How much melatonin do you take? I've been taking 5mg and it really helped me sleep. I think the lowest is 3mg. I stopped now that I'm taking antidepressants. Don't want to get too sleepy.

I am currently tracking my sleep with Amazon's Halo band. My problem is I wake up several times throughout the night.

I've taken various sleep aids- melatonin (which too much leaves me feeling groggy in the morning), different types of ZZZquil, supplements with valerian root, triptophan, etc.
Currently I am taking ZMA and ZZZquil to help me sleep.

I can't because of the self control issue. lol

I'd call that a natural response.

If I take anything more than 2 or 3mg I am groggy. I have taken supplements with 5mg before and it takes me forever to get past the grogginess. I also get crazy ass dreams on melatonin.

45 days weight management pill and lost 13 lbs, 4 inches off waist, and 2 inches off hips/bottom, legs inch bigger and arms same. I am now starting to reduce the amount I am taking: 1/2 pill for 7 days then 1/2 pill every other day and finish by taking just 1/2 every 3 to 4 days til done.

I have pretty much stopped drinking wine. I don't really care for it at all as I know that it has caused issues with weight and my triglycerides. I rarely cheat too...just don't have a craving for it much.

I'm gonna keep my diet the same after the pill and see if I continue to lose. I really truly hope I do. If not, then I'll be talking to my Dr about a different option. Here's to hoping it keeps up.

Quitting wine is not easy either. I know that from experience. It does it almost impossible to lose weight. I don't think you will have issues maintaining after stopping the pills.

This week has been full of some really good UPs and then some really sorry DOWNs. Got good news only to be followed by some news that means I have to do 40 hrs next week.

This week I was in the gym soooooo fuckin much to quell any anxiety I had and to affirm during all my Spinning rides how blessed I am and thanking the Universe for all the abundance I am receiving as if I have already received it.

This week I lost soooooo much weight cause I was killing it with cardio. You get an active zone minute for each min you are in fat burning zone and two active zone minutes for cardio and peak zones.

Well look at this shit:

55642

My goal is 500 a week with 90 active zone minutes a day. Shit, I was getting 90+ active zone minutes for each Spinning Interval ride that lasted about 40 min each. Then I was doing strength training in the cardio zone too! I was riding like I was riding for my GODDAMN life and affirming the shit outta myself and my blessings.

Jesus, Lord, God, Buddha, Goddess, Source, Universe PLEASE CONTINUE TO BLESS ME WITH ALL THIS ABUNDANCE! Thank you!!!

Training a lot, taking cold showers, eating clean, hydrating optimally, meditating, watching inspiring movies, gratitude absolute max, & sleeping well.

IDGAF about SM or the members this whole week. So fuckin slow disturbs my peace so I just log off.

The fact I'm ok financially really makes it easy to give SM the middle finger. & regs? No where to be found. Fuck that noise. I'm so cool.

i have put myself last for many years. this job has allowed me to care for myself and my husband. which i love

since i live outside of the usa its a hassle to get things imported . but i went ahead and asked family and friends to help me out
i ordered a ton of ordinary skincare products from ulta, as well as my vitamin and minerals i needed from iherb (i think they might actually arrive this time!)
i went and got my teeth filled at the dentist yesteryday.

as well i took the step to go get a full blood panel (sha sha inspired me )
i reviewed the results myself, my thyroid was some how normal?! but my BUN level for my kidneys was not. kidney function is off.
so i made an appointment with a specialist for monday. i hope i get good news not bad news.
i eat so healthy, i rarely drink and dont smoke. but i have a love of coffee.

selfcare mission for this month .. completed!

next up will be the cancer gene test , and a mammogram in the fall ( i am 33 but hey, never too early to start )

Quitting alcohol helps with a lot of things, blood sugar, weight management and that loosening of inhibitions. I had to quit for alcoholic reasons after a long battle, have to be sober no other choice and that covers anything else too. Just got to find other ways to relax, switch off, make my own courage.

Do want to thank you for the meditation app recommendation, when I'm flagging I take a break from SM lie on my bed with one of the meditations playing. Short cat nap. When I awake and go back on my energy is restored and good things happen. Even my email sorted itself out yesterday.

Thanks. Since I've stopped the weight loss pill I haven't lost anything, but I haven't gained anything either. I am in an active zone minutes challenge that I hope will spur a weight loss.

I’ve been so tired this week. Can’t stay on more than 4h at a time, so I’m a bit stressed cause I have to pull 2 shifts a day (morning and evening), so I can reach 6-7h per day. And I’m expecting a contest next week on SM. I need to get my shit together! And damn, I wish my social could grow faster, so I can slow down on live and build on passive income. :(

Still training Spinning 5-6 days a week, eating super clean, hydrating optimally, meditating fiercely, reprogramming my subconscious with money magnet subliminals, sleeping well, and practicing LOA hard core.

Mental illness is very stable despite the huge transition from old apt to new luxury apt. I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's super spacious, almost fully furnished, and has tons of good energy.

The city is small, but everything I need is within a 5-10 min drive. Literally everything within a 5 mi radius. Crime here is super low and community is quite lovely.

I asked the Universe for quiet neighbors and low and behold my manifestation came to fruition. I am on the second floor, but all my neighbors are like mice. Not a peep. I'm actually the loud one hahahaaa.

Happy is an understatement and I'm manifesting at ultra speed. I'm monitoring my thoughts closely and have been in cooperation with my higher self as I've been seeing 222 A LOT and 111 or 1111 is never far behind.

I met a nice guy and have gone on a couple dates...so I'm getting my social medicine. Being closer to my daughter means more family time. THIS is what I've been wanting and deserve.

Thank you Universe for all these blessings and abundance.

Great to hear! <3

I am back here after a hiatus. Been going through it with anxiety and depression the last few months. But back now. Made some lifestyle changes. Quit the Red Bull down from 1-2 cans/day to 1 can/week (maximum) now. Eating better, thinking more positively, being less sedentary and on a wellness journey lately. Got a blood panel a couple of weeks ago and my liver function is off. So that motivates me to live a more healthier lifestyle. I have to retest in two months so I am curious if it improves.

I am spending some time (too much time lol) on Tiktok and I came across the parasite cleanse. Apparently we all have parasites in our intestines, responsible for all kinds of ailments, and I have a lot of these symptoms. You can eliminate them with a herbal supplement (https://www.amazon.com/Zahler-ParaGuard-Digestive-Intestinal-Certified/dp/B016LBZSDK) . So, I bought it. But now I am afraid to do it! Because you can get symptoms when the worms like die in your body. And its gross. Anybody ever did a parasite cleanse?

I haven't done one of these but I regularly eat raw pumpkin seeds, consume garlic and turmeric. I also do Beyond Greens which is a natural detox with lots of pre and probiotics.

I'd just make sure your bowls are regular and look healthy before starting. You'll want to be sure you can get them out regularly.

Glad you're back and well. I know depression first hand and it can be so dangerous for you. Happy to hear you're ok.

i just wanted to share that i have suffered from extreme bloating especially around my period each month .
like out of all my skirts, only 1 will button. its that bad.

this month has been the only month i have not had swollen small intestines and often gas pains in my intestines
and after many meds and specialists i have found a solution!!!

this was the first period i was able to get on cam even though it was a heavy one, i wasn't bloated as i always am
and my digestion has been way better!

i used "garden of life " chew digestive enzymes and they really work!!!! like really work!
just take 1 after each meal

and i started with the "garden of life raw cleanse" just to give myself a nice cleanse before starting the digestive enzymes.

both of these seems to have cured my issue ive had for 5 years at least.

it works even better than kombucha

so far ive been 2.5 weeks free from this. but ill report back if i suddenly have more issues.
so if you have gastro issues with bloating, feeling full, period bloating or enlarged belly . this really may help you.
the struggle is real.
and going to the doctors for a prescription for some pills isnt always the cure for IBS or issues.

Finally getting good quality sleep again- woooohooo!!!

I had no idea what the grieving process could do to the body (3 family members passed since spring.)

I had caught myself laying around on the couch after working with zero energy to do anything else other than work. This lasted a couple of weeks before I started to go for daily walks. Struggled with getting good quality sleep, then came across Andrew Huberman's work and the episode on Sleep

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nm1TxQj9IsQ

I've been walking in the morning before work to get sunlight exposure for about 20 -25 minutes. I've got a somewhat set bedtime routine- to shut down electronics and wind down for sleep. Nights where I feel keyed up I take a hot detox bath. Before bed, I am supplementing with magnesium l threonate and l theanine-it's helping me achieve deep sleep stages and really good REM. When I do wake up to go to the bathroom, I am able to quickly go back to sleep. I feel well-rested in the morning.

I also started taking Athletic Greens in the morning and my energy levels have really improved. I now have the energy to do all the things!!! Well at least get the things I want to do, done. I've ordered Omega 3's coming in today to add for supplementation- from my understanding, the levels of EPA of from fish oil/omega 3 supplements can help reduce/diminish depressive episodes.

Baby stepping to get where I want to be,(still got more to work on- and that will come in time) I am happy with the improvement.

Hell yeah fuck yeah! Soooo glad to hear xoxo
