Decided to do a hip opening yoga session as I sit so much on cam. That yoga session felt good.

Update: oh goodness. Today is just wretched. Anxiety real bad despite a good start. Then a really unhappy member on SM called me a bitch for not indulging him in free chat.

I just want to give up.

Instead I meditated on abundance & it's clear I'm stressed. HR is in the 80s BPM instead of the 60s:

Additional update: calories waaaaay under 1500. Quite happy about this. Vibration is up & I'm now ready, after a clean dinner, to knock out 3 more hrs. Please wish me luck or syncronisity or whatever your girl can use this evening.

Last update: Back hurts pretty bad and I cut an 8hr shift to 6hrs. I'm running an epsom salt bath with coconut oil, listening to Deepak Chopra's meditations on Love Sutras, and I'm going to wind down for the night.

Slept 7 hrs well and started the morning off right: 15 min wealth and abundance affirmations, coffee (my fave caramel macchiato), and got on cam. I've gotten 4 exclusive shows already which is great as I'm on 6 hrs earlier than I'm scheduled.

I plan to cam 10 hrs today. I'll take an hr break then another hr break for yoga.

Since my back and hips take a big hit on cam, I did another hip opening yoga session. I'll be doing this same class every morning to keep myself in good working condition as I sit indian style so much:

That class got my HR up to 138 BPM and it felt damn good. My intention is to keep calories below 1500, drink 80 oz water, and take breaks when my mood dips. I'll be meditating today too.

Here we go: 10 hrs is the goal and I want $1000 for the week. You got this Sha!

First update: meditated real quick on abundance. HR slightly elevated but I feel fine. Was super focused during that session. Mood is good:

Calories a little high: only 971 left for 8 hrs. Will need to eat fruit & sardines. I'm good on carbs already. Also hydration levels on point: 50 oz so far. I'm getting GTFO for 2 more hrs then I'll break an hr for yoga.

Second update: 5 hrs in; taking 2 hrs to play ping pong instead of yoga. I need fun. I'm not even close to the goal for today. Ugh! But I'm gonna keep my vibration up.

Calories good: a little over 800 for the rest of the day & water is met: 84 oz. Yessssss!

Last update: calories just at 1500. I can have a banana before bed and be good. Water is at about 100 oz (I had wine). And mood is exceptional.

I've made it 9 hrs and I'm at 78% of goal. Holy shit...I did a lot. I've had some really great shows and a lot of memorable foot shows. I'm a foot girl, so I love foot play.

The pay period is over and I'm done. Time for an epsom salt and coconut oil bath to some chill ambient music.

I didn't hit the hefty goal I set for myself, but I got damn close. Pretty proud of myself.

Today is off to a good start despite less sleep: 6 hrs felt like good sleep (but I'll take Benadryl tonight to catch up), had coffee, repeated favorite abundance affirmations, then GTFO really early.

Intent is to keep calories below 1500, drink 80 oz water, & do 20 min yoga, plus mediate. So far calories are at 467, 50 oz water, & did 10 min yoga.

That yoga sesh was just to stretch hamstrings & hips since I sit so much:

I have a 6 hr shift planned. At 3 hrs, but if I feel good I'll cam til I hit $300. I'm currently at 37% of that ideal goal.

Update: took a 2 hr break to eat clean and rest my back. I'm 5 hrs in and I'm just at high goal, but I'm not at the intention I set of $300. I'm gonna cam until I hit it or 6pm (it's now 12:38pm US Central time). I'll meditate when mood drops, but for now I'm cool. Water is on point: 70 oz so far. However, calories are really high already:

Slept 8.5 hrs and feel like shit. I drank too much alcohol last night; I don't have a hangover, but I'm really fuckin tired. Started the morning with coffee, 15 min wealth and abundance affirmations, and yoga. I'm still doing the hip opening yoga class as I sit so much:

Since I was so tired yesterday and SMConnect Web Encoder stats were horrible (stream was pixelated plus audio issues) I took the rest of the day off after just 4 hrs of streaming.

I did manage quite a bit of self care however before going to bed a little before 7pm.

I slept so good last night! 10+ hrs and I totally reset my body:

Since training regularly and keeping calories below 1500, I've lost 6 lbs in about 2.5 weeks. Most is probably water weight, but damn I feel good. Just 3 more lbs to go.

Update: Tuesday was perfect as I was able to, with the little earnings from Mon, far exceed high goal. Thank the Universe I GTFO on my day off. I needed those sales.

Today I'm off and part of professional self care is taking those damn days off. Man, today's been such a good day. Slept damn near 9 hrs with great sleep quality (plenty of REM & Deep sleep):

Repeated 15 min wealth and abundance affirmations while having coffee set the stage, and consuming 20 oz of water just felt good. Trained indoor cycle this AM. The ride was 35 min, but the training session only 21 (time crunch). That sesh was awesome: great speed, improved power, with less stress on the heart (still training upper aerobic however):

Also have eaten super clean keeping calories below 1500. Carbs the last few days have been around 150g. So far, I'm up to 100 oz for the day (40 oz was for training). Eating clean is a huge plus:

Listened to two hours of binaural beats with subliminal messages on loving myself which is quite relaxing to listen to while reading self help:

In about 30 min I'm heading off to play ping pong with a buddy of mine. It's important for me to get out and socialize, plus playing ping pong is just damn good fun.

All in all, today has been killer and I'm pretty proud of myself for doing all this. I think a key to successful camming is self care...so I'll keep it up.

It's a contest on SM and I HAVE to really hulk self care to make it through this week especially after the disaster of last weeks sales. I'm currently in a slump and to prevent it from really fucking with my psyche, I'll be on top of self care game.

Started day off right: 10 hrs sleep, positive affirmations, and just took a 10 min break to cook a super clean low carb high protein mini meal of asparagus and eggs. I'm at 34 oz water so far and my intention is to meditate today on negative energy clearing.

Will update throughout shift to stay on task.

Update: oh dear LAWD! Just basically wasted time on cam as I was plagued with audio issues. The ins & outs plus no engagement I chalked up to the contest, but a reg tipped me off to audio issues & I had to take a long break to feel frustration, stretch, eat, & meditate.

Well, its hit or miss, mostly sleeping well, but my mental freakout last week affected my sleep a lot. But slowly getting back to sleeping well again.

^^Sounds good overall, but even a couple bad nights can feel pretty bad & really affect mood. I'm glad to hear it's getting better. Legit: sleep is my best friend & has the biggest impact on my mood. If I get lots of REM & less hrs I can still brave the emotional ups & downs of camming. However, a real shitty 8 hrs all broken up can have me feelin like I'm in a state of crisis LOL.

Started the morning right with yummy coffee, listened to an inspirational Youtube vid on changing mindset and keeping emotions in check, repeated 15 min wealth and abundance affirmations, then showered and got on cam.

I've eaten clean and had 32 oz water so far. Mood is good with 3.5 hrs streamed so far. I'm at 57% of low goal. I've embraced this slow week and am only holding keeping my vibration up for myself. Successful thus far.

The best thing I did when camming to manage stress was honestly running. I ran all the time at night (Not safe I know) when camming and this helped to push things into gear. I would just think about anything and everything when running.

During this camming slump, self care is my main priority. Happy with how today has started:

Slept 10 hrs, had yummy coffee, then repeated 15 min wealth and abundance affirmations. Decided to do an hr long yoga class which felt amazing:

At the 2 hr mark, I meditated on abundance real quick. Very proud of these results as HR was super low which means I'm stress free. YES:

Have had a positive energy and green cup of tea with raw organic honey. Starting to feel hungry. Will cam for another 30 min then break for lunch. Planning another super clean high protein meal for energy.

Shift going very well! I'm pleasantly surprised.

Last update:

For lunch had veggie spaghetti with power greens and salmon. Damn it was good. Have had 80 oz water and kept vibration up all day. Very happy to report that all the self care has resulted in exceeding high goal, and I'm now just $4 away from low weekly goal.

So utterly grateful for the day starting off with 10 hrs sleep.

Today started off well with 7 hrs of good quality sleep, repeated 15 min of positive affirmations, and then did something different: meditated on abundance. It really set the tone today and as a result this shift has been very profitable.

To stay well my shift I've eaten right:

A banana, 2 cups power greens lightly fried in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with a can of sardines in Louisiana hot sauce, then veggie spaghetti with asparagus and a whole small avocado, plus a total of 70 oz water so far.

I've kept my vibration up all day and I've met almost all intentions I set out this AM when I logged in to start my shift.

I've taken a break to eat clean, a break to have some CBD coffee, and a couple to meditate. Legit: I may not have made it without those breaks as it's been real slow and at times a bit discouraging.

It's ok for mood to dip. Mine does too. I just use that break button and freshen up with something. Sometimes just a 10 min break to make a kombucha tea helps ease the irritation or boredom.

There's a post by Panthera in GTFO with a youtube vid of money magnetism. Try giving that a watch real quick then hop back on.

I have to make $300 a day, every day, for the rest of the month. Without fail! I picked up a vanilla job. I can't cam everyday. Camming brings out the worst in me. I'm such a bitter bitch now lol so I'm going to cam every day this month, then go part time, starting next month. I start my new job on Monday. Hoping that I can make $1500 a week, between the two jobs.

This is how I'm managing my stress. I've been putting all my eggs in the "Camming basket", and it hasn't worked out as planned. It's not reliable enough for me. And honestly, I don't think I have a true "cam girl personality". At least, not one meant for great success.

Thanks ladies! I'm very excited! Not only for the money, but for the social aspect of the position. I have 0 friends and no social life, so I think I need to make this change.

I've been putting in a lot more hours lately and my anxiety has been manageable. I still feel the stress of all this debt weighing on me but I also feel more joy and happiness from getting my ass online and making this money. I'm more motivated than ever to work harder, mostly because I have to lol. It's only been a few days of working these split shifts, and I'm exhausted but still determined.

I try to socialize once a week. I'm an introvert yet understand the importance of connecting with people in order to avoid isolation & depression.

5 oz tuna, 3 oz sauerkraut, 2 tablespoons avocado ranch, and 20 oz water.

1 can sardines in Louisiana Hot Sauce, 3 oz sauerkraut, 2 tablespoon avocado ranch dressing, 2 kosher dill pickles, & 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. 20 oz water.

I've already met clean eating intention and water goal. I'm 2.5 hrs into my shift and I'm at 48% of high goal.

Update:

Smiling and engaging has me now at 62% of high goal. Today is so much better than yesterday as I was at $20 by the 6th hr.

Another update:

Now at low goal: 67% of high goal. Just gotta stick it out. It's been REALLY slow. If I just keep smiling and engaging I know I can beat high goal. 5 more hrs left. I got this.

Final update:

154% high goal & back on page 1 of SM. Ready for bed.

Im curious, what are the effects of CBD coffee? I have CBD/THC oil that I use to sleep better but can fly high because of the THC so I dont use it often lol.

idk about coffee but I use CBD paste sometimes, it's no THC and it helps calm me and was realllly good for helping me sleep when my meds gave me insomnia :)

Good question. It's been 2 weeks of ingestion and the coffee perks me up, but the cbd chills me right out. I feel awake, however I'm super content. It's the perfect combo. I suffer from severe anxiety and the cbd coffee helps kick start the morning without any anxiety.

By GTFO and STFO plus great self care I have made more than $1000 this week. I've worked my ass off though. It's been 53 hrs of some struggle but mostly good days.

I have a total of 8 hrs to stream today to pull in even more.

I've been streaming 3 h 10 m and I just took a break to meditate:

God girl, you are slaying it !! I mean when I'm doing 2-3 hours, I am tired, I cannot see myself do 8 hours straight for now! Maybe in september when I'll be working part time, studying part time and have a more normal schedule. I think I should also slack coffee and drink more water. I did not train as much as I wanted so will try to catch up for my 6 days week at the hospital.

^^Thanks girl! Yeah, 8 hrs can be tough for me too especially when it's slow. I can do a 3 hr shot then break for 20. However sometimes I break for 10 every hour to meditate.

Oh, hydration is so important. It's easy to not drink. It's a daily goal for that reason. I hear you.

My energy is shot. It's over 110 degrees until the end of October. That, combined with the slowness, has really made my impatience go through the roof. Not to mention lethargy.
Weed, etc is legal where I live, and there's like 10 pot shops on every block. They deliver too. Lol!
I wonder if it would help with my arthritis and migraines. ( Not smoking it, but coffee and/ or rub ons?)
What do you ladies suggest?

They also sell pure cbd that can be used to rub on hands or knees or the like. It legit works like a charm to make joints useable without the pain associated with use. I would def suggest it.

Im pissed at myself because I tried 2 times yesterday to use it while camming and the last time I was a bit tired and the THC kicked in so fast (even at a very small dose), I had to stop. So next time I buy cannabis oil its gonna be CBD only!

I really think its the lighting though cause I've worked in front of a computer screen my whole life. This is my first time having actual lighting. When I tried camming in the past, I didnt. I can stream 10 hrs & be fine. But again, I'm engaging in tons of self care.

Glasses/lens that protect you from the light (screen/photography lights). I am not sure how to call them but i have a pair of glasses that are for 8+ hours in front of a computer. I am beeing a brat and i do not wear them 80% of the time tough (i will probably wear big granny ones by the time i am 40 at this pace haha). But I do wear them when my eyes get extremly tired/feel dizzy and they help instantly.

I would suggest try only CBD first in a controlled environnement and see how you react. Im pissed at myself because I tried 2 times yesterday to use it while camming and the last time I was a bit tired and the THC kicked in so fast (even at a very small dose), I had to stop. So next time I buy cannabis oil its gonna be CBD only!
I went to the pot dispensary yesterday.
They had very knowledgeable people there, who took the time to explain everything.
So grateful.
I am in excruciating pain, ( cbd rub on never worked).
I bought some pure THC patches ( tried it and it took my pain away).
I was honest with my salesgirl and told her that I'm a burnt out cam model.
I told her that I needed something to, not only take my pain away. But to make me not want to kill everyone. Lol!
I bought mints that contain pure THC.
I'll be trying those today.

If this doesn't work, I'm going to buy a tincture with psychotropic effects.
*I didn't like the fact that the store needed to scan my id ( government now knows, and this stuff is still federally illegal)
And the fact that the cop was following me all around the store. Yikes.

Does your photography lighting or the computer screen make you sick? I wonder what I can do besides suck it up. It just makes me feel so nauseous. I really think its the lighting though cause I've worked in front of a computer screen my whole life. This is my first time having actual lighting. When I tried camming in the past, I didnt. Just your normal house lights turned on.

For tension headaches, I rub tiger balm or menthol headache stick around my hairline and on my temples. You can rub it on your neck and anywhere there's tension. It helps! Hope you're feeling better xx

Used a 1/4 of the THC patch, the first day, and it didn't work.
Used the rest of the patch, AND injested the THC mint yesterday.
Nothing.
Aargh!:'(>:(
