Today is a day of just all self care. I am hitting all areas of the self care wheel to be prepared for next week where I'll stream 40 hrs. Today I'm just going to be really good to myself. It's starting off nicely with 8.5 hrs of exceptional sleep. Meeting weekly goal really helped ease my mind and I was able to sleep very, very well. It was the first time in a long time. Getting a sleep score of 88 is killer. I can do anything today lolollll:

I plan to meditate, eat right, hydrate, read from a self help book, vid chat with a couple friends, have a lunch date, watch some stand up comedy and laugh, listen to self love affirmations, do some LOA visualizations, paint a little, type up a list of 30 things I love about myself (for reference when I get derealized and second guess myself), and clean up a bit around the apt.

It was so nice I slept 9.5 hrs and don't even wanna be on cam today lololll.

Yeah, a day of self care where you can play that game and go out in nature would be so good for you. That sun will warm you up and give you that vit D :)

^Same :( the beautiful sunshine outside is taunting me! I have to take advantage of today before the contest starts at 7pm since Sundays normally carry the weight in my paycheck... eep hope I didn't just jinx myself. I don’t think I’ll have time to enjoy a proper hike, but I can at least sit out on my deck and get some fresh air- with my coat on since it’s still cold lol

Mmmhmm I can make $300+ one day then the next make $24 in 8 hrs doing the same exact shit lolololll.

You just never know. You can do all the right stuff, but if there isn't traffic or the paying kind it can suck so bad.

My PMS is really kicking in as I'm extremely irritated with the lack of sales and traffic on both SM and MFC.

I only did 2.5 hrs splitting but was so pissed with a total of just $27 that I had to meditate.

The session was good with Theta (green) really high which is ideal in meditation:

But I've been back on cam now for 30 min and I'm ready to strangle someone. Damn, this PMS shit is bad. I don't know if I can STFO lololll. I want blood hahahaaa.

Extremely frustrated with my weight. I'm now the heaviest I've been in 9 years. I have, for the last two months, done smoothies and restricted calories severely and haven't lost any weight.

I stopped training at the gym because I'm at just 1,100 calories a day. 9 days with Skinny Greens and not seeing a change.

I'm going to give this calorie restriction til the end of this month, then I'm going back to training at the gym cardio and HIIT.

It's really pissing me off. I was a fitness instructor and know how to lose weight. Being 43 is not a fun age right now in regard to my weight. I DO NOT like being big at all!!!

UPDATE:

This new guy I'm seeing has just agreed to be my training partner at the gym nearby starting next month. That's it! I'm slimming down for real!

Recent self care- BOUNDARIES!!!!!

I have a male friend that since the pandemic some of the context of his emails have been- ugh- he hasn't ever spoke to me in person like that. I addressed it this morning. Then when I went online a recent big spender comes into my room and starts asking questions (I let it slide the other day because of a migraine) so I told him we can discuss it in exclusive. My friend replied - he apologized and I could tell he was pissy about it. I feel kind of disappointed about it, but life goes on.

Got a new tarot deck in today and I am looking forward to playing with it this weekend. Reiki session is scheduled for Saturday.

My stomach has gotten bigger & often times that's due to cortisol. So I can agree with that. I've been in the camp of portion control, exercise, & yoga to lose or maintain. That all worked until about a year ago. My body is different at 43. I thought as a last resort I'd try the restriction, but it's made me gain.

The greens I am on however have Ashwagandha which regulates cortisol. I'll keep with it, but I'm def going back to the gym.

I'm happier getting daily cardio on the bike in. It's meditative. While I didn't really lose at the gym in the 8 months I went with ex, I didn't gain a bunch.

In my experience stress-reducing herbs work for minor things, they have a more subtle effect. They don't help as much when it comes to bigger, overwhelming things and chronic stress.

Maybe with your diet, since it seems like you do a lot of greens, you could focus on upping your protein intake? An adequate protein intake is necessary for the body for many reasons. I've been really trying to up my protein and vegetable intake an eating healthy meals more-often-than-not. Also are you on any medications? They can really fuck with people's weights.

Yes, I am doing 24g of protein each smoothie with the greens. I'm getting about 90g carbs, 60g (good fat), 70g protein a day.

I take the same med I've taken since 2015. It's weight neutral :)

I wonder if this is my problem. I've gained weight in the past 18 months and most of it has gone directly to my stomach. There's a thick layer of fat on my belly that doesn't seem proportional to the rest of my body. Sometimes I literally look pregnant because it sticks out while the rest of me looks 'normal'.

I stopped drinking beer/alcohol almost a year ago thinking that it was just a beer belly, but it never went away. I exercise a little bit (not a lot) and while I don't count calories, I don't eat very much in general. I stay away from junk food & desserts, I don't snack, I only drink water/tea etc.

But still my belly is big and I've been puzzled as to why this is. I guess I'll do some research into cortisol.

It’s a cloudy overcast day but it’s like 50something degrees so good enough to take off the furniture covers on the deck and get some fresh air. My boyfriend is bringing back spicy garlic olive oil & a baguette from the market so I’m going to get fat sitting outside snacking and do some drawing. It should be a relaxing activity before I go to cam tonight. I took yesterday off cuz I wasn't feeling it

I really want to start using my bird feeder again but the birds go through the ENTIRE 2 lb feeder in one day, sometimes even overnight, like they really chow down. At that rate I go through food these guys are basically my pets. Sorry if no one cares about this but birds are so cute and my cats love them too

That or raccoons could be annihilating the bird food- they do that at my Dad's place. They have been known to carry off the bird feeders :D

I didn't know that there was a Zig Ziglar video on Amazon- I've been hunting for something good to watch on Prime- got it added to my watch list.

Hmm I think it’s mostly squirrel proof since the lid is locked but they could still get into the tray, although it's pretty narrow. I get entire flocks of birds like 20 birds at one time, all different types at once. They all sit along the railing and take turns it’s soo cute to watch. And they come back throughout the day until the food is gone.

I’ve only ever seen one squirrel and he wasn’t very successful, he kept falling off. Honestly I love squirrels too so wouldn’t mind if they ate just a little but not too much!

I found out my cat needs exploratory surgery. If it's what the vet thinks he saw on x-ray, it should be an easy fix. Here's hoping!

Right now she's on antibiotics so she's feeling a little better. Her name is Mia and she's almost 2 years old.

Hoping Mia will be ok and that it's nothing serious! My 8 y/o cat had exploratory surgery (overnight at an emergency vet) when he was also 2 y/o. He was still sick for another week while under the care of my normal vet. It was very scary and stressful, didn't even bother with camming, but he's all better now!

I can understand why you took that time off. It has been hard to cam under all this stress. I have been slacking on my hours but trying not to be too hard on myself about it.

ive got my olaplex in my hair, about to put a sheet mask on and watch lord of the rings part 3.
after going to starbucks outside ( no one around safe) with my dog and husband on a nice evening coffee date.
my period is due so im going to give it a few days break from camming.
i am a bit overwhelmed with my other 2 businesses that i run, they are so busy right now.
just trying to take some time here. i couldnt sleep all night worried about some orders for my business that are in process.

Self care this weekend- had my reiki session on Friday and she did a lot of clearing. The tarot reading beforehand was really positive and indicated some of the recent challenges with family. She gifted me a lumerian seed crystal and suggested another crystal for me to pick up as well. I had recently experienced a momentary anxiety last weekend in reference to my goals for last week- (I was $10 shy from meeting it- I was happy regardless) One thing that she said that stuck out to me is the only limits we have are the ones we put on ourselves.

I got to visit my grandma in her room yesterday- she has been up and down. Another family member has some serious health issues- but sounds like that will be resolved.

Today on break the kiddo and I spent some time with my sister and we resumed our monthly Sunday Funday. It was good to see her and vent about the family drama.

First day back in a new gym with a new man. He's a tennis coach and sweet as cherry pie. We are training together. I'm uber happy!

The bikes at the new gym are rad. I've trained on them before and love the training zones breakdown. Since I've been sedentary for 2 months I have to build my aerobic base back up so it's just aerobics for a couple weeks.

Damn, it felt so easy today. I'm used to HIIT and that high intensity rush. Instead I feel energized and happy so not bad at all. The session felt really easy, but it has to for a bit.

Super happy with my new guy. He paid for both our fees today without batting an eyelash. He's super generous and I love it. He even bought me a dozen roses a week ago. Sigh, it's about time someone is willing to worship me haha.

Still going strong with the Super Youth Skinny Greens which give me all kinds of good energy all day long. My new guy also bought me some supplements with Elderberry, Vit C, Vit D3, Garlic Bulb, and Echinacea. I've been taking them for a week and feel amazing!

Will keep going with smoothies for the next couple months but will increase calories as I'm training again. I'll be at 1700 calories a day now.

Very pleased with cam and life currently. Things are on an upswing and I'm happy AF.

Day 2 in gym & my BF is a work horse! His work ethic matches my own & we really help one another complete sets.

I haven't strength trained in 2+ months & legs today after 30 min aerobics kicked my ass. Doing 4 sets of 10 squats assisted with 50 lbs was torture! The last 2 of the last 3 sets were such a struggle. BF was like "you got this!" which really helped cause I didn't want to finish lololll.

Being around him reduces stress quite a bit. We play ping pong, watch lots of stand up comedy, & laugh.

I'm going to try 25 hrs this week on SM during this contest. I'm not looking forward to it, but I have to. Last week was good $wise, but I need this week to be decent to be ok.

Day 3 in gym. BF is a workhorse for real! He's so strong lololll. He's not very big, but my god is he strong. He lifts as much as my ex and he's a whole lot smaller. It's kinda crazy. But he plays tennis all the time so I guess that's where he gets all his power.

I was only able to get in 23 min of aerobics, but all of it was in the right zone pretty much. Feel good about that.

We did some strength today: arms. Dear LORD, help was on my mind lololll. Biceps and triceps sucked. 4 sets of 10 at a weight I used to train at? Ewwwww, my arms were on fire and BF was like you got this...but I was thinkin oh hell no hahahaaaa

I've been eating more and very happy about it. Being on 1,000 calories a day really sucked and I can have more carbs now too which is such a relief. I love those things.

Missed meditation yesterday so will def get it in today. I've also hardly done any painting. I really need to get on it. My new piece has been sitting for more than a week now.

Going to play ping pong tomorrow and totally stoked about it. BF bought some pro paddles and 3 star balls so we can play with the right equipment. Ping pong is one of my fav games of all time. I've been playing it for about 9 years now. I'm actually really good. I get a pretty good workout from it too which is a total plus.

I’ve been doing a lot of energy work. I have a feeling it will pay off this April. I just have a feeling I’m going to start making SW money if I just hold on a little longer. I’m reading about camming today. Tomorrow I have my sex worker meeting and I’m going to self-care afterwards-maybe watvh beyond the secret. I’m going to spend sometime Tuesday updating my photos, making clips, and making a schedule, and setting my rates. Oh and I need to download music from SM’s library. I really want to revamp my room and hustle. I’m going for upscale look and performance. Wends I’ll spend all day budgeting. Thursday is the 1 st a months and I’m going to set a schedule and stick to it. My illness is getting better to the point and can work full time. I hate taking time off, but I have a feeling it will pay off in April. All of April I’m

Spent the last 3 days with BF at his parents house dog sitting. His father is a lawyer and the house is fat!!! It must be so nice to live like that. I said the my BF he must feel claustrophobic in my apt as it's so tiny. He said he likes it just fine.

We played lots of table tennis as his dad has a table in the garage and watched funny movies. It felt like a mini vacation as I took that time off cam too.

Back to the gym tomorrow and thank god. I ate so many carbs the last 3 days. Damn lolollll. I'm gonna turn into a carb hahahaaaa.

Yellow light is anything that helps you sell (the stuff you that makes it possible to get in front of your customer and sell) getting ready for work, making content to sell
Red light is like paper work and administrative stuff( signing up for new sites,researching things on stripper web)

They say you want to do mostly green light.

That's an interesting concept. I can see why an illness would have you in yellow. It's great you're aware of it & you're focusing on green now.

I wouldn't say that I have been a heavy hitter when it comes to self care recently.

The weather has been nicer so I pulled myself out of potato mode on Saturday and took my happy ass out for a walk at the park, and did went for a walk on Sunday after visiting family.
Without fail I still journal every morning- and been putting more focus into gratitude to keep my mind right. My application for Pineapple Support group on Bouncing Back from Burnout was accepted. I am looking forward to that it starts on April 22.

In the morning I am doing a quick 5 minute yoga routine to wake my body up. Morning yoga seems to be a good pick me up to get my day started.

The kiddo and I are going to hang out for a bit today on my afternoon break. Routines seem to be helping and doing just a little bit of self care each day is better than none :)

Fri it will be two weeks in the gym. Training feels good and BF is super at showing up on time and working hard. I'm doing 30 min aerobics til next week where I can finally do some HIT at higher intensity. We do 30 min strength every session.

Slacked on meditation for a bit, but I did meditate yesterday. Will def meditate today.

Got my greens and I already have more energy. Still eating clean with the exception of a few cheat meals. Still drinking about 90 oz water a day.
