Still meditating twice a day. Still on a whole foods plant based diet and cheating two meals a week plus having some wine. I did just lose two lbs and I don't even see how...I ate all the carbs last week hahahaaaa.
I'm happy AF. A guy I've been friends with for more than two years has had a major crush on me, but I didn't even know. He drove out to visit family and saw me too before his drive back home. He stayed a day and night with me...was the perfect gentleman. I didn't realize, through our friendship, that I had developed feelings for him too. His trip here made me see that good guys exist and we are now seeing each other exclusively.
It'll be long distance for the next few months, but I have a gut feeling he's worth it.
I mean he drove 3.5 hrs to take me out for lunch, paid for our drinks, paid for pool, bought me top shelf Pinot Noir, and didn't even try to fuck me. This guy...so sweet--confessed his love for me that evening. Slept in my bed AND didn't get any pussy. Woke...told me he loved me, and I told him he had to leave.
After processing the eve I realized he's a good match and called him. I asked if he could be a bigger part of my life and he was like "of course. I'll fly out in a couple weeks so we can spend time together."
Ummm, military guy, great manners, and close with his mother? Yeah, I'm gonna see this through. Hopefully I can report he's a winner :D

My anxiety was higher at the begining of this year. Still is. I am not sure what it is. Maybe that I forgot to take my thyroid meds some mornings ? Maybe the fact that i am growing old scares the crap out of me? Idk. I am also feeling tired evan tough i sleep 8-9 h. Does anyone have recomandations for short meditation series? Youtube, apps, spotify, does not matter? I need to start short as I have a very difficult time focusing for longer period of times (because my anxiety). So 5-10 minutes mediations series to begin with would be perfect. Once I master that I can move on to longer ones. It affects my camming too as I also surf the web when it is quiet and can't focus on longer privates AT ALL. I need to pull my shit together ASAPPPPP

Since we are on the subject of anxiety, I use this therapy tool to cope. It's part of the ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) philosophy:

One of the best things I do when experiencing really high anxiety is to allow myself to feel whatever, but remember I am ok. It's ok to experience feelings of fear, just remember to try your best. Your best is good enough.

My morning routine thus far into the new year is doing at least a 10 minute yoga practice and squeezing in 5 minutes for meditation. It's not a lot but, if I can't find 15 minutes for a little self care, then there is a problem lol.
Yoga (or any form of exercise for that matter) is great for anxiety/depression because it develops a connection with your body. I fell off the wagon last year, it's time to jump back on the horse- yeehaw!!!

I release my spinal fascia using a peanut roller (below ) nightly. I think it helps a lot. I start with it near my tail bown and slowly let my pelvis drop and then curl my pelvis up. Like when you warm up for bridges or short spine massage in Pilates. Or like you’re slowly cat-cowing with just your pelvis.
Move the peanut a bit up your spine until there is a deep stretch (arch) mid-back. The pelvic curls will be a bit bigger (squeeze booty and core). You can lay there and let your shoulders and chest loosen and breathe into it. You can sway on it to massage. As you move toward your neck, your head will drop like in fish pose. Take your time if so your neck is safe. Roll off to the side if you need to come out of it. You can also lift with you core to move around or get out of position if you’re familiar with good form.
When you’re finally at your neck, nod and sway your head. Do little circles. Turn your head to each side and move around a bit beside your ears. I like to go up to the base of my skull and add pressure while moving my head side to side.
If you try this, again, go slowly. Pause and breathe into the stretch. Rock or move around to make it feel nice. If your spine is extra pissed, place a pillow or folded blanket under your butt to make the arch less intense.
I do this while deep breathing to Tibetan throat singing and bowls. Hope this helps anyone who needs to loosen their back. You could also just massage the neck with it— that helps with anxiety/ clenched face muscles.

This morning I meditated to Dr. Joe Dispenza's morning meditation- 23 minutes long and now I feel blissed out.
I was feeling all over the place in my mind beforehand. Now I feel almost a high.

If you haven't heard of her, Tara Brach is an AMAZING Psychologist and Buddhist teacher, and her podcast (which is a mix of talks + guided meditations) is my number 1 emergency first aid tool for when I'm feeling very crappy, anxious, detached, sad, etc. I fully recommend her stuff. She's on youtube and has books and audiobooks out too. Just a great, warm, wise, caring presence.
In the last couple of years she's saved me in very rough moments, and from her I've slowly learned to be more present and more compassionate with myself and others. Hope this can help any or all of you if you're having a hard time! Sending love x

I AM CURED!!!!!!!!!
i went to the obgyn today to check up on my issues of fibroid growth and cysts in my ovaries and overall issues with hormonal imbalance and strong periods.
ive been taking several supplements for 3 months.
i did my own research and chose them according to what i thought was best.
you wont BELIEVE the results i received in the office today.
my fibroid growth is completely gone! as in shrunk and GONE!! those often have to be cut out via surgery or with other crazy invasive ways to remove it.
and 1 ovary the cysts are all gone, completely healthy!!!
and the other only has 3 cysts left *each ovary had dozens)
my doctor was so impressed with my supplements and my efforts.
I love that she never tried to take the easy way out by just writing me a scrip for birth control
she wanted for me to heal holistically and had pushed me to take the folic acid that started my healing journey.
it was a combination of 4 different natural pills that did it for me
but even if you dont have issues with growths or cysts . i highly advise taking DIM that is organic or sourced from a reputable company such as thorne.
it is so important for hormones and for preventing cancer
this stuff really works!
natural supplements CAN and DO work if you get the right quality and have a good game plan.
i will increase my dosages (i was taking less than the required ) per my doc's advice
to remove the last cysts.
if anyone needs the supplement list i took i am happy to provide it here in the chat or you can pm me
I also want to add that the thyroid supplement from the same brand thorne ive been taking for 5 months and ive lost weight .
i lost 4 pounds from those pills within 2 months of taking them and then i lost more on my trip to paris (that doesnt count )
but over all my energy level and swelling in my legs has gone down a lot . much less fluid retention
and my hair has stopped falling out
sometimes you know more than even doctors as far as what your body needs even when the lab tests show your function may be normal for thyroid, taking a supplement can be helpful!

The last time I had blood work done (6 months ago) triglycerides were high. Dr said lay off wine. I listened & just had blood work done: triglycerides low!
Whole foods plant based diet, Ashwagandha & turmeric supplements, 2 cheat meals a week, & wine occasionally did the trick!

My anxiety was pretty high yesterday. I've had very little income for two weeks this month and with how slow the SM contest has been for me...I started to get all up in my head and felt bad. After putting in another dead shift splitting too, my anxiety had reached peak.
I shut it all down and journaled. Pinpointed some feelings, used CBT to get perspective, then wrote down what I'd like to manifest. After this was complete I felt a little relief, but my anxiety was still high.
I decided to put my phone away and turned on my projector then sat undisturbed for 2 hours watching stand up comedy. OMG, the laughter literally melted away all the tension and I felt so much better.
I slept good last night and I feel well today. I've got a plan for today and tomorrow then next week I'm set to get er done lololll.
My focus is not only on financial self care, but also social medicine. I've found someone who is funny and plays ping pong really well. We will be going out weekly to play. Really looking forward to fun. We all need fun. Shit...balance.

Going to try two new supplements instead of Beyond Greens. I've gotten Irish Sea Moss, which has prebiotics and other nutrients the body needs, and a women's probiotic. These two supplements are cheaper than Beyond Greens and should do about the same for my health.
Still going to continue Ashwaghanda, organic beet root, and Turmeric.
I'll update in a month with how I feel after taking the two new supplements.

What are some simple( low cost — under $20) life pleasures you all enjoy? Before we lost everything, my biggest pleasures were eating at restaurants with badass chefs and travel, but we are on an extra tight budget for the next year or two.
I’m making a list of small things I enjoy and look forward to, but want some new ideas to add.
1. My morning almond milk latte from my (well worth it) espresso machine
2. Cooking and eating dinner with my kids (or husband when the kids are at their Dad’s)
3. Walking under the gorgeous big trees in my neighborhood
4. Bubble baths and hot tea

There's a bar near me that has ultra low drink prices: $3 for a glass of Pinot Noir and free bar games. That's how I socialize.
A cheat meal at a junk restaurant for under $7.

^^ we have totally done this ^^ luckily we have enough family/Friends to share subscriptions haha. The wine games idea is great. I think I’ll plan one or two nights with my bff to do something like that.
The main issue is getting out of the anxiety/depression funk too actually want to do things like that. Reading what other people enjoy helps get me excited about it.

Bake with the kids! One of my most favorite memories was with daughter when she was younger was buying stuff for cupcakes. Getting the fun sprinkles. She had some fun and her joy gave me joy.
Other cheap things

- Taking my time to do my nails with gel polish, perfectly, while having a vlog or something on the screen
- Watching videogames walktroughs. I am a scared chicken and I don't like jump scares in games. Working a lot also gives me less time to take my time to discover a game, so I prefer watching youtube walktroughs to see what's ahead, for tips and tricks, etc. So, I don't mind spoilers.
- Gaming, of course. There are cheap and even free games to download. I bought my favorite games on sale, or buy the disc version from other gamers for super cheap.
- Board games. There are plenty of cheap board games, or available to buy from other people who are selling theirs. No need to buy new ones, especially when having kids :))).
- Ping pong (cool if you have a big dining table, you can just buy a net and play on it, if you don't have a place to actually put a ping pong table). I don't know about other countries, there should be ping pong tables available in parks, I think.
If not, badminton. I looove badminton, when it's not windy and i have time to go out, I always have a set in the trunk. Or tennis (there are used rockets to buy, also renting the place for 1 hour shouldn't be that expensive).
- Puzzles. Cheap, fun, also available to buy from other people who sell theirs.
- Crosswords or other mind training type of books. Pretty fun!
- Dance tutorials on youtube/ Zumba training. I trip in my own legs trying to follow them, but it gives a good sweat and a good mood haha!

Some of mine are the same as yours, but I also love going to the Dollar Tree (or whatever "everything is a dollar" type store you have) and buying craft stuff. I've put together puzzles, painted canvases, built little bird houses and bird feeders (they sold little kits). Sometimes I do them on token sites and guys love buzzing my vibe and messing me up. lol

lolll hahah go for it!! you wont regret it! lol
you can all find a lot of games on here. i advise adding an xbox controller to your computer.
xbox controllers are only $15 or less.
and all these games on these sites are streaming and free lol

HOW do you get $3 Starbucks lol
i live in mexico so the prices arent the same. i get a venti espresso americano with no water and add milk so its like a 4 shot latte for cheap its $3 us dollars.. then and also i have a amex green card that gives me 20% cash back on all restaurants and Starbucks codes as a restaurant through amex
then i also scan my starbucks app and get points on there as well. every 100 points i get a free drink on top of that. so its cheaper than $3.
so i am a starbucks hacker haha
i just use it as my break time and time for myself and my husband quality time together away from camming, out of the house but without spending money on food because thats expensive.
i do a lot of creditcard churning speaking hobbies .
so far from normal spending last year alone i have accumulated--
7 nights of free hilton hotel points ( or if i use them in luxor egypy and cairo as i plan to they really go much father more like 10 nights or more of value
1 free airline ticket round trip to europe from my alaska credit card
and i have 145,000 amex points which have roughly $1,500 of value on the low end or 2cents on a mid range cash in $3,000 depending on what use them for.
i also have $315 of discover cash back so far
and $50 in points so far at any accor hotel so far and when i went to paris i got 3 nights for free out of the 2 week and an extra 5% off.
and my amex green card gives me 20% back on all international restaurants for 1 year. so that savings starts to really add up as well even though i dont eat out .
i never carry a credit card balance so its all profits for me from just day to day spending.
churning credit cards can be a great hobby. most of us earn more than the points are worth , but its fun to get things for free.

Bigbum, thank you so much for reccomending that miniplay site. It helped me get easily trough my slow hours at work and I re discovered the pleasure of shooting bubbles lolololol.
And I agree with those freebies. My bank started to introduce the moneyback program and I get tons of reimbursements or even big discounts. 2% money back from here, 10% from there... adds up. For example, the couch for my camming room. My mobile provider has partnered with a furniture store and the clients were getting a voucher. I bought a $800 sofa with only $350 :)))

Despite being in a little bit of a financial crisis, I've been sleeping soooo well. My resting heart rate has been very low. This week it's been as low as 45 bpm. Yesterday it was 47 bpm and today 45 bpm.
Totally stoked that my stress levels are so low my heart is chill AF.
