipped a job interview today because I really felt like cam is where I need/want to be and to me it honestly is worth it......and now I'm looking at $10 in 5 hours lol. However, something is telling me to just keep my head both up and down. "Up" in the aspect that I have to keep focused on the goal and knowing that by me working hard like I am and upping my hours to 30 a week from now on until I get my own place and savings back all while maintaining positive mental health is gonna work in my favor. "Down" as in, I need to let the shit people say roll off of my shoulders, because trying to argue up and down with someone that me sitting for 5 hours to make $0 could result in making a weeks goal in a day on the flip side can drive you CRAZY......

On that note, I'm gonna do some self care tonight and pig out on pizza and a little bit to drink lol. Goodbye this week. I can't wait to BANK next week!

Major blockages with my throat, heart and solar plexus. Cord cutting and major clearing- I feel good and ready to take on this next week.

Lol SO, idk how but I found myself sitting here finishing an assessment for an at home job (last week making actually $150ish in 20 hours felt like trash on my mental). Idk what my mind is doing (I'm Bipolar with PTSD and Panic Disorder). I have this new set of mantras on my laptop that I've been using to power through the last crap week of cam and they're "Universe work your magic. I am open and ready to receive immediate financial abundance." and " Money is easy and effortless." Soooooo, my mom comes up for a surprise visit today to help my grandma and she of course reads the mantras and laughs followed by "mkay, if you say so". This is the part where it's hard to knock what you've been taught subconsciously. Like I'm literally working my ass off to reprogram and then my own mom comes in being Negative Nancy. Self-care would have me meditate tonight to wash the negativity off, but when you're in a hole financially and emotionally its's hardddd to let it roll of your back.

Tough time so far on SM. 5.5 hrs in & had to meditate to bump my vibe up. Damn...not looking good at all. Yesterday sucked & today is more of the same. Fuck...but Imma do these hrs & not give up.

I had every intention of working yesterday, but ended up taking the day off for self care.

The monthly visitor showed up this weekend. I was in my feelz and I just needed to take to have a good cry. Not about anything major- the last two months I felt like I needed to cry but just couldn't (it's wierd I know)

Yesterday, meditation, self reiki, listened to a paraliminal, did some earthing visited the kiddo and got to play with the dog she borrowed for a day. Then an upperbody and ab workout with resistance bands.

Today I feel good and sassy. :)

Everything had been going great then mid last week, the afternoon storms were so bad, I couldnt cam due to having to tend to my dogs who are TERRIFIED of storms to the point one even had a seizure last week from it. So I have to put them first when these storms come in. Then I got a new phone show up towards the end of the week and most of the time, calls were going straight to VM. So the stress of dealing with that cause now I'm not only missing camming but phone sex work to. Then all the hours I missed dealing with the broken fan, not only on the phone with them but in person at the store. Then I'm like okay I finally can pump out my Monday/Tuesdays like I always do and make the most money camming every week. To be sitting here since 10am waiting on the maintenance guy to hurry up and come fix my toilet cause the water filler thing broke. I want to scream so bad. So once again no camming or phones while I freaking wait for him to knock. Ugh okay that was my vent. Just trying to remember to breathe and remind myself how blessed we are we are working from home.

Self care saw me though 11.5 hrs yesterday, & I hope it does the same again today as I'm attempting another 12 hrs.

2 hrs in & this first 30 min negative energy cleanse felt very good:

1st update:

Tough time so far on SM. 5.5 hrs in & had to meditate to bump my vibe up. Damn...not looking good at all. Yesterday sucked & today is more of the same. Fuck...but Imma do these hrs & not give up.

24 min meditation helped. Feeling more like myself.

2nd update:

7 hrs in and I just lost so much steam. Dunno what happened so I laid down for a super long meditation session of 40 min. I almost fell asleep which means I didn't sleep well last night. Here goes nothing: time to finish off these last 5 hrs.

Streamed 3 hrs & ugh: $88 but this meditation session rocked.

Now this is more like it. Finally my heart is back to normal. Drinking up to a bottle of wine a day for 2 months really stressed my heart thus increasing resting heart rate. I've had only 2 glasses in 11 days. Go me! Very successful meditation session.

Yesterday I managed to hit my high goal.

Had to take a meditation break. But made it.

Today I intended on getting online earlier but my body was like nope lol.

Sundays workout I felt bad this morning.

Self care so far today is meditation, paraliminal, stretches.

Only one cup of coffee this morning- working on cutting out caffeine.

Healthy meals planned for the rest of the day and work out tonight.
