Day 4 of a 21 day challenge to reprogram my subconscious for wealth and abundance. I listened to the Theta binaural beats with earbuds while streaming. It's uber relaxing and I get my time in for the day.

This is today's session on the bike. I did a 5 min warm up, reset the bike for my 40 min HIT ride, then did a 5 min cool down and stretched. An avg of 151 for 40 min is good. That's def cardio and I need it. I've gained 3 lbs.
My problem is I do so good for two weeks (eat clean, zero soda, and no wine) lose about 5 lbs then fall off and eat some junk and drink wine so I end up gaining the 5 back.

It's bite sized listen, about 17 minutes. It's a good reminder.
Last night I had my cry of disappointment (keeping it real) to get it out of my system, journaled, hopped on here and I am glad I did. Sha you helped me to shift my focus :)
Had a good night's sleep- sleep score was 89. Did my usual morning routine. Felt calm although my heart rate was high during meditation.

The reiki circle was really good last night. I felt really relaxed afterwards- and so did some other healers. It was like having a full body massage done. My visions near the end of sending reiki were near psychedelic- There was this green light shining down, then everything started spinning with bright white light and this flashes of a rainbow.
I forgot to take my fitbit off during the session. You can tell when I started having the visions

^^Right on! When I've done group meditation the vibe is so good and I'm usually far more focused and get really good heart rate stats. Yeah, I can imagine what the frequencies are like. Green? Money vibes?
Damn, those stats are rad. You were super focused and relaxed for the majority of the circle. Your heart rate was super steady. Interesting with that spike in there. That vision had you super alert haha. Made your heart jump. So cool!

Green is also associated with the heart chakra as well. When I was doing self reiki before the circle- I had heavy energy at the heart. Which makes sense-alot of scarcity issues came up for me this week, past programming, blah...blah... blah.
I feel good today.
It was right on.

Really good to hear you're in good spirits. It's such a relief when a bad day is just that--one bad day.
That podcast was great BTW. I like when he said you have to practice an abundant mindset and there are ways you can think to do that. It was just what I needed to listen to.

Got my anxiety free Cerebral Tea today. I'll be drinking a cup a day to see if it prevents derealization. I thought I had gotten over it, but it turns out not. If it works I'll link it here.
Also trying to quit nicotine vape. Bought a vitamin B 12 vape. I'll be using my nicotine vape less for the next 3 days & the vitamin vape instead. I'll post progress.

What is derealization?
It's pretty bad and almost everyone will have at least one experience with it in their lifetime. It's a form of dissociation due to large amounts of stress or anxiety. It's a coping mechanism I used as a child to deal with severe emotional trauma. It feels like the world is unreal: like things that are usually familiar feel foreign and unfamiliar. Your heart rate skyrockets and negative thoughts of catastrophe flood your brain. I have it once a week. So once a week I feel like I'm dying or about to die. That's not an exaggeration: it's really that bad. I have had Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps me cope with the symptoms, but it hasn't eliminated all episodes. I'm still on a mission for a cure.

^^Mos def! I have had 4 puffs today and feel really good, but I can't say it's all due to the vitamin vape as I'm super stoked with my earnings. I'll give a proper update tomorrow :)

You definitely can feel panicked. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble too. Panic and anxiety attacks are horrible :(
I had CBT for 6 months and have some skills in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and some skills in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I do not take medication for it. I meditate daily and do yoga as well as exercise M-F. I eat a gut healthy diet and hydrate optimally. I try to get 8-9 hrs rest a night.
The best skill to practice is acceptance and just living life normally. I am really kind to myself when I have these episodes. I talk to myself like I would my best friend. I have been using box breathing during episodes which helps. I'll do box breathing for 10-15 min and feel slightly better.
I hear you: quitting is hard! I'm going to get 0 nicotine (just flavor) for my vape today and try that for a few days. I hope I can do it. How are you trying to quit?

I'm going to take today off to just self care. I plan to balance and cleanse chakras as well as cleanse my aura. Today I'll do a pink himalayan salt detox and eat clean plus hydrate optimally. I haven't had a day off in 7 days so it's time to rest.

Had a derealization episode yesterday. UGH! I just hate them. I drank 3 cups of the anxiety free tea which didn't help at all. I think I have to drink the tea everyday for at least a week to see results.
B12 vitamin vape seems to give me energy. I can only take 10 inhilations a day so it's not like a regular vape. Got 0mg juice and have been vaping only flavor for 24 hrs. Going ok.
Got in a 15 min meditation during my shift as it has been super slow.

OMFG, weighed myself & I'm 152 now. Goal weight is 140 lbs. I said I was gonna stop fast food & wine then hit gym hard but that 1k+ week was stressful! I skipped gym twice last week & ordered Uber Eats plus sodas cause I was so busy camming. FUCK! Gonna have to do the Sea Salt flush all week now & stop fast food.
Feeling totally defeated!
Gym was hard after 5 days off. Strength trained an hr w BF. Damn I'm beat. Now I gotta stream 6 hrs w zero energy. Ugh!

I finished my last portrait about 3 weeks ago and BF has been asking if I'm painting. I told him it's expensive to print what I need to work with so he had me send him 4 images to work with. He printed them off the next day. I legit cried when I saw them. He's super sweet and healthy. I'm so grateful to have him in my life.
I get depressed this time of year and I need to paint to have some positive outlet, so I'll start a new painting tomorrow.
I missed gym this AM due to being totally exhausted, but BF missed gym too (we are partners) so I don't feel too bad. I hope training regularly and painting keep me from going into a deep depression. My depressions get so bad I have to check myself into a hospital to get stable. Hopefully this year that doesn't happen.

Shit, good for you. Yeah, I take those self care days too. Days to just chill and feed a craving should help to ease pain. I'm ready to have a burger myself lol. I'm glad you could play a game and escape. That's super healthy too. I have a friend who games and it helps her cope with anxiety and such. Glad to hear you're ok.

I didn't work yesterday, although I had planned on it.
Dealt with crying spells really bad this weekend. Once they started it seemed I couldn't get it to stop. I think the attunement I received on Sunday triggered a healing crisis- which is not a bad thing- just speeds up the process of getting rid of what doesn't serve. I had attempted to clear the air with someone close to me and I was completely shut down. Good thing from that is I know what I need to do differently- that is taking care of myself and putting myself first.
Yesterday morning I practice a Sha Mudra Meditation- something that I learned in the most recent reiki class- intention is to do that for 21 days for the cleansing process. I still had a hard time getting over the crying spells- and depressive thoughts were coming up. I listened to a paraliminal "Fresh Start" then I baby stepped from there- just focusing on doing one thing- still had the crying spells. I was seriously thinking about checking myself into the hospital yesterday morning. I decided that I would give it three days, and if it didn't stop in that time then I would get help. (side note- I was not having any self harm thoughts.)
Then I got the phone call for an interview yesterday and I got the job! That turned things around. I called my Dad and for the first time he actually actively listened to me- I was shocked and happy! Then I delivered cupcakes to my daughter for her birthday.
I am excited about the job. I think I am going to like it and be good at it. Still going to cam part timer once I start, because I am accomplishing my goals by doing what ever it takes. I just had to change the way to get there.
I am so happy and incredibly grateful right now :)

Been drinking the anxiety free tea for 11 days. It's been 6 days since I've had a derealization episode. They usually hit every 6-8 days. I feel well despite the stress from a lower hrly on cam. I am using affirmations such as I handle anxiety well and I manage my stress well. Hopefully this all works to prevent further episodes.
My kiddo's emotional support dog is here with me for 5 days. He's incredible sweet. I love him. We just had our second walk of the day and now he's right by my bed in his bed and I just feel so safe and relaxed.
I've been doing the new money manifestation meditation nightly now for 15 min. I'm trying to manifest a large settlement as I have an open case that should reach resolution in the next couple months. Hoping for BIG MONEY!!!
2.5+ hrs on cam and it's seriously dead for me. $26 and I'm starting to get very bored. I have 8 hrs planned today. Not sure if I can do it. I'll meditate here soon to shift mood.

I bought a 2lb bag of Kava and that shit is legit. Made my mouth super numb lol. And yes, it's very soothing...however does not reduce the feelings of panic I experience with derealization. Even stronger drugs like Ativan do not work to eliminate the episodes once they start. It's extremely discouraging :(

GIRL my mouth never went numb and apparently too much of it can be dangerous, you might want to check your dose. I know what you mean though because IME things like calming supplements soothe with little things like day-to-day annoyances, but they won’t help big issues/big triggers.
