This is really good I do Ho'oponopono too it seems to help with overthinking. Eft tapping is good to do too. I saw your post about the root chakra and mine may be blocked too lol I listened to root chakra music as I slept last night. I want to blame the site for things but sometimes I think its the stressed energy I'm putting out and the constant looking at the numbers overthinking. Self-care is a must staying on top of it really does help with the flow of money I noticed. Seems like when I care less I make more.

Yes! EFT seems legit. I watched a documentary about it and also heard a little about it on Nightingale Conant. I plan to use it here soon. I've been doing a lot of abundance meditations and falling asleep to prosperity positive affirmations. Yeah, girl...we are vibin.

And after watching a couple documentaries on LOA I've realized I've been far too attached to my income desires. So, like you're saying, I make more when I care less. I've been focusing too much on lack when I'm attached which is messing me up. Thanks for saying that.

I just also started to listen to the Abraham hicks abundance guided meditation in the morning then I do my regular meditation in the evening.

Yeah, really good practice. Do you feel like it's keeping you well on cam?

I also have to say, good idea listening to Root Chakra music while you sleep. Anything you play as you nod off to sleep hypnotizes your subconscious mind. Good call.

Took a break to meditate on clearing negative energy for 18 minutes. I feel calm and sure.

51979

Have had a total of 50 oz water and had a strong cup of green tea kombucha with a tablespoon of raw organic honey.

Vibration is really high and it feels quite nice. It's pretty dead for me and I'm at $10 an hr, but I'm un-phased by it. I feel fine.

The meditation, Exercise and EFT is helping. I do Ho'oponopono a little in the morning right before I meditate but I'm going to set a timer for 20 minutes and do it at night too. I heard with consistency its very powerful. I told myself I just need to stick to my hours and self care. I also need to stay in a happy bubble lol while I'm on cam like I'm on there but I'm not there sort of trying to be unattached. I just focus on hours I'm going to do and watching my mood by taking breaks when needed. I also adjusted the chat on my computer so I can't even see who comes in and out of my room looking makes my anxious. I create all these stories in my head when I can see who is in my room if its full and no one is tipping, going pvt or talking I'm like wtf why are they just staring then if its empty I'm like this sucks. I noticed when I dont look at who's there or not I make more and feel relaxed. Overly obsessing messes up my whole LOA work I did right before I logged on.

^^That's a good strategy in your room. I have it set so that I can only see members who chat to me first. All the in and out recorded in chat just got me all flustered. Yeah, this does lower my anxiety levels.

I hear you on breaks. I have been taking 10 min every hr for 2 weeks now and I have reduced anger and frustration by soooooo much. Taking those breaks and listening to my body is a life saver.

I just did the Ho'oponopono and man, it really does chill me out. I haven't been doing it enough. I think I'll do it daily now too.

Need this thread hard today. I'm aiming for a 10 hr day as yesterday, despite self care and keeping my vibe way up, I didn't even make goal.

Starting the day off with 7.5 hrs of decent sleep, 20 oz water, 20 min Ho'oponopono session, and positive attitude.

Intentions today are to eat clean, drink a total of 80 oz water, meditate, and keep vibe high all day. Will take meditation breaks often to stay well and calm.

3 hrs into a 10 hr shift. I had to take a break to meditate and get groceries. I feel much better.

This 52 meditation session was a Ho'oponopono negative energy clearing session. I feel incredibly calm and positive.

51980

Have eaten a small slice of pizza, had 3 Cuties, drank 40 oz water, and had a cup of green tea kombucha with a tablespoon of raw organic honey.

Vibe is way up and I'm ready for whatever is thrown my way.

I drink wine so much because of camming.

I woke up early to cam. I did 1 show with a regular and I could feel my body and mind were too tired for this shit. Logged off went back to bed until noon, then got up and got a massage. I really needed the massage and I think I need to get them more often. I always put them off until I just can't take it anymore.

I got a massage last night. It had been 3 months. It was heaven. Touch is super healing. It's my primary Love language. You had to have been in such a good mood afterwards. Where do you go?

Normally I get a $45 Swedish massage at a Thai Spa. They are hit or miss. I went on Sunday and was so disappointed. Today I went to a $120 medical massage place and they knew what was up! I’m sore, but she really got in there good! They tried to get me to buy a monthly membership, but with the ups and downs of camming I didn’t think it would be wise.

^^Right. I hear that. I've been thinking about investing in a massage twice a month, but I haven't made enough for that yet. $45 sounds pretty standard. I have a friend that goes to Massage Envy and she says not everyone there is a the same level. Sometimes you get a great massage, and other times not so good.

Massage is such good self care. & a good massage could have you set for a while, right? How good do you feel during the week that you get it?

I feel good for the first week. If I could do weekly I would. The therapist I had yesterday suggested once a month. I read the reviews for my local Massage Envy and they are mixed.

I need to lose 9 lbs. I realize why I'm not losing. My carb count has been very high; in an attempt to lose I'm following a keto diet for 4 weeks & only training indoor cycle aerobically.

This is the side by side count of a regular day eating & my ideal modified day keto.

52003 52004

EDIT: have to drop coffee in the morning and swap for green tea kombucha, have to drop veggie spaghetti, have to drop the banana I have in the evening, have to drop organic raw honey too.

But those are the only changes. I'm gonna really miss my coffee tho. I like green tea kombucha, but live for my yummy coffee in the AM.

Keto works wonders for some, I've seen some awesome results on an IF group I'm in. I have not tried, not sustainable for me. I go for moderation but most days turns into high carb. Loss was good but stalled. I have like 10 lbs to lose now to get rid of the overweight label but I'm not willing to take anything off, frustration doesn't do any good to me and I get frustrated if I have to limit anything. I plan to lose the last 10lbs with exercising, my lovely carbs will stay, lol. That being said, I'm going to east a slice of pizza so I can start IF for today ::) Good luck with keto. xo.

^^I've been eating relatively low carb for a number of years (staying below 90g and some days 70g), but I haven't been training enough to really lose it. I IF as well. I'm not at all overweight. In fact, I'm 142 of mostly muscle and people say I look 130 lbs. It's because my legs have so much muscle. My BF% is relatively low.

I'm frustrated as my stomach has quite a bit of fat. While it looks relatively flat...it's still pretty flabby.

I'm willing to do Keto for a short period to lose and I'm also looking forward to the increase in energy.

I agree that moderation is key and I like carbs too haha. Pizza is a huge guilty pleasure. I'll cheat still haha.

Belly is the last to go and the most annoying. I am thick and love myself thick (went from grade 2 obesity) but the belly won't go completely unless I lose A LOT. I should get to 105 lbs for the belly to go completely but I want 127 lbs so I can keep my curves. So me and my belly will have to stay friends :))

shreds the fat all over your body, only takes 20 mins, and i've been using it since I discovered it in 2014. my calves and abs are smokin when i follow this, but i only do it when i want to drop some weight...which i need to do now, but got a bum ankle from some technically difficult hiking. if you need to lose 9, you'll do it in 2 weeks with this! it's my fav at home workout that burns the fat. and you can keep enjoying life...and pizzzzzzaaaaa!

Fuck yes! Just finished a 45 min work out. I started yesterday with 30 mins and today went for 45. I stopped working out during the summer but now that I restarted I realize that I missed it. I feel so good and so energized after. I consider it part of self care as it helps immensely my mood and my anxiety. Happy to be back at it. Taking the day off so I can change my schedule, rest and relax in hopes that I won't be zombie tomorrow. Bubble bath, here I come.

^^Hell yeah, fuck yeah! I love a really good workout too. Did you do some kind of HIIT training? 45 min is a real good chunk of time. I'm super happy after indoor cycle for 40 min.

I'm resting today too so I don't get burnt out. Good to hear you're taking your rest. It's been tough the last week.

Girl, a bubble bath sounds good. I haven't had one in a while and I bought some Epsom Salt and Coconut Oil bath. I think I'll follow your lead.

I'm doing some aerobic cardio, Leslie Sansone walk at home programs, for example today I did the 3 mile with weights included work out. It's the only that doesn't affect my spine, I can only do standing work outs and not too intense. It's a good one, I lost weight with it in the past and I bet I'll overcome the plateau I'm in right now, with this, although the main reason I restarted is my shitty mood.

Enjoy your bath, girl!

^^Girl, I'm a Spinning instructor (almost 6 years teaching indoor cycle with 12 certifications in everything from Exercise Physiology and Mental Training to Heart Rate Guidelines and Aerobics) and I know exactly why it works for you. Lower aerobic training helps shed fat, control hunger, and lower cholesterol just to name a few. Big one is it gives you energy. Yup, good shit...good shit!!!

Thanks!

That's some good info, thanks. Yes, Leslie mentions in all of her videos that they are meant to energize you and not to get you exhausted. And now that you mentioned hunger, I realized that in the periods I do these work outs I am not tempted to eat as often as when I don't do them.

P.S: My bubble bath was heavenly! It been a few months since I had one too, I am always in a hurry to shower quickly and get on cam. I'll make sure to have one weekly from now on. For the next one I'll make sure to have some wine. I don't drink at all but seems fancy so why not :)))

^^Right. People often think they have to kill it in the gym to lose weight or get energy. It's the opposite. A comfortable workout will make you sweat but not tire you out. Also, super high intensity training requires you to consume lots of carbs which can make some people over eat AND you'll be tired a couple hrs after. Aerobic exercise is awesome.

I just have to thank you for mentioning your self care. I had to clean my tub to take a bath. I always take showers too right before my cam shift. So I cleaned my tub AND had an amazing bath. I feel pretty damn good myself. And wine is fine. I gotta watch it tho since I'm on Keto eeeeek LOL.

How do you girls deal with being in a shitty headspace from a poor nights sleep? I literally can NOT do this job if I miss even a little sleep, idk why, if it's the hormones or what, but the difference is like night and day. Seriously, and I say that cause this is so real, I have a super strict sleep schedule and the guys I date talk shit: I lay down at 8pm lights out, put on binaural beats for about an hr and read on my phone with the bluelight filter on (usually read Chicken Soup for the Soul), then fall asleep to positive affirmations.

Sleep is like gold for me. I'm used to 8-10. If I don't get it I'm super unproductive. I used to have insomnia real bad when I was younger, so sleep is mandatory for me to function pleasantly.

I want to share with you ladies something that's been helping to manage my stress/anxiety lately. I've always suffered from mild but persistent anxiety that spikes occasionally. All day every day, no matter what I have going on. My physician was unwilling to offer me anything but a prescription for SSRI's to cope with it, medications I'm reluctant to take due to my past experiences being so awful. I've tried meditation and aromatherapy and mindful thinking and CBD supplements, it just wasn't that helpful to me.

Lately I've been taking calcium-magnesium supplements and I already feel so much better. Sleep quality has improved and I find my anxiety has been a lot more manageable/nonexistent. For the most part I feel like 'natural remedies' are a far cry from medication, so I'm genuinely surprised that this has been so helpful to me. It's worth giving a shot if you're struggling with anxiety and stress, considering you can get a big bottle of it for CHEAP.

It is funny cause I have hypocalcemia. Basically low calcium/magnesium/vitD3 for the rest of my life unless i manage them with supliments dayly. Low calcium and magnesium can make you go nuts. Literally, besides all the physical sympthoms. So yeah girls, check them out. This is good advice.

To my bad luck, I only had close to the lower end of normal calcium twice in the last 6 years LOL. Could explain my anxiety haha !

I wish antidepressants and anxiety meds were obtainable otc. I really feel like I need medication to deal with my stupid fucked up brain. I would smoke weed but 1. Idk where to get it and 2. My husband hates it.

I'm always low on energy, no matter how much sleep I get and I feel like getting my head right is the solution. I could eat better and work out but I'm not really motivated to do so. It's definitely all in my head.

I undertsand your frustration. Why don't you go see a doctor for a prescription ? If anti axiety meds and anti depressants would be otc , we would live in a much more dangerous world where lots of people would be addicts. There are already people who grab it from black markets to use them as drugs. I know for a fact some drugs for insomnia- if you do not go to sleep and forece urself to stay awake you get halucinations.

Some can make your depression worse and you want a doctor to monitor that. There are a lot of things that could go wrong.

When did you last check your minerals/vitamin levels? There are also some health things that can go wrong that could make you lack energy. Thiroid problems do that.
You need to take care of yourself ! YOU come first !

I don't have health insurance, so I can't see anyone for anything, anytime soon.

ARGHHH, you are from the US right ? Damn healthcare you have in there ! You can take magnesium oct tough right? That could not hurt. Or anything plant based ?
What if you go to the ER and tell them you don't have insurance. Or maybe some clinics that help perons that can't have one ?

Oh, yes. I can second this. I took calcium/magnesium a while back.
It made me sooo drowsy.
It also made me depressed, ( not really sure why). So much so that I had to stop taking it.
Ymmv though, of course.

Your girly, expert in calcium is here. Too much calcium can do that, depression (google depression and hypercalcemia). So that is why it is important to check calcium when you take it (also when you take supliments, calcium intake can spike). That is why they try to do an instrument to be able to measure your calcium, just like people with diabetes. With magnesium is a lower chance for some adverse effects to happen if you take a little too much; unless you take a full bottle at once HAHA.

It sucks tough cause there in US is pretty expensive to do the blood tests without waiting for approval from insurance?
For example, with my condition, I experiment with a type of calcium for a week, than I do a blood tests and see if it works (at the end of the week). It would be so much easyer if I would have a pen, get a drop of blood and see my calcium levels at home ARGH.

Hmm so I guess sleeping is my main self care. I have been up at night for years and would sleep through the day no problem. When I started intermittent fasting, my sleep pattern has changed itself and I slept at night for a few months. Then too much netflix happened and fell asleep later and later so I decided a schedule change. Bad mistake. I was miserable for the last month. Cranky, less energy, no patience to cam more than 3-4 hours, earning less and less and that leading to low self esteem, etc. Well, back to sleeping nights and everything has changed. I got back to working out, I have more time to do my daily house work routine, I cam more hours and therefor better earnings. Everything improved. So sleeping when my body and mind requires and not when I want is the key to feel good. And if I feel good, everything is good.

^^Right. When I sleep by following my natural rhythm I'm far more productive and better mental healthwise. If I let myself slip into sleeping at 2am or 3am then sleeping into the afternoon, I'm not able to function like part of society. So I have to sleep at night to be most productive.

^^Yes, it's interesting. People usually say you get sick the first 3 to 4 days cause of such a restriction of carbs, but my carbs were low to begin with. For a few years the majority of my daily intake was like 60g of carbs.

It's not that hard to only consume 18g. It's kind of awesome. And my energy levels are really high plus mood seems very positive.

Thanks. I'm happy it's working out.

Starting today off right: 10 hrs rest, yummy coffee, 20 oz water, and positive attitude.

Planning to stream 9 hrs today. I'm on earlier, then I'll take a break then stream my evening shift.

I've switched to 3pm-9pm. I'll be going to bed at 10:30pm instead of 8 for a week to try this out. But I think the evening will work better than days.

So I'm doing 9am to 12pm then break for 3 hrs then do 3pm to 9pm.

Logged off after two hrs because it was just so dead. Instead I cleaned the apt, did laundry, cooked healthy, watched Gaia, the meditated.

I did a 10 min Ho'oponopono negative energy clearing meditation session:

Then listened to the Ho'oponopono for another 10 min.

Planning to do an abundance meditation session before 3pm when my next shift starts. I've given up on my income goal this week. I'm just going to keep my vibe up and do my hrs. I'm hoping for the best and the best is all I can do at this point.
