I threw in the towel early yesterday- had a ridiculous headache that I think was due to my new glasses being adjusted too tight.
This morning I did "priming", upperbody workout with resistance bands then went to have my glasses adjusted. Went on a roadtrip with my daughter. She borrowed a friends dog, we went to a dog bakery to get her treats, then a walked at the dog park litlte under 3 miles it got too hot. Going to listen to a paraliminal while I cool off, then pray to the cam gods that SM is glitch free today- gotta hit my goal today :)

I am taking it easy the rest of the week. All those hours last week and this week hit me so hard today. I slept 8 hrs, went to the gym, then crashed for 4 hours afterwards. I cannot continue this pace.
I am going to do minimal hours the rest of this week as I've already hit 25 for the SM bonus.
The best self care for me right now is to de-stress and rest. I'll be getting 8 hrs rest the rest of this week. No more night shifts and NO MORE 11 hr days.

OMG best sleep ever last night. I guess giving up goal to make self care a priority allowed me to relax and rest well. 9 hrs and 50 min sleep. My training session was exceptional too. 40 min of strength. Then my meditation session was crazy good. 1 hr long and I was chill AF.

I used to always do 8 h per day online everyday (minus some free days i took randomly instead of having a pattern). In the last month i did max 5 h per day on avrege. It puts me down, I take forever to get ready and log in, i have huge anxiety and some health problems really intensify it (not corona but add the panick of having that virus around on the plate).
It is a vicious cycle which i do not know how to break. I am suffocating (not literally but you know what i mean). It is a cycle because i feel down for procrastinating aswell and it goes on and on and on.
I will soon get a vaction time off and righ t before that I will get checked by a doctor too so hopefully that will be a good restart of my system ! DAMMIT !

Intentions are to meditate 2 more times, eat clean, drink 90 oz water, & walk/stretch.

Just took a break.
Meditation and self reiki this morning.
Cammed for a little over an hour then all the sudden felt weird- like I had too much caffeine/anxiety type feeling.
Listened to a paraliminal for deep relaxation. Having a snack then hopping back on.

5.5 hrs in and I had to break to meditate. This 15 min breathing awareness session felt good and I'm back to kill the next 3.5 hrs.

Have had 90 oz water. Feeling good. Ate super clean: 1/2 cup brown rice, salmon & power greens, kimchi, and half avocado. Also I've taken some time to stretch.
I feel good going into the last part of this shift.

Super proud of my training session today. Did 37 min cardio on the bike then 10 min weights for arms. My BF loves to make me lift weights. He's super tough on my but also a great motivator and encourages me a whole lot.

Here for a 9 hr shift. Yesterday I did 8.5 and today will be 9. I want another $1k+ this week.
Since I'm not losing any weight training on the bike and lifting, I'm doing an all liquid diet for 10 days to drop 10 lbs. I can only train easy at the gym during. So I'll be doing 30 min easy indoor cycling.

^^^Get it :) I love strength training but not a big fan of cardio- although I need to incorporate in my workouts. What I love about strength training is that not only does my body feel strong, but my mind does too. Just finished an upperbody workout this morning
Your BF sounds awesome :D It's great that he encourages and motivates you.

Yessssss, let's get this money. Today feels good and my first hour was a GO!
Yeah, he's super healthy. I mean eats clean, doesn't do drugs, exercises, and even has a secure attachment style. He's just a beam of positive energy. I feel blessed and like FINALLY I'm getting what I deserve. Plus he's a gorgeous chocolate man. I mean, body like Adonis LOL. THANKS!!!
Yeah, strength PUMPS me UP! I hear that, but a good hard interval session on the bike does too just in a different way. Yeah, both are great but not easy to incorporate daily. I feel that.

2.5 hrs in to a 9 and had to do a quick meditation to ease frustration. My first hour was FAST and a total GO, but it all slowed down and the time wasters were buggin me. So I did a 10 min breathing awareness just to chill and I feel much better.

I will post some videos that I have used that help. (I'll do that on my break) I wrote a workout plan for the resistance bands this morning. It took a bit of a learning curve for me to use them. I have anchor system but want to get the loops- because I want to work on butt :)

The anchor system took sometime to learn the setup and get a good stance- I am 5'10' so I had to position myself a little differently than what the pictures showed.

Yes! I've done it before & it works!
Morning
4 cups water mixed with 2 teaspoons noniodized sea salt
1 cup herbal laxative tea (optional)
Afternoon
6 to 12 10-fluid-ounce glasses lemonade made from water
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
2 tablespoons genuine organic grade B maple syrup
1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Evening
1 cup herbal laxative tea
--I'm taking a cider vinegar/turmeric/ginger/cayenne supplement cause I hate the burn of the cayenne. (only difference)

$38 away from low goal. Earlier it was looking like high goal had some promise. Just going to do my best today

^^You're not the only one who thought it'd be a high goal day. I'm a cambuddy with another SM model who makes about the same as me and does the same hours. She coudln't even hit $100 in 7.5 hrs.
I just got lucky. Yesterday was bad for me and today I lucked out. Hang in there and your best is great enough!!!

^^^ I pushed my high goal today to $300 that's a stretch for me on SM. Low goal is $200 and I getting closer to reaching that

^^Oh I see. My high is $300 too. I don't always hit it. Shit...you're doing well I'd say. Fuck LOL. It takes me forever to hit $300 sometimes having to meditate for long stretches to deal with the deadness.
Hitting high goal in a few hours is a blessing, but it spoils me for the times it takes 8 hrs to do it LOL.

My happy ass set an alarm this morning at 6 am to get online earlier this morning. Glad I did :)
Did my morning journaling and scheduled paraliminal on Peak Performance. Healthy breakfast.
Today is a short day. Plan on editing some content this afternoon and then going out to dinner for a friends birthday tonight.
So far this morning is looking good.

Took all day yesterday off as I was seriously burnt out. I went to the gym at 7am then slept at BF house til 4pm!!! He woke me twice to feed me then I went right back to sleep. We spent some time together last night watching comedy, then we both went to bed at 10pm and I woke at 6:45am totally refreshed.
Taking that time off helped and I'm 110% today.
I have decided against the Master Cleanser diet (all liquid) as my BF mentioned an interesting point: lack of nutrients and such low calories will weaken my immune system. I have asthma and getting covid would be deadly. So I'm just eating clean and training hard.
Today is a short day as I'm going to camathon tomorrow.
Meditated after lunch and I feel ready for 3 more hours on cam.

I needed that in my life. This is my first week back and I'm not getting the "warm welcome" that I was hoping for. Ugh. I need a nap.

Today was brutal for me as well- I planned on working 6 hours, only got in 5 hours. Joints started hurting like a mofo. Took a nap and getting ready to go for a walk.
This morning was really slow moving- I think it was about 3 hours in before I broke a $100. I consider myself a pretty patient person but after the numerous amount of long lulls of silence, then bombarded by timewasters I wanted to gouge my eyes out lol.
Sidenote: Baseball games are on now and NBA is about to start or has started.

All day has been self care. I trained well this AM: 55 min where 30 min was indoor cycle & 25 weights. Have eaten clean & hydrated optimally. Meditated twice for a total of 80 min.

Yesterday and today are self care days.
Felt a bit scattered and restless energy yesterday. Found myself mindlessly on my phone- when I could have been cleaning and doing prep work.
Today is prep work/planning and setting up a doable schedule for the upcoming week.
I feel good about this week- that I am making improvements. I didn't my high goal for the week, but I did make enough to get my bills paid and a bit extra. Also I noticed what to do differently this upcoming week- how much time for workouts and waking earlier. I am meeting my goals or better even if it takes baby stepping.
I am grateful for this forum to use as a tool for accountability and all you badass ladies showing what it takes to crush it and your support and encouragement.

Managed to get all of my prepwork and planning done yesterday.
Meal prep done. I feel I can hit it hard this week. Shooting for streaming 6 hours a day- 5 days this week.
Listened to scheduled paraliminal this morning along with journaling.
Mood: Focused and feel good.
May need to switch my work schedule up as Sundays don't seem what they used to be, but I am sticking with it.
