^^^good job hun.

I’ve cammed for a week sober! Oh my god. It got to a point where my drinking was a problem. I just can’t drink anymore. I can’t just have one-it eventually becomes problematic. I’ve been losing weight since I quit drinking, but it’s worth it. I need to drink more water too.

Thanks. Yeah, I used to like to have a couple glasses towards the end of my shifts and have a lil buzz, but the Dr is right: too much wine is bad for me--even though it was just 2 glasses a day. I think a moderate amount is 1 glass of red wine a day. That extra glass just did a lot of harm.

Had a derealization episode today. Took CBD that really messed me up. I think the dose was little too high. However, the meditation session revealed decent brainwave activity especially Gamma (red).

I trained on the bike today and I've found the proper wrist placement which resulted in more accurate stats. There aren't any drops to below fat burning level like they used to. I just have to wear the device higher on my wrist and tighter. Very pleased with this HIIT session: 30 sec to zone 5 then 30 sec to zone 1 and repeat.

I have 10 hrs planned today on cam. I've already meditated once, did some EFT, and I'm ready to go the distance.

Plans are to eat well, hydrate fully, and break when necessary.

I hope self care sees me through. Gonna try my best today!!!

I couldn't imagine dry fasting tho. I have to drink about 120 oz water a day with my 1 hr training session. I can't stand dehydration. I feel it bad fast when I don't drink when I need to. It's gotta be dangerous for you then.
The body isn’t stupid and knows how to utilise water from fat and I don’t even have that much! Maybe being fat adapted helps but I often teach HIIT dry fasted. Obviously being fully hydrated helps. Probably. But downing copious amounts of plain water will do an excellent job of dehydration due to flushing out electrolytes. I’m a PT also and have turned around countless self proclaimed hopeless cases.

Sure if you're drinking 64 oz in less than an hour. I'm talking about consuming 120 oz over a 10 hr period. I have 12 certs in everything from exercise physiology and breathing techniques to heart rate training and aerobic exercise. I'm certainly not doing that. I appreciate your concern.

^^^i love that we’re all certified personal trainers! I’m not practicing, but it’s my cover story.

Anyways, my self care is ignoring negative thoughts in my head and focusing on my recovery. Losing my job, my health, and the pandemic have really almost destroyed me in every way possible. If I wasn’t such a fighter, I’d be screwed. My main focus is getting my money right.

I did this before work.

Trained 1 hr+ at the gym this AM. HIIT on the bike for 32 min and strength for 38 min. Crushed my active zone min too with 116 (150 is suggested for the week). Today was legs and core. Legs seriously get my heart pumping. I was cardio the whole leg session. I did leg press, hamstring curls, calf extensions, and back extensions which also target glutes.

I feel fantastic! My plans for self care today are to meditate, nap, eat clean, and have a total of 120 oz water.

UPDATE:

Meditated, napped, ate clean, and have had 90 oz water so far. Had a rad lucid dream during my nap. I didn't want to get up haha.

I'm back on cam. 4 hrs 44 min done and I'm gonna do 2 more hours. Gotta do the time man, gotta do the time.

Yesterday was my day off and it was oh so nice. I did go to the gym and do an hour: 30 min HIIT on the bike and 30 min arms and core. I ate clean all day, hydrated fully, meditated, napped, did chores, and watched some very inspiring YouTube vids about self discipline and motivation. Man, it felt so good to just basically relax all day.

Today I've finished gym: 40 min HIIT on the bike and 23 min Legs. Damn, leg day is just so, uhh, hard haha...but it feels good to get it in.

Will be eating clean, hydrating, meditating, doing some EFT, and getting a nap in. I've got a long day ahead of me and I pray it's a good one.

No expectations just hopes. Gonna try to remain positive and vibe high.

UPDATE:

Well, it's abysmal on cam & time to meditate & nap.

Still going strong with Synctuition. It's my preference for meditation & has really amplified lucid dreaming.

^^^i know right. I did the journey one last night and her voice is comforting. One specific issue I have is self sabotage. I also did EFT for self-sabatoge afterward. Today, I woke up at 6am, ate, and worked out right away. That’s something I’ve been working on forever! I normally oversleep and work out eventually around late afternoon. I think the meditation really helped me with that. I plan on doing it when I’m struggling with my self-sabatoge and I need a little boost.

I’m not doing any specific coaching program. I’m just kinda organically doing whatever I need to in the moment to take care of myself emotionally and physically. Except for my financial coaching-that’s my main priority. I’m pretty strict with that because it’s easy for me to overspend. I really have to be strict with my budgeting and earning. It’s a lot of fun hanging out with other financially successful women. My financial coach teaches orgasmic manifesting, so I’m pretty sure if I was open about my work she wouldn’t judge. I still don’t tell people though-too many bad experiences.

I’m going to work for the rest of the week. Sunday and Monday I’ll rest, but I’m doing some sex worker educational classes to learn other ways to make money on other platforms than SM. I don’t think it’s good to be dependent on one platform. Actually, I don’t think it’s good to rely on one employer period. We learned that with the pandemic it’s important to have different sources of income. I’m so thankful for sex work! It helped me survive the pandemic! I can’t wait to thrive instead of just survive.

Thanks for letting me share. Helps to keep me accountable and I hope it’s of benefit others as well.

^^Well fuckin done! Actually working out in the morning is the preferred method for success as most ppl have the best energy at that time or the freshest energy. I have to train in the AM or I won't do it. Good for you.

The hardest part, I used to always say to students, is getting through the door. Once you're in and get that warm up going it's easy. But showing up is the hardest part. Glad you showed up for yourself.

Yeah, the meditation was ace. I did it right after waking up and fell back to sleep hahahaaa. I'll do the next one in the afternoon when I'm more awake.

Yeah, I rely on SM and it stresses me out when I can't make $1k+ a week. I try, but some weeks you just can't.

Trained with C today and thank God, cause it was hard. He really keeps me motivated and accountable.

I did a different HIIT session today on the indoor bike. 5 min warm up, 20 sec all out sprints (hard AF), 2 min easy recovery, 6 sets, then a 5 min cool down.

I had the resistance cranked waaaaay the fuck up. I was producing almost 400 watts which is tremendous yet I still couldn't get my heart rate up above like 150 bpm. I really felt it in the legs tho. They were burning the fuck up lolollll. I totally fell in love with the session and will be rotating this with the other HIIT I usually do.

55005

Then C and I did strength. Chest, arms, and core. Damn, my arms are feeling mighty weak and bench press? Forget about it. I was really struggling, but C kept at me haha.

One of the greatest forms of self-care is self-advocacy. That means starting sentences with 'i want, I need, I require, I expect' without the need to start with an 'I'm sorry' or 'lol' at the end.
It's amazing how much better you're treated when you advocate for yourself.

I love treating myself everyday to Starbucks as a self-care routine and I am pretty annoyed, agitated and bothered that my regular Starbucks won't open til 10am due to lack of staff. They always open at 5:30am. I like to be there at 7am. Drinking hot chocolate and iced coffee while I do my hoe make up there as I'm being admired by fuckboys.

Had to go to a different Starbucks for the past few days and these hoes don't know who I am... they don't know how Starbuck policy works so that created some "misunderstandings". I've been a Starbucks Hoe for over 15 years, longer than these hoes have been working there. Reached out to Starbucks to voice my experience. They apologized and loaded money onto my Starbucks app. It's not even about that, it's about having my experience heard and validated. Self-care feels so good!

Went to bed early last night so I could be ready for 8 hrs today. I slept soooo good!

Had a rad dream early AM about a very young toddler who needed a diaper change in a bad way. I took her to the bathroom to wash her up when an evil entity (female) popped in the room.

I had the baby on my hip & with one hand grabbed the evil entity, sternly said "you are not welcome here", & threw her out the bathroom window.

I tried closing the window but she blocked my attempt. I said again, but louder, "you are not welcome here! God will not allow it", & began praying. She shrunk back, I closed the window, then cleaned up the baby.

The baby wasn't even scared. She was fine. I was fine. It all felt so empowering.

So since my Dr said wine needs to be cut out and suggested fish oil as a supplement, I've cut back on wine a whole lot and I'm taking fish oil along with a thyroid supplement and apple cider detox supplement every AM.

I'm also doing Beyond Greens with plant based protein powder before gym then a smoothie right after gym with:

power greens
brazil nuts
pumpkin seeds
chia seeds
blueberries
plant based protein powder
water
ice

which gives me plenty of carbs and fills me right up until lunch where I have a relatively low carb high protein high good fat mini meal and for dinner usually a bit more carbs protein and good fat.

I'm only going to train HIIT 3 times a week on the bike then do 2 easy aerobic days but strength train different muscle groups 5 days a week. Training was awesome this AM and I got all the active zone minutes I needed for the day (90).

I missed meditation yesterday so today I'll be getting that in and also a nap.

Me too! I was drinking almost everyday before I logged on. I slipped and had a few drinks last week-I’ve been going through some grief. I’m gonna get some fake drinks to wean myself off. I’d like to stop drinking completely, but I’ve definitely cut down. It’s almost impossible to stay in shape and drink. Maybe if you’re only drinking on special occasions, but I can’t just have one. So I really need to just say no altogether.

I saw my therapist today-which I REALLY needed-this world is so crazy I tell ya. Helps to just talk to a sane person. It’s nice to talk to someone about “politics” who doesn’t have an agenda-now that everything has been politicized. I’m taking a critical thinking class there’s so much misinformation I feel like I need to be able to be careful of the media I’m consuming-there’s so much negativity on social media.

Right now my financial self-care is a priority. I’m going to a meeting about raising rates. I’m gonna keep rates the same for now, but they definitely need to be raised. I lowered them when SM was glitching the hell out last week. I didn’t know if it was SM or my rates that were the problem.

I’m doing a lot of marketing work. I’m going to focusing on selling and I’ll work on marketing and content creation in June. Right now I just need to sell, sell, sell. Plus I can use any clips from SM for others income sources. Right now I just need to make money! I made a 40 hour work week schedule and I’m sticking to it!

Going to be back in the game soon. Have been sick on and off for two weeks now and now my sinuses are clogged and inflamed. Nice! The headache is unbelievable. Also having some small things with my heart lately (extrasystoles). Very scary. Its probably stress but better to check it out since arrhythmias run in my family.

Did a covid test this morning and damn I am not a wuss but thats painful AF. Why can't they just draw some blood? That hurts less, lol. But I am negative, so thats good.

Been not taking care of myself lately . Lots of stress which resulted in this medical shit, a mental breakdown, immune system went down, everything at the same time. Ready to go back in the game. Worked for a little while Sat afternoon, had a great day and finally made goal in a GS!

On the program for the next week to start with:

- Doctor to get some antibiotics and a blood and heart workup.
- Holistic massage to relax
- Healing my body with good food and yoga
- Quit smoking
- Exposure therapy

Today at the gym I went really hard since I took yesterday off. For cardio I did 25 min of HIIT on the indoor bike. 5 min warm up, 30 sec all out sprints, 30 sec easy recovery, 15 sets, then 5 min cool down. That session was HARD lol but I got it in.

55107

Then I did legs and core. For legs I did 10 reps x 4 sets all increasing weight by about 10-15 lbs: leg press, hamstring curls, calf extensions, back extensions which also targets glutes then ended with some core work.

55115

I've REALLY cut back on wine and have had about 8 glasses in almost a whole month. I'm taking fish oil supplement daily, apple cider detox, and a thyroid supplement in the AM with my Beyond Greens and plant based protein powder. I also drink about 20 oz of water in the AM before gym along with green tea kombucha with lemon, ginger, and honey.

When I get back from gym I have a smoothie:

Power greens
Plant based protein powder
Pumpkin seeds
Chia seeds
Brazil nuts
Blueberries
Water
Ice

At gym I have 34 oz water and when I get back home I start on another 34 oz but usually finish that in 2 hrs.

My diet is super clean with complex carbs, high good fats, and plenty of protein. I rarely cheat. I might have a burger once a week.

Meditation has been good and I'm getting in sometimes 2 sessions a day as well as an afternoon nap. HIIT really makes me tired about 2-3 hrs after gym.

Despite all the hard work in the gym (going on 3.5 months M-F for an hour) I have gained weight and not lost any inches. I'm at a loss. I'll be talking to my Dr again this week to find out what's really going on.

Good question. They are regular and last about 7 to 8 days. I don't miss or skip. All of my lab results reveal I'm very healthy the Dr says just triglycerides are just about at the high level (not dangerous) and my protein is a little low so I've been bumping up my protein intake.

I've been reading about hormonal issues too and plan to talk to her tomorrow about it. I called today but the office was closed for lunch and I had some chores to complete so I'll call first thing in the AM.

Something isn't right tho. I'm doing everything right diet wise, hydration wise, exercise wise, sleep wise, and relaxation wise so it's very confusing when she says I'm totally healthy.

If I have to get more tests done I will. Being this overweight isn't ok for me. I don't want to be skinny. My ideal weight is 145-150 lean at 5'5". That's actually athletic and desirable.

Thanks for asking. It helps me narrow down possibilities ya know?

I'll be talking to my Dr again this week to find out what's really going on.

try cutting the wine completely if you can! that helped me. but yeah the struggle is real.
hang in there. you may have to keep cutting food until you loose as i told you via PM 1200 calories didnt work for me i had to be 900 or below to loose . there is no easy answer to thyroid issues. hang in there until you find your method and what feels best
i also found that when i work out i gain inches and weight.

Self-care is calling for Chick Fil A for dinner... craving their delicious homophobic crispy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a large diet coke! Been on a Chick Fil A kick lately and no regrets.

I sure did! I get asked a lot if I knew Chick Fil A is anti gay because they've donated to anti gay organizations.

I always knew but a lot of gay are also anti Trans so I will continue to eat their delicious homophobic crispy chicken sandwich and waffle fries and NOT feeling a single fuck of guilt!

Still meditating to Synctuition journeys. Most days I follow the path & meditate on the next journey in line for the level; some days I revisit my list of favorites & stray because some of the previous journeys give me such good feels.

Well, I've just completed level 5 & I'm ready to level up. Really excited about what's to come.

Self care lately has been sprucing up the deck with flowers & enjoying the atmosphere with a good book. The cicadas have arrived but not in swarms yet- I think they are pretty cute with their beady red eyes. Currently LOVING Ira Levin’s The Stepford Wives (1972). I have my mom’s ancient weathered copy and it even has one of her teacher’s names inside the flap. Haha love it. Reminds me of a silly roleplay I did where I pretended to be a fembot that kept malfunctioning and glitching. Looking forward to reading more by Mr. Levin!

I have to to venture down south soon for my cousin’s pandemic wedding… so big self care goal is mentally preparing for that. Got my second vaccine shot yesterday and the nurse advised me to still wear a mask to the wedding if indoors so um hopefully my mom's entire Republican side of the fam doesn't get all up in arms with me..

Shopping at Trader Hoes makes me happy. They have lot of organic stuff and their prices are awesome. I love that they will empty your grocery from the cart or basket for you. I love being served when I do grocery shopping. Publix needs to take notes, okay?!

Made mashed potato, sauteed baby broccoli and oven baked salmon. I really enjoy cooking about 3 times a week as self-care.

Gym was pretty low intensity today. My resting heart rate is a little elevated so I just did an easy aerobic ride for 25 min then did arms plus core.

I meditated and took a nap. Felt so good.

I've eaten clean all day so far (been up since 4am as I went to bed at 6pm CST haha) and I've had 64 oz water. Gonna be bad and get a cheeseburger for dinner :D

if you loved to be served you would love cancunsmexico. here housecleaners are expected to do everything. mine washed my makeup brushes organizes my makeup drawer, cuts all the veggies for dinner pre chop the ingredients sets up my cam room, i pay double what everyone else does so i dont feel too bad. but some people here go to far... i used to have my old housecleaner help me blow dry my hair, or do hair styles for me, sometimes make dinner.
others here
they have their maid push their cart at the grocery store for them, make them smoothies, hand them lunch on a tray, cook their dinner, do anything and everything.
some of these stay at home "moms" dont lift a finger. they have teams of 3 . nanny for the new born full time, housecleaner, and an extra "whatever i need" domestic helper.

they go to the gym all day do spin classes lunches with friends, hair and shopping while 3 nannys do all the work and their husband slaves at a 9 to 5 lol.

not my cup of tea its too much for me to let someone serve me to that level .. but hey. but live and let live.

What a life! I dont feel so guilty now that my twice a week cleaning lady takes it upon herself to periodically clean our shoes. She's a real sweetie, if I'm doing admin at my desk she'll gently go round my hands to dust the keyboard and she's done with her jobs early she hangs out with my pets. Love her!
