Ok, so a few things...
1. Not sure when they added ACH, but they did.
2. Support sucks. I don't know if that's the owner or what.
3. I can't figure out the site & how to work it at all.
4. Where do I find my followers? (the number?) I've looked inside my account & can't find a number anywhere.
5. How do I turn off the membership? I don't like doing membership type work b/c you have to keep adding new fresh content all the time.
6. What does this amount mean? His balance? https://nimb.ws/CQAfUs
7. How do you send out a paid pic or video to everyone vs one specific person? I see it on the right under that plane looking icon, but not how to specify who it goes out to.
Thanks a ton
1. That's great for Americans, but no help at all for me. I have to pay them $25 to send the money and then my bank charges $15 to receive it.
2. I've never had to contact support, but I've communicated with the company account on there many times and they seem incapable of comprehending how every other chat platform in the world works. I've asked for timestamps and notifications over and over again, but they just keep telling me it's web only. As if AOL messenger and ICQ never had a sound notification.
4. Follower count used to be openly posted on your account page, but they removed for some stupid reason. If you click on the big paper airplane in the upper right hander corner of the page, you'll open the message creator that sends a message to all your followers. After you select the type of message, at the bottom, it will tell you how many people are going to receive the message. For instance, mine says "You have a total of 569 followers."
5. You can't turn off the "box" feature. But you aren't forced to upload anything to it.
6. That's the amount that guy has spent on paid chat with you. When he turns off paid chat (or when it automatically turns off after 24 hours), 80% of the amount he has spent will be added to your account balance.
7. To send out an attachment to a specific person, click on the paperclip icon directly to the left of the "Type a message... " field at the bottom of the chat window. From there, you can attach images, a video or record a short audio. You can then append a description to your attachment and add a price (or not). To send a message to everyone, click on the big paper airplane in the upper right corner. From there, you an attach pics, a video, or record a short audio or type some text. Again, you will the choice to add a description and a price. When you hit send, that message will go to everyone who follows you.
As for your previous question about how paid chat works: You set a price per message in your account settings. Guys have the choice to turn on paid chat. You can't force them to do it. Once they turn on paid chat, you will get paid for messages they send, but they can turn it off again at any moment. If you see that little green dollar amount next to their name, paid chat is turned on. Once they turn it off, you'll get your money and the little green amount will disappear from next to their name.
Personally, I'm not very good at making guys turn on paid chat. You have to strike the perfect balance of giving them enough so that they want more, but not giving so much that they are getting all the sexy chat they want for free.
Or you could just forget about paid chat and send out content with a price attached.
