I definitely work out more at home and when I visit the gym, I go when it’s quiet

Honestly, I would suggest you to join a gym if it's possible. Or you can hire an online trainer. When you train at home doing the workouts from Pinterest, you can hurt yourself. Because in this way he will take for you a set of workouts that will be specially for you, taking into peculiarity of your characteristics (untreated diseases). A friend coach is generally a godsend. He can advise you on some of his training methods, vitamins, nutritional supplements. Mine advised me peptides RAD-140, when I wanted to gain muscle mass. If it's interesting, here is the site In addition, I would advise you to go to the doctor and consult what you can do and what not.

I've been using nature as a gym so not much, but it's the shut ins/depression that's the issue. I was much more fit in The Balkans due the food being healthy and me walking 5-6x a day. Here in the UK 'Rona has given me more access to unhealthy food but I'm still able to go out and get exercise even with the virus as we've only been on light lockdown with permission to shop/work out. Thing is it's been so cold who wants to walk? And I don't want to bounce around in my hotel room as I'm on a top floor so I've just restricted my food and I try and go to the parks for at least 1.5 hours.
